Methods: The study used the experimental control method. The study lasted from September to November 2022. The subjects of this study were 49 students of standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine from grades 2020, 2021 and 2022 of Dazhou integrated TCM & Western Medicine Hospital. They were randomly divided into experiment group (25) and control group (24). The experiment group adopted flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method, and the control group adopted traditional teaching method. The teaching content was 4 basic clinical skill projects, including four diagnoses of traditional Chinese Medicine, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, dressing change procedure, acupuncture and massage. The evaluation method was carried out by comparing the students’ performance and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students’ evaluation of the teaching method. Results: The test scores of total scores in the experimental group (90.12 ± 5.89) were all higher than those in the control group (81.47 ± 7.96) (t = 4.53, P P Conclusions: The teaching process of the flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method is conducive to improving the efficiency of classroom teaching, cultivating students’ self-learning ability, and enhancing students’ willingness to learn.展开更多

There are two types of methods for image segmentation.One is traditional image processing methods,which are sensitive to details and boundaries,yet fail to recognize semantic information.The other is deep learning met...There are two types of methods for image segmentation.One is traditional image processing methods,which are sensitive to details and boundaries,yet fail to recognize semantic information.The other is deep learning methods,which can locate and identify different objects,but boundary identifications are not accurate enough.Both of them cannot generate entire segmentation information.In order to obtain accurate edge detection and semantic information,an Adaptive Boundary and Semantic Composite Segmentation method(ABSCS)is proposed.This method can precisely semantic segment individual objects in large-size aerial images with limited GPU performances.It includes adaptively dividing and modifying the aerial images with the proposed principles and methods,using the deep learning method to semantic segment and preprocess the small divided pieces,using three traditional methods to segment and preprocess original-size aerial images,adaptively selecting traditional results tomodify the boundaries of individual objects in deep learning results,and combining the results of different objects.Individual object semantic segmentation experiments are conducted by using the AeroScapes dataset,and their results are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve more promising object boundaries than the original deep learning method.This work also demonstrates the advantages of the proposed method in applications of point cloud semantic segmentation and image inpainting.展开更多
Purpose:This study re-examines the relationship between jiao(lit.teaching)and xue(lit.learning)—the foundational education concepts in the traditional Chinese cultural contextto enlighten our contemporary understandi...Purpose:This study re-examines the relationship between jiao(lit.teaching)and xue(lit.learning)—the foundational education concepts in the traditional Chinese cultural contextto enlighten our contemporary understandings of education and educational research.Design/Approach/Methods:This study first lays its foundation on an etymological investigation.It then integrates two mutually connected approaches-the classics and the self as method-to present a comprehensive analysis.Finally,it critically reviews the methodology used in this study.Findings:The interdependency of xue and jiao has an etymological foundation,supported by canon-ical doctrines and verified by individualized experiences.The interpretation of xue as xiao(to imitate)describes the origin and process of education in which the junior imitated and followed the elder,while the extended interpretation of xue as jue(to awaken)stresses the effects and functions of edu-cation.In the classical Chinese context,greater significance was placed on xue the keyword concur-rently connoting the meaning of teaching and learning in the modern sense.It is misleading to narrowly render the originally meaningful word group xuexi as learning in modern English.展开更多
