Yimeng red culture is an important part of the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.It is of great practical significance and long-term strategic significance to build the demonstration area for the inheritance and development of Yimeng red culture.Combining digital empowerment with the inheritance and development of Yimeng red culture is a new idea that conforms to the development of the times.In this paper,on the basis of combing Yimeng red cultural resources and combining with the current situation of inheritance and development of Yimeng red culture,the strategic layout and implementation approach of the demonstration area for the inheritance and development of Yimeng red culture were put forward from the perspective of digital empowerment.

Red cultural site is the carrier of red culture,containing profound revolutionary history and value of the times,we should deeply excavate the intrinsic potential of red cultural sites,pay attention to the ontological protection of red cultural sites,develop and improve the red cultural innovation projects,and strengthen the red culture itself and supporting the construction.This paper takes the old revolutionary area of Luxi as an example,conducts field investigation and visits based on the local county records and party history materials,and investigates a total of five red cultural sites and memorial halls in Luxi,focusing on the actual achievements and problems exposed in the protection and development of the current red cultural sites,to provide references and thinking for the protection,development,and innovative utilization of red cultural sites in the new era of our country.

Influence of Tibetan Language and Culture on Tibetan College Students' EFL Learning

Nowadays teaching English as a foreign language is becoming more and more important in Tibetan education.Since Ti-betan education system is complicated,Tibetan college students are facing many problems which interfere with their EFL learning.By carrying on a mini qualitative study of interviewing two Tibetan college students,this paper mainly discusses the major prob-lems and causes of the Tibetan college students on EFL learning on linguistic and cultural perspectives,and attempts to suggestsome solutions.

Application of the Mixture Design to Design the Formulation of Pure Cultures in Tibetan kefir

To obtain the optimization formulation of pure cultures in Tibetan kefir, the influence of the different mixtures of five strains in the pure cultures in Tibetan kefir on the flavor components in fermented milk was studied using the mixture design. The regression model on microorganism composition and main metabolites was established. The results suggested that the predictable production of lactate reached the maximum of 8.16 g L-1, while the most predictable production of diacetyl, ethanol, and CO2 were 77.23 mg L-1, 4259 mg L-1, and 2.12 g L-1, respectively. Based on these, the response values that satisfied all expectations were optimized, and the most excellent combination was Lactococcus lactis 27%, Leuconostoc mesenteroides 37%, Lactobacillus kefiri 11%, Lactobacillus casei 10%, and Kluyveromyces rnarxianus 15%. With the aid of analysis software （Design-expert 6.0.5）, the formulation of pure cultures in Tibetan kefir can be optimized for several responses and the best formulation can be obtained.

Quantitative Research on the Value Evaluation of Red Cultural Heritage in Mentougou District of Beijing Based on GIS-AHPLI

Red cultural heritage is precious material and spiritual wealth,and is a non renewable cultural heritage with unique characteristics and protection value.In this paper,red cultural heritage in Mentougou District is taken as the research object.Through GIS,the classification and spatial distribution characteristics of the red cultural heritage in Mentougou are analyzed.On this basis,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is introduced to conduct quantitative value evaluation,determine evaluation factors and weights,and form a more systematic and scientific evaluation system suitable for Mentougou red cultural heritage.This paper aims to provide technical and methodological references for the evaluation and planning of the protection and utilization of red cultural heritage,and more scientifically protect and inherit red cultural heritage.

Comparative Test on New Small Watermelon Varieties with Red Flesh under Soilless Culture Conditions

In order to screen out the small watermelon varieties with red flesh suitable for soilless cultivation and to meet people's requirements of high-quality watermelons,comparative tests were conducted on 6 small watermelon varieties with red flesh under soilless culture conditions in 2018.Based on the data of field traits,yield traits,quality traits and commercial traits,the integrated results showed that ‘Chuanqi 2’ had good quality and high yield,and the overall performance was the best.
