The advanced manufacturing technology of mechanical products features interaction, and high simulation, etc. In this paper, a digital geometry model for the processing is established with the aid of computer technology, so that the needs of machinery manufacturing production and precision machining can be fulfilled, and also the simulation, validation, comparison, and optimization of many plans can be implemented for ultimately finding out an optimal processing method and realizing the benefit of low cost and high quality. From two different levels of activity and parts, the configuration principle of mechanical products' advanced manufacturing technology is defined. Therefore, the advanced manufacturing technology for customizing different products can be derived, and also the reuse of different types of parts is realized. The grouted bolt,combining rock bolting with grouting techniques,provides an effective solution for controlling the surrounding rock in deep soft rock and fractured roadways.It has been extensively applied in numerous deep mining areas characterized by soft rock roadways,where it has demonstrated remarkable control results.This article systematically explores the evolution of grouted bolting,covering its theoretical foundations,design methods,materials,construction processes,monitoring measures,and methods for assessing its effectiveness.The overview encompassed several key elements,delving into anchoring theory and grouting reinforcement theory.The new principle of high pretensioned high-pressure splitting grouted bolting collaborative active control is introduced.A fresh method for dynamic information design is also highlighted.The discussion touches on both conventional grouting rock bolts and cable bolts,as well as innovative grouted rock bolts and cables characterized by their high pretension,strength,and sealing hole pressure.An examination of the merits and demerits of standard inorganic and organic grouting materials versus the new inorganic–organic composite materials,including their specific application conditions,was conducted.Additionally,the article presents various methods and instruments to assess the support effect of grouting rock bolts,cable bolts,and grouting reinforcement.Furthermore,it provides a foundation for understanding the factors influencing decisions on grouted bolting timing,the sequence of grouting,the pressure applied,the volume of grout used,and the strategic arrangement of grouted rock bolts and cable bolts.The application of the high pretensioned high-pressure splitting grouted bolting collaborative control technology in a typical kilometer-deep soft rock mine in China—the soft coal seam and soft rock roadway in the Kouzidong coal mine,Huainan coal mining area,was introduced.Finally,the existing problems in grouted bolting control technology for deep soft rock roadways are analyzed,and the future development trend of grouted bolting control technology is anticipated. 展开更多

Process model of con- flict detection is put forward according to characteristics of harness technology design engineering-oriented constraint, and then two problems of how to conduct conflict positioning and judgment of constraint rules are introduced in this paper. Afterwards in this pa- per, constraint information directed acyclic graph is established by classified project constraint information to solve the conflict posi- tioning problem; solution of constraint satisfaction problem is applied to realize judgment problem of constraint rules. The health monitoring for large-scale structures need to resolve a large number of difficulties,such as the data transmission and distributing information handling.To solve these problems,the technology of multi-agent is a good candidate to be used in the field of structural health monitoring.A structural health monitoring system architecture based on multi-agent technology is proposed.The measurement system for aircraft airfoil is designed with FBG,strain gage,and corresponding signal processing circuit.The experiment to determine the location of the concentrate loading on the structure is carried on with the system combined with technologies of pattern recognition and multi-agent.The results show that the system can locate the concentrate loading of the aircraft airfoil at the accuracy of 91.2%. 展开更多

This article seeks to un... Designing technologies is a process that relies on multiple interactions between design and use contexts. These interactions are essential to the development and establishment of technologies. This article seeks to understand the attempts of healthcare organisations to integrate use contexts into the design of healthcare technologies following insights of the theoretical approaches of social learning and user representations. We present a multiple case study of three healthcare technologies involved in improving elderly care practice. These cases were part of a Dutch quality improvement collaborative program, which urged that development of these technologies was not “just” development, but should occur in close collaboration with other parts of the collaborative program, which were more focused on implementation. These cases illustrate different ways to develop technologies in interaction with use contexts and users. Despite the infrastructure of the collaborative program, interactions were not without problems. We conclude by arguing that interactions between design and use are not naturally occurring phenomena, but must be actively organised in order to create effects. 展开更多

The quick spread of the epidemic since 2019 together with fast advancing of technology has exposed teachers to online education,including Teaching Chinese as a Second Language(TCSL)classrooms.Some Chinese as a Second Language(CSL)teachers were reluctant to utilize technology tools in their teaching due to the lack of technological knowledge.Thus,this study designed a CSL curriculum with the lens of the TPACK framework(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge).Nearpod was specifically adopted as a web-based technology tool to support the teaching Chinese language due to its powerful functions provided.Nearpod allows teachers to design interactive activities in multiple ways to facilitate interactions and collaboration in the CSL learning process.This paper aimed to help Chinese teachers improve their understanding of how to effectively integrate technology into CSL teaching.Chinese teachers will develop a deeper comprehension of distance teaching from the perspectives of technology,pedagogy,and content knowledge,enhance students’deeper learning,and promote interaction and collaboration in L2 class.The effective use of the technology can develop language skills in a meaningful context knowledge with the guidance of pedagogical content knowledge. 展开更多

“China Shock”or China Dividend?-China GVC Participation’s Effects on Trading Partners’Technological Progress

This paper explores the effects of China’s global value chain(GVC)participation on technological progress in trading-partner countries based on estimated data on value-added trade between China and 52 trading partners.We find that,first,although China’s exports lowered the total factor productivity(TFP)of its trading partners(competitive effect),its imports greatly increased trading partners’TFP(effect of scale).This implies that China’s GVC participation is beneficial to its trading partners’technological progress in the form of a considerable technology dividend effect.Second,China’s export dividend effect compensates for the negative effect of Chinese competition on trading partners’technological progress;the innovation effects attributable to China’s imports reinforce the positive effects of scale on technological progress.When innovation is factored in,the China dividend thus becomes further reinforced.Third,China’s merchandise imports have a diminishing positive effect on technological progress in trading partners as geographical distance increases,but trade in services transcends geographical boundaries,and the positive technological progress effect of China’s service imports do not diminish as distance increases.We find that the“China dividend”from China’s GVC participation is a significant contributor to technological progress in partner nations,and China’s imports are conducive to innovation and technological progress in developed countries in the long run. 展开更多

[目的/意义]科技创新主导力与创新团队的产出绩效息息相关,在日益庞杂的科技创新合作中至关重要。然而现有科技创新主导力的研究大多集中在定性讨论方面,本文从定量角度深入探讨科技创新主导力网络的演化机制,有助于进一步促进科技创新合作。[方法/过程]本文以药学领域的数据驱动,设定创新主体的搜索规则、主导规则、创新规则,以平均科技创新增益及其扩散速率为评价指标来衡量科技创新主导力的扩散效果,模拟科技创新主导力的扩散过程,并进一步探究多维邻近性与科技创新主导力扩散的动态关系。[结果/结论]结果显示,多维邻近性对科技创新主导力扩散具有重要影响,且不同邻近性在网络演化的不同阶段发挥着不同的作用。本文全面细致地刻画了多维邻近性在科技创新主导力网络演化的不同阶段所发挥的具体作用,进而为机构/企业和创新个体的发展提供参考。 展开更多

行业数字化、信息化建设是当前我国矿业高质量发展的焦点。但长期以来,信息化、智能化专业人才的培养存在缺失。因此,研究数字孪生技术驱动下的矿业工程实践教育自适应模式对于推进国家矿业工程智能化与产教融合具有重要意义。本研究完... 行业数字化、信息化建设是当前我国矿业高质量发展的焦点。但长期以来,信息化、智能化专业人才的培养存在缺失。因此,研究数字孪生技术驱动下的矿业工程实践教育自适应模式对于推进国家矿业工程智能化与产教融合具有重要意义。本研究完成了以下工作:首先,解析矿业工程实践、数字孪生和自适应模式的内在关联,提出基于工业物联网的大数据管理框架(BDM)的信息集成与五维模型运作机制。其次,通过矿业工程实践教育体系要素的数据融合,结合Unity开发平台构建动态交互孪生系统的UI可视化,构建数字孪生仿真培训系统。最后,基于自适应模式开展人机交互与协同试验。结果表明,学员可以通过数字孪生显示的模型、动作、数据等信息获取矿山生产环节的实时状态,通过室内设备仿真操作与现场远程操控的误差在10%以下,且与井下工序重合度较高。在数字孪生技术驱动和交互共享机制支持下,有望通过信息有序管理和决策实现系统、精准的矿业工程专业人才智慧化培养模式。 展开更多

通过考察358部科技创新地方法规发现,中国科技创新地方立法呈现地域分布广且立法体系差异明显、立法时间跨度大且覆盖面广、立法体例结构相似但有创新立法内容的探索等特征。2023年新修订《立法法》地方立法条款进一步拓展了法制统一内... 通过考察358部科技创新地方法规发现,中国科技创新地方立法呈现地域分布广且立法体系差异明显、立法时间跨度大且覆盖面广、立法体例结构相似但有创新立法内容的探索等特征。2023年新修订《立法法》地方立法条款进一步拓展了法制统一内涵,提出地方创制性立法、区域协同立法等新要求。依此来看,中国科技创新地方立法仍存在更新迭代缓慢,能动性不强;内容相对保守,立法创新度不够;立法主体单一,协同立法机制不健全等问题。未来,科技创新地方立法应进一步推动地方能动立法,完善立法监督机制;充分挖掘地方特色,积极开展创新立法;强化区域协同立法,实现地方优势互补,推动资源共建共享,为培育和发展新质生产力夯实法治根基,以良法善治推动高水平科技自立自强。 展开更多

多元合作是应对科技创新项目复杂性的重要举措,揭示中国生态环境保护科技创新项目组织间合作网络的动态特征,对优化中国生态环境保护科技创新治理体系具有重要意义。文章采用动态网络分析方法,对2003—2022年间中国生态环境保护科技创... 多元合作是应对科技创新项目复杂性的重要举措,揭示中国生态环境保护科技创新项目组织间合作网络的动态特征,对优化中国生态环境保护科技创新治理体系具有重要意义。文章采用动态网络分析方法,对2003—2022年间中国生态环境保护科技创新项目的组织间合作网络进行演化分析。研究发现:中国生态环境保护科技创新项目组织间合作网络规模不断扩大、组织多样性持续丰富,但网络密度未显著提升,整体呈现松散关联式的网络格局;网络具备显著的“研学”引领特征,企业主体地位尚未形成,中国环境科学研究院与清华大学是合作网络中的主导型组织节点,发挥链接多元组织的桥接作用;组织间合作呈现“政府-科研机构”到“政府-高校-科研机构”再到“政府-企业-高校-科研机构”的演进路径;组织间合作网络巨片呈现局域集聚式的团体网络格局,在局部稳定性提升的同时面临整体结构韧性不足的风险。基于上述结果,文章从培育生态环境保护领军型企业、科技创新举国体制优势、市场环境等方面提出相应建议。 展开更多
