Value co-creation model based on IS application capabilities

To illustrate how firms and customers co-create value in business to business （B2B） e-commerce, an integrated value co-creation model is proposed based on information systems （IS） application capabilities from the relational view. IS application capabilities, relational assets, customer agility and relational value are constructed and tested by empirical analysis. The empirical research tests and verifies the mediating effect of customer agility, and the interactions of IS application capabilities and relational assets, as well as their effect on relational value. This model expands the research framework of value co-creation in service dominant logic, and reveals the mechanism of how f＇n＇ms and customers co-create value in B2B e-commerce based on IS application capabilities, which provides the basis for further theory development and a practice guide.

How Sense of Ritual in Tourism Impacts Tourists’Co-Creation of Tourism Experience Values:A Study Based on the Theory of Value Co-Creation

Establishing a sense of ritual within tourism consumption scenarios offers tourists the opportunity for interactive engagement.Drawing upon the value co-creation theory,this study constructed an influence mechanism model to examine tourists'active engagement in the process of co-creating tourism experience values.It employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM)to empirically test the proposed hypotheses.The findings demonstrate that the model constructed in the present study exhibits robust reliability,validity,and explanatory power.The perception of the sense of ritual in tourism exerts a significant positive influence on tourists’co-creation of tourism experience values,thereby significantly enhancing both the communitas and flow experienced by tourists during their travels.Moreover,such communitas and flow can mediate the influence of the sense of ritual in tourism on tourists’co-creation of tourism experience values.This study contributes to advancing the current research on tourists’co-creation of tourism experience values and the sense of ritual in tourism,thereby providing theoretical foundations for cultivating a sense of ritual within tourism consumption scenarios.

The Impact of The Three-Dimensional Cultivation Model on the Development of the Suzhou Tea Industry:Estimating Value of Output Per Acre and Diversified Sales Models

This article explores the impact of the three-dimensional cultivation mode on the development of the Suzhou tea industry,focusing on the diversified estimation of the value of output per acre and sales mode.It introduces the history and traditional cultivation practices of tea in Suzhou,as well as the current challenges and problems faced by the industry.An in-depth analysis was conducted on the overview and improvement plans of the three-dimensional cultivation mode,covering relevant technical methods.Based on this analysis,the impact of the three-dimensional cultivation on the value of output per acre was studied and predicted.Its potential and advantages were explored and compared with the effectiveness of traditional cultivation models.Additionally,the impact of the three-dimensional cultivation mode on sales was analyzed,examining its market adaptability and competitiveness,as well as its advantages in expanding sales channels and market coverage.The study also focused on the promoting effect of diversified sales models on the Suzhou tea industry,including direct consumption market development,tea processing product development and promotion,and the integration of tea culture and the tourism industry.To ensure sustainable development,the article evaluates the environmental impact,economic feasibility,social benefits,and farmer benefits of the three-dimensional cultivation model.Finally,the prospects for the development of the Suzhou tea industry were discussed,and the positioning and response strategies of the threedimensional cultivation model were proposed.

Research on the Marketing Mechanism of E-commerce Live Broadcast - Based on The Perspective of Brand Value Co-Creation

Today,the e-commerce live broadcast industry has formed a huge market,and it has become one of the important ways for most netizens to purchase goods.Live streaming has brought new opportunities for e-commerce and new growth for brand value.The interaction between brands and customers has gradually expanded,in this case,the importance of value co-creation has become more and more prominent.This article will take e-commerce live broadcast marketing as the research object,and the brand value co-creation as the research perspective,then provide a direction based on the value co-creation perspective for the healthy and long-term development of e-commerce live broadcast marketing by studying and analyzing the cases of brand value co-creation.

Effects of Different Tillage and Mulching Modes on Tobacco Output Value and Soil Quality

Based on three years of long-term fixed-site field trial, the effects of differ- ent tillage and mulching modes on the yield and output value of tobacco and soil quality were investigated. The results showed that the yield and output value of to- bacco in tillage treatment were improved by 22.72 % and 37.23 % compared with non-tillage treatment, respectively; the yield and output value of tobacco in rotation treatment were improved by 1.83% and 19.41% compared with continuous cropping treatment, respectively; the yield and output value of tobacco in straw mulching treatment were improved by 3.55% and 2.4% compared with non-straw mulching treatment, respectively, which indicated that tillage, rotation and straw mulching could improve the yield and output value of tobacco to a certain extent; especially, the yield and output value of tobacco increased significantly after plowing under rotation conditions. The contents of available phosphorus （AP）, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen （AN）, organic matter （OM）, total nitrogen （TN） and total phosphorus （TP） in non- tillage treatment were 35.14%, 9.92%, 9.57%, 4.40% and 34.16% higher compared with tillage treatment; especially, under non-tillage conditions, soil pH and contents of available potassium （AK）, AP, AN,OM,TN,TP and total potassium （TK） in continu- ous cropping field were 2.01%, 48.68%, 73.09%, 11.45%, 7.71%, 7.31%, 47.68% and 11.78% higher compared with rotation field, indicating that non-tillage treatment and continuous cropping could improve the total content and available content of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus. Therefore, from the perspective of soil fer- tility improvement and sustainable tobacco production, continuous cropping under non-tillage conditions might be the most appropriate cropping pattern for local soil fertility improvement; aiming at improving the yield and output value of tobacco, green manure-tobacco→, green manure/wheat/maize→green manure-tobacco ro- tation might be the most appropriate cropping pattern.

Sensitivity of intrinsic mode functions of Lorenz system to initial values based on EMD method

Extreme sensitivity to initial values is an intrinsic character of chaotic systems. The evolution of a chaotic system has a spatiotemporal structure containing quasi-periodic changes of different spatiotemporal scales. This paper uses an empirical mode decomposition （EMD） method to decompose and compare the evolution of the time-dependent evolutions of the x-component of the Lorenz system. The results indicate that the sensitivity of intrinsic mode function （IMF） component is dependent on initial values, which provides some scientific evidence for the possibility of long-range climatic prediction.

Five New MVL Current Mode Differential Absolute Value Circuits Based on Carbon Nano-tube Field Effect Transistors(CNTFETs)

Carbon Nano-Tube Field Effect Transistors(CNTFETs) are being widely studied as possible successors to silicon MOSFETs.Using current mode has many advantages such as performing sum operation by means of a simple wired connection.Also,direction of the current can be used to exhibit the sign of digits.It is expected that the advantages of current mode approaches will become even more important with increased speed requirements and decreased supply voltage.In this paper,we present five new circuit designs for differential absolute value in current mode logic which have been simulated by CNTFET model.The considered base current for this model is 2 μA and supply voltage is 0.9 V.In all of our designs we used N-type CNTFET current mirrors which operate as truncated difference circuits.The operation of Differential Absolute Value circuit calculates the difference between two input currents and our circuit designs are operate in 8 logic levels.

Identifying E-Business Model: A Value Chain-Based Analysis

E-business will change the ways that all companies do business, and most traditional businesses will evolve from their current business model to a combination of place and space via e-business model. To choose the proper e-business model becomes the important strategic concern for company to succeed. The main objective of this paper is to investigate the analysis framework for identifying e-business model. Based on the e-business process, from the value chain to the value net perspective. This paper provides a theoretical framework for identifying e-business models, and results in 11 e-business models. The strategic intend of every e-business model is discussed in the end of this paper. An enterprise e-business model design and implementation can be specified by the combination of one or more among 11 e-business models.

Travel path selection based on Nested Logit model And time value calculation

This paper introduces the theory of utility maximization ofNested Logit model,the establishment of selective limbs and its probability expressions;the basic calculation formula of time value. Investigate the travel routes and travel mode choices of residents from Suzhou to Shanghai,consider different impact variables in the survey,and divide their travel lines into two travel days on weekdays due to commuting to Shanghai, and free travel to Shanghai on weekdays.The data of the survey were analyzed and analyzed,and the parameters of the established Nested Logit model were calibrated by ST AT A software.The selection model and time value of the travel route and travel mode of residents under different scenarios and different influence variables were obtained Analyze.

Good Experience of Values Education Mode in the UK and the US for the "Left-behind" Children's Values Education in China

Based on the development status and development characteristics of the "left-behind" children, we analyze the current situation of the "left-behind" children's values education in China. After studying the training methods and mode of young people's values in the US and Europe, we reflect on the "left-behind" children's values education in China, and point out the following deficiencies in the "left-behind" children's values education in China: the traditional Chinese culture is at the ebb, and socialist core values have not received close attention, being developed sluggishly; the educational content is stale and the method is single; the rise of science education leads to the decline of humanities education, hindering comprehensive human development. We draw the following precious experience from the values education in the UK and the US for the "left-behind" children's values education in China: laying great emphasis on humanities education, to promote comprehensive human development; seeking and reshaping the mainstream values under plural values; giving full play to the social forces, to promote the development of the "left-behind" children's values education.

Research on value co-creation elements in full-scene intelligent service

Compared with common intelligent service,full-scene intelligent service has its uniqueness in high integration,synergy,and technological spillover.However,the traditional service or business model theories cannot precisely elaborate its sociotechnical contextual nature and value creation logic.To fill this knowledge gap,we provide initial insights into the value co-creation logic in full-scene intelligent service by exploring the value co-creation elements using a data-driven text mining approach.We analyzed 171 business reports on the full-scene intelligent service by the topic modeling using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA).The findings reveal three main clusters:value proposition,participants,and connection platform.This study presents a theoretical framework for a further exploratory case study and quantitative research on full-scene intelligent service.This study also helps small and medium-sized enterprises to explore and exploit value co-creation opportunities.

Research on the Low-carbon-high-value Agriculture Technology in the Comprehensive Improvement of Intra-county Environment Pollution——Taking the Development of Cultivation and Breeding Industry in the Ecological Cyclic Agricultural Garden in Shaoshan Irri

The comprehensive improvement strategy of intra-county environment pollution in the city and countryside was searched.By the research method which combined the microscopic view,the macroscopic view with the dynamic perspective,the seriousness of rural water quality,soil and atmospheric pollution in Xiangxiang,Xiangtan and the surrounding areas in Shaoshan irrigated area was revealed.The control measure which was 'four-dimensional pollution in the city and countryside'—— low-carbon-high-value agriculture and the technology innovation was proposed.The low-carbon-high-value technology innovation industrialization demonstration in three parts which included the pre-production,mid-production and post-production deep-processing of cultivation and breeding industry in the ecological cyclic agricultural garden in Shaoshan irrigated area was the driving force.We tried to propel the low-carbon ecological cultivation and breeding industry which included the paddy rice,grass,tree,medicinal herbs and pig,cow,chick,duck,fish.We wanted to relieve the structural unbalance of previous cultivation and breeding industry,'cheap grain hurting the farmers' and the short-leg problem of social-economic-ecological benefit.The results showed that the low-carbon-high-value agricultural system was a poly-generation technology system which promoted the multi-level and grading utilization,saved the energy,reduced the consumption and cleaned the production based on the ecology.

一种基于属性值权重的k-modes聚类分析算法

针对k-modes方法未考虑各属性值在属性空间的分布特征而导致分类变量间差异性度量不准确的问题,提出了一种基于属性值权重的k-modes聚类分析算法。该算法利用属性值之间的差异和属性值的权重,重新定义了相异度度量公式;采用属性值频率和各属性值的权重,给出一种聚类中心更新迭代公式,有效地体现了属性值在属性空间中的分布特征和属性之间的重要性差异;采用UCI数据集,验证了算法的有效性。

Put general manufacturing enterprises of green supply chain as the research object, using Shapley value method for theory analysis and example verification, vertifys that enterprise synergy gains more than their own separate management, and puts forward a feasible path of supply chain collaboration through the construction of the distribution of interests coordination model.

A Study on the Cultivation of Professional Values among Rural-Orientated Targeted Medical Students in Shaanxi Province

Objective:Through investigation,we can grasp the current situation of the professional identity of rural-orientated targeted medical students in Shaanxi Province,so as to cultivate these medical students to establish correct professional values,thus improving the performance rate.Methods:Questionnaires were distributed,and interviews were carried out in three colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province.Results:Targeted medical students lack professional understanding,and their professional identity needs to be improved through medical education.Conclusion:It is suggested that colleges and universities should take measures such as setting up courses and lectures,strengthening communication between teachers and students,carrying out ritual education and social practice,as well as selecting teaching teachers to strengthen the professional values of targeted medical students。

国家公园生态产品价值实现的机制及模式——以神农架国家公园为例

探究生态产品价值实现的机制及模式是国家公园加快生态文明建设、推动“绿水青山”向“金山银山”转化的关键。构建了国家公园社会-经济-自然复合生态系统,分析国家公园生态产品特征并划分类别,以神农架国家公园试点为例,探究了国家公园生态产品价值的实现路径与机制,建立了国家公园生态产品价值实现模式。结果表明:(1)国家公园复合生态系统由社会、经济和自然生态系统构成,形成一个相互影响、相互关联的整体。(2)国家公园生态产品具有生物生产性、资源稀缺性、人类收益性、地域整体性、政策依赖性、利益平衡性等特征,识别与分类生态产品有助于复合生态系统的平稳运行与健康发展,进而实现生态产品价值。(3)国家公园生态产品总体分为公共性、准公共性和经营性三类,并由政府主导、社区主导、市场主导与多主体复合型路径组成的价值实现路径体系完成价值实现。(4)国家公园生态产品价值实现机制由生态保护机制、经济发展机制、社区进步机制和协调保障机制四部分构成,服务于生态保护、产业发展和社区振兴三个目标。(5)国家公园生态产品价值实现过程中存在一定问题,以生态保护为首要任务、旅游发展为实现路径、社区振兴为核心目标,构建神农架国家公园“生态保护-旅游发展-社区振兴”共生模式,并进一步提出生态产品价值实现的生态旅游模式,以协调处理神农架国家公园复合生态系统结构内的矛盾,实现国家公园生态产品价值的最大化。综上所述,丰富了生态产品价值实现理论,并为国家公园生态产品价值实现模式提供了重要的科学依据与决策参考。国家公园“生态保护-旅游发展-社区振兴”的共生模式以及国家公园生态产品实现的生态旅游模式,将为国家公园生态产品价值的实现提供更加全面与有效的路径与模式。

基于EMD-SVD的矿山微震信号降噪方法及其应用

为了提高微震监测技术对微震信号分析处理的准确性,充分提取微震信号波形中的有效信息,针对矿山微震信号非平稳、非线性的特点,提出了一种基于经验模态分解(EMD)和奇异值分解(SVD)的联合降噪方法。该方法首先通过EMD分解获得信号的IMF分量,利用相关系数、方差贡献率和相似度对IMF分量进行了优选;然后使用优选后的IMF分量重构一维微震信号时间序列的相空间数据,经过SVD分解后,利用奇异值能量百分比确立了SVD重构阶数,并根据SVD恢复原理得到了降噪后的一维微震时间序列;最后以山东某矿现场矿山爆破为例,采用不同降噪方法对3类典型微震信号进行了降噪处理,并对其降噪效果进行了对比分析。结果表明,EMD-SVD降噪方法与传统降噪方法相比,其平均信噪比提高了35%,平均均方根误差降低了50%,有效剔除了微震信号的噪声分量,保留了信号的特征信息。该研究对分析矿山微震信号、微震事件定位及煤矿动力灾害监测具有重要意义。

多学科协作诊疗模式对前置胎盘伴胎盘植入产妇妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨多学科协作(MDT)诊疗模式在改善前置胎盘伴胎盘植入母儿结局中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2022年12月于江西省妇幼保健院分娩的281例前置胎盘伴胎盘植入产妇的临床资料,根据剖宫产术前是否进行MDT诊疗进行分组,其中MDT组152例,非MDT组129例。比较两组的剖宫产术前胎盘植入部位诊断准确性、术前预处理情况及母儿妊娠结局。结果MDT组术前胎盘植入部位的诊断符合率高于非MDT组,MDT组的腹主动脉球囊阻断率及输尿管置管率均高于非MDT组,且MDT组的术中出血量、出血>2000 ml率、输红细胞量及子宫切除率均低于非MDT组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MDT诊疗模式可以提高前置胎盘伴胎盘植入部位的术前诊断准确性,利于术者制定个体化的精准治疗方案,能有效减少胎盘植入患者术中出血量、输血量,降低子宫切除率,在改善母儿妊娠结局中具有一定临床价值。
