苯系物是衡量水质的重要指标之一,是水环境监测优先管控的主要污染物。生活饮用水,尤其水源地水中通常并不希望检出苯系物,这些水体中苯系物的含量一般不高,浓度在方法检出限附近。因此分析过程所用试剂,尤其是标样配制必不可少的甲醇... 苯系物是衡量水质的重要指标之一,是水环境监测优先管控的主要污染物。生活饮用水,尤其水源地水中通常并不希望检出苯系物,这些水体中苯系物的含量一般不高,浓度在方法检出限附近。因此分析过程所用试剂,尤其是标样配制必不可少的甲醇中是否存在苯系物杂质,存在情况如何,对水中低浓度苯系物的准确测定非常关键。吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用法(P&T-GC-MS)具有较好的分离度和灵敏度,且进样量少、干扰小,是水中痕量苯系物检测的优选方法。本研究基于P&T-GC-MS法,开展甲醇试剂的苯系物本底研究,探索实验室常用甲醇试剂中的苯系物杂质对定量结果的影响程度和影响规律,为环境监测相关工作和研究提供数据支持。 展开更多

Isobutane alkylation with 2-butene to produce high-quality gasoline was catalyzed by Nmethylacetamide(NMA)-AlCl3 based ionic liquid(IL) analog with a NMA/AlCl3 molar ratio of 0.75 and CuCl modification,which was marked as CuCl-modified 0.75 NMA-1.0 AlCl3.The long-term experiment was carried out in the autoclave operated in continuous mode to investigate the distribution of alkylate under different experimental nodes.The result indicated that the long-term alkylation was divided into three stages:rising,stable,and descending regions.C8 selectivity and molar ratio of trimethylpentanes(TMPs) to dimethylhexanes(DMHs) reached the highest level in the stable region,and research octane number(RON) of alkylate was as high as 97.Anionic Al species([AlbCl7]^-,[A1 CuC15]^-) and cationic Al species([AlCl2 L]^+) from IL analog as two active Lewis acidic species played a catalytic role in the long-term alkylation,whereas the neutral Al species did not participate into the alkylation.Moreover,the structure of CuCl-modified 0.75 NMA-1.0 AlCl3 was destroyed after the deactivation,and CuCl was enriched in the CD2 Cl2-insoluble substance,resulting in a decreasing TMP/DMH ratio.The catalytic lifetime of IL analog was similar with CuCl-modified 0.55 Et3 NHCl-1.0 AlCl3 IL,but IL analog had a lower cost. 展开更多

A patent is a kind of technical document to protect intellectual property for individuals or enterprises. Patentable idea generation is a crucial step for patent application and analogy is confirmed to be an effective technique to inspire creative ideas. Analogy?based design usually starts from representation of an analogy source and is followed by the retrieval of appropriate analogs, mapping of design knowledge and adaptation of target solution. To diffuse one core idea into other new contexts and achieve more patentable ideas, this paper mainly centered on the first two stages of analogy?based design and proposed a patentable ideation framework. The analogical information of the source system, including source design problems and solution, was mined comprehensively through International Patent Classification analysis and represented in the form of function, behavior and structure. Three heuristics were suggested for searching the set of candidate target systems with a similar design problem, where the source design could be transferred. To systematize the process of source representation, analogs retrieval, idea transfer, and solution generation, an ideation model was put forward. Finally, the bladeless fan was selected as a source design to illustrate the application of this work. The design output shows that the representation and heuristics are beneficial, and this systematic ideation method can help the engineer or designer enhance creativity and discover more patentable opportunities. 展开更多

Diseases caused by fungal pathogens account for approximately 50% of all soybean disease losses around the world. Conflicting results of fungal disease resistance QTLs from different populations often occurred. The objectives of this study were to: (i) evaluate evidence for reported fungal disease resistance QTLs associations in soybean and (ii) extract relatively reliable and useful information from the "real" QTLs and mine putative genes in soybean. An integrated map of fungal disease resistance QTLs in soybean was established with soymap 2 published in 2004 as a reference map. QTLs of fungal disease resistance developed from each of separate populations in recent 10 years were integrated into a combinative map for gene cloning and marker assisted selection in soybean. 107 QTLs from different maps were integrated and projected to the reference map with the software BioMercator 2.1. A method of meta-analysis was used to narrow down the confidence interval, and 23 "real" QTLs and their corresponding markers were obtained from 12 linkage groups (LG), respectively. Two published R genes were found in these "real" QTLs intervals. Sequences in the "real" QTLs intervals were predicted by GENSCAN, and these predicted genes were annotated in Goblet. 228 resistance gene analogs (RGAs) in 12 different terms were mined. The results will lay the foundation for a bioinformatics platform combining abundant QTLs, and offer the basis for marker assisted selection and gene cloning in soybean. 展开更多

Analysis of Electronic Circuits with the Signal Flow Graph Method

In this work a method called “signal flow graph (SFG)” is presented. A signal-flow graph describes a system by its signal flow by directed and weighted graph;the signals are applied to nodes and functions on edges. The edges of the signal flow graph are small processing units, through which the incoming signals are processed in a certain form. In this case, the result is sent to the outgoing node. The SFG allows a good visual inspection into complex feedback problems. Furthermore such a presentation allows for a clear and unambiguous description of a generating system, for example, a netview. A Signal Flow Graph (SFG) allows a fast and practical network analysis based on a clear data presentation in graphic format of the mathematical linear equations of the circuit. During creation of a SFG the Direct Current-Case (DC-Case) was observed since the correct current and voltage directions was drawn from zero frequency. In addition, the mathematical axioms, which are based on field algebra, are declared. In this work we show you in addition: How we check our SFG whether it is a consistent system or not. A signal flow graph can be verified by generating the identity of the signal flow graph itself, illustrated by the inverse signal flow graph (SFG&minus;1). Two signal flow graphs are always generated from one circuit, so that the signal flow diagram already presented in previous sections corresponds to only half of the solution. The other half of the solution is the so-called identity, which represents the (SFG&minus;1). If these two graphs are superposed with one another, so called 1-edges are created at the node points. In Boolean algebra, these 1-edges are given the value 1, whereas this value can be identified with a zero in the field algebra. 展开更多

The transconductor, in addition, is made to offer high Gm, low power dissipation and is designed for linearly tunable Gm with current mode load as one of the applications. The circuit exhibits HD3) of less than –43.7 dB, high current efficiency of 1.18 V-1 and Gm of 390 μS at 1 VGp-p @ 50 MHz. Hierarchical Symbolic Analysis of Large Analog Circuits with Totally Coded Method

Symbolic analysis has many applications in the design of analog circuits. Existing approaches rely on two forms of symbolic-expression representation: expanded sum-of-product form and arbitrarily nested form. Expanded form suffers the problem that the number of product terms grows exponentially with the size of a circuit. Nested form is neither canonical nor amenable to symbolic manipulation. In this paper, we present a new approach to exact and canonical symbolic analysis by exploiting the sparsity and sharing of product terms. This algorithm, called totally coded method (TCM), consists of representing the symbolic determinant of a circuit matrix by code series and performing symbolic analysis by code manipulation. We describe an efficient code-ordering heuristic and prove that it is optimum for ladder-structured circuits. For practical analog circuits, TCM not only covers all advantages of the algorithm via determinant decision diagrams (DDD) but is more simple and efficient than DDD method. 展开更多

为降低光伏功率预测中预报总辐射误差且探讨各类订正方法的适用性,分季节对比分析逐步回归、支持向量机(SVM)和相似误差订正(AnBC)方法对快速更新多尺度分析和预报系统短期预报总辐射的订正效果.结果表明,订正后明显降低了预报误差,一... 为降低光伏功率预测中预报总辐射误差且探讨各类订正方法的适用性,分季节对比分析逐步回归、支持向量机(SVM)和相似误差订正(AnBC)方法对快速更新多尺度分析和预报系统短期预报总辐射的订正效果.结果表明,订正后明显降低了预报误差,一定程度上改善了预报总辐射分布较分散和偏大的情况.酒泉鸿坤光伏电站秋季逐步回归订正效果相对最佳(平均绝对偏差(M_(AE))降低4.56 W/m^(2)),冬季、夏季和春季均是AnBC效果相对最佳(M_(AE)依次降低10.33、12.71、44.27 W/m^(2));敦煌电建汇能光伏电站秋季和冬季均是SVM订正效果相对最佳(M_(AE)分别降低4.73和7.85 W/m^(2)),夏季和春季均是AnBC效果相对最佳(M_(AE)分别降低16.24和34.17 W/m^(2)).两座电站逐小时误差分布显示AnBC效果相对最佳;就各季节相对最佳订正方法而言,订正后春季提高时次百分比最高(酒泉鸿坤为73.88%,电建汇能为77.28%).晴天SVM订正效果最明显,非晴天AnBC效果最明显. 展开更多

为了探究永煤公司新桥煤矿深埋煤层大采宽工作面导水裂隙带高度发育特征,以典型的开采宽度330 m的某工作面为研究对象,建立了深埋煤层大采宽工作面三维工程地质概化预开采模型,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对采动覆岩导水裂隙带高度进行研究... 为了探究永煤公司新桥煤矿深埋煤层大采宽工作面导水裂隙带高度发育特征,以典型的开采宽度330 m的某工作面为研究对象,建立了深埋煤层大采宽工作面三维工程地质概化预开采模型,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对采动覆岩导水裂隙带高度进行研究,发现这种大采宽工作面开采后应力集中程度明显增大。和经验公式类比获得了该工作面导水裂隙带高度取值范围,提出了现行规范中的相关计算公式预计结果明显偏小,已不适合这种地质及开采条件。最后,在其他条件不变仅改变采宽条件下,模拟了7种不同采宽开采后沿倾向和走向导水裂隙带高度发育特征,对比分析发现导水裂隙带高度随采宽增加呈非线性变化,两者之间具有很好的自然对数拟合关系,确定了增加幅度的采宽阈值及其变化特征。 展开更多

目的中医药联合核苷(酸)类似物治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎抗病毒疗效仍存在争议,本文拟系统性评价中西医联合抗乙肝病毒效果及安全性。方法在中英文电子数据库(中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学等中文数据库和Embase、PubMed和Cocharane... 目的中医药联合核苷(酸)类似物治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎抗病毒疗效仍存在争议,本文拟系统性评价中西医联合抗乙肝病毒效果及安全性。方法在中英文电子数据库(中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学等中文数据库和Embase、PubMed和Cocharane Library英文数据库)中检索中医药联合核苷(酸)类似物治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的相关文献,筛选随机、双盲、对照临床试验文献进行统计分析。结果:共纳入随机、双盲、对照、临床试验文献9篇,共含2752例慢性乙型肝炎患者,试验组1376例,对照组1376例。结果与单用核苷(酸)类似物相比,试验组治疗能显著提高治疗(≥48周)结束时的乙肝病毒e抗原阴转率乙肝病毒e抗原血清转换率和乙型肝炎表面抗原转阴率。在治疗24周后的乙肝病毒的脱氧核糖核酸阴转率、谷丙转氨酶复常率方面,解毒类方试验组明显优于对照组。试验组与对照组两组在治疗(≥48周)结束时的乙肝病毒的脱氧核糖核酸阴转率、谷丙转氨酶复常率、肝脏炎症分级和纤维化分期变化率及不良反应发生率方面,差异无统计学意义。结论中医药联合核苷(酸)类似物治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎抗病毒疗效优于核苷(酸)类似物单药治疗,且不增加不良反应发生率。 展开更多

市域(郊)铁路桥梁占比大,但行业内尚无统一的桥梁建设标准。项目前期研究冗繁,差异大,标准化、科学化水平有待提高。本文以苏虞张线(苏州—常熟—张家港)为例,从结构体系、梁跨选择、下部结构设计等方面,对标准跨度桥梁进行初步研究。... 市域(郊)铁路桥梁占比大,但行业内尚无统一的桥梁建设标准。项目前期研究冗繁,差异大,标准化、科学化水平有待提高。本文以苏虞张线(苏州—常熟—张家港)为例,从结构体系、梁跨选择、下部结构设计等方面,对标准跨度桥梁进行初步研究。结果表明:能适应梁场整孔预制、架桥机架设工法的标准跨度简支梁,是市域(郊)铁路桥梁选择的方向;双线大箱梁为市域(郊)铁路优选梁型;35 m为市域(郊)铁路标准桥梁的最优跨径;35 m梁设计可采用薄腹板、大型号钢束,结构尺寸较优。桥墩纵向尺寸可以优化,高度10 m及以下的桥墩,纵向尺寸可减小至1.2 m,全桥动力性能满足规范要求。打入桩最经济,但受限条件多;预钻根植桩和后压浆桩受压浆质量难以检测或判断影响,可以少量试验应用;常规钻孔灌注桩仍是市域(郊)铁路桥梁主要采用的桩基形式。 展开更多

目的:比较与分析甘草酸类制剂与核苷(酸)类似物联用对慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)患者的临床疗效与安全性。方法:在Pubmed、Embase和中国知网、万方医学网、维普等数据库中,检索建库至2023年10月甘草酸类制剂与核苷(酸)类似... 目的:比较与分析甘草酸类制剂与核苷(酸)类似物联用对慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)患者的临床疗效与安全性。方法:在Pubmed、Embase和中国知网、万方医学网、维普等数据库中,检索建库至2023年10月甘草酸类制剂与核苷(酸)类似物联用对CHB患者临床疗效与安全性的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial)研究,采用Stata1和Revman等软件进行甘草酸类制剂与核苷(酸)类似物联用对CHB患者的临床疗效与安全性的网状Meta分析。结果:筛选后共纳入文献42篇,共涉及病例3991例;网状Meta分析结果显示,甘草酸类制剂与核苷(酸)类似物联用对CHB患者在丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、总胆红素等指标上的疗效均优于单用核苷(酸)类似物(P<0.05);在用药安全性方面,甘草酸类制剂与核苷(酸)类似物联用和单用核苷(酸)类似物的药物不良反应发生率经比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甘草酸类制剂与核苷(酸)类似物联用对CHB患者的疗效较为肯定,安全性也较高。 展开更多

在光伏电站建设前期做可行性评估的过程中,需要对拟建光伏电站的发电量进行理论上的预测,以此来测算项目的投资收益率,进而评估项目是否值得投资建设。光伏电站发电能力评估的准确性受限于气象数据的准确性及光伏电站系统效率(PR)评估... 在光伏电站建设前期做可行性评估的过程中,需要对拟建光伏电站的发电量进行理论上的预测,以此来测算项目的投资收益率,进而评估项目是否值得投资建设。光伏电站发电能力评估的准确性受限于气象数据的准确性及光伏电站系统效率(PR)评估的准确性。由于环境复杂性高、实际测量难度大等原因,导致无法获得拟建光伏电站真实的气象数据及准确的PR。将拟建光伏电站周边的光伏电站作为参考,引入参考光伏电站的历史发电数据,结合参考光伏电站与拟建光伏电站的太阳辐射量差异、PR差异,提出了一种基于类比分析法的光伏电站发电能力评估模型。通过建立评估模型,解耦气象因素偏差对光伏电站PR的影响,分析各因素导致的评估模型的偏差范围,并采用3组光伏电站对照组的发电数据对评估模型的准确性进行了验证。研究结果表明:气象因素偏差对光伏电站PR的最大影响为1.5972%。采用该评估模型测算得到的3组光伏电站对照组的年等效利用小时数评估偏差皆控制在3.00%以内,平均偏差为1.21%,远低于采用PVsyst软件测算得到的年等效利用小时数的平均偏差。表明该评估模型具有良好地准确度,可作为光伏电站建设时评估其发电量的实用且有效的方法。 展开更多
