The process inference cannot be achieved effectively by the traditional expert system,while the ontology and semantic technology could provide better solution to the knowledge acquisition and intelligent inference of expert system.The application mode of ontology and semantic technology on the process parameters recommendation are mainly investigated.Firstly,the content about ontology,semantic web rule language(SWRL)rules and the relative inference engine are introduced.Then,the inference method about process based on ontology technology and the SWRL rule is proposed.The construction method of process ontology base and the writing criterion of SWRL rule are described later.Finally,the results of inference are obtained.The mode raised could offer the reference to the construction of process knowledge base as well as the expert system's reusable process rule library. 展开更多

By introducing ontology and its state, the approach tried to find a unified representation and a flexible choreography of business processes. The main idea of the paper is the transformation of ontology's states, which are the most important scenarios of enterprises. The business activity composition, that is, case composition based on an AI technique, Case Based Reason (CBR), which is to solve new problems by retrieving solutions to previous problems, and then store the modified solution. Personal desktop platform with teraflops peak performance of thousands of cores is realized at the price of conventional workstations using the programmable graphics processing units(GPUs).A GPU-based parallel Euler/Navier-Stokes solver is developed for 2-D compressible flows by using NVIDIA′s Compute Unified Device Architecture(CUDA)programming model in CUDA Fortran programming language.The techniques of implementation of CUDA kernels,double-layered thread hierarchy and variety memory hierarchy are presented to form the GPU-based algorithm of Euler/Navier-Stokes equations.The resulting parallel solver is validated by a set of typical test flow cases.The numerical results show that dozens of times speedup relative to a serial CPU implementation can be achieved using a single GPU desktop platform,which demonstrates that a GPU desktop can serve as a costeffective parallel computing platform to accelerate computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations substantially. 展开更多

In view of the lack of research on the information model of tufting carpet machine in China,an information modeling method based on Object Linking and Embedding for Process Control Unified Architecture(OPC UA)framework was proposed to solve the problem of“information island”caused by the differentiated data interface between heterogeneous equipment and system in tufting carpet machine workshop.This paper established an information model of tufting carpet machine based on analyzing the system architecture,workshop equipment composition and information flow of the workshop,combined with the OPC UA information modeling specification.Subsequently,the OPC UA protocol is used to instantiate and map the information model,and the OPC UA server is developed.Finally,the practicability of tufting carpet machine information model under the OPC UA framework and the feasibility of realizing the information interconnection of heterogeneous devices in the tufting carpet machine digital workshop are verified.On this basis,the cloud and remote access to the underlying device data are realized.The application of this information model and information integration scheme in actual production explores and practices the application of OPC UA technology in the digital workshop of tufting carpet machine. 展开更多

The capability requirements of the command, control, communication, computing, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (C41SR) systems are full of uncertain and vague information, which makes it difficult to model the C41SR architecture. The paper presents an approach to modeling the capability requirements with the fuzzy unified modeling language (UML) and building domain ontologies with fuzzy description logic (DL). The UML modeling constructs are extended according to the meta model of Depart- ment of Defense Architecture Framework to improve their domain applicability, the fuzzy modeling mechanism is introduced to model the fuzzy efficiency features of capabilities, and the capability requirement models are converted into ontologies formalized in fuzzy DL so that the model consistency and reasonability can be checked with a DL reasoning system. Finally, a case study of C41SR capability requirements model checking is provided to demonstrate the availability and applicability of the method. 展开更多

In order to recognize one's intention from the communication,both the meaning and the emotion are necessary to be interpreted correctly.But until now the study of fine-grained theory of emotion is still full of challenges.This paper analyzes emotion category according to the statistics of Affective Word(AW) hierarchy and describes an emotion ontology from Chinese knowledge resource semi-automatically created for human machine interaction.The emotion hierarchy is called complex emotion.Firstly,over 7 000 AWs have been annotated and their detailed explanations had been collected for an affective lexicon and then the consistent relationships are automatically parsed and a serial of emotion hierarchical structures are built up.More than 50 affective categories are extracted by a lexical clustering algorithm and about 5 000 nouns and adjectives and 2 000 verbs are categorized into the predicate hierarchy.The results have been evaluated to be valid by two metrics. 展开更多

Due to a rapid increase in the number of functionally equivalent web services at open and dynamic Io T service environment,Qo S has become a major discrimination factor to reflect the user's expectation and experience of using a service.There are different languages and models for expressing Qo S advertisements and requirements among service providers and consumers.Therefore,it leads to the issues of semantic interoperability of Qo S information and semantic similarity match between a semantic description of the service being requested by the service consumer,and a formal description of the service being offered by the service provider.In this paper,we propose a hierarchical two-layer semantic Qo S ontology to promote the description and declaration of Qo S-based service information in detail for any domain and application.And,we develop a semantic matchmaking algorithm to compare the web services according to their Qo S information and adopt analytical hierarchy process( AHP) to make decision for the ranked services depending on the Qo S criteria.The comparison study and experimental result show that our proposed system is superior to other service ranking approaches. 展开更多

Manual construction of ontologies by domain experts and knowledge engineers is an expensive and time consuming task so, automatic and/or semiautomatic approaches are needed. Ontology learning looks for identifying ontology elements like non-taxonomic relationships from information sources. These relationships correspond to slots in a frame-based ontology. This article proposes an initial process for semiautomatic extraction of non-taxonomic relationships of ontologies from textual sources. It uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to identify good candidates of non-taxonomic relationships and a data mining technique to suggest their possible best level in the ontology hierarchy. Once the extraction of these relationships is essentially a retrieval task, the metrics of this field like recall, precision and f-measure are used to perform evaluation. 展开更多

Ontological approach is used for the presentation of software engineering domain—Life Cycle (LC) ISO/IEC 12207 with the aim to automate LC processes and to generate different variants of LC for development systems. And the second aim of Conceptual Model must teach the student to standard process LC, which includes general, organizational and supported processes. These processes are presented in graphical terms of DSL, which are transformed to XML for processing systems in the modern environment (IBM, VS.Net, JAVA and so on). The testing process is given in ontology terms of Protégé systems, and semantics of tasks of this process is implemented in Ruby. The unified multimedia query language (UMQL) is a powerful general-purpose multimedia query language, and it is very suitable for multimedia information retrieval. The paper proposes a grammar analysis model to implement an effective grammatical processing for the language. It separates the grammar analysis ofa UMQL query specification into two phases: syntactic analysis and semantic analysis, and then respectively uses Backus-Naur form (EBNF) and logical algebra to specify both restrictive grammar rules. As a result, the model can present error guiding information for a query specification which owns incorrect grammar. The model not only suits well the processing of UMQL queries, but aLso has a guiding significance for other projects concerning query processings of descriptive query languages. 展开更多

The information integration method of semantic web based on agent ontology(SWAO method) was put forward aiming at the problems in current network environment,which integrates,analyzes and processes enormous web information and extracts answers on the basis of semantics. With SWAO method as the clue,the following technologies were studied:the method of concept extraction based on semantic term mining,agent ontology construction method on account of multi-points and the answer extraction in view of semantic inference. Meanwhile,the structural model of the question answering system applying ontology was presented,which adopts OWL language to describe domain knowledge from where QA system infers and extracts answers by Jena inference engine. In the system testing,the precision rate reaches 86%,and the recalling rate is 93%. The experimental results prove that it is feasible to use the method to develop a question answering system,which is valuable for further study in more depth. 展开更多

Many detailed data on past geological hazard events are buried in geological hazard reports and have not been fully utilized. The growing developments in geographic information retrieval and temporal information retrieval offer opportunities to analyse this wealth of data to mine the spatiotemporal evolution of geological disaster occurrence and enhance risk decision making. This study presents a combined NLP and ontology matching information extraction framework for automatically recognizing semantic and spatiotemporal information from geological hazard reports. This framework mainly extracts unstructured information from geological disaster reports through named entity recognition, ontology matching and gazetteer matching to identify and annotate elements, thus enabling users to quickly obtain key information and understand the general content of disaster reports. In addition, we present the final results obtained from the experiments through a reasonable visualization and analyse the visual results. The extraction and retrieval of semantic information related to the dynamics of geohazard events are performed from both natural and human perspectives to provide information on the progress of events. 展开更多
