Therefore, a systematic and sustainable process is necessary to coordinat...In project-based organizations knowledge is a critical resource used to develop and deliver products and services with a high level of quality. Therefore, a systematic and sustainable process is necessary to coordinate knowledge management, project management and product lifecycle. This scenario predominates in companies focused on the creation and maintenance of information systems. This article presents an exploratory study based on a framework that integrates cognitive, managerial, and operational processes in a public Brazilian organization that provides services in the area of information and communications technology, focusing on the construction and maintenance of information systems. Those processes are operationalized by three management models considering knowledge, project, and software development processes. Our proposal aims to understand the relationships between those three management models and their influence on the software development process in the organization under study. Our premise is based on the principle that cognitive management, project management, and software development management must be integrated to fulfill the demands of product development and service provision. The research data was composed of registers of working hours spent on software development and maintenance projects involving 244 people allocated to 5064 projects in the period from 2007 to 2013. The study resulted in the identification of the relationships among the three management models adopted by the organization, with emphasis on knowledge management activities, which were not directly identified, making it difficult to account for and measure them. We established a set of activities connected to each one of the knowledge management model phases. Since those activities were not visible before, our approach contributed to build a systematic process to register and relate activities linked to the dimensions of cognitive processes, project management, and software construction.展开更多

Meanwhile, the increasing number of students has posed new problems and requirements for the old teaching method: the English teachers are facing more students and larger classes. In Zhejiang University, City College (ZUCC) the credit system and course selection has challenged the English teachers on a higher level. Every English teacher is facing classes of more than 40 students from various departments with sharp contrast among individual students in their English proficiency level and local background. How can every student actively participate in teaching activity so as to achieve better performance in English class? Many teachers, therefore, have adopted team activity and cooperative teaching method to stimulate student participation in class. Inspired by the management theory to optimize student groups into independent teams, the concept of team construction and team management has been introduced into College English Teaching in ZUCC, which has given new meaning to team activity--it will become an interdisciplinary teaching method with its own feature.展开更多

However, the weight of evidence measuring the impact of team care on patient and health system outcomes has not, heretofore, been clear. To address this deficiency, we evaluated published evidence for the clinical effectiveness of team care within a chronic disease management context in a systematic overview. Methods: A search strategy was built for Medline using medical subject headings and other relevant keywords. After testing for performance, the search strategy was adapted to other databases (Cinhal, Cochrane, Embase, PsychInfo) using their specific descriptors. The searches were limited to reviews published between 1996 and 2011, in English and French languages. The results were analyzed by the number of studies favouring team intervention, based on the direction of effect and statistical significance for all reported outcomes. Results: Sixteen systematic and 7 narrative reviews were included. Diseases most frequently targeted were depression, followed by heart failure, diabetes and mental disorders. Effectiveness outcome measures most commonly used were clinical endpoints, resource utilization (e.g., emergency room visits, hospital admissions), costs, quality of life and medication adherence. Briefly, while improved clinical and resource utilization endpoints were commonly reported as positive outcomes, mixed directional results were often found among costs, medication adherence, mortality and patient satisfaction outcomes. Conclusions: We conclude that, although suggestive of some specific benefits, the overall weight of evidence for team care efficacy remains equivocal. Further studies that examine the causal interactions between multidisciplinary team care and clinical and economic outcomes of disease management are needed to more accurately assess its net program efficacy and population effectiveness.展开更多

Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) was created to help expand the market share network through the internet without the boundaries of space and time. However, behind all the benefits obtained, E-Commerce also raises the...Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) was created to help expand the market share network through the internet without the boundaries of space and time. However, behind all the benefits obtained, E-Commerce also raises the issue of consumer concerns about the responsibility for personal data that has been recorded and collected by E-Commerce companies. The personal data is in the form of consumer identity names, passwords, debit and credit card numbers, conversations in email, as well as information related to consumer requests. In Indonesia, cyber attacks have occurred several times against 3 major E-Commerce companies in Indonesia. In 2019, users’ personal data in the form of email addresses, telephone numbers, and residential addresses were sold on the deep web at Bukalapak and Tokopedia. Even though E-Commerce affected by the cyber attack already has a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) by recruiting various security engineers, both defense and attack, this system still has a weakness, namely that the CSIRT operates in the aspect of handling and experimenting with defense, not yet on how to store data and prepare for forensics. CSIRT will do the same thing again, and so on. This is called an iterative procedure, one day the attack will come back and only be done with technical handling. Previous research has succeeded in revealing that organizations that have Knowledge Management (KM), the organization has succeeded in reducing costs up to four times from the original without using KM in the cyber security operations. The author provides a solution to create a knowledge management strategy for handling cyber incidents in CSIRT E-Commerce in Indonesia. This research resulted in 4 KM Processes and 2 KM Enablers which were then translated into concrete actions. The KM Processes are Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Storing, Knowledge Sharing, and Knowledge Utilizing. While the KM Enabler is Technology Infrastructure and People Competency.展开更多
Objective:To standardize the distress management of gastric cancer patients receiving chemotherapy,the adapted Cancer-related Distress Management Guidelines were implemented in nursing practice among gastric cancer pa...Objective:To standardize the distress management of gastric cancer patients receiving chemotherapy,the adapted Cancer-related Distress Management Guidelines were implemented in nursing practice among gastric cancer patients receiving chemotherapy based on A Guideline Adaptation and Implementation Planning Resource(CAN-IMPLEMENT).Methods:Based on the theoretical framework of CAN-IMPLEMENT,A multidisciplinary team was established,barriers and facilitators obstacles of guidelines implementation in medical oncology units were assessed,corresponding solutions were formulated,the guidelines implementation process was monitored,and implementation results were evaluated.Results:The multidisciplinary team developed review criteria,standardized work paths,assessment tools,training manuals for healthcare professionals,education manuals for patients and their caregivers.After guidelines implementation,the completion rate of the distress management record came up to 97.9%(189/193).From September 2017 to December 2018,the compliance of medical staff on most items in the audit checklist was improved,ranging from 57.1%(100/175)to 100.0%(193/193).The positive distress rate of gastric cancer patients receiving chemotherapy was decreased from 22.7%(32/141)to 9.3%(18/193)(P<0.05),and the Median(range)of the distress score declined from 2(0e9)to 0(0e7)(P<0.001).Conclusions:The implementation of guidelines based on CAN-IMPLEMENT promotes the establishment of a distress management system in the medical oncology units.The review standards,standardized work paths,and evaluation tools for distress in cancer patients formulated by the multidisciplinary team had clinical applicability and effectiveness.Quality control in the practice of distress management was effective.The compliance of healthcare professionals with distress management was improved.The distress of gastric cancer patients receiving chemotherapy was alleviated effectively.展开更多

The purpose of the paper is to further the relationship between top management team (TMT) strategic decision speed and firm performance, considering the team processes when making strategic decisions in the face of complex environments. Measures of TMT strategic decision speed, firm performance, team orientation, and environmental complexity were collected from 29 top management teams of Mexican companies, which represented a total of 118 questionnaires. Pearson correlations among the variables and moderated regression analyses were performed, to test the hypotheses included in the study. Results show a positive relation between environmental complexity and TMT strategic decision speed and between team orientation and speed. Furthermore, results show that there is a positive relation between TMT strategic decision speed and firm performance in the presence of team orientation. In other words, team orientation moderates the relationship between TMT strategic speed and firm performance. Among the implications for managers is that they must ensure effective team processes (e.g., building consensus, active participation, and trust among team members) when making strategic decisions in order for the firm to perform better.展开更多

文摘From two aspects:the composition of scientific research management institutions and the tasks undertaken by scientific research management departments,the present situation of scientific and technological management team in agricultural research institutes is expounded.Some problems existed in the scientific and technological management team of provincial agricultural research institutes are analyzed,such as uneven knowledge structure of scientific research management personnel,low degree of specialization,poor stability,lack of professional and systematic job training,etc.Professional development countermeasures are proposed,such as optimizing the structure of scientific research management team,establishing a professional management system with the characteristics of agricultural scientific research institutions,formulating corresponding evaluation mechanism for scientific research management personnel,and strengthening the training of agricultural scientific research management personnel.

文摘Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) was created to help expand the market share network through the internet without the boundaries of space and time. However, behind all the benefits obtained, E-Commerce also raises the issue of consumer concerns about the responsibility for personal data that has been recorded and collected by E-Commerce companies. The personal data is in the form of consumer identity names, passwords, debit and credit card numbers, conversations in email, as well as information related to consumer requests. In Indonesia, cyber attacks have occurred several times against 3 major E-Commerce companies in Indonesia. In 2019, users’ personal data in the form of email addresses, telephone numbers, and residential addresses were sold on the deep web at Bukalapak and Tokopedia. Even though E-Commerce affected by the cyber attack already has a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) by recruiting various security engineers, both defense and attack, this system still has a weakness, namely that the CSIRT operates in the aspect of handling and experimenting with defense, not yet on how to store data and prepare for forensics. CSIRT will do the same thing again, and so on. This is called an iterative procedure, one day the attack will come back and only be done with technical handling. Previous research has succeeded in revealing that organizations that have Knowledge Management (KM), the organization has succeeded in reducing costs up to four times from the original without using KM in the cyber security operations. The author provides a solution to create a knowledge management strategy for handling cyber incidents in CSIRT E-Commerce in Indonesia. This research resulted in 4 KM Processes and 2 KM Enablers which were then translated into concrete actions. The KM Processes are Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Storing, Knowledge Sharing, and Knowledge Utilizing. While the KM Enabler is Technology Infrastructure and People Competency.

文摘Objective:To standardize the distress management of gastric cancer patients receiving chemotherapy,the adapted Cancer-related Distress Management Guidelines were implemented in nursing practice among gastric cancer patients receiving chemotherapy based on A Guideline Adaptation and Implementation Planning Resource(CAN-IMPLEMENT).Methods:Based on the theoretical framework of CAN-IMPLEMENT,A multidisciplinary team was established,barriers and facilitators obstacles of guidelines implementation in medical oncology units were assessed,corresponding solutions were formulated,the guidelines implementation process was monitored,and implementation results were evaluated.Results:The multidisciplinary team developed review criteria,standardized work paths,assessment tools,training manuals for healthcare professionals,education manuals for patients and their caregivers.After guidelines implementation,the completion rate of the distress management record came up to 97.9%(189/193).From September 2017 to December 2018,the compliance of medical staff on most items in the audit checklist was improved,ranging from 57.1%(100/175)to 100.0%(193/193).The positive distress rate of gastric cancer patients receiving chemotherapy was decreased from 22.7%(32/141)to 9.3%(18/193)(P<0.05),and the Median(range)of the distress score declined from 2(0e9)to 0(0e7)(P<0.001).Conclusions:The implementation of guidelines based on CAN-IMPLEMENT promotes the establishment of a distress management system in the medical oncology units.The review standards,standardized work paths,and evaluation tools for distress in cancer patients formulated by the multidisciplinary team had clinical applicability and effectiveness.Quality control in the practice of distress management was effective.The compliance of healthcare professionals with distress management was improved.The distress of gastric cancer patients receiving chemotherapy was alleviated effectively.
文摘Due to the fast changing competitive environment faced by organizations, companies are forced to find ways to quickly adapt to technological innovations, changing demands of customers, and strategic actions taken by competitors. The purpose of the paper is to further the relationship between top management team (TMT) strategic decision speed and firm performance, considering the team processes when making strategic decisions in the face of complex environments. Measures of TMT strategic decision speed, firm performance, team orientation, and environmental complexity were collected from 29 top management teams of Mexican companies, which represented a total of 118 questionnaires. Pearson correlations among the variables and moderated regression analyses were performed, to test the hypotheses included in the study. Results show a positive relation between environmental complexity and TMT strategic decision speed and between team orientation and speed. Furthermore, results show that there is a positive relation between TMT strategic decision speed and firm performance in the presence of team orientation. In other words, team orientation moderates the relationship between TMT strategic speed and firm performance. Among the implications for managers is that they must ensure effective team processes (e.g., building consensus, active participation, and trust among team members) when making strategic decisions in order for the firm to perform better.

文摘Now the top management team and managerial discretion play an important role in driving the firms’development.This paper built a theoretical model to explore the effect of top management team heterogeneity on firm performance,and analyze the moderating role of managerial discretion.Based on the data of 167 listed firms from Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2019,this paper constructs a multiple regression model and tested the hypothesis.The empirical results show that gender heterogeneity,tenure heterogeneity and education level heterogeneity have a negative effect on firms performance.At the same time managerial discretion can partially moderates the relationship between the heterogeneity of top management team and firm performance,in which capital intensity and the firm size play a negative moderating role,and duality play a positive moderating role.According to the research results,this paper also puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the firm performance.
文摘Introduction: Conflicts are as natural a phenomenon in society as the seasons. It is difficult for a person to avoid them, but he can choose to take part in them or not. In any organization, including medical, this is a normal phenomenon inherent in the work of the workforce. The objective of the study was conflicts in the field of healthcare in the system “medical personnel of a healthcare institution, patients and relatives of patients”. Materials and Methods: The study of conflict in the team was conducted by medical and sociological methods using an anonymous questionnaire developed by us. Results: A study was conducted aimed at identifying the socio-psychological causes of conflicts and methods for their resolution in the organization of health care using the example of medical personnel. Conclusions: Conflict is an integral part of the functioning of any organization. The study confirmed the hypothesis that the conflict management process will be more effective when changing organizational processes as a whole.
