This paper aims to understand China’s uneven regional development in recent years on the basis of on political economics theories.We summarizes two theories from the political economics on uneven regional development...This paper aims to understand China’s uneven regional development in recent years on the basis of on political economics theories.We summarizes two theories from the political economics on uneven regional development-framework of production and framework of exchange-and unifi es them by theories of labor value and capital circulation.It means to show that uneven regional development will be explained with value production,value realization and capital accumulation,and their interactions as well.This framework can not only explain regional disparities in a static sense,but also presents dynamically developments of regional disparities-first rising and then falling.Empirical research finds China’s regional disparities result mainly from the value production gap.During the period of analysis,China went through a capital accumulation biased towards less developed regions,jointly shaped by market logic and government behavior.It made the effect of reducing regional disparities stronger than the“polarization effect”around 2007,producing a narrowing of disparities across regional development.展开更多

It is possible to find highly efficient an...Rural economic development can differ intensely among municipalities within the same region. The economic activity disparity among them makes public policy actions difficult. It is possible to find highly efficient and globally competitive producers, as well as those producing for subsistence, in the same area. This disparity stands out the total productivity importance of the factors of production in the agricultural sector, especially the productivity of the land. The way the land is occupied in the rural area, namely crops, pastures, reforestation and other areas, can be indicative of the productivity of the land factor and the value of agricultural production. The products that compose the value of the agricultural production present different land occupation through their own productive characteristic. The main objective of this work was to measure the association between the production value of groups of agricultural products and the diversified uses of the rural area in the production of the municipalities in the state of Sao Paulo. In this research, 52 agricultural products produced in 2008 were used, grouped in five production value variables and other nine variables of the land use in production of the municipalities in Sao Paulo. The multivariate statistical technique of canonical correlation was used to measure the association between the product variables group of the production value with the land use group in agricultural activities. It was concluded that there is a strong correlation (94.3%) in the first pair of canonical variables, representing the production value and the land use, allowing groups of municipalities to be formed at different stages of development in agricultural production. It can be verified that 61.8% of the municipalities in the state were below the average in the production group and land use and that only 4.8% were above average for the production variables group and with values below the average in land use. The stages of agricultural development in the municipalities of Sao Paulo and the association between the production and use of the area can contribute to identify the direction of public policies to increase the productivity of the agricultural sector.展开更多

A novel method of extracting valuable metals from Ti-bearing blast furnace slag(TBBF slag)via pressure pyrolysis of recyclable ammonium sulfate(AS)−acid leaching process was proposed.The results show that when pressur...A novel method of extracting valuable metals from Ti-bearing blast furnace slag(TBBF slag)via pressure pyrolysis of recyclable ammonium sulfate(AS)−acid leaching process was proposed.The results show that when pressurized roasting at an AS-to-slag mass ratio 3:1 and 370℃for 90 min,the extraction rates of titanium,aluminum and magnesium reached 94.5%,91.9%and 97.4%,respectively.The acid leaching solution was subjected to re-crystallization in a boiling state to obtain a titanium product having a TiO2 content of 94.1%.The above crystallization mother liquor was adjusted to pH=6 and pH≥12.2,respectively,and then qualified Al2O3 and MgO products were obtained.The analysis through XRD and SEM−EDS proves that the main phases in roasted samples were NH4AlSO4,CaSO4 and TiOSO4.The thermodynamic analysis presents that the main minerals of perovskite,spinel and diopside in raw ore could spontaneously react with the intermediate produced by AS under optimal conditions.展开更多
An increasing demand for energy and depleting petroleum sources has elevated the need for producing alternative renewable resources.Owing to the prominence of lignocellulosic biomass as bio-renewable and the most abun...An increasing demand for energy and depleting petroleum sources has elevated the need for producing alternative renewable resources.Owing to the prominence of lignocellulosic biomass as bio-renewable and the most abundant resource on Earth,this critical review provides perceptions into the potential of lignocellulosic biomass for production of second generation(2G)ethanol and value added products in a biorefinery manner.The efficient utilization of all three components of lignocellulosic biomass(i.e.,cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin)would play a significant role in the economic viability of cellulosic ethanol.The pretreatment method is the key to the success of bioconversion processes and greatly influences the economics of biorefinery process.Biotechnology tools and process engineering play pivotal roles in development of integrated processes for production of biofuels,biochemicals and biomaterials from lignocellulosic biomass.Although,lignocellulosic biorefinery has ample scopes,commercial production of biofuels and chemicals is still challenging.In this context,this review entails concept of lignocellulose biorefinery,latest developments in 2G ethanol production process,importance and market potential of 2G ethanol as renewable fuel and value added chemicals,integration of processes,challenges for integrated production of fuel together with value added chemicals and future directions.展开更多

By means of emitting factor judgment and water quality indexes, we locate pollution sources, main pollutants, pollution type and pollution grade in the study area. Using the MAPGIS, we draw a zonality map of the mine environment. This paper attempts to offer a concrete example, including valuable assessment method, data and conclusion, for the assessment of mine environment from the integrated assessment of mineral resources and mine environment. With the appearance of a huge number of reusable electronic products,the precise value evaluation has become an urgent problem to be solved in the recycling process.Traditional methods rely on manual intervention most...With the appearance of a huge number of reusable electronic products,the precise value evaluation has become an urgent problem to be solved in the recycling process.Traditional methods rely on manual intervention mostly.In order to make the model more suitable for the dynamic updating,this paper proposes the reinforcement learning based electronic products value prediction model which integrates market information to achieve timely and stable prediction results.The basic attributes and depreciation attributes of the product are modeled by two parallel neural networks separately to learn the different effects for prediction.Most importantly,the double deep Q network is adopted to fuse market information by reinforcement learning strategy,and the training on the old product data can be used to predict the following appeared product,which alleviates the cold start problem.Experiments on the real mobile phone recycling platform data verify that the model has achieved higher accuracy and it has a better generalization ability.展开更多

The influences of factory layout, steel ratio and production structure are calculated and analyzed. The calculation example indicates that reasonable factory layout is helpful to reduce its transportation energy consumption, decrease loss of heat, improve product rate and reduce environmental contamination; ore to steel ratio and iron to steel ratio decrease at the same degree; the influence of ore to steel ratio on energy intensity per ton is less than that of iron to steel ratio.
