Rural civilization is a pattern of human civilization that is profoundly linked with values.Rural revitalization means the rejuvenation of rural civilization under new historical circumstances.To that end,it is necessary to adopt a holistically interpreting mode that transcends individual cases,and to look through the wide-angle lens of civilization and grasp rural civilization's development trend of "prosperity-decline-rejuvenation," as well as its constructive route of "traditional construction-modern deconstructionneo-modern reconstruction." This paper analyzes the "three-in-one" value structure concerning rural civilization's being a cultural carrier,its subjective demands,and objective production,to understand and follow the diachronic evolution of the position and function of rural civilization values "from being a subject,through being an object,to being a subject." Based on this,this paper studies the construction of a subjective rural civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era and explores a possible approach to rural revitalization through the rejuvenation of rural civilization.Accordingly,the basic idea and strategy is to boost the rejuvenation of rural civilization through innovative time-space integration; to establish rural civilization's subjective status and to always prioritize agricultural and rural development; to rediscover and redefine the principles,values and functions of the rural civilization construction in the new era; and to further advance campaigns of rural civilization constructions to integrate the development of urban civilization with that of rural civilization. 展开更多

A physical value mapping (PVM) algorithm based on finite element mesh from the stamped part in stamping process to the product is presented, In order to improve the efficiency of the PVM algorithm, a search way from the mesh of the product to the mesh of the stamped part will be adopted. At the same time, the search process is divided into two steps: entire search (ES) and local search (LS), which improve the searching efficiency. The searching area is enlarged to avoid missing projection elements in ES process. An arc-length method is introduced in LS process. For this study in the Ambo State Forest on woody plant diversity, structure and regeneration, 70 quadrats, each 25 m by 25 m, were selected using a systematic random sampling technique and intervals of 100 m along a transect line. For assessing seedlings and saplings, two 2 × 10 m sub quadrats were set upon opposite sides of each main quadrat. Data on species diversity, abundance, structure, basal area, density, frequency and regeneration status were collected and analyzed using standard procedures and programs. Of 58 woody plant species identified, 69 % were trees, 16 % were shrubs, 12 % were tree/shrubs and 4 % were climbers. Fabaceae was the most speciesrich family comprising 17 species. The Shannon-Weiner diversity index was 2.73, and evenness was 0.67. The population structure in the cumulative diameter class frequency distribution revealed an interrupted and inverted J-shape with a very high decrease in higher diameter class. Acacia lahai (49 %) was the most important woody species with the highest importance value index. To maintain balanced structure, enhanced regeneration and protecting the forest from selective cutting are recommended. 展开更多

Air vehicles undergo variations in structural mass and stiffness because of fuel consumption and the failure of structural components, which might lead to serious influences on the aeroelastic characteristics. An approach for aeroelastic robust stability analysis taking into account the perturbations of structural mass and stiffness is developed. Applying the perturbation method and harmonic unsteady aerodynamic forces, the frequency-domain linear fractal transformation (LFT) representation of perturbed aeroelastic system is modeled. Then, the robust stability is analyzed by using the structured singular value ,u-method. The numerical results of a bi-spar wing show its effectiveness and low computational time in dealing with the robust problems with mass and stiffness perturbations. In engineering analysis for solving aeroelastic problems, the robust approach can be applied to flutter analysis for airplane with the fuel load variation and taking the damage conditions into consideration. 展开更多

If 2S + F ≤ 3, μ(M) = infσ(DMD-1). In this paper, the main result is supωμ(M)=‖M‖∞, thus the structured singular value(μ) problem for robust stability of SISO systems subject to additive norm-bounded perturbation, can be recast into H∞ control problem. In slab column-shear wall structures,both the whole structure′s seismic behavior and failure mode are greatly influenced by the distribution of horizontal seismic forces between slab-column and shear wall.In this paper,a pushover analysis of topical slab column-shear wall structure was carried out,the seismic shear force that the slab-column and shear wall should undertake was worked out,the influences of plastic internal force redistribution and structure stiffness characteristic value on horizontal seismic distribution were studied and the calculation formula was given.The analysis results showed that with the yield of the shear walls,the story shear force was undertaken by slab-columns correspondingly increased while with the decrease of characteristic value of stiffness of a structure,and the horizontal seismic force was undertaken by slab-columns correspondingly decreased.According to the code,the design of horizontal force distribution may be cause insecurity problems,so it is necessary to give the distribution law of horizontal seismic forces in slab-column shear wall structures as the supplement to the corresponding regulation of the Code. 展开更多

Uncertainties denote the operators which describe data error, numerical error and model error in the mathematical methods. The study of aeroelasticity with uncertainty embedded in the subsystems, such as the uncertainty in the modeling of structures and aerodynamics, has been a hot topic in the last decades. In this paper, advances of the analysis and design in aeroelasticity with uncertainty are summarized in detail. According to the non-probabilistic or probabilistic uncer- tainty, the developments of theories, methods and experiments with application to both robust and probabilistic aeroelasticity analysis are presented, respectively. In addition, the advances in aeroelastic design considering either probabilistic or non-probabilistic uncertainties are introduced along with aeroelastic analysis. This review focuses on the robust aeroelasticity study based on the structured singular value method, namely the ~t method. It covers the numerical calculation algo- rithm of the structured singular value, uncertainty model construction, robust aeroelastic stability analysis algorithms, uncertainty level verification, and robust flutter boundary prediction in the flight test, etc. The key results and conclusions are explored. Finally, several promising problems on aeroelasticity with uncertainty are proposed for future investigation. 展开更多

The effects of pH value on crystal size and optical property of zinc oxide nanoparticles prepared by chemical precipitation method were investigated.Prepared samples have been characterized by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,ultraviolet-visible spectrometer and photoluminescence spectrometer.From X-ray diffraction profile,it is found that the particle size of sample increases from 13.8 to 33 nm when the pH value of the solution was increased from 6 to 13.Microstructural study also shows that the particle size increases with pH value.Hexagonal shape of the zinc oxide nanoparticle has been confirmed by the scanning electron microscopy image.The recorded ultraviolet-visible spectrum shows excitonic absorption peaks around 381 nm.The energy gap of the prepared samples has been determined from the ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum,effective mass model equation and Tauc's relation.It was found that the energy gap of the prepared samples decreases with increase in pH value.The recorded blue shift confirmed the quantum confinement effect in the prepared zinc oxide samples.Photoluminescence spectrum infers that the increase in pH value shifts the ultraviolet-visible emission but not the violet and green emissions. 展开更多
