Exploring the Impact of Serious Reading of Classical Metatextuals on University Students’Learning of Traditional Culture

An important carrier of excellent Chinese traditional culture is the classic book,and university students carry the important responsibility of promoting Chinese excellent traditional culture and propagating cultural confidence.The serious reading of classical texts is an important way for university students to learn traditional culture,which has the advantages of professionalism and systematization.At the present stage,university students lack the awareness and action to read the classics,and the time for serious reading is very limited.The genre,subject matter,and extent of IP development are important factors that affect the in-depth reading of the classic metatext.

How to lead foreign students into Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is becoming much more international and widely accepted. More and more foreign students come to China's Mainland to study this great yet mysterious discipline. However, the current teaching methods are far from satisfaction. This paper analyzes some existing problems and contradictions present in the teaching practices and suggests some measures for improvement.

Evaluating the confidence level of Traditional Chinese Medicine in nursing undergraduates at Chinese medical university

Objective:To observe the confidence level prevailing with regard to the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)among undergraduate nursing students who have undertaken TCM courses at Shanxi Medical University.Methods:This cross-sectional study was conducted at Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine.A questionnaire survey was administered through the Questionnaire Star website(https://www.questionstar.com/).The confidence level was examined from 6 aspects,namely cognition of TCM culture and theory,advantages and characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment,feelings about TCM achievements,personal behaviors related to TCM,attitudes toward Western medicine,and the future of TCM.The mean score of the observed items was calculated,and was found to be positively related to the confidence level concerning TCM(the score was between 1 and 5).Results:A total of 120 participants voluntarily enrolled themselves in the study.The results showed that the mean score of observed items were generally about 4.A relatively strong confidence was shown in understating TCM advantages and characteristics in diagnosis and treatment,and also in feelings toward TCM achievements.Conclusions:The majority of nursing undergraduates had confidence in TCM.However,some aspects such as the understanding of TCM culture and the correlation between TCM and Western medicine may need to be improved through education.

Current situation and influencing factors of classroom situationdeviant behavior of undergraduate nursing students in colleges oftraditional Chinese medicine

Objective: To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of classroom situation deviant behavior ofundergraduate nursing students in colleges of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Three hundred andeighty-two undergraduate nursing students in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were investigatedby general situation questionnaire, Classroom Situation Deviation Behavior questionnaire, Utrecht WorkEngagement Scale-Student and Mobile phone addiction index scale. Results: The scores of the ClassroomSituation Deviation Behavior questionnaire of nursing students were (46.04 ± 14.94). The results of multiple linearregression analysis showed that gender, academic ranking, family income (RMB/month), learning involvement andmobile phone dependence were the influencing factors, accounting for 32.9% of the total variation. Conclusion:The classroom situation deviant behavior of undergraduate nursing students in colleges of traditional Chinesemedicine is moderately upper-level. It is suggested that the management departments of colleges should strictlyenforce the classroom management system, improve the teaching level of teachers, guide students to develop goodlearning habits, and constantly stimulate students' learning enthusiasm in order to reduce the occurrence ofclassroom situation deviation behavior.

The development of traditional Chinese medicine

Similar to other medicines,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)originated from the need for various practical solutions to treat diseases.It is a knowledge system summarized and condensed by the Chinese nation in the health care practice for thousands of years.TCM continues to serve the health care system.This study summarized the history,health concept,main treatment strategies and methods,current development,and future perspectives of TCM.It may provide a more comprehensive image of the overall TCM system.

Learning, understanding, trusting and applying-Promoting development of traditional Chinese medicine from medical education

From the end of the Qing dynasty to the establishment of Republic of China until the present day, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has declined from the original medical system parallel to western medicine to a supplementary medicine in China. During the long time, western medicine has gradually become the dominate medical system forming the situation of 'western medicine in the north, TCM in the wild'. On July 1, 2017, China's TCM law has been officially implemented ensuring a time of great opportunity for TCM in the future. The current situations are: 'western medicine is dominated, TCM are supplementary for use'. Some people insist that TCM should be weakened others suppose that Chinese medicine should be evaluated with biomedical standards and are lack of scientificity. Facing the disadvantages of degradation of Chinese medicine, lack of characteristics, the development of TCM still has a long way to go. This paper puts forward the 'education of medical students', so that medical students can learn, understand, believe and use TCM in order to carry forward the career of TCM.

Randomized control study in the influence of different training methods of Tai Chi on Chinese medicine constitution of international students with depression or depression tendency

目的：探讨太极拳不同训练方式对留学生抑郁或抑郁倾向的影响.方法：38名留学生被随机分为太极拳单纯动作练习组（简称单纯动作组）和太极拳动作练习配合呼吸吐纳组（简称呼吸吐纳组）,并比较两组实验前后中医体质的均分变化.结果：与训练前相比,38名留学生中偏颇体质的平均得分明显下降（P〈0.05）.与训练前相比,呼吸吐纳组中气虚型、阳虚型、痰湿型、气滞型的偏颇体质的平均得分显著降低（P〈0.05）.单纯动作组的阳虚型、血瘀型、气滞型的偏颇体质的平均得分也显著下降（P〈0.05）.另外,气虚型、阳虚型、阴虚型、痰湿型、气滞型的偏颇体质的平均得分均显著低于单纯运动组中这些体质的得分,提示太极拳动作练习配合呼吸吐纳的方法优于太极拳单纯动作练习（P〈0.01）.结论：与呼吸吐纳法结合,太极拳动作练习对改善与抑郁或抑郁倾向相关的偏颇体质有更好的效果.

Dialogue with Dr. Lixing Lao:from a factory electrician to an international scholar of Chinese medicine

Dr. Lixing Lao, an internationally known scholar of Chinese medicine renowned for his clinical and mechanisms research, is the Director of the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） Program at the Center for Integrative Medicine, University of Maryland （UM） School of Medicine; the Co-Chair of the Acupuncture Research Society; and the former Editor-in-Chief of the American Acupuncturist, the official journal of the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. The Baltimore Magazine has listed Dr. Lao as one of the nation＇s top acupuncture practitioners （Figure 1 ）.

Validity and reliability of the evaluation tool of TCM confidence in students with TCM learning experience

Objective:This study aimed to design an evaluation scale of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)confidence and then evaluate its validity and reliability.Methods:Three parallel samples with TCM learning experience were included in this current study.Randomly selected 500 nursing students were included factor analysis and reliability and validity analyses.After 4 weeks,200 nursing students were recruited to retest the reliability.The evaluation tool of TCM confidence included 6 dimensions and 25 entries.Results:Cronbach's a coefficient of the evaluation scale was 0.95 and that of the 6 observed aspects were higher than 0.90,and splithalf reliability was 0.81.For the retest reliability,Cronbach's a coefficient of the evaluation scale was 0.93 and that of the 6 examined aspects was all over 0.80.The index of content validity Scale Content Validity Index(S-CVI)was 0.92 and Item Content Validity Index(I-CVI)was 0.83–1.00.Conclusions:Observed results may indicate that the designed tool can be used to assess the TCM confidence level of students with TCM studied experience and also can evaluate results of TCM education during studying TCM lectures.

高等中医药院校西医内科学教学的创新探索

在高等中医药院校中医专业的学习中,西医内科学亦为重要的临床专业课程之一,但西医内科学教学面临与中医课程交叉、课时压缩、学生基础薄弱等相应问题,增加了该课程的学习难度。随着现代社会对医学人才的要求不断提高,中医药院校的临床专业学生也必须掌握西医的理论基础和临床疾病。为了贯彻国家“新医科”建设,提高中医专业西医内科学教学水平,提升本科生分析及解决临床问题的能力,笔者所在教研室总结出内科专业主讲教师+教学秘书责任制、现代化教学手段+问题/病例切入式教学、充分利用现代网络和床旁教学等不同教学模式,在实际运用中取得了很好的教学效果,得到授课教师和学生的广泛认可。文章就相关教学经验进行总结,以期为中医药院校本科生的西医内科学教学提供一定的有益建议,提高本科生的西医内科学教学水平。

高等中医药院校核医学课程思政的探索与实践

核医学是利用放射性核素标记的分子探针进行疾病诊断、治疗及科研工作的学科,是现代医学的重要组成部分,其在解码中医、服务中医药科研和中医药临床疗效评价等方面具有独特优势。本文探索高等中医药院校核医学课程思政的教学改革,挖掘核医学课程思政元素,把课程思政与核医学教学有机融合,将知识传授和价值引领有机统一,培养学生的中医文化自信、家国情怀、科技创新意识和职业道德素养,同时提高教师自身的政治觉悟,培养教师的育德能力。

综合性医科大学中药学专业建设的实践与思考——以首都医科大学为例

首都医科大学中药学专业在长期办学实践中分析身处综合性医科大学的教育教学资源特点,结合生源及其就业趋向,逐步树立了院校教育与师承教育相结合培养中药专业人才的精品教育理念,实施一系列深化中药学专业教育教学综合改革的措施,使人才培养质量显著提升。通过专业认证更加明确自身存在的问题,并制定了持续推进国家级一流专业建设、进一步提升人才培养质量的具体措施。

以学生为中心的OBE理念下的方剂学教学改革

成果导向教育(Outcome based education,OBE)是以学习成果(Learning outcomes)产出为导向的新型教学观念。将OBE理念引入方剂学课程可对后续课程的学习及培养学生中医临床思维能力产生很大影响。以学生为中心、以成果为导向、以持续改进3个专业认证基本理念为依据,从教学目标、授课形式、成果质量评价等方面进行改进,使“研究型教学模式和个性化教学”得到充分体现,在OBE理念落地的同时既促进了学生的个性化发展,又推动了师生教与学观念的转变,也使得教师的专业能力得到升华。

中医思维培养在针灸对外教育中的重要性

文章讨论了针灸对外教育中面临的主要问题,涉及教材的选定、课程的设置、对外教育师资的建设、临床实习的安排等方面,强调了中医思维培养与这些问题之间的相关性,并且指出了中医思维培养是较高层次的要求,也是保障针灸对外教育质量的根本。要想解决上述问题,就要真正从根本上重视培养海外学生的中医思维能力这一教学目标,而也只有以此为长远目标,才能提高其针灸临床诊疗水平,推动针灸对外教育的发展,提高国内院校和相关机构的教学口碑。

西医院校中医学课程思政建设研究

“育人为本、德育为先”是开展高校教育的重要思想。中医药是中华文明的瑰宝,蕴含着丰富的思政元素。在西医院校中医学课程中融入思政教育,不仅能提高学生的道德素养和人文精神,而且有助于教师团队建设,突破原有的教学瓶颈,提高教学质量。课程思政建设的关键在于充分挖掘思政素材,并且与专业知识紧密结合,然后从教学内容、方法、考核方式等方面进行改进。文章最后结合案例进行解析,以更具体地阐述对课程思政建设关键问题所做的探求。

疫情时期境外留学生中医内科学线上教学探索

突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情使得传统的教学方式受到挑战。虽然我国疫情迅速得到控制,但国外疫情仍然严峻,短时间内对境外留学生恢复线下教学比较困难。因此,在南京医科大学的指导下中医内科教研室对境外留学生采用了线上教学及班级群聊互动的教学方式,及时评估教学效果、量化考核指标,以最大程度地保证教学进度及教学质量。作者对这种在线教学方式进行了一定的回顾分析及探索,发现这种网络教学方式在当前疫情之下的留学生教学中具有重要优势及价值,不易受网络和时差的限制,大多数留学生亦给予了好评。相信线上教学的日益发展和完善将为我国的教育事业做出贡献。

高等中医药院校创新人才培养模式探究

中医药具有源远流长、博大精深的历史,其发展与中医药人才的培养密切相关。高校是培养创新人才的主要阵地,中医药事业发展的关键就是创新人才的培养。文章阐释了中医药创新人才的内涵,分析了高等中医药院校培养创新人才的问题,并提出措施如人才培养应与社会需求相适应、加大宣传及激励制度、树立学生创新意识、加强科研与教育的结合、强化教师队伍建设、优化课程设置和教学方法等,以培养高等中医药院校创新人才。

争创“双一流”中医药高校背景下构建良好导学关系模式探索

[目的]探索在争创“双一流”中医药高校的背景下,导学关系新模式的构建举措,以不断提升中医药高校研究生培养质量。[方法]在争创“双一流”中医药高校背景下,介绍构建良好导学关系的现实意义,基于导师和研究生两大主体的视角,对当前中医药高校研究生培养中导学关系存在的突出问题进行分析。[结果]以浙江中医药大学为例,从强化“尊师重道”正向影响、纠正导学关系失衡和完善相关制度三个方面入手,提出了相应的可行性建议。通过良好导学关系的构建,导学关系普遍得到了正向影响,师生间的沟通更加密切而高效。通过一系列正向激励机制,导师在学术引领、学业指导和生活关怀等方面更加积极主动地为研究生提供支持和帮助,研究生也更加积极地配合导师开展各项科研工作,研究生发表学术论文的数量和质量得到了显著的提升,导师团队的科研、教学工作开展更加高效,进展显著。[结论]通过一系列有效举措,浙江中医药大学着力探索导学关系新模式的构建,显著改善了导学关系,不仅对提升研究生专业思想水平、沟通交流能力、科研创新能力有积极的作用,同时也为导师顺利完成教学科研工作提供了保障,值得进一步完善并推广。

高校招生视域下中医院校护理本科人才培养策略研究

目的了解全国中医院校护理学类本科专业招生现状,为中医院校培养具有中医特色的护理人才提供参考。方法采用目的抽样法,选取全国24所中医院校2021-2022年公布的护理学类本科专业招生情况作为研究对象,通过文本分析法进行资料分析。结果专业设置和专业布点在校际区域间差异较大,专业目标和课程设置对中医特色逐渐彰显,针对拔尖人才培养聚力不够,招生模式传统单一,生源质量整体偏弱。结论高校可通过优化专业结构、调整招生策略、深化教学改革、强化培养特色等,提升中医院校护理本科人才培养质量。

中医护理专业本科生自主学习能力现状调查与影响因素研究

目的:调查中医护理专业一年级本科生自主学习能力的现状及其影响因素。方法:采用一般情况调查表、中医护理专业学生自主学习能力测评表对某中医药院校中医护理专业一年级254名本科生进行问卷调查。结果:中医护理专业一年级本科护生自主学习能力总得分为(96.10±13.94)分,其中自我动机维度的条目平均分最高,获取及处理信息维度的条目平均分最低;多元线性回归分析显示,对本专业的喜爱程度是中医护理专业一年级本科护生自主学习能力的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理专业一年级本科护生的自主学习能力处于中等水平,主要受对本专业的喜爱程度影响。
