To improve the environmental benefits and solve the problems of large shrinkage and high brittleness, the partial replacement of calcined kaolin by fly ash as a raw material for geopolymer synthesis and the influences of polypropylene (PP) fiber on the mechanical properties and volume stability were investigated. The results show that compressive strength of the geopolymer containing 33.3%(mass fraction) fly ash by steam curing at 80 ℃ for 6 d is improved by 35.5%. The 3-day compressive strength, flexural strength and impacting energy of geopolymers containing 0.05%PP fiber increase by 67.8%, 36.1% and 6.25%, while the shrinkage and modulus of compressibility decrease by 38.6% and 31.3%, respectively. The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the appearances of crack growths confirm that PP fiber can offer a bridging effect over the harmful pores and defects and change the expanding ways of cracks, resulting in a great improvement of strength and toughness. 展开更多

Taking fly ash and red mud as the main raw material to generate porous ceramics, the paper study the influence of different proportions of raw materials, sintering temperature, porosity of porous ceramic sample rate, bending strength, and microstructure. The results show that, fly ash and red mud proportioning and sintering temperature are the main factors that influence the structure and properties of samples. High alumina fly ash(FAHAl)is a kind of bulk solid waste unique to China,whose availability of high-value aluminum and the threat to the environment makes its high-value utilization urgent.In this work,the alumina containing leaching solution obtained from Na_(2)CO_(3) roasting and HCl leaching of FAHAl was used as the mother liquor to prepare layered boehmite in situ.The preparation process with AlCl_(3) as the raw material was also compared.The formation process and mechanism of boehmite,the choice of solvent,along with the adsorption capability of Congo red were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method and adsorption experiments.Results showed that during the preparation of layered boehmite,the precursor Al(OH)_(3) from the reaction of Al^(3+) and OH-is transformed into boehmiteγ-AlOOH.The existence of ethanol is beneficial to regulate and promote the growth of boehmite crystal effectively.When water and ethanol are mixed with a volume ratio of 2:1 and used as the solvent,the maximum specific surface area of the boehmite is obtained at 135.7 m^(2)·g^(-1),and 99.16%of Congo red can be absorbed after 10 min when AlCl3 is used as a raw material.As purified leaching solution is used as the mother liquid,the crystallinity of boehmite decreases slightly when the pH value decreases from 12.5 to 11.When pH is 11,the removal efficiency of Congo red reaches a maximum of 72.25%.This process not only achieves the extraction of aluminum and high-value utilization of FAHAl but also provides a thought to prepare layered boehmite with adsorption properties. 展开更多

本试验探索了蝇蛆壳制备壳聚糖的最佳工艺条件。以蝇蛆壳中甲壳素为原料,采用碱液法制备壳聚糖。通过单因素试验考察了碱液浓度、液料比、反应时间对壳聚糖脱乙酰度的影响;根据Box-Benhnken中心组合试验设计原理,采用三因素三水平响应... 本试验探索了蝇蛆壳制备壳聚糖的最佳工艺条件。以蝇蛆壳中甲壳素为原料,采用碱液法制备壳聚糖。通过单因素试验考察了碱液浓度、液料比、反应时间对壳聚糖脱乙酰度的影响;根据Box-Benhnken中心组合试验设计原理,采用三因素三水平响应面分析法优化脱乙酰基反应条件,依据回归分析确定工艺条件的主要影响因素,以壳聚糖脱乙酰度为响应值作响应面和等值线图。通过分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用,得出脱乙酰基反应的最佳工艺条件为:液料比57.49:1(V/m),碱液浓度50%,反应时间7.3 h。在此条件下所得壳聚糖的脱乙酰度理论值为83.18%,实测值为79.45%,并得到白色粉末状壳聚糖。 展开更多

目的:比较ProTaper机动镍钛锉与手用不锈钢锉在乳牙根管预备中的效果。方法:选择42名4~7岁的儿童50个患有牙髓炎、根尖周炎的下颌第一乳磨牙。随机分成2组,分别用ProTaper机动镍钛锉(A组)与手用不锈钢锉(B组)进行根管预备,使用注射型... 目的:比较ProTaper机动镍钛锉与手用不锈钢锉在乳牙根管预备中的效果。方法:选择42名4~7岁的儿童50个患有牙髓炎、根尖周炎的下颌第一乳磨牙。随机分成2组,分别用ProTaper机动镍钛锉(A组)与手用不锈钢锉(B组)进行根管预备,使用注射型根管充填剂(Matapex充填剂)进行根管充填。比较两组病例根管预备的时间,X线片观察两组根管充填效果。结果:A组根管预备的时间明显少于B组,差异有显著性(p<0.01)。根充效果观察,下颌第一乳磨牙近中根的恰填率A组高于B组,差异有显著性(p<0.01)。远中颊舌根恰填率A组与B组差异无显著性(p>0.05)。结论:ProTaper机动镍钛锉进行根管预备及使用注射型乳牙根管充填剂充填根管,能大大提高乳牙根管治疗的效率和效果。 展开更多
