Research on the Reform of School-Enterprise Cooperation Teaching and Education Mode for Computer Majors

This paper discusses the innovative methods of school-enterprise cooperation education mode in computer applied talent training.An innovative training model based on school-enterprise cooperation is proposed to promote the cultivation of students’practical and innovative skills,so as to better adapt to the needs of society.By analyzing the key links and influencing factors of the training mode,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions and measures to provide guidelines for universities and enterprises in personnel training.

High-speed train cooperativecontrol based on fractional-ordersliding mode adaptive algorithm

Purpose–This study aims to propose an adaptive fractional-order sliding mode controller to solve the problem of train speed tracking control and position interval control under disturbance environment in moving block system,so as to improve the tracking efficiency and collision avoidance performance.Design/methodology/approach–The mathematical model of information interaction between trains is established based on algebraic graph theory,so that the train can obtain the state information of adjacent trains,and then realize the distributed cooperative control of each train.In the controller design,the sliding mode control and fractional calculus are combined to avoid the discontinuous switching phenomenon,so as to suppress the chattering of sliding mode control,and a parameter adaptive law is constructed to approximate the time-varying operating resistance coefficient.Findings–The simulation results show that compared with proportional integral derivative(PID)control and ordinary sliding mode control,the control accuracy of the proposed algorithm in terms of speed is,respectively,improved by 25%and 75%.The error frequency and fluctuation range of the proposed algorithm are reduced in the position error control,the error value tends to 0,and the operation trend tends to be consistent.Therefore,the control method can improve the control accuracy of the system and prove that it has strong immunity.Originality/value–The algorithm can reduce the influence of external interference in the actual operating environment,realize efficient and stable tracking of trains,and ensure the safety of train control.

Research on Compatible Mode of Self-directed Learning and Cooperative Learning in Blended Teaching of Basic English Course

In the information age,blended teaching,no matter online or offline,has become the mainstream of college teaching reform.In this teaching model,self-directed learning and cooperative learning are the two main learning approaches.On the online teaching platform,students mainly learn knowledge-based content by self-directed learning,while practising their language skills by cooperative learning in flipped classroom activities.On one hand,it advocates student-centered strategy so as to improve students autonomous learning ability;on the other hand,teachers serve as a guide to organize the classroom activities;meanwhile,they give timely feedback to students in order to promote students’learning ability.In blended teaching model,this mutually compatible and reinforcing model of self-directed learning and cooperative learning is undoubtedly helpful to improve the teaching efficiency.

Power allocation and mode selection methods for cooperative communication in the rectangular tunnel

For the multipath fading on electromagnetic waves of wireless communication in the confined areas,the rectangular tunnel cooperative communication system was established based on the multimode channel model and the channel capacity formula derivation was obtained.On the optimal criterion of the channel capacity,the power allocation methods of both amplifying and forwarding(AF) and decoding and forwarding(DF) cooperative communication systems were proposed in the limitation of the total power to maximize the channel capacity.The mode selection methods of single input single output(SISO) and single input multiple output(SIMO) models in the rectangular tunnel,through which the higher channel capacity can be obtained,were put forward as well.The theoretical analysis and simulation comparison show that,channel capacity of the wireless communication system in the rectangular tunnel can be effectively enhanced through the cooperative technology;channel capacity of the rectangular tunnel under complicated conditions is maximized through the proposed power allocation methods,and the optimal cooperative mode of the channel capacity can be chosen according to the cooperative mode selection methods given in the paper.

Present Situation and Development Mode of Chinese Farmers' Cooperative Organizations

In developed countries,the typical modes of farmers' cooperative organizations are " German mode", " Japan and South Korea mode" and " American mode". The development of farmers' cooperative organizations in China is the product of need and being needed,with low level of specialization,systematism and industrialization. However,Chinese farmers' cooperative organizations have the advantages of diversification,full supporting and great opportunities of Internet economy and e-commerce environment. Based on that,this paper puts forward the " Chinese mode" for the development of farmers' cooperative organizations in China in the future,that is,the main body of innovation and entrepreneurship will unite,and the other entities of production and industry will follow them.

体育教育专业实践教学的U-S合作模式研究

实践教学是师范生体验教育现实、学习教学的关键路径。体育教育专业实践教学的U-S(universities-schools)合作模式是指:大学体育教师、体育教育专业学生与中小学体育教师合作,通过大学四年引导师范生通过合作学习、合作教学、合作活动和合作评价,拓展师范生的学习空间,帮助其积累教学资源,学会教学,有效的提升体育教育专业学生专业实践的能力,实现理论与实践的时空对接。

民族地区小学生科技创新教育“G-U-S”协同育人模式的探索实践

当前民族地区小学生科技创新教育存在参与主体单一、人才队伍短缺、教学资源缺乏的问题。河池学院依托高校优质教育教学资源,深度推进校地、校校、校企合作,通过实现师资共培、平台共建、载体共创、文化共育,探索构建了“政府主导-高校引领-小学主体”的小学生科技创新教育“G-U-S”协同育人模式,促进了“校-政-校”之间的资源共享、优势互补、协同育人,有效提升了民族地区小学生科技创新教育水平,对民族地区的小学科技创新教育具有一定借鉴作用。

我国教师教育U-S合作研究热点问题综述

近十年来,我国教师教育U-S合作的研究热点主要集中在U-S合作的理论分析、模式与类型研究、经验借鉴(国内外)与反思、困境及其原因分析等四个方面。而综观这些研究,其不足及思考有三:即理论研究有待进一步拓展、深入,合作的载体和运行机制讨论不足,U-S共生性合作、U-G-S模式成为研究趋势。对此,需要相关研究者进行更为深入的研究,以帮助解决U-S合作的困境,从而提高我国教师教育U-S合作的成效。

U-S协作:教师培养的机制探析——以西北师大经验为例

大学与中学协作(University-School cooperation)培养教师是教师教育发展的必然诉求。建立良好的协作机制是培养高质量教师的内在需求,在广识、参与的基础上实现双赢是U-S协作的导向机制,在交流、共享的过程中形成合力是U-S协作的动力机制,在完善、规范的制度下有效运行是U-S协作的保障机制,在务实、高效的路径下有效实施是U-S协作的运行机制,在智慧、通达的环境下变革思维是U-S协作的引领机制。惟有营建富有生命形态的协作机制,才能形成良好的教师培养文化和运作方式,实现教师培养高质化。

An Improved Cooperative Adaptive Cruise Control(CACC) Algorithm Considering Invalid Communication

For the Cooperative Adaptive Cruise Control （CACC） Algorithm, existing research studies mainly focus on how inter-vehicle communication can be used to develop CACC controller, the influence of the communication delays and lags of the actuators to the string stability. However, whether the string stability can be guaranteed when inter-vehicle communication is invalid partially has hardly been considered. This paper presents an improved CACC algorithm based on the sliding mode control theory and analyses the range of CACC controller parameters to maintain string stability. A dynamic model of vehicle spacing deviation in a platoon is then established, and the string stability conditions under improved CACC are analyzed. Unlike the traditional CACC algorithms, the proposed algorithm can ensure the functionality of the CACC system even if inter-vehicle communication is partially invalid. Finally, this paper establishes a platoon of five vehicles to simulate the improved CACC algorithm in MATLAB/Simulink, and the simulation results demonstrate that the improved CACC algorithm can maintain the string stability of a CACC platoon through adjusting the controller parameters and enlarging the spacing to prevent accidents. With guaranteed string stability, the proposed CACC algorithm can prevent oscillation of vehicle spacing and reduce chain collision accidents under real-world circumstances. This research proposes an improved CACC algorithm, which can guarantee the string stability when inter-vehicle communication is invalid.

Research on Competitiveness of the Developmental Pattern of "Enterprise+Cooperative"——A case of Lamb Fattening Cooperatives in Hainan Sub-prefecture of Qinghai Province

The empirical analyses on agricultural industrialization pattern and local animal husbandry in northwestern areas show that the industrialization development of husbandry in northwestern areas faces international and national competitive pressures. The survival ability and competitive ability are the key points of husbandry industrialization. The paper, having a lamb fattening professional cooperatives in Hainan sub-prefecture of Qinghai Province as the example, introduces the general conditions of the establishment and development of cooperatives and points out the advantages and disadvantages of husbandry in Qinghai Province. The paper analyzes the competitive advantages of Hongyuan Lamb Fattening Cooperatives through five forces mode of Michael Port, putting forward countermeasures and upgrading the competitiveness of Hongyuan Lamb Fattening Competitive.

Comparative Analysis on Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives from the Perspective of Agricultural Industry Chain

Taking three typical farmers' specialized cooperatives in Jingyuan County of Gansu Province as example,this paper compared with the operating mode of three cooperatives and their position in the agricultural industry chain,and analyzed operating characteristics,problems,and similarities of three cooperatives and their functions in the agricultural industry chain.The study indicated that the farmers' specialized cooperatives can accurately find their position in the agricultural industry chain.This is helpful for raising their comprehensive competitiveness and it is very important to manage the survival and development of farmers' specialized cooperatives,which is of utmost importance to their effective operation.According to this study,the government should strengthen its support,speed up the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,while farmers' specialized cooperatives should grasp the operating characteristics,locate themselves and integrate multi-resources.These are effective measures for promoting healthy operation of farmers' specialized cooperatives.

Three-dimensional impact angle constrained distributed cooperative guidance law for anti-ship missiles

This paper investigates the problem of distributed cooperative guidance law design for multiple anti-ship missiles in the three-dimensional(3-D)space hitting simultaneously the same target with considering the desired terminal impact angle constraint.To address this issue,the problem formulation including 3-D nonlinear mathematical model description,and communication topology are built firstly.Then the consensus variable is constructed using the available information and can reach consensus under the proposed acceleration command along the line-of-sight(LOS)which satisfies the impact time constraint.However,the normal accelerations are designed to guarantee the convergence of the LOS angular rate.Furthermore,consider the terminal impact angle constraints,a nonsingular terminal sliding mode(NTSM)control is introduced,and a finite time convergent control law of normal acceleration is proposed.The convergence of the proposed guidance law is proved by using the second Lyapunov stability method,and numerical simulations are also conducted to verify its effectiveness.The results indicate that the proposed cooperative guidance law can regulate the impact time error and impact angle error in finite time if the connecting time of the communication topology is longer than the required convergent time.

Mode Innovation of School-Enterprise Cooperation on Food Safety Testing Laboratory Reform

In view of the difficulties about school-enterprise cooperation on food safety testing laboratory reform,the current training program,teaching methods and teaching forms are not suitable for the new platform.This paper provides new ideas and modes to solve these problems,such as integrating the resource elements between school and enterprise,establishing new platforms with the help of external force and innovating the cooperation modes to improve the laboratory,which can fully serve teaching,scientific research and enterprise production.

基于K-modes的安全算法抵御SSDF攻击

为保障频谱感知安全,针对协作频谱感知中频谱感知数据篡改攻击,在集中式认知无线电网络中提出了一种基于K-modes的安全算法抵御此类攻击。利用K-modes算法对在融合中心收集到的次用户感知报告进行分类,在识别并剔除攻击者后,最后通过低复杂度的传统投票规则获得更高的网络感知性能。通过Python仿真,分析该算法在不同条件下对攻击者的识别性能,并验证该算法比传统防御算法的检测概率提高了约37%。

Relay Selection Strategy in the Secure Cooperative Communications System

With the low cost and low hardware complex considerations,cooperative systems are a tendency in the future communications.This work considers the secure cooperative communications systems.For a practical situation in the system,the scenario includes multiple source stations,multiple relay stations,multiple destination stations,and eavesdroppers.To analyze the optimal relay selection in the system,we begin with the performance analysis for a single source station and a single destination station.By applying two cooperative models,the amplify-andforward（AF） mode and decode-and-forward（DF）mode,the secrecy capacity is derived.Then,we apply the derived results to the considered environment to find the optimal relay assignment.By the way,the relay selection can be obtained by the exhaustive search algorithm.However,there are a lot of steps needed if the number of source stations is large.Hence,applying the characters of the cooperative modes in the relay selection,the pre-selection step is proposed with a mathematical derivation.It could be used for the practical situation without a long-time calculation.

Multiple mode cooperation based software engineering talents training

The main problems of the traditional software talent training are that the knowledge learned is out of touch of the industry,weak ability to solve complex engineering problems and the comprehensive quality cannot meet the requirements of enterprises.Taking the course of digital image processing as an example,this paper analyzes the key steps in the training process in details,and proposes a multiple mode collaborative based software engineering talent training mechanism,which brings the key subjects of teaching materials,teachers,students,enterprises,subjects into a unified training mechanism,so as to provide a new ideas for software talent teaching.

How to Improve Students' Initiatives in Cooperative Teaching

With the development of the society, cooperative teaching is no longer a new topic, but a new teaching ideology with great zeitgeist. Nowadays, each part of the society pays more and more attention to cooperative spirit, cooperative consciousness and cooperative skills. As a kind of competence which is more important than knowledge, cooperation is becoming a rather important accomplishment of people, which is quite popular among them. For a long time, the traditional teaching mode in our country is neither helpful to the development of the main role of students', nor to the students' cooperative consciousness or competence. Therefore, during the new round of curriculum reform, changing the students' learning methods has been a focus of people. Under this background, we bring"cooperative learning in groups"into our class, and try to explore it from multiple angles.In this thesis, I will give advice to the cooperative teaching mode through analyzing the theoretical basis, teaching mode and teaching characteristics of the cooperative teaching in order that students' initiatives can be improved in cooperative teaching.
