Innovation and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Talents in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges under the Guidance of the Spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness

Heilongjiang reclamation area has made great progress since its development and construction, among which the agricultural and forestry colleges in China have played a key role in the input of talents for the production of reclamation area, and the spirit of the Great Wilderness has important strategic significance for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents. Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, this paper analyzes the ways of the Great Northern Wilderness Spirit for cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges, improving the curriculum system of undergraduate talents through innovation, strengthening the cultivation of students’ innovative ability, leading students’ scientific research and academic level, and enhancing students’ practical ability. To innovate the cultivation mode of application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges under the guidance of the spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness, and to provide a reference mode for the cultivation of undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges in China.

Research on Foreign Language Talent Cultivation Mode Based on the Concept of Language Security

Language security is an important part of national security,and in the current complex international environment,the issue of language security is becoming more and more prominent and has become an unignorable part of national security strategy.As the bridge and link of international communication,foreign language talents’language skills and the level of national security awareness directly affect our country’s international image and the effect of international communication.Therefore,the establishment of a foreign language talent cultivation mode based on the concept of language security is not only an important way to improve the quality of foreign language education but also a realistic need to safeguard national security and promote international exchanges.Starting from the influence of the language security concept on foreign language talent cultivation,this paper analyzes the foreign language talent cultivation mode based on the language security concept,with a view to providing new ideas and methods for the development of foreign language education.

Discussion and Practice on Talent Cultivation Model Based on OBE Concept in Veterinary Medicine Graduate Education

To address the challenges in training veterinary master’s students,it is essential to align with the core objectives of veterinary graduate education.This involves focusing on faculty development,course design,innovative teaching methods,university-industry collaboration,and reforming the evaluation system.By applying the outcome-based education model,new approaches to veterinary graduate training can be developed,particularly for applied talent development in agricultural universities serving local communities.This innovative model emphasizes ideological and political education,aiming to enhance students’abilities in knowledge and practical innovation,preparing them to be well-rounded professionals.The goal is to cultivate senior veterinary experts who are not only skilled in academic research and scientific inquiry but also committed to advancing agriculture,rural areas,and supporting rural revitalization.This approach provides a valuable framework for fostering highly qualified graduates who are both technically proficient and socially responsible.

The Mode Reform of Cultivating Marketing Talents in Agricultural Vocational Colleges Based on the Perspective of Agricultural Enterprises——A Case Study of Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology

We conduct survey on the characteristics of demand of agricultural enterprises for agricultural marketing talents from the following 6 aspects:the professional marketing talents needed urgently by the agricultural enterprises,the amount of demand of agricultural enterprises for the marketing talents,the jobs offered by the agricultural enterprises,the educational background of agricultural marketing talents favored by the agricultural enterprises,the requirements posed by the agricultural enterprises on the work experience of agricultural marketing talents,and the quality requirements posed by the agricultural enterprises on the agricultural marketing talents.We analyse the problems existing in the cultivation mode of marketing talents in agricultural vocational colleges as follows:the feature of major is not outstanding;the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent;it is disconnected with the practical needs of agricultural enterprises;the cultivation form of practical ability is simple.On the basis of this,taking Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example,we advance the new mode of cultivating inter-disciplinary talents integrating "marketing technique+technique marketing",and establish characteristic agricultural course combo system on the basis of vocational position orientation.In the meantime,we propose that we should conduct close college-enterprise cooperation with the local leading agricultural enterprises.This cultivation mode reform of talents is favorable for the agricultural enterprises,especially small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises to foster "marketable" agricultural marketing talents,elevate the comprehensive competitiveness of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises,serve the local economy,and promote the development of modern agriculture,and China's agriculture,farmer,and countryside.

Exploration and Reflection on Modern Apprenticeship Talent Cultivation Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities

Modern apprenticeship is a talent cultivation mode of deep integration between schools and enterprises,and an effective way for higher vocational colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation and realize professional service to society.Guangxi College for Preschool Education of Special Education College of Applied Behavior Analysis cooperates with Guangxi Youzhuan Special Children Care Service Center to coeducate rehabilitation teachers of autistic children using the modern apprenticeship mode,constructs school-enterprise synergistic cultivation mechanism,promotes the integration of enrollment and recruitment,improves the system and standard of talent cultivation,builds the faculty team that is mutually employed by the school and enterprise,establishes the guarantee for the management system of modern apprenticeship,and so on.The practice has been carried out with the initial experience gained.However,the construction of a long-term operation mechanism of the modern apprenticeship mode still requires consideration of the contradiction with the traditional cultivation mode and the construction of a perfect evaluation system.
