Predicting the mechanical behaviors of structure and perceiving the anomalies in advance are essential to ensuring the safe operation of infrastructures in the long run.In addition to the incomplete consideration of influencing factors,the prediction time scale of existing studies is rough.Therefore,this study focuses on the development of a real-time prediction model by coupling the spatio-temporal correlation with external load through autoencoder network(ATENet)based on structural health monitoring(SHM)data.An autoencoder mechanism is performed to acquire the high-level representation of raw monitoring data at different spatial positions,and the recurrent neural network is applied to understanding the temporal correlation from the time series.Then,the obtained temporal-spatial information is coupled with dynamic loads through a fully connected layer to predict structural performance in next 12 h.As a case study,the proposed model is formulated on the SHM data collected from a representative underwater shield tunnel.The robustness study is carried out to verify the reliability and the prediction capability of the proposed model.Finally,the ATENet model is compared with some typical models,and the results indicate that it has the best performance.ATENet model is of great value to predict the realtime evolution trend of tunnel structure. 展开更多

为实现复杂施工环境下的管道自动焊接,利用自保护药芯焊丝具有较好的全位置焊接性、良好的脱渣性与电弧稳定性、未熔合缺陷低、无需保护气体、在风速小于8m/s时不需采用任何防风措施的优势,研制了管道全位置自保护药芯焊丝自动焊接系统... 为实现复杂施工环境下的管道自动焊接,利用自保护药芯焊丝具有较好的全位置焊接性、良好的脱渣性与电弧稳定性、未熔合缺陷低、无需保护气体、在风速小于8m/s时不需采用任何防风措施的优势,研制了管道全位置自保护药芯焊丝自动焊接系统(由安装焊炬的焊接小车、导向轨道、自动控制系统、焊接电源及送丝机等组成),应用自保护药芯成品焊丝对X80管线钢进行了焊接试验,确定了合适的自保护药芯焊丝自动焊焊接参数,进而制订了"内焊机根焊+管道全位置自保护药芯焊丝自动焊接填充、盖面焊接"的焊接工艺,并对该工艺焊缝进行了力学性能测试。试验结果表明,管道全位置自保护药芯焊丝自动焊接系统整体性能稳定,焊接过程平稳,可有效提高焊接过程的连续性与稳定性,焊接接头的内在质量、外观成形、力学性能都满足X80管线钢的焊接标准要求,且焊接时不需防风棚,可有效降低管道焊接综合成本。同时,还提出了进一步研发适合于自动焊接的专用自保护药芯焊丝的合理化建议。 展开更多

The results show there are some laws in poplar I-214 dyeing and UV-ray attenuation of each chemically treated veneer color. The chemical reaction carded out between cellulose or lignin on veneer surface and dye molecules when they met with. The capability of dyeing and discoloration of veneer is improved by control of dyeing technology, especially chemical treatments; being treated by acetylation and maleic anhydride protects dyed wood discoloration. 展开更多

Assessing site investigation program for design of shield tunnels

In the design of shield tunnels,it is expected that a design can be more economical as more site investigation data are available.Nev-ertheless,the cost of site investigation will also increase as more site investigation data are required.It is thus important to assess the potential benefit of a site investigation program before it is conducted considering the uncertainty in the soil properties and the site inves-tigation outcomes.In this paper,a probabilistic framework is suggested to assess the effectiveness of a site investigation program for the design of shield tunnels through the random field theory.An efficient method based on the generalized extreme value distribution is used to calculate the failure probability of the tunnel,through which the expected benefit from a site investigation program can be estimated conveniently.The result shows that a site investigation program is more valuable when a greater target design reliability index is needed.The expected benefit from a site investigation program increases as the borehole intensity increases,and it also increases as the scale of fluctuation of the soil properties increases.The method suggested in this paper provides a useful tool for planning borehole layout for the design of shield tunnels,which is promising for the optimization of site investigation. 展开更多

目的探讨天鹅记忆接骨器(SMC)对实验性骨折愈合中皮质骨胶原构筑的影响。方法20只新西兰大白兔双侧肱骨干截骨后,随机选取一侧用SMC固定,对侧用4孔动力加压接骨板(DCP)固定,分别在术后2、4、8、16、32周时各处死4只动物取材,扫描电镜观... 目的探讨天鹅记忆接骨器(SMC)对实验性骨折愈合中皮质骨胶原构筑的影响。方法20只新西兰大白兔双侧肱骨干截骨后,随机选取一侧用SMC固定,对侧用4孔动力加压接骨板(DCP)固定,分别在术后2、4、8、16、32周时各处死4只动物取材,扫描电镜观察固定段皮质骨胶原构筑的变化。结果SMC组在整个固定过程中,皮质骨结构与正常对照组相比无明显变化。而DCP组术后4周,胶原排列出现稀疏,局部有小吸收陷窝形成;术后8周,胶原排列紊乱,且有多个吸收腔形成;术后16周,DCP组胶原纤维出现中断;术后32周,DCP组骨质松化更加明显。结论SMC具有材料特性和几何构型上的优势,不仅对骨干不产生应力遮挡效应,而且对骨血供损伤也非常轻,故能有效防止骨质疏松的发生。 展开更多
