Objectives:To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine"heche assisted preg-nancy recipe (HCAPR)" on estrogen receptor(ER), progesterone receptor (PR), pro-lifierating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in endometrium of infertile women.Methods: The S-P immunohistochemical assay was used to observe expression ofER, PR , PCNA and VEGF in late proliferative phase before and after the HCAPR treat-ment.Results: After the treatment, the expression of ER,PR,PCNA and VEGF in nucleiof glandular epithelium and stromal cells was significantly stronger (all P<0. 001) re-spectively than that before treatment , especially the expression of PCNA and VEGF.Conclusions: These results suggest that traditional Chinese medicine HCAPR oftonifying kidney and regulating menstruation increased the synthesis of ER,PR, PCNAand VEGF, which may promote normal growth and development of the endometrium ,improve the micro-environment of the endometrium, and enhance uterine receptivity.The evidence may provide theoretical basis for therapy infertility with Chinese herbalmedicine. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the antiangiogenic effects of endostatin on colonic carcinoma cell line implanted in nude mice and its mechanism. METHODS:Nude mice underwent subcutaneous injection with LS-174t colonic carcinoma cell line to generate carcinoma and were randomly separated into two groups.Mice received injection of vehicle or endostatin every day for two weeks. After the tumor was harvested,the tumor volumes were determined,and the expressions of CD34,VEGF and FIk-1 were examined by immunohistochemical method. RESULTS:Tumor volume was significantly inhibited in the endostatin group(84.17%)and tumor weight was significantly inhibited in the endostatin group(0.197±0.049) compared to the control group(1.198±0.105)(F=22.56, P=0.001),microvessel density(MVD)was significantly decreased in the treated group(31.857±3.515)compared to the control group(100.143±4.290)(F=151.62,P<0.001). Furthermore,the expression of FIk-1 was significantly inhibited in the treated group(34.29%) ompared to the control group(8.57%)(X^2=13.745,P=0.001).However no significant decrease was observed in the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)between these two groups(X^2=0.119,P=0.730). CONCLUSION:Endostatin can inhibit tumor growth and angiogenesis by blocking Vegf/FIk-1 pathway.This experiment provides the theory basis for developing a new anti-carcinoma drug through studying the properties of anti-angiogenesis inhibitors. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (Ki-67) in patients with rectal adenocarcinoma and their associations with neoadjuvant therapy. Methods: The expressions of Ki-67 and VEGF in 32 cases of rectal adenocarcinoma, including both pretreatment tumor biopsies and postoperative specimen, were detected by immunohistochemistry using specific antibodies, and were correlated with clinicopathological factors. Results: The intensity of VEGF staining was significantly correlated with lymph nodal metastasis (P =0.033), depth of tumor invasion (P =0.007) and tumor stage (P= 0.016), but not with histological types, tumor sizes, patients' ages and genders (P 〉 0.05). Low level of VEGF expression had significant correlation with the high sensitivity of response to neoadjuvant therapy (P = 0.016). The transient increase of VEGF expression could be seen after neoadjuvant therapy (P = 0.035). Ki-67 labeling index (Ki-67-LI) was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis (P = 0.028), but not correlated to tumor sizes, patients' ages and genders (P 〉 0.05). Tumors with lower Ki-67-LI were more sensitive to neoadjuvant therapy (P = 0.032). The Ki-67 level decreased after neoadjuvant therapy, but no statistical significance was found (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Our results demonstrate that the expression of VEGF and Ki-67 in pretreatment rectal adenocarcinoma biopsies may be predictive of tumor response to neoadjuvant therapy. 展开更多

The dependence of tumor growth on neovascularization has become an important aspect of cancer biology.Tumor angiogenesis is one of the key mechanisms of tumorigenesis,growth and metastasis.The key events involved in this process are endothelial cell proliferation,migration,and vascular formation.Recent studies have revealed the importance of tumor-associated endothelial cells(TECs)in the development and progression of colorectal cancer(CRC),including epithelial proliferation,stem cell maintenance,angiogenesis,and immune remodeling.Decades of research have identified that the molecular basis of tumor angiogenesis includes vascular endothelial growth factors(VEGFs)and their receptor family,which are the main targets of antiangiogenesis therapy.VEGFs and their receptors play key roles in the pathology of angiogenesis,and their overexpression indicates poor prognosis in CRC.This article reviews the characteristics of the tumor vasculature and the role of TECs in different stages of CRC and immune remodeling.We also discuss the biological effects of VEGFs and their receptor family as angiogenesis regulators and emphasize the clinical implications of TECs in clinical treatment. 展开更多

Diagnostic Value of VEGF,CA 19-9,and CEA in Pancreatic Cancer and Risk Factors of Vascular Invasion

Background:Pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor of the gastrointestinal tract.Due to its insidious onset,most patients with newly diagnosed pancreatic cancer have missed the opportunity for radical surgery,which offers patients the best chance of survival.The 5-year survival rate of patients with pancreatic cancer can be improved with early diagnosis,and serum tumor makers are an inexpensive and convenient diagnostic tool that is widely used in the diagnosis of malignancies.Objective:To determine the diagnostic value of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA 19-9),and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in patients with pancreatic cancer and the risk factors of vascular invasion.Methods:An experimental group comprising 52 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted to our department from July 2021 to July 2022 and a control group comprising 21 patients with benign pancreatic diseases during the same period were included in our study.Their serum VEGF,CA 19-9,and CEA levels were detected and compared between the two groups,and the correlation between the three markers in the invaded vessel and non-invaded vessel groups was investigated.The diagnostic value of a single tumor marker and in combination for pancreatic cancer was analyzed,and the three tumor marker levels of the experimental group in different pathological characteristics were detected and compared.Results:The experimental group had higher serum VEGF,CA 19-9,and CEA levels than the control group(P<0.05).Through a receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis,the combined detection had the highest value for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,in which the area under the curve(AUC)was 0.9158(95%CI:0.8415-0.9900),while the sensitivity and specificity were 76.19%and 98.08%,respectively.Serum VEGF and CA 19-9 levels were higher in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ pancreatic cancer patients and those with tumor metastasis compared with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients and those without metastasis(P<0.05),respectively.Binary logistic regression analysis was performed to determine the risk factors of vascular invasion in pancreatic cancer,and the results showed that only serum VEGF was a risk factor(P<0.05),OR(95%CI):1.001-1.006.Conclusion:Patients with pancreatic cancer have significantly higher serum VEGF,CA 19-9,and CEA levels,and the combined detection of tumor markers is of high clinical value in its diagnosis.In addition,serum VEGF is an independent risk factor of vascular invasion in pancreatic cancer,which can predict vascular invasion to a certain extent. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective effects of electroacupuncture and LGNHFD on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, and their effects on the expression of cluster of differentiation 34(CD 34), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), and basic fibroblast growth factor(b FGF) in the peripheral tissue of the cerebral ischemic semi-dark zone in rats.The influence and mechanism of expression.METHODS: Healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group, model group, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) group, electroacupuncture group, and acupuncture group. The cerebral ischemia model was prepared by middle artery occlusion. The electroacupuncture and TCM groups received electroacupuncture at the "Neiguan(PC6)", "Baihui(GV20)", and "Renzhong(GV26)" acupoints from 4 h after modeling, once daily for 14 d. After modeling,the acupuncture and TCM groups were administered LGNHFD once daily for 14 d. After treatment,the infarct volume and regional cerebral blood flow(r CBF) were measured in each group, the expression of CD34 in the surrounding ischemic penumbra was determined using immunohistochemistry,and the expression of angiogenesis-related factors in the ischemic hemisphere was detected by western blot.RESULTS: Compared with the sham operation group, r CBF was significantly decreased(P < 0.01)and cerebral infarction volume was significantly increased(P < 0.01) in the model group at four time points(5 min and 3, 7, and 14 d after modeling). At three postoperative time points(3, 7, and 14 d), the number of CD34 + cells in the model group were significantly increased(P < 0.01), and the relative expression levels of VEGF, b FGF, and CD34+ in the ischemic hemisphere were significantly increased(P < 0.01, P < 0.05). Compared with the model group, the r CBF of the acupuncture group was significantly increased at 3, 7, and 14 d after intervention(P < 0.01), while the r CBF of the electroacupuncture and TCM groups was significantly increased at 7 and 14 d after intervention(P < 0.01).After 3, 7, and 14 d of intervention, infarct volume was significantly reduced(P < 0.01), the number of CD34 + cells was significantly increased(P < 0.01,P < 0.05), and the relative expression levels of VEGF,b FGF, and CD34 in the ischemic hemisphere were significantly increased(P < 0.01, P < 0.05). Compared with the electroacupuncture and TCM groups, the r CBF of the acupuncture group was significantly increased(P < 0.01), the infarct volume was significantly reduced(P < 0.01), and the relative expression levels of VEGF, b FGF, and CD34 were significantly increased(P < 0.05, P < 0.01) after 3, 7,and 14 d of intervention.CONCLUSION: Acupuncture therapy is superior to simple drug and electroacupuncture therapy for reducing infarct volume, increasing r CBF and CD34 expression in cells, and promoting capillary regeneration in rats with cerebral ischemia. This may be related to the increased expression of VEGF, b FGF,and CD34 — which are related to cerebrovascular neovascularization — in the ischemic hemispheres of such rats. 展开更多

Most HCC patients are diagnosed at the advanced stage and multikinase inhibitors have been the only treatment choice for them. Recently, the approval of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs) has provided a new therapeutic strategy for HCC. It is noteworthy that the positive outcomes of the phase Ⅲ clinical trial IMBrave150 [atezolizumab(anti-programmed cell death ligand 1 antibody) combined with bevacizumab(anti-vascular endothelial growth factor monoclonal antibody)],showed that overall survival and progression-free survival were significantly better with sorafenib. This combination therapy has become the new standard therapy for advanced HCC and has also attracted more attention in the treatment of HCC with anti-angiogenesis-immune combination therapy. Currently, the synergistic antitumor efficacy of this combination has been shown in many preclinical and clinical studies. In this review, we discuss the mechanism and clinical application of anti-angiogenics and immunotherapy in HCC, outline the relevant mechanism and rationality of the combined application of antiangiogenics and ICIs, and point out the existing challenges of the combination therapy. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effect of Kanglaite injection combined with docetaxel in advanced esophageal cancer on tumor markers, angiogenesis and immune function in elderly patients.Method:A total of 130 patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to July 2017were selected and divided into two groups according to the time of admission, 65 cases in each group, set as observation group and control group, all patients were treated with conventional radiotherapy (cisplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil), the observation group was given Kanglaite injection combined with docetaxel on the basis of this, while the control group only was given docetaxel treatment, the treatment period was 6 weeks, tumor markers, VEGF and immune function of both group after treatment were compared.Result: After treatment, the levels of carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) and carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant;VEGF level in the observation group after treatment was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant;After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of CD8+ in the observation group was lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Kanglaite injection combined with docetaxel in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer is better, effectively reducing the level of tumor markers and vascular endothelial growth factor, improve immune function, it isworthy of clinical application. 展开更多

Colon cancer is the third most common malignancy and the fifth most frequent cause of death from neoplastic disease worldwide.At the time of diagnosis,more than 20%of patients already have metastatic disease.In the last 20 years,the natural course of the disease has changed due to major changes in the management of metastatic disease such as the advent of novel surgical and local therapy approaches as well as the introduction of novel chemotherapy drugs and targeted agents such as anti-epidermal growth factor receptor,anti-BRAF and antiangiogenics.Angiogenesis is a complex biological process of new vessel formation from existing ones and is an integral component of tumor progression supporting cancer cells to grow,proliferate and metastasize.Many molecules are involved in this proangiogenic process,such as vascular endothelial growth factor and its receptors on endothelial cells.A well-standardized methodology that is applied to assess angiogenesis in the tumor microenvironment is microvascular density by using immunohistochemistry with antibodies against endothelial CD31,CD34 and CD105 antigens.Even smaller molecules,such as the micro-RNAs,which are small non-coding RNAs,are being studied for their usefulness as surrogate biomarkers of angiogenesis and prognosis.In this review,we will discuss recent advances regarding the investigation of angiogenesis,the crosstalk between elements of the immune microenvironment and angiogenesis and how a disorganized tumor vessel network affects the trafficking of CD8+T cells in the tumor bed.Furthermore,we will present recent data from clinical trials that combine antiangiogenic therapies with immune checkpoint inhibitors in colorectal cancer. 展开更多

Objective:To explore effect of Pemetrexed combined with cis-platinum chemotherapy on matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs), vascular esandothelial growth factor (VEGF), NK cells and immune function in patients with non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.Method:A total of86 cases of non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer patients were divided into control group (n=44) and observation group (n=42), control group was given docetaxel combined cis-platinum chemotherapy, pemetrexed combined cis-platinum chemotherapy, was applied for observation group. Compared MMP-2, MMP-9, VEGF, NK cells and immune function level before and after treatment in both groups.Results: MMP-2, MMP-9, VEGF, NK cells, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ level in both groups before treatment was no significant difference. After treatment, MMP-2, MMP-9, VEGF, CD8+level in both groups was significant lower than before treatment intra-group, and observation was lower than control group, there was significant difference. After treatment, NK cells, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ level in both groups was increased dramatically than before treatment of intra-group, moreover, NK cells, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+level in observation group after treatment was obvious higher than in control group after treatment, there was significant difference.Conclusion:Pemetrexed combined with cis-platinum chemotherapy for non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer could effectively decrease serum MMPs, VEGF level and increase NK cell level, regulate immune function, with definite clinical significance. 展开更多

目的 探究自拟健脾除积方联合免疫检查点抑制剂治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效及对其外周血管生长因子的影响。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年12月期间河北省沧州中西医结合医院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者70例,按随机数字表法分为... 目的 探究自拟健脾除积方联合免疫检查点抑制剂治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效及对其外周血管生长因子的影响。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年12月期间河北省沧州中西医结合医院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各35例。对照组给予常规化疗方法,采用信迪利单抗联合含铂双药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用自拟健脾除积方治疗。每21 d(3周)为一个治疗周期,两组患者连续接受2个疗程的药物治疗,观察比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应情况,治疗前后中医临床证候评分、KPS评分、血管生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平。结果 治疗后治疗组总有效率88.57%(31/35)明显高于对照组65.71%(23/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者中医证候评分均较治疗前降低,功能状态疗效KPS评分均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组中医证候评分明显低于对照组,功能状态疗效KPS评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者血清VEGF水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组血清VEGF水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组白细胞计数降低、恶心/呕吐发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自拟健脾除积方联合免疫检查点抑制剂治疗晚期非小细胞肺可提高临床治疗效果,改善中医证候评分,提高生活质量,降低外周血血管生长因子含量,且具有相当的安全性,值得推荐使用。 展开更多

养血散寒通脉方治疗血虚寒凝型子宫内膜异位症的临床研究 被引量:2

【目的】观察养血散寒通脉方(由当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤加减而成)治疗血虚寒凝型子宫内膜异位症(EMS)的临床疗效。【方法】将120例血虚寒凝型EMS患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例。研究组给予养血散寒通脉方治疗,对照组给予少腹... 【目的】观察养血散寒通脉方(由当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤加减而成)治疗血虚寒凝型子宫内膜异位症(EMS)的临床疗效。【方法】将120例血虚寒凝型EMS患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例。研究组给予养血散寒通脉方治疗,对照组给予少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗,疗程为3个月,并于疗程结束后随访1年。观察2组患者治疗前后各种疼痛评分[包括经期腹痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和痛经、非经期盆腔痛、性交痛、盆腔压痛、骶韧带结节触痛分级评分]、卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿大小及血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(SICAM-1)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、组织金属蛋白酶抑制因子2(TIMP-2)水平的变化情况,并观察2组患者的临床疗效、安全性、复发情况及妊娠情况。【结果】(1)研究过程中,研究组脱落3例,对照组脱落5例,最终共112例患者纳入统计分析,其中研究组57例,对照组55例。(2)治疗3个月后,研究组的总有效率为92.98%(53/57),对照组为85.45%(47/55),组间比较,研究组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的各种疼痛评分(包括经期腹痛VAS评分和痛经、非经期盆腔痛、性交痛、盆腔压痛、骶韧带结节触痛分级评分)均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且研究组的下降幅度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)治疗后,2组患者的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿均略有缩小,但组内治疗前后及治疗后组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(5)治疗后,2组患者血清CA125、VEGF、SICAM-1、MMP-9水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),血清TIMP-2水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组对血清CA125、VEGF、SICAM-1、MMP-9水平的下降幅度及对血清TIMP-2水平的升高幅度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(6)随访1年,研究组的复发率为30.19%(16/53),明显低于对照组的68.09%(32/47),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组21例有生育要求,其中14例妊娠,妊娠率为66.67%(14/21);对照组20例有生育要求,其中4例妊娠,妊娠率为20.00%(4/20);组间比较,研究组的妊娠率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(7)治疗期间,2组患者均无明显不良反应发生,且患者的血、尿、大便常规及心电图、肝肾功能等安全性指标均无异常变化。【结论】养血散寒通脉方治疗血虚寒凝型EMS患者疗效确切,能够显著缓解患者各种疼痛症状,改善妊娠结局,有效调节血清CA125、VEGF、SICAM-1、MMP-9、TIMP-2水平。 展开更多

目的探讨血清E-钙粘连蛋白(E-cadherin)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原21-1(CYFRA21-1)水平在甲状腺癌患者手术前后的变化及其对术后复发转移的预测价值。方法选取118例行甲状腺癌根治术的分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)患者为... 目的探讨血清E-钙粘连蛋白(E-cadherin)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原21-1(CYFRA21-1)水平在甲状腺癌患者手术前后的变化及其对术后复发转移的预测价值。方法选取118例行甲状腺癌根治术的分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)患者为研究组,118例健康体检者为对照组;根据术后6个月复发转移情况,将DTC患者分为复发转移组33例与未复发转移组85例。比较对照组与研究组(术前)、研究组手术前后、复发转移组与未复发转移组血清E-cadherin、VEGF、CYFRA21-1水平,采用ROC曲线分析上述各指标对术后复发转移的预测价值。结果研究组血清E-cadherin水平显著低于对照组,血清VEGF、CYFRA21-1水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后2周血清E-cadherin水平显著高于术前,血清VEGF、CYFRA21-1水平显著低于术前(P<0.05);未复发转移组术后2周血清E-cadherin水平显著高于术后复发转移组,血清VEGF、CYFRA21-1水平显著低于术后复发转移组(P<0.05)。术后2周上述各指标联合检测预测DTC患者术后复发转移的AUC为0.862,敏感度为90.91%,特异度为75.29%。结论DTC患者术后血清中E-cadherin表达上调,VEGF、CYFRA21-1表达下调,各指标联合检测对复发转移具有较高的预测效能,可作为临床评估DTC患者术后复发转移情况的辅助指标。 展开更多

目的 探讨第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源基因(PTEN)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sVEGFR1)、中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质载运蛋白(NGAL)在子宫内膜癌(EC)患者血清中的表达及与病理特征的关系。方法 选取... 目的 探讨第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源基因(PTEN)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sVEGFR1)、中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质载运蛋白(NGAL)在子宫内膜癌(EC)患者血清中的表达及与病理特征的关系。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年6月于在邯郸市第一医院行全子宫切除术并经病理诊断的120例EC患者为研究组,选择同期80例良性病变子宫内膜患者为对照组,用酶联免疫吸附法检测并比较2组患者血清PTEN、CA125、sVEGFR1、NGAL水平,收集2组临床病理资料,分析血清PTEN、CA125、sVEGFR1、NGAL与研究组患者病理特征的关系。结果 研究组血清CA125、NGAL水平高于对照组,血清PTEN、sVEGFR1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。分化程度越低血清CA125、NGAL水平越高,血清PTEN、sVEGFR1水平越低(P<0.05);临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者血清PTEN高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05);临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、浸润深度≥50%患者血清CA125、NGAL水平升高,血清sVEGFR1水平降低(P<0.05)。血清PTEN与临床分期呈负相关,与分化程度呈正相关(P<0.05);血清CA125、NGAL与临床分期、淋巴结转移、浸润深度呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05);血清sVEGFR1与临床分期、淋巴结转移、浸润深度呈负相关,与分化程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CA125、NGAL在EC患者血清中呈高表达,PTEN、sVEGFR1呈低表达,均与EC患者病理特征有一定相关性,可作为EC早期诊断与疾病进展的潜在生物学标志物。 展开更多

目的 探究贝伐珠单抗联合GC化疗方案(顺铂+吉西他滨)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的效果及药物经济学价值。方法 选取2020年7月—2022年7月收治的86例晚期NSCLC,依据治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组给予GC化疗方案,观察组... 目的 探究贝伐珠单抗联合GC化疗方案(顺铂+吉西他滨)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的效果及药物经济学价值。方法 选取2020年7月—2022年7月收治的86例晚期NSCLC,依据治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组给予GC化疗方案,观察组给予贝伐珠单抗联合GC化疗方案。对比2组疗效、毒副反应发生情况以及治疗前后血生化指标,并进行成本-效果分析。结果 观察组客观缓解率58.14%(25/43)、疾病控制率93.02%(40/43)均高于对照组的32.56%(14/43)、72.09%(31/43)(P<0.05)。治疗2、4个疗程,观察组血清癌胚抗原、糖类抗原125、神经元特异性烯醇化酶、血管内皮生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组各项毒副反应总发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组总成本高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组成本-效果比为790.67低于对照组的901.31,且敏感性分析显示,成本-效果分析稳定可靠。结论 贝伐珠单抗联合GC化疗方案治疗晚期NSCLC患者,可下调肿瘤标志物及血管内皮因子水平,提升疗效,且成本-效果优势明显。 展开更多
