Application of New West-Sichuan Architectural Characteristics in Tourist Town Design——A Case Study of Conceptual Planning of Chuanzhu Township as a Town of Farming and Sericulture in E' meishan City of China

Evolution history of the new west-Sichuan dwellings was analyzed,and its characteristics were summarized as "properly-arranged layouts,unification with neighboring environment;plain facade,excellent ventilation and sun-shading;free layout of single building,definite axes and orderly changes;application of local materials,showing local cultural characteristics;valuing continuity of local cultures and human relationship".Conceptual planning of Zhuanzhu Township as a town of farming and sericulture in E'meishan City was taken for example to propose the overall planning concepts on the basis of its current conditions.And the planning concepts cover functional division,road system,landscape system and overall image,and aim to integrate regional cultural characteristics into the town planning.

Overall Image Design of Small Townships in Guangxi

Since the 21st century, the construction of small towns in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has been accelerated obviously and has already taken shape, but there are still some problems such as old towns not being well protected, new towns constructed in unified style, regional culture not being excavated and town features without characteristics. Thus, this paper analyzed some actual cases in Guangxi which are successful in designing the overall image of small towns, including Cendou Xincun, Xing'an County and Yangshuo Dongling, found that all constructions show rich elements of traditional houses, characteristics of local houses and distinctive cultures of folk houses, and concluded that tradition was the source to construct the features of small towns, innovation was the basis to develop small towns and culture was the core to sublimate the features of small towns. It was considered that traditional architectures could only be integrated with modern architectures by fully excavating cultural characteristics of regional architectures, combining with regional tourism industry and motivating local people to participate in reconstruction, to enhance local styles and national features, and create a beautiful, comfortable and harmonious living environment, so the overall regional styles and features of small towns can be represented and proceeded, comprehensive competitiveness and strong vitality can be given to those towns.

Ecological Compensation Design of Residential Environment in Small Towns

In view of the current situation of the residential environment in small towns,some methods of ecological compensation design were discussed,such as the improvement of planting quality,the selection of suitable tree species,reasonable construction and management methods,expansion of space and so on.Meanwhile,some rational suggestions were put forward on strengthening the ecological and cultural construction of residential areas and enhancing residents' awareness of environmental protection.

Systematic Study on Semiotic Landscape Elements in Ancient Water Towns in South Yangtze River Area

Based on basic concepts of semiotics,component types of the semiotic landscape element system in ancient water towns in south Yangtze River area were analyzed as well as their roles in constructing the overall image of ancient water towns in this area,and their realistic significance in the present landscape construction in China was discussed.

Energy-saving Planning and Design of Urban Residential Buildings in Hanzhong Area

Energy-saving design of residential building is an important part of energy-saving architectural design. Planning and design of residential buildings in Hanzhong area should pay more attention to the building orientation, sunshine, summer ventilation and wind resistance in winter and so on, so as to create favorable conditions for energy-saving design of single buildings. The geographical location, climatic characteristics, residents living habits and indoor and outdoor thermal environment situation were analyzed in this paper, and combined with the existing problems of energy conservation in the planning and layout of residential buildings in Hanzhong area. Based on the investigation, this paper drew some conclusions to provide references for the energy-saving planning and design of urban residential buildings in the local area.

地方传统文化在新城镇公共设施设计中融创研究

目的探讨地方传统文化在新城镇公共设施设计中的融入与创新的方法和策略,为公共设施设计提供更多、更优质的思路。方法分析新型城镇化的内涵,探讨新城镇公共服务设施的内涵,对新城镇公共设施设计中地域文化元素的缺失展开论述,并根据以上几点探讨地方传统文化在新城镇公共设施设计中的融创策略。结论要将地方传统文化更好地融入到新城镇公共设施设计中,需要凝练本地的特色地域物质文化与精神文化要素,关注并考虑民风民俗与文化认同,优化居民生活幸福感,利用现代科技手段为地方文化注入新的内涵,打造出亦古亦今、古今结合的公共设施。

基于地域文化的青莲古镇视觉形象设计

青莲古镇的视觉形象是古镇对外彰显其形象和特色的重要因素之一。从地域文化与古镇视觉形象设计的互生关系入手,梳理青莲古镇地域文化,着力分析基于地域文化背景下的青莲古镇视觉形象设计,为城市的视觉形象设计提供新的思考维度和独特视角,是本文的旨趣所在。

天津小站镇农业文化遗产基因提取与旅游服务设计

目的将农业文化遗产基因提取并引入到遗产地旅游服务设计中,通过基因挖掘,树立遗产地旅游差异化定位,提高服务设计效果。方法以天津小站镇为研究案例地,通过基因挖掘方法,提炼小站镇农业文化遗产基因,并运用服务设计的思想和方法,通过用户体验地图明确体验痛点与服务设计关键点,借助服务蓝图,梳理服务设计整体思路,将农业文化遗产基因融入遗产地旅游服务设计全过程。结论通过对小站镇农业文化遗产基因的挖掘,提取出农田风光、兵米文化、历史遗产3个核心基因构成,将其融入以虚拟旅游为基础的线上服务平台设计和以农业文化遗产为核心的线下服务设计中,构建线上、线下相结合的服务系统,提升服务体验,促进小站镇农业文化遗产旅游的可持续发展。

巷弄“毛细血管”作为旧区风貌载体——上海老城厢更新改造的教学探索

以上海老城厢为对象,通过设计实验探讨街区内部的巷弄体系——毛细血管——在旧城改造中对于风貌保护与传承的价值与潜力。选取不同时空语境下的2轮毕业设计成果,从形态学、类型学视角分析6个设计案例中对待内部巷弄体系的立场与设计策略,论证和总结不同策略对城市空间的影响,阐明保护巷弄的类型学特质是以毛细血管为线索的城市设计策略的关键。实验显示:保持巷弄的结构、形态、层级和空间尺度至关重要,在此基础上建筑的类型可以多样;建筑与巷弄达成紧密的空间关系是设计操作的核心。

基于培训迁移理论的环境设计教师TPACK能力提升研究——以“历史文化名村名镇保护和活化创意师资培训项目”为例

培训迁移理论关于影响因素的分析和评价方法的研究,为师资培训提供了高效的分析框架。“钱塘江流域历史文化名村名镇保护和活化创意师资培训项目”在该理论指导下,研究环境设计教师TPACK能力提升的途径,包括:在培训计划阶段沟通谋划确定培训设计,引导教师树立正确的培训动机;在培训实施阶段优化培训内容设计,塑造良好的培训环境,促进教师TPACK能力感知;在应用阶段推动教学实践应用和培训评估,积极营造持续学习氛围,实现TPACK能力的应用和融合。本研究期待为环境设计师资培训提供理论与实践依据。

地域文化在洛阳市礼乐小镇景观规划设计中的策略研究

以洛阳市礼乐小镇为研究对象,在现有景观建设问题的基础上,以地域文化为切入点,总结归纳景观规划设计理念,并提出针对性景观优化策略,以期为礼乐小镇的后期建设提供设计思路。

基于“城市针灸”理念的老城区公共空间景观设计整合与创新——以波兰梅斯沃维采市老城区改造为例

老城区作为城市历史文化特色的重要空间载体,面临整体空间碎片化、交通空间混乱、活动功能空间利用率低、文化空间缺乏等多重矛盾与挑战,而“城市针灸”的改造模式能够以更灵活、更有针对性的方式保留老城区的传统结构和城市特色,实现老城区公共空间的复兴与活力。文章基于“城市针灸”理念,选取波兰梅斯沃维采市老城区进行景观设计实践研究,提出功能重塑、文化再生、生态恢复的“针灸穴位”激活策略,并通过“城市经络”的传导对其周边环境进行激活,最终提升老城区的整体活力,为一带一路沿线城市进行老城区公共空间景观更新设计提供借鉴和参考。

徽州木雕在特色小镇空间设计中的应用研究

徽州木雕是中国优秀的传统工艺之一,具有中华民族传统文化的特征。当今,国家强调从当地挖掘优秀传统文化,将其运用于特色小镇建设中,以此彰显小镇特色和丰富小镇的文化内涵。文章以徽州木雕为研究对象,特色小镇空间设计为目标,探究了徽州木雕艺术在材料、色彩和表现题材等方面的艺术特征,指出了徽州木雕艺术在特色小镇空间设计中应用的必要性,分析了徽州木雕在特色小镇室内、室外空间中的应用实践,以期为激活小镇的空间活力提供一定的借鉴。

山东省小城镇典型污水处理厂设计

小城镇污水来源复杂,不仅涉及居民生活污水,还有商业、轻工业、公共服务业产生的污水,水质与水量波动较大。本文以山东省某城镇污水处理厂为例,结合设计处理规模及进出水水质,合理设计污水处理工艺,并分析主要构筑物的设计参数,以减少污水处理厂的用地、能耗及运行费用,为类似小城镇污水处理厂设计提供参考。
