Evaluation System for Farmers' Satisfaction Degree in the Green Energy Saving Rebuilding of Rural Residence

In view of the present situation of measuring a green residence just by energy saving and environmental protection,we propose that we should build the rural residence more from the farmer's view and set up an evaluation system based on farmers satisfaction.A total of 16 factors affecting the farmers' satisfaction degree of green energy saving rebuilding of rural residence are selected.Questionnaire survey on 110 peasant households is carried out under different situations in Guanzhong region in Shaanxi Province,so as to obtain the importance score of evaluation index.During constructing the evaluation system for farmers' satisfaction degree,Factor Analysis Method is used to classify the related influencing factors.Subjective analysis of Analytic Hierarchy Process and the objective analysis of Factor Analysis Method are combined together to determine the weights of factors at different grades.Then,the final evaluation model is obtained,which provides guidance for the further green energy saving rebuilding of rural residence in China.

Use Characteristics and Satisfaction Degree of Jinjiang 198 Greenway in Chengdu under the Background of Park City Construction

Greenway construction is one of the important measures for Chengdu to build a “beautiful and livable park city”, and is also a framework system for building a park city. According to the construction demand of the park city, a Tianfu greenway system with the theme of “one axis, two mountains, three rings and seven belts” will be formed throughout Chengdu. Jinjiang 198 Greenway is the first large-scale greenway in the main urban area of Chengdu. In view of the use of Jinjiang 198 Greenway in Chengdu, its use characteristics and user satisfaction degree are studied. The general situation of people's use of greenway is obtained from the characteristics of users themselves and its use conditions. According to the statistics of user satisfaction degree through field survey and questionnaire survey, it is known that the overall satisfaction degree of users on the greenway is good. Through factor analysis, the main factors affecting user satisfaction degree are obtained, which are in turn supporting facilities, service facilities, activity sites,green environment and accessibility. Finally, based on the above analysis and summary, suggestions and opinions are put forward for the future construction and development of Tianfu greenway system.

Level of Acceptance of Industrialized Construction in Brazil by Assessing the Degree of Satisfaction of User

This paper compares the satisfaction of users of residential buildings produced by two construction processes considered as industrialized:“prefabricated masonry panels”and“reinforced concrete walls molded on site”and compared with“conventional process”(structural masonry of concrete blocks).The premise of the study was to diagnose the level of acceptance of the buildings considered industrialized by the Brazilian population,aiming to assess whether the preference for the systems considered“conventional”and the rejection of the“industrialized”is decreasing in Brazil.This article concerns the results obtained in the second phase of the research,which was carried out after five years of the first phase.So,if the buildings were considered new in the first phase,this second research was carried out after the depreciation due to the action of time.To quantify the“degree of satisfaction”the same checklist of the first survey was applied,in the same neighborhood and the sum attributed to each answer made by residents was applied and,as a result,it was possible to ascertain the oscillations in it and to confirm the satisfactory acceptance of industrialized construction systems and a tendency to reduce rejection by the population in relation to the innovative construction systems.

Optimal satisfaction degree in energy harvesting cognitive radio networks

A cognitive radio（CR） network with energy harvesting（EH） is considered to improve both spectrum efficiency and energy efficiency. A hidden Markov model（HMM） is used to characterize the imperfect spectrum sensing process. In order to maximize the whole satisfaction degree（WSD） of the cognitive radio network, a tradeoff between the average throughput of the secondary user（SU） and the interference to the primary user（PU） is analyzed. We formulate the satisfaction degree optimization problem as a mixed integer nonlinear programming（MINLP） problem. The satisfaction degree optimization problem is solved by using differential evolution（DE） algorithm. The proposed optimization problem allows the network to adaptively achieve the optimal solution based on its required quality of service（Qos）. Numerical results are given to verify our analysis.

Application of Plan-Do-Check-Action cycle and fishbone diagram analysis in optimizing surgical procedures to improve satisfaction degree of doctor-nurse-patient

Background:To study the application of management tools such as Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA)cycle and fishbone diagram in optimizing surgical procedures to improve the satisfaction of doctor-nurse-patient.Methods:The fundus surgery nursing team of our hospital began to implement the PDCA cycle management mode to optimize the surgical procedure from July 2017,set up a project activity improvement team,unified the surgical labeling processing plan,and made the fundus surgery procedure,and established the preoperative health education for surgical patients,and standardized the training content of post-rotating doctors and interns.Results:The satisfaction degree to surgical procedure after implementation of doctors and nurses was higher than that before implementation.Conclusions:Using PDCA cycle and fishbone diagram analysis tools to manage the surgical procedure optimization can better integrate doctor-nurse medical care,improve the efficiency and accuracy of the surgical procedure delivery and operation,and optimize the satisfaction of the three parties of doctor-nurse-patient.

A Support Vector Machine-based Evaluation Model of Customer Satisfaction Degree in Logistics

This paper presents a novel evaluation model of the customer satisfaction degree (CSD) in logistics based on support vector machine (SVM). Firstly, the relation between the suppliers and the customers is analyzed. Secondly, the evaluation index system and fuzzy quantitative methods are provided. Thirdly, the CSD evaluation system including eight indexes and three ranks based on one-against-one mode of SVM is built. Last simulation experiment is presented to illustrate the theoretical results.

Analysis on inbound tourists' satisfaction in China: an empirical study based on the investigation of 5 cities

In China, the tourism industry is regarded as one means of fostering local economic development. This paper tries to examine inbound tourism development in China in the last decade and analyze inbound tourism's satisfaction of their travel experience with tourist attractions, facilities, services and price by an empirical study based on the investigation of Lanzhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. This paper discusses the demographic characteristics of visitors from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, US, Korea and Japan by surveying a sample of 528 visitors in fi ve different cities. The survey showed that four provinces/autonomous region in western China ranked the top 10 popular destinations. Chinese natural landscape, culture and food were highly regarded by the tourists. At the same time, tourists expressed less satisfaction with tourist language convenience, tourist facility and nightlife in China. It was also found that only 7.4% of the tourists thought travel in China was far more than what they had paid, that 6.5% regarded they got what they paid for, and that 34.9% thought the travel cost was reasonable. Most tourists were satisfi ed with their travel experience in China; many of them would like to return to China and would like to recommend China. For the sustainable development of tourism, Chinese tourism authorities should strengthen the construction, propaganda and management of scenic spots, improve tourist facility and tourist education, especially language convenience, and strengthen the supervision of tickets, souvenir and hotel price.

Tourist Satisfaction with Urban Parks: A Case Study of Memorial Archway Park in Zhaoqing

With the acceleration of urbanization, urban parks have also developed as an important part of the urbanization. Urban parks are not only important green space for beautifying the urban environment, but become the space for urban residents to stroll about, playing an important role in improving people's quality of life. In order to improve the service efficiency of urban parks, the urban parks were studied from the perspective of the satisfaction of tourists. In this paper, Memorial Archway Park in Zhaoqing was selected for research, factors influencing tourist satisfaction with urban parks were evaluated from six aspects, namely landscape quality, infrastructure, recreation facilities, recreational environment, service level, and accessibility, the problems that caused the tourists to be dissatisfied with the urban park were summarized, and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.

Correlation analysis of climate comfort degree of tourism and annual variation of tourist flow in Tai’an, Shandong province

The tourism climate comfort degree can directly affect the trip of tourists,and can determine the length of the tourist season and the development of the tourist projects.In order to explore the relationship between the climate comfort degree and the annual variation of tourist flow combined with 1981-2010 climate related data,this paper analyzes the comfort degree of tourism climate in Tai’an,the annual change divide tourist season into high season,shoulder season and off-season.With regression analysis,the correlation between tourism climate comfort degree and annual variation of passenger flow is analyzed.The final result is as follows:As for Tai’an,in May and September the rank of humiditytemperature index(THI)is A,with the most pleasant climate,the most suitable for tourism activities.In April,August and October the rank of THI is B or b,represented as suitable climate,suitable for tourism activities.In June and July,the climate is hot,with a low tourism suitability grade,In February,March and November,the climate is cold,with a poor tourism suitability grade.In January and December the climate is frigid,not suitable for tourism activities.The final conclusion is below:the tourist traffic variation within the year is mainly affected by climate comfort effect.The elastic coefficient is 0.927%.In addition,the tourist traffic variation within the year is also affected by the summer vacation,the Golden Week and the impact of preferential policies.All the above provide a scientific basis for the prediction of Tai’an’s tourist flow in a year,the development of tourism and tourist scenic management.

Correlating Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty:The Case of International Tourists in Cretan Resort Hotels

Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are considered as a confirmation of remarkable service provision towards the customers.The formation of both constructs is viewed as a vital element which leads to the reinforcement of competitive advantage for the hotels.Various academic viewpoints are available concerning the constructs of customer satisfaction and loyalty;nevertheless,most of them indicate an opposition towards their correlation.The aim of this research was to investigate the factors that reinforce the satisfaction and loyalty levels of resort tourists and identify whether or not the two constructs are interrelated.A quantitative research methodology was applied,with the use of close-ended paper questionnaires,which were administered to international tourists staying in resort hotels in the Municipality of Hersonissos,one of the most popular tourist destinations in northern Crete.Findings confirmed a positive correlation between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.Data also showed that food and beverage quality,location and price are considered as the most significant factors that enhance satisfaction levels,whereas emotional experiences,loyalty programs,customer service quality,and customer satisfaction were identified to have a significant impact on the formation of customer loyalty.

Construct Method of Predicting Satisfaction Model Based on Technical Characteristics

In order to construct objective relatively mapping relationship model between customer requirements and product technical characteristics, a novel approach based on customer satisfactions information digging from case products and satisfaction information of expert technical characteristics was put forward in this paper. Technical characteristics evaluation values were expressed by rough number, and technical characteristics target sequence was determined on the basis of efficiency, cost type and middle type in this method. Use each calculated satisfactions of customers and technical characteristics as input and output elements to construct BP network model. And we use MATLAB software to simulate this BP network model based on the case of electric bicycles.

A comparative study on users' satisfaction of library resource sharing under the circumstance of network in Nanjing

From the perspective of information resource sharing, the authors investigated the ratio and degree of users' satisfaction with resource sharing among college libraries, public libraries and research libraries in Nanjing city. Based on the analysis and discussion about the findings, the authors summarized the library resource sharing system in satisfying users' information requirements, including its pros and cons. At last, further considerations have been provided on how to improve library resource sharing system in the region.

牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合盐酸金霉素眼膏对正颌外科术后口角黏膜压力性损伤愈合的效果

目的:研究外用牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合盐酸金霉素眼膏用于正颌外科术后口角黏膜压力性损伤愈合的临床效果。方法:选取温州医科大学附属口腔医院2018年6月—2023年9月行正颌外科术后发生口角黏膜压力性损伤的患者为研究对象,根据用药方式不同,将患者分为盐酸金霉素眼膏组(30例)、外用牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子组(30例)和外用牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合盐酸金霉素眼膏组(简称联合组)(30例)。比较3组患者的疼痛程度、张口度、愈合时间及满意度。结果:用药第5天,3组VAS评分均较用药前显著下降(P<0.05),张口度均较用药前明显增大(P<0.05)。用药第5天,3组VAS评分和张口度差异有统计学意义(H=13.921,P=0.001;F=8.569,P<0.001),其中与金霉素眼膏和外用牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子组相比,联合组的VAS评分最低、张口度最大(P<0.05)。3组用药前后VAS评分和张口度的差值差异有统计学意义(H=18.292,P<0.001;F=6.720,P=0.002),且联合组的差值均为最大。3组愈合时间和满意度差异均有统计学意义(F=9.510,P<0.001;χ^(2)=8.940,P=0.011),其中联合组的愈合时间最短、满意度最高(P<0.05)。结论:外用牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合盐酸金霉素眼膏可促进正颌外科术后口角黏膜压力性损伤的愈合,减轻术后疼痛,增大张口度,缩短愈合时间,从而提高患者的满意度。

PDCA循环在缩短日间手术术前等待时间中的效果评价

目的探讨运用PDCA程序缩短日间手术患者术前准备等待时间,进而符合院感防控的管理模式。方法采用PDCA循环管理方法,以建立多学科合作机制、精准安排患者入院时间、合理规划术前等待区域等改进方案。2022年1月8日—21日的日间手术患者316例为对照组,2022年3月26日—5月8日,实施PDCA改善后的日间手术患者为PDCA组。对2组患者术前等待时间、患者术前等候期满意度进行比较。结果日间手术患者平均等待时间由对照组的184.36 min,降低至PDCA组的47.64 min,满意度由81.01%提升至96.11%,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论日间手术短平快的运作方式与感染控制理念相融合,需要各医院根据业务区域特点及患者需求做有效的患者术前分流措施,对于提升患者就医体验、降低院感发生率、护患满意度具有重要意义。

治疗性沟通联合微信干预在喉内镜检查患者中的应用效果

目的观察治疗性沟通联合微信干预在喉内镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法选取喉内镜检查患者220例,将常规干预患者110例纳入对照组,行治疗性沟通联合微信干预患者110例纳入观察组,比较2组心境状态、依从性、患者满意度及不良反应。结果2组干预前心境状态中抑郁-沮丧、迷惑-混乱、疲乏-迟钝、愤怒-敌意、精力-活力、紧张-焦虑各项评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组各项评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复查、护理、治疗依从性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组干预前沟通及健康教育、护理技术、护理态度、检查环境评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现不良反应2例(1.82%),少于对照组的9例(8.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗性沟通联合微信干预用于喉内镜检查患者,可改善其心境状态及依从性,提升患者满意度,减少不良反应。

游客满意度评测模型优化实证研究

准确评价游客满意度影响因素与游客满意度之间的关系有助于深入了解游客需求,进而提升旅游服务水平。分析两者关系的常用方法是构建游客感知价值与游客满意度结构方程模型,从而得到各因素对游客满意度的影响路径和影响程度。由于不同类型游客感知价值差异比较明显,因此,将游客感知价值作为一个整体来分析游客满意度影响因素不够准确。为此,文章提出采用游客感知收益来分析游客满意度影响因素和影响路径,并采用结构方程模型进行实证分析得到:基于游客感知收益与游客满意度模型的结构更稳定,优于传统的游客感知价值与游客满意度模型。该结论有助于进一步提高游客满意度影响因素评测的准确性。

LPCBL联合Seminar教学法在产科护理带教中的应用

目的 探讨应用以授课、问题、案例为基础的教学法(lecture,problem,case-based learning,LPCBL)联合Seminar教学法对于产科护理的带教价值。方法 选取2021年5月—2022年1月南京市妇幼保健院产科接收的106名护理实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法的原则,分成观察组与对照组2组,每组学生均为53名。对照组应用以教师为主体教学方式(lecture-based learning,LBL),观察组采取LPCBL联合Seminar教学法。对比2组实习生在经2个月实习的理论与实践操作考核成绩,实习生对于带教工作满意度。结果 在实习生的考核中,观察组的理论知识考核成绩(92.02±4.28)分、实践操作考核成绩(89.25±4.15)分均要比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001);调查实习生对于教学工作满意度情况,观察组的各个方面满意度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论 在对产科的护理带教工作中,采取LPCBL联合Seminar教学法的教学手段,能够取得良好教学成效,有助于提高实习生对理论知识掌握,并且也对实习生操作水平以及满意度提高有利。

基于游客满意度分析的甘肃省乡村民宿发展策略研究

当前甘肃省乡村民宿产业正从浅层“农家乐”消遣型向深度乡村旅居度假和文化体验型转变,在此背景下,文章以甘肃省乡村民宿游客需求为导向,构建了“服务质量、安全管理、环境卫生、文化体验”四个维度的满意度评价指标体系,通过问卷调研获取研究数据,借助SPSS软件对甘肃省乡村民宿游客满意度进行评价分析,基于游客满意度指标提出了甘肃省乡村民宿存在服务质量整体偏低、安全保障相对不足、卫生标准不够完善、文化品位参差不齐4个方面的问题,相应地给出了以游客满意度为中心,提升服务质量、做好基础设施建设,加强民宿安全管理、规范环境卫生标准,走绿色可持续发展道路、构建民宿文化氛围,凸显地域乡土特色4条解决路径。

生态系统文化服务价值感知对旅游者环境责任行为影响研究——以武夷山国家公园为例

生态文明建设背景下,国家公园以其独特的优势吸引了大批游客,但在带来经济效益的同时,部分游客的不文明行为也对生态环境造成了负面影响。生态系统文化服务为游客提供精神、娱乐等非物质利益是促使游客履行环境责任行为的重要因素。以生态系统文化服务价值感知为前因变量,以地方依恋和游客满意度为中介变量构建旅游者环境责任行为模型,实证研究发现:(1)生态系统文化服务价值感知是旅游者环境责任行为的前因变量;(2)地方依恋与游客满意度分别在生态系统文化服务价值感知对旅游者环境责任行为的影响中发挥中介作用;(3)地方依恋与游客满意度在生态系统文化服务价值感知对旅游者环境责任行为的影响中起链式中介作用。
