三苯基锗二硫代氨基甲酸酯的合成及表征

Thirteen title compounds Ph 3GeS 2CNR 2(1—13) were synthesized by the reaction of \{corre\|\}sponding triphenylgermanium chloride with dithiocarbamates. Their structures were confirmed by elemen\|tal analysis, IR, 1H NMR, UV and MS. Some of these compounds showed antitumor activities in vitro.

三苯基锗氨荒酸酯的合成

合成了 10个新的三苯基锗氨荒酸酯类化合物 ,利用元素分析。IR、1HNMR及 MS表征了它们的结构。部分化合物初步生物活性测试结果表明 ,该类化合物对 KB,HCT和 Bel癌细胞具有较好的抑制活性。
