How Sense of Ritual in Tourism Impacts Tourists’Co-Creation of Tourism Experience Values:A Study Based on the Theory of Value Co-Creation

Establishing a sense of ritual within tourism consumption scenarios offers tourists the opportunity for interactive engagement.Drawing upon the value co-creation theory,this study constructed an influence mechanism model to examine tourists'active engagement in the process of co-creating tourism experience values.It employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM)to empirically test the proposed hypotheses.The findings demonstrate that the model constructed in the present study exhibits robust reliability,validity,and explanatory power.The perception of the sense of ritual in tourism exerts a significant positive influence on tourists’co-creation of tourism experience values,thereby significantly enhancing both the communitas and flow experienced by tourists during their travels.Moreover,such communitas and flow can mediate the influence of the sense of ritual in tourism on tourists’co-creation of tourism experience values.This study contributes to advancing the current research on tourists’co-creation of tourism experience values and the sense of ritual in tourism,thereby providing theoretical foundations for cultivating a sense of ritual within tourism consumption scenarios.

Predictive value of diaphragm ultrasound for mechanical ventilation outcome in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

BACKGROUND Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)is often combined with respiratory failure,which increases the patient's morbidity and mortality.Diaphragm ultrasound(DUS)has developed rapidly in the field of critical care in recent years.Studies with DUS monitoring diaphragm-related rapid shallow breathing index have demonstrated important results in guiding intensive care unit patients out of the ventilator.Early prediction of the indications for withdrawal of non-invasive ventilator and early evaluation of patients to avoid or reduce disease progression are very important.AIM To explore the predictive value of DUS indexes for non-invasive ventilation outcome in patients with AECOPD.METHODS Ninety-four patients with AECOPD who received mechanical ventilation in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into a successful ventilation group(68 cases)and a failed ventilation group(26 cases)according to the outcome of ventilation.The clinical data of patients with successful and failed noninvasive ventilation were compared,and the independent predictors of noninvasive ventilation outcomes in AECOPD patients were identified by multivariate logistic regression analysis.RESULTS There were no significant differences in gender,age,body mass index,complications,systolic pressure,heart rate,mean arterial pressure,respiratory rate,oxygen saturation,partial pressure of oxygen,oxygenation index,or time of inspiration between patients with successful and failed mechanical ventilation(P>0.05).The patients with successful noninvasive ventilation had shorter hospital stays and lower partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))than those with failed treatment,while potential of hydrogen(pH),diaphragm thickening fraction(DTF),diaphragm activity,and diaphragm movement time were significantly higher than those with failed treatment(P<0.05).pH[odds ratio(OR)=0.005,P<0.05],PaCO_(2)(OR=0.430,P<0.05),and DTF(OR=0.570,P<0.05)were identified to be independent factors influencing the outcome of mechanical ventilation in AECOPD patients.CONCLUSION The DUS index DTF can better predict the outcome of non-invasive ventilation in AECOPD patients.

基于Valued ERGMs模型的核心技术网络成长机制研究——以量子计算领域为例

对核心技术网络及其成长机制的研究有助于梳理核心技术之间的依赖和促进关系,为研究核心技术演化提供新的理论视角和方法。以技术演化相关理论为基础,归纳核心技术网络成长的影响因素,基于量子计算领域专利数据,识别以技术概念和技术关系为基础的量子计算领域核心技术网络,并基于Valued ERGMs模型构建核心技术网络成长机制模型。结果表明,技术要素中心性、专利技术研发能力、与TRIZ进化法则匹配程度以及技术要素同配性对核心技术网络成长具有正向促进作用;在技术路径方面,核心技术网络成长受到技术要素路径依赖性和技术突破的双重影响。最后,根据量子计算领域核心技术网络成长机制的实证研究结果,从技术研发层面、企业层面、政府层面为相关领域技术发展提出策略建议。

Value co-creation model based on IS application capabilities

To illustrate how firms and customers co-create value in business to business （B2B） e-commerce, an integrated value co-creation model is proposed based on information systems （IS） application capabilities from the relational view. IS application capabilities, relational assets, customer agility and relational value are constructed and tested by empirical analysis. The empirical research tests and verifies the mediating effect of customer agility, and the interactions of IS application capabilities and relational assets, as well as their effect on relational value. This model expands the research framework of value co-creation in service dominant logic, and reveals the mechanism of how f＇n＇ms and customers co-create value in B2B e-commerce based on IS application capabilities, which provides the basis for further theory development and a practice guide.

Underlying mechanisms and clinical potential of circRNAs in glioblastoma

Glioblastoma(GBM)is the most malignant form of glioma and is difficult to diagnose,leading to high mortality rates.Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are noncoding RNAs with a covalently closed loop structure.CircRNAs are involved in various pathological processes and have been revealed to be important regulators of GBM pathogenesis.CircRNAs exert their biological effects by 4 different mechanisms:serving as sponges of microRNAs(miRNAs),serving as sponges of RNA binding proteins(RBPs),modulating parental gene transcription,and encoding functional proteins.Among the 4 mechanisms,sponging miRNAs is predominant.Their good stability,broad distribution and high specificity make circRNAs promising biomarkers for GBM diagnosis.In this paper,we summarized the current understanding of the characteristics and action mechanisms of circRNAs,illustrated the underlying regulatory mechanisms of circRNAs in GBM progression and explored the possible diagnostic role of circRNAs in GBM.

Corporate governance mechanisms and firm valuation in Malaysian listed firms： A panel data analysis

Corporate governance mechanisms emerge to tackle agency problems in ensuring that shareholders＇ funds are not expropriated or wasted on unprofitable activities. The issue arises as to whether these improvements have been effective in reducing agency costs, and therefore enhancing firm value. The objectives of this paper is to examine the effects of governance mechanisms of dividend, types of ownership structure, and board governance on firm value. This paper utilises a panel data analysis of 403 firms listed on the Bursa Malaysia over a four-year period from years 2002 to 2005. A hierarchical regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses and the data is analysed using the generalized least square （GLS） estimation technique. Overall, the results highlight the importance of moderating role played by board governance variables with types of ownership structure to influence firm value. However, the benefits of better corporate governance through enhanced board governance are not the same across all firms since their incentives vary with respect to dividend and different types of ownership structure mechanisms.

Research on the Realization Mechanism of and Approach to Ecological Product Valuations

Ecological product is an innovative practice for ecological valuations in China. Due to the influence of historical conditions and development stages in China, research on the realization of ecological valuations has lagged. In the new era, the construction of an ecological civilization guided by the "Two Mountains" theory has been promoted to the national strategic level and is supporting the growth of theoretical research and practical exploration based on the understanding of ecological product values. We want to innovate and improve the system used to realize the value of ecological products by applying the existing research, which focuses on the concept definition of ecological products and their correlation theories. Through systematic expansion and upgrades in this system, the evaluation accuracy of ecological products can be improved, providing valuable references for further practical exploration and promoting an ecological culture in China.

Research on value co-creation elements in full-scene intelligent service

Compared with common intelligent service,full-scene intelligent service has its uniqueness in high integration,synergy,and technological spillover.However,the traditional service or business model theories cannot precisely elaborate its sociotechnical contextual nature and value creation logic.To fill this knowledge gap,we provide initial insights into the value co-creation logic in full-scene intelligent service by exploring the value co-creation elements using a data-driven text mining approach.We analyzed 171 business reports on the full-scene intelligent service by the topic modeling using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA).The findings reveal three main clusters:value proposition,participants,and connection platform.This study presents a theoretical framework for a further exploratory case study and quantitative research on full-scene intelligent service.This study also helps small and medium-sized enterprises to explore and exploit value co-creation opportunities.

Complex variable solution for boundary value problem with X-shaped cavity in plane elasticity and its application*

A new type of displacement pile, the X-section cast-in-place concrete （XCC） pile, has recently been developed in China. Extensive field tests and laboratory experi- ments are undertaken to evaluate its performance and quantify the non-uniform deforma- tion effect （NUDE） of the X-shaped cross section during installation. This paper develops a simplified theoretical model that attempts to capture the NUDE. Based on the theory of complex variable plane elasticity, closed-form solutions of the stress and displacement for the X-shaped cavity boundary value problem are given. Subsequently, the analytical solution is used to evaluate the NUDE, the concrete filling index （CFI）, and the perimeter reduction coefficient of the XCC pile cross section. The computed results are compared with field test results, showing reasonable agreement. The present simplified theoretical model reveals the deformation mechanism of the X-shaped cavity and facilitates applica- tion of the newly developed XCC pile technique in geotechnical engineering.

A MIXED ELECTRIC BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM FOR AN ANTI-PLANE PIEZOELECTRIC CRACK

The analytical continuation method is adopted to solve a mixed electric boundary value problem for a piezoelectric medium under anti-plane deformation.The crack face is partly conductive and partly impermeable.The results show that the stress intensity factor is identical with the mode Ⅲ stress intensity factor independent of the conducting length.But the electric field and the electric displacement are dependent on the electric boundary conditions on the crack faces and are singular not only at the crack tips but also at the junctures between the impermeable part and conducting portions.

Influence of pH on Morphology and Formation Mechanism of CeO_2 Nanocrystalline

Nanoparticles of cerium oxide were prepared by common precipitation method using cerium nitrate solution and ammonia reagent. Cerium oxide particles with different morphologies were synthesized through adjusting pH values of the solution. TEM and BET results showed that spherical crystal was gained in acid solution, with the specific surface of 148. 1944 m2·g^-1. The cerium oxide appeared in the form of spherical and rod-like grains under neutral condition, and the specific surface changed to 114.7975 m^2·g^-1. Moreover, in alkaline solution, cerium oxide powders were exhibited in rod-like form with the specific surface of 106.2465 m^2·g^-1. Precipitation formation mechanism of different morphologies was also discussed, which followed decomposition precipitation mechanism and topology reaction mechanism in acid and alkaline solution, respectively.

Prediction model of slurry pH based on mechanism and error compensation for mineral flotation process

A suitable pH value of the slurry is a key to efficient mineral flotation. Considering the control delay problem of pH value caused by offline pH measurement, an integrated prediction model for pH value in bauxite froth flotation is proposed, which considers the effect of ore compositions on pH value. Firstly, a regression model is obtained for alkali(Na_2CO_3) consumed by the reaction between ore and alkali. According to the first-order hydrolysis of the remaining alkali, a mechanism-based prediction model is presented for the pH value. Then, considering the complexity of the flotation mechanism, an error prediction model which uses time series of the error of the mechanism model as inputs is presented based on autoregressive moving average(ARMA) method to compensate the mechanism model. Finally, expert rules are established to correct the error compensation direction, which could reflect the dynamic changes during the process accurately and effectively. Simulation results using industrial data show that the presented model meets the needs of the industrial process, which laid the foundation for predictive control of pH regulator.

Effect of corporate social responsibility on creation of added value

In the process of financial management and operation, a firm should not only aim to maximize its shareholders' benefits, but also consider the interests of all stakeholders. Bearing social responsibility to each stakeholder to a certain extent and pursuing harmonious social development are fully consistent with the concept of China's building a harmonious socialist society. Furthermore, added value also reflects the idea of social responsibility Based on the relational contract theory, the paper divides stakeholders into staff and shareholders under relational contracts, creditors, suppliers and consumers under transactional contracts and governments and communities under special contracts. The paper details the effect mechanism of a firm's bearing social responsibilities to each stakeholder on the creation of added value respectively, and considers that corporate social responsibilities should be included in the system for creating added value to theoretically support firm managers to fulfill social responsibilities.

The Relevance of Relationships in the Value Creation Process： Analysis of SCM in the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Sector

This work, through an empirical research （Jayaram, Kannan and Tan model）, aims at analysing, at the same time, the effect of ＂structural mechanisms＂ and ＂relationships building＂ factors on the value creation process in the Supply Chain. The two factors have been chosen among others, as they have been considered able to improve the internal and external processes of the firm and the Supply Chain, and in consequence, able to influence the value creation process of the Supply Chain Management. The research has been directed to the chemical and pharmaceutical sector of the Southern Lazio （Italy） and a factorial analysis, using the software SPSS （16.0） which has been performed in order to verify the influence of these factors in value creation process of the Supply Chain The outcomes confirm the positive contribute in the value creation process for companies that take care of the relationships among the stakeholders in the management process of the supply chain （the ＂relationships building＂ factor） and, in parallel with the analysis of the same process, the secondary role of the ＂structural mechanisms＂ factor has been highlighted.
