Association of Serum Folate and Vitamin B_(12) Concentrations with Obesity in Chinese Children and Adolescents

Objective This study aimed to evaluate the associations of serum folate and/or vitamin B12 concentrations with obesity among Chinese children and adolescents.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted including 3,079 Chinese children and adolescents,aged 6 to 17 years,from Jiangsu,China.Anthropometric indices,such as,children's body mass index(BMI),BMI z-scores,waist circumference,and waist-to-height ratio were utilized.Multivariable linear regression and generalized additive models were used to investigate the associations of serum folate and vitamin B12 levels with anthropometric indices and odds of obesity.Results We observed that serum vitamin B12 concentrations were inversely associated with all anthropometric indices and the odds of general obesity[odds ratio(OR)=0.68;95%confidence interval(CI)=0.59,0.78]and abdominal obesity(OR=0.68;95%CI=0.60,0.77).When compared to participants with both serum vitamin levels in the two middle quartiles,those with both serum folate and vitamin B12 levels in the highest quartile were less prone to general(OR=0.31,95%CI=0.19,0.50)or abdominal obesity(OR=0.46,95%CI=0.31,0.67).Conversely,participants with vitamin B12 levels in the lowest quartile alongside folate levels in the highest quartile had higher odds of abdominal obesity(OR=2.06,95%CI=1.09,3.91).Conclusion Higher serum vitamin B12 concentrations,but not serum folate concentrations,were associated with lower odds of childhood obesity.Children and adolescents with high levels of vitamin B12 and folate were less likely to be obese. 展开更多

Background:Hyperglycemia is a typical symptom of diabetes.High glucose induces apoptosis of isletβcells.While autophagy functions in cytoprotection and autophagic cell death.The interaction between autophagy and apoptosis is important in the modulation of the function of isletβcells.Vitamin B3 can induce autophagy and inhibit isletβapoptosis.Method:The mechanism of vitamin B3-mediated protective effect on the function of isletβcells was explored by the method of western blot,immunofluorescence and flow cytometry.Results:In the present study,high glucose stress increased the apoptosis rate,while vitamin B3 reduced the apoptosis rate.The effect of vitamin B3 on autophagy flux under normal and high glucose stress was also investigated.Vitamin B3 increased the number of autophagosomes and increased the light chain(LC)3-II/LC3-I ratio.In contrast,vitamin B3 decreased sequestosome 1(SQSTM1)/p62 protein expression and inhibited the phosphorylation of mammalian ribosomal protein S6 kinaseβ-1(p70S6K/S6K1),which was a substrate of mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)under normal and high glucose stress.To further verify the protective effect of vitamin B3 on apoptosis,we treated isletβcell RIN-m5F with autophagy inhibitor 3-methyladenine(3-MA).Vitamin B3 decreased the apoptosis rate under high glucose stress,while the inhibition of apoptosis by vitamin B3 was blocked after adding 3-MA.Conclusion:Our data suggested that vitamin B3 reduced the apoptosis rate ofβcells,possibly through inducing autophagy under high glucose stress. 展开更多

Diabetes mellitus(DM)is still one of the most common diseases worldwide,and its prevalence is still increasing globally.According to the American and European recommendations,metformin is considered a first-line oral hypoglycemic drug for controlling type 2 DM(T2DM)patients.Metformin is the ninth most often prescribed drug in the world,and at least 120 million diabetic people are estimated to receive the drug.In the last 20 years,there has been increasing evidence of vitamin B12 deficiency among metformin-treated diabetic patients.Many studies have reported that vitamin B12 deficiency is related to the malabsorption of vitamin B12 among metformin-treated T2DM patients.Vitamin B12 deficiency may have a very bad complication for the T2DM patient.In this review,we will focus on the effect of metformin on the absorption of vitamin B12 and on its proposed mechanisms in hindering vitamin B12 absorption.In addition,the review will describe the clinical outcomes of vitamin B12 deficiency in metformintreated T2DM. 展开更多

Background: Anemia is one of the most prevalent complications during pregnancy. It is commonly considered a risk factor for poor pregnancy outcomes and can result in complications that threaten the life of both mother and fetus, such as preterm birth, and low birth weight. There is clear evidence to support prompt treatment in all patients with iron deficiency anemia because it is known that treatment improves quality of life and physical condition as well as alleviates fatigue and cognitive deficits. Objective: The aim of the study was to evaluate the value of addition of vitamin B6 to iron in treatment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women during the second trimester. Patients and Methods: The study was done by giving anemia pregnant women iron therapy and vitamin B6 which represent group A and iron therapy alone which represents group B. For each pregnant woman, age, parity and gestational history were taken before treatment. All pregnant women took their allocated treatment regularly for three weeks after diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia with complete blood picture and followed up after three weeks. Results: Results of the study revealed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of therapy according to the hemoglobin level before treatment (p-value = 0.734), statistically significant higher mean value in after treatment than before treatment (p-value = 0.048), there was a significant difference in the rate of change of hemoglobin (p-value = 0.011) and body mass index (p-value 0.001). Conclusion: Iron and vitamin B6 seems to increase hemoglobin level more than iron only. Thus, in pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia iron plus vitamin B6 may be considered as a more effective alternative treatment than iron only. 展开更多

Assessment of the Effects of Supplemental Rumen Protected B Vitamins and Choline for Periparturient Cows: A Meta-Analysis of 28 Feeding Studies

There are currently no prescribed requirements for B vitamins or choline for dairy cows during the transition period, but many recent studies have shown a variety of benefits from supplying these nutrients to periparturient cows. The purpose of this research effort was to determine the potential benefit of including a rumen protected blend composed of B vitamins (riboflavin, folic acid, vitamin B12) and choline (RPBlend, Jefo Nutrition Inc., St. Hyacinthe, QC, Canada) for dairy cows during the transition period, based on results from 28 on-farm feeding studies (USA-12, Mexico-7, Canada-4, Chile-3, Australia-1, Brazil-1) conducted between 2011 and 2018. All farms participated in monthly herd management record keeping systems and were selected to participate in studies due to their excellent management. Meta-analyses in which risk differences were determined were used to assess the effects of the supplemental RPBlend on health parameters and reproduction. The effect size was used as the determinant of the possible contribution of RPblend on the yields of milk, energy corrected milk (ECM), fat and protein yields during the first four weeks of lactation. Results showed that the inclusion of RPblend reduced (P < 0.05) involuntary culling and mastitis by cows during the first 30 days after calving. There was a tendency (P < 0.10) for reduced retained placenta and metritis. The meta-analyses revealed that the risk of the displaced abomasum and milk fever did not diminish (P > 0.10) with the inclusion of the BPBlend. The incidence rate of subclinical ketosis, determined as blood beta hydroxy butyric acid greater than 1.2 mM was lower (P (than those not supplemented. The proportion of cows confirmed pregnant by 100 days in milk was greater for cows given the BPBlend (P < 0.05). Milk yield and ECM were greater for cows receiving the RPBlend (1.13 and 0.93 kg/cow respectively, P < 0.05). There was no change in fat yield (P > 0.10) while the yield of milk protein was greater (P < 0.05) when the cows received the blend. These results suggest that the inclusion of rumen protected B vitamins and choline can assist cow health, reproduction and production at the start of lactation. 展开更多

目的检测新生儿B族链球菌(group B streptococcus,GBS)感染所致化脓性脑膜炎(purulent meningitis,PM)血清中维生素D、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和C反应蛋白(c-reactive ... 目的检测新生儿B族链球菌(group B streptococcus,GBS)感染所致化脓性脑膜炎(purulent meningitis,PM)血清中维生素D、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和C反应蛋白(c-reactive protein,CRP)的表达水平,并探讨其临床价值。方法选取2017年5月至2020年5月在秦皇岛市第一医院出生的59例GBS感染的PM新生儿纳入观察组,同期59例非GBS感染的PM新生儿(晚发败血症)纳入对照组。检测所有受试者血清维生素D、CRP、IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α水平,并进行Pearson相关性分析;利用受试者操作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线分析血清维生素D和炎性细胞因子对新生儿GBS感染所致PM的诊断价值。统计学方法采用t检验、χ^(2)检验和Pearson相关性分析。结果观察组与对照组孕产妇胎膜早破[47.5%(28/59)与5.1%(3/59),χ^(2)=27.345]、产时窒息[52.5%(31/59)与18.6%(11/59),χ^(2)=14.787]和产褥感染[(44.1%(26/59)与(22.0%(13/59)),χ^(2)=6.473]的发生率比较,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清维生素D水平显著低于对照组[(13.3±2.1)μg/L与(21.1±5.0)μg/L,t=11.345],IL-6[(87.1±14.5)μg/L与(63.9±11.9)μg/L,t=9.507]、IL-10[(49.6±15.2)μg/L与(29.3±10.0)μg/L,t=8.596]、TNF-α[(76.8±19.0)μg/L与(50.0±10.8)μg/L,t=9.410]和CRP[(21.5±5.0)μg/L与(13.7±3.7)μg/L,t=9.702]水平显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,观察组血清维生素D水平分别与IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α和CRP水平呈负相关(r=-0.662、-0.644、-0.564、-0.643,P<0.05);血清维生素D、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α和CRP单独诊断GBS感染新生儿PM的曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)分别为0.831(95%CI:0.757~0.904)、0.887(95%CI:0.830~0.944)、0.859(95%CI:0.793~0.925)、0.888(95%CI:0.821~0.955)、0.879(95%CI:0.820~0.938),5项联合检测的AUC为0.991(95%CI:0.978~1.000)。结论GBS感染所致的PM新生儿血清中维生素D水平降低,炎性细胞因子水平增加,对于GBS感染所致的PM具有一定的辅助诊断价值。 展开更多

Impact of increasing one-carbon metabolites on traumatic brain injury outcome using pre-clinical models

Traumatic brain injury is a major cause of death and disability worldwide,affecting over 69 million individuals yearly.One-carbon metabolism has been shown to have beneficial effects after brain damage,such as ischemic stroke.However,whether increasing one-carbon metabolite vitamins impacts traumatic brain injury outcomes in patients requires more investigation.The aim of this review is to evaluate how one-carbon metabolites impact outcomes after the onset of traumatic brain injury.PubMed,Web of Science,and Google Scholar databases were searched for studies that examined the impact of B-vitamin supplementation on traumatic brain injury outcomes.The search terms included combinations of the following words:traumatic brain injury,dietary supplementation,one-carbon metabolism,and B-vitamins.The focus of each literature search was basic science data.The year of publication in the literature searches was not limited.Our analysis of the literature has shown that dietary supplementation of B-vitamins has significantly improved the functional and behavioral recove ry of animals with traumatic brain injury compared to controls.Howeve r,this improvement is dosage-dependent and is contingent upon the onset of supplementation and whether there is a sustained or continuous delive ry of vitamin supplementation post-traumatic brain injury.The details of supplementation post-traumatic brain injury need to be further investigated.Overall,we conclude that B-vitamin supplementation improves behavioral outcomes and reduces cognitive impairment post-traumatic brain injury in animal model systems.Further investigation in a clinical setting should be stro ngly considered in co njunction with current medical treatments for traumatic brain injury-affected individuals. 展开更多

目的分析脂蛋白a(Lp-a)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)联合维生素D(VD)检测对冠心病严重程度及短期预后的评估价值。方法以2020年5月至2022年4月延安大学咸阳医院收治的105例冠心病患者为研究组,另选取同期于本院接受检查的102例健康人群作为对照组... 目的分析脂蛋白a(Lp-a)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)联合维生素D(VD)检测对冠心病严重程度及短期预后的评估价值。方法以2020年5月至2022年4月延安大学咸阳医院收治的105例冠心病患者为研究组,另选取同期于本院接受检查的102例健康人群作为对照组。研究组男65例,女40例;年龄40~71(55.62±7.85)岁;单支病变45例,双支病变39例,三支病变21例。对照组男63例,女39例;年龄39~72(55.39±8.47)岁。以酶联免疫吸附法测定两组血清VD水平,以免疫比浊法检测两组血清中Lp-a、ApoB水平,并采用Spearman相关性分析法分析Lp-a、ApoB、VD水平与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。随访1年,统计研究组患者死亡情况。采用受试者操作特征曲线(ROC)分析Lp-a、ApoB、VD对冠心病预后的评估价值。行独立样本t检验、χ^(2)检验。结果研究组血清Lp-a和ApoB水平高于对照组,VD水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。三支病变组患者血清Lp-a、ApoB水平>双支病变组>单支病变组,VD水平<双支病变组<单支病变组(均P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,Lp-a、ApoB水平与冠状动脉病变程度呈正相关(r=0.607、0.601,均P<0.05),VD水平与冠状动脉病变程度呈负相关(r=-0.461,P<0.05)。三支病变组患者1年病死率>双支病变组>单支病变组[28.57%(6/21)比10.26%(4/39)比6.67%(3/45)](P<0.05)。ROC分析显示,Lp-a、ApoB、VD水平及联合检测评估冠心病患者预后的曲线下面积分别为0.729、0.737、0.793、0.838,灵敏度分别为60.1%、60.0%、71.3%、79.1%,特异度分别为77.8%、74.8%、62.8%、79.4%。结论Lp-a、ApoB、VD与冠心病严重程度密切相关,均可用于冠心病患者短期预后的评估,且三者联合检测评估效果更佳。 展开更多

目的使用孟德尔随机化(Mendelian randomization,MR)研究方法确定维生素B 12(VitB_(12))缺乏性贫血是否与1型糖尿病(type 1 diabetes,T1D)有因果关系。方法双样本MR研究选择从T1D和VitB_(12)缺乏性贫血的全基因组关联研究获得的单核苷... 目的使用孟德尔随机化(Mendelian randomization,MR)研究方法确定维生素B 12(VitB_(12))缺乏性贫血是否与1型糖尿病(type 1 diabetes,T1D)有因果关系。方法双样本MR研究选择从T1D和VitB_(12)缺乏性贫血的全基因组关联研究获得的单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)作为工具变量,采用逆方差加权(inverse-variance weighted,IVW)作为MR的主要分析方法,并额外采用加权中位数法(weighted median,WME)、MR-Egger和weighted mode方法来进行验证。对工具变量进行敏感性分析,保证分析的稳健性。结果共获得10个与VitB_(12)缺乏性贫血密切相关的SNP作为工具变量,IVW结果(OR=2.706,95%CI 1.357~5.396,P<0.05)、WME结果(OR=5.179,95%CI 2.678~10.015,P<0.05)、MR-Egger结果(OR=13.088,95%CI 2.230~76.802,P<0.05)和Weighted mode结果(OR=5.699,95%CI 2.807~11.570,P<0.05)均表明基因预测VitB_(12)缺乏性贫血与T1D的发病风险显著相关。同时反向MR研究发现T1D并不是VitB_(12)缺乏性贫血原因。多种敏感性分析表明研究分析结果具有稳健性。结论本研究表明VitB_(12)缺乏性贫血是T1D发生的危险因素,两者之间存在正向因果关联。 展开更多

目的研究分析妊娠期糖尿病患者炎症因子、叶酸(Folic Acid,FA)、维生素B12(Vitamin B-12,Vit B-12)的检测结果。方法回顾性选取2020年1月—2022年1月福清市妇幼保健院的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床资料为观察组,同期60例健康孕妇的临床... 目的研究分析妊娠期糖尿病患者炎症因子、叶酸(Folic Acid,FA)、维生素B12(Vitamin B-12,Vit B-12)的检测结果。方法回顾性选取2020年1月—2022年1月福清市妇幼保健院的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床资料为观察组,同期60例健康孕妇的临床资料为对照组。两组均行疾病指标(空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素)、炎症因子[C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,HCY)]、FA、Vit B-12检测,比较两组检测结果差异,分析上述指标的临床意义。结果观察组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、HCY水平较对照组高,观察组FA、Vit B-12水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。高HCY亚组患者的FA、Vit B-12较低HCY亚组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。妊娠期糖尿病患者的HCY与FA、Vit B-12呈负相关性(r=-0.598、-0.617,P均<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者病发后有明显的炎症因子水平上升、FA和Vit B-12水平下降现象,其中患者HCY水平的上升与FA、Vit B-12水平的下降明显相关。 展开更多

建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素B_(2)、烟酸、烟酰胺、吡哆醇、吡哆醛的方法。样品经1%甲醇的0.1%磷酸水溶液提取并沉降蛋白后,采用Thermo Hypersil GOLD^(TM)aQ(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)分离,以二极管阵列检测器... 建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素B_(2)、烟酸、烟酰胺、吡哆醇、吡哆醛的方法。样品经1%甲醇的0.1%磷酸水溶液提取并沉降蛋白后,采用Thermo Hypersil GOLD^(TM)aQ(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)分离,以二极管阵列检测器(DAD)和荧光检测器(FLD)串联模式检测。同时构建了不确定度评定模型,考察了不确定度的来源。结果表明,维生素B_(2)、吡哆醇、吡哆醛在0.025~4.000μg/mL,烟酸、烟酰胺在0.125~20.00μg/mL范围内,标准曲线呈现良好的线性(R^(2)>0.999),加标回收率在93.20%~108.00%(n=6),相对标准偏差(RSD)<8%。当婴幼儿配方奶粉中烟酸、烟酰胺含量为4 mg/100 g时,其扩展不确定度分别为0.300 mg/100 g(k=2)、0.182 mg/100 g(k=2);当吡哆醇、吡哆醛、VB_(2)含量为800μg/100 g时,其扩展不确定度为100μg/100 g(k=2)、71.5μg/100 g(k=2)、41.9μg/100 g(k=2),其不确定度主要来源于标准溶液配制及标准曲线拟合。该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可满足婴幼儿配方奶粉中B族维生素的检测要求。 展开更多

目的对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)并发代谢综合征患者的抗米勒管激素(AMH)、载脂蛋白(Apo)B与ApoA1比值(ApoB/ApoA1)及维生素D的水平进行检测,并探究其临床意义。方法回顾性选取2021年1月至2024年2月宣城市人民医院收治的40例PCOS合并代谢综... 目的对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)并发代谢综合征患者的抗米勒管激素(AMH)、载脂蛋白(Apo)B与ApoA1比值(ApoB/ApoA1)及维生素D的水平进行检测,并探究其临床意义。方法回顾性选取2021年1月至2024年2月宣城市人民医院收治的40例PCOS合并代谢综合征患者为研究组,另选取40例单纯PCOS患者为对照组。比较两组间AMH、ApoB/ApoA1及维生素D水平差异,并对患者的临床资料(年龄、初潮年龄、收缩压、舒张压、体重指数)进行对比,采用多因素Logistic回归分析对影响PCOS患者并发代谢综合征的因素进行分析,并采用受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线评估不同指标诊断PCOS患者并发代谢综合征的效能。结果研究组患者的AMH、ApoB/ApoA1水平分别为(15.45±4.89)ng/mL、1.12±0.31,均高于对照组[(5.22±0.56)ng/mL、0.68±0.16],维生素D水平为(11.68±1.25)ng/mL,低于对照组[(20.12±3.16)ng/mL],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间年龄、初潮年龄、收缩压比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患者的舒张压、体重指数分别为(80.78±9.46)mmHg、(28.26±4.13)kg/m 2,均高于对照组[(75.12±8.79)mmHg、(24.56±2.65)kg/m 2],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多元Logistic回归分析可知AMH、ApoB/ApoA1、维生素D均会影响PCOS患者并发代谢综合征,对PCOS患者并发代谢综合征具有较高的诊断价值,其曲线下面积(AUC)值分别为0.958、0.892、0.993。结论AMH、ApoB/ApoA1比值和维生素D在PCOS患者中具有重要的临床意义,而且这些指标的变化与PCOS患者并发代谢综合征的代谢状况密切相关,并可作为诊断PCOS患者并发代谢综合征的有效生物标志物。 展开更多

血清GDNF、S100B、维生素D水平对产后抑郁症的预测价值分析

目的:探讨血清胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)、S100钙结合蛋白B(S100B)、维生素D水平联合检测对剖宫产产妇发生产后抑郁的预测价值。方法:选取2021年9月—2023年9月某院产科孕39周以上待产孕妇104例为研究对象,均行剖宫产,根据爱丁堡... 目的:探讨血清胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)、S100钙结合蛋白B(S100B)、维生素D水平联合检测对剖宫产产妇发生产后抑郁的预测价值。方法:选取2021年9月—2023年9月某院产科孕39周以上待产孕妇104例为研究对象,均行剖宫产,根据爱丁堡抑郁量表(EPDS)评估产后抑郁情况,将发生产后抑郁产妇纳入观察组(18例),未发生产后抑郁产妇纳入对照组(86例)。比较2组产前、产后3 d EPDS评分及血清GDNF、S100B、维生素D水平,分析血清各指标水平与EPDS评分之间的相关性,分析血清各指标联合检测对产后抑郁的预测价值。结果:产后3 d,观察组EPDS评分[(18.93±2.24)分]高于对照组[(7.04±0.96)分](P<0.05);产后3 d,观察组血清GDNF、维生素D水平[(5.63±1.28)pg/mL、(22.85±3.26)ng/mL]低于对照组[(12.55±3.07)pg/mL、(32.19±4.02)ng/mL],血清S100B水平[(63.29±5.18)μg/mL]高于对照组[(42.67±3.49)μg/mL],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后3 d,血清GDNF、维生素D水平与EPDS评分呈负相关(r=-0.624、-0.549,P均<0.05),S100B水平与EPDS评分呈正相关(r=0.573,P<0.05),且各指标联合预测产后抑郁的AUC为0.938(95%CI:0.873~0.976),最佳诊断敏感度为88.89%,特异度为87.21%,约登指数为0.761。结论:剖宫产产后抑郁患者血清中GDNF、维生素D表达下调,S100B表达上调,各指标水平与EPDS评分均具有一定相关性,联合检测可作为临床评估产后抑郁情况的辅助指标。 展开更多

目的探讨维生素B12(VitB12)、叶酸(FA)、生长激素(GH)与乙型肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能的相关性。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月安阳市第一人民医院收治的乙型肝炎肝硬化患者148例作为肝硬化组,同期纳入正常体检患者100例作为正常对照组,抽... 目的探讨维生素B12(VitB12)、叶酸(FA)、生长激素(GH)与乙型肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能的相关性。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月安阳市第一人民医院收治的乙型肝炎肝硬化患者148例作为肝硬化组,同期纳入正常体检患者100例作为正常对照组,抽取两组空腹静脉血,检测并对比两组血清VitB12、FA、GH及肝生化指标丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBil)水平,根据肝功能Child-Pugh分级,将其分为Child-PughA级、B级和C级,对比三组血清指标,采用Pearson相关系数分析ALT、AST、TBil与VitB12、FA、GH水平之间的相关性。结果肝硬化组血清VitB12、GH、ALT、AST、TBil为(321.81±37.81)ng/L、(7.21±1.23)μg/L、(91.78±10.28)U/L、(99.01±15.78)U/L、(66.21±14.91)μmol/L明显高于正常对照组,FA水平为(5.21±1.90)μg/L明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05);肝功能按Child-Pugh分级,其中A、B、C级分别30、71、47例,Child-PughA级血清VitB12、GH、ALT、AST、TBil分水平分别为(271.91±31.90)ng/L、(5.91±1.19)μg/L、(82.90±14.91)U/L、(72.90±16.91)U/L、(32.91±10.21)μmol/L显著低于B级的(331.09±37.91)ng/L、(7.57±1.20)μg/L、(95.25±13.30)U/L、(101.78±20.21)U/L、(68.91±16.89)μmol/L或C级的(442.10±40.81)ng/L、(9.21±1.43)μg/L、(137.91±14.89)U/L、(182.91±30.22)U/L、(172.14±17.82)μmol/L,A级血清FA水平为(7.89±1.21)μg/L明显高于B级(5.01±1.23)μg/L或C级(2.90±0.51)μg/L(P<0.05);通过Pearson相关系数分析显示,血清VitB12、GH与肝生化指标ALT、AST、AST呈正相关,血清FA与肝生化指标ALT、AST、AST呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论随着乙型肝炎肝硬化肝功能损伤的加重,会导致血清VitB12、GH水平上升,FA水平下降,因此血清VitB12、GH、FA可作为评估肝损伤程度的有效指标。 展开更多

目的探究血清异常凝血酶原Ⅱ(PIVKA-Ⅱ)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)与乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)联合检测对HBV所致肝癌(HCC)的诊断及预后预测价值。方法选取2018年8月至2020年7月在本院接受治疗的98例HCC患者作为研究对象(肝癌组),另取同期95... 目的探究血清异常凝血酶原Ⅱ(PIVKA-Ⅱ)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)与乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)联合检测对HBV所致肝癌(HCC)的诊断及预后预测价值。方法选取2018年8月至2020年7月在本院接受治疗的98例HCC患者作为研究对象(肝癌组),另取同期95例体检健康人群作为健康组,95例肝硬化患者作为肝硬化组,观察3组受试者血清PIVKA-Ⅱ、AFP与HBV-DNA表达水平和一般资料差异。根据肝癌组3年内预后情况将患者分为生存组(57例)和死亡组(41例)。比较肝癌组一般资料和血清PIVKA-Ⅱ、AFP与HBV-DNA水平关系;多因素Logistic和COX回归分析分别分析影响受试者患肝癌和患者预后不良的影响因素;四格表法计算血清PIVKA-Ⅱ、AFP与HBV-DNA水平对HCC的预测价值;ROC曲线分析评估血清PIVKA-Ⅱ、AFP与HBV-DNA水平对HCC患者预后的预测价值。结果肝癌组患者血清PIVKA-Ⅱ、AFP与HBV-DNA水平显著高于健康组和肝硬化组(P<0.05);HCC发病与血清PIVKA-Ⅱ、AFP与HBV-DNA水平有关,且是危险因素(P<0.05)。HCC患者预后不良与血清PIVKA-Ⅱ、AFP与HBV-DNA水平以及肿瘤数量有关(P<0.05),且是危险因素。血清PIVKA-Ⅱ、AFP与HBV-DNA水平以及3项联合诊断HCC发病的准确度分别为77.43%、72.57%、77.43%和84.72%。血清PIVKA-Ⅱ、AFP与HBV-DNA水平以及3项联合诊断HCC预后不良的AUC分别为0.823、0.841、0.824和0.958,3项联合诊断效能优于单一诊断(P<0.05)。结论血清PIVKA-Ⅱ、AFP与HBV-DNA水平在HCC患者和预后不良患者中呈高表达,且3项联合可有效预测HCC发病和HCC患者预后情况。 展开更多

本试验旨在研究饲粮维生素B_(1)添加水平对产蛋期种鹅繁殖性能、血清生殖激素指标、肠道组织形态及盲肠菌群结构的影响。试验选用150只体况相近的34周龄五龙鹅种鹅,随机分为6组,每组5个重复,每个重复5只鹅(1公4母)。各组维生素B_(1)添... 本试验旨在研究饲粮维生素B_(1)添加水平对产蛋期种鹅繁殖性能、血清生殖激素指标、肠道组织形态及盲肠菌群结构的影响。试验选用150只体况相近的34周龄五龙鹅种鹅,随机分为6组,每组5个重复,每个重复5只鹅(1公4母)。各组维生素B_(1)添加水平分别为0(对照组)、1、2、3、4、5 mg/kg。预试期1周,正试期10周。结果表明:1)各组之间种蛋合格率、种蛋受精率、种蛋孵化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)各组之间血清催乳素、促黄体生成素、雌二醇、睾酮含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。2 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组血清孕酮含量显著高于对照组和1、3、4、5 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组(P<0.05),2、3 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组血清促卵泡素含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)2 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组空肠和回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著高于对照组和5 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组(P<0.05)。4)2 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组盲肠菌群的Invsimpson指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在科水平上,2 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组的盲肠弯曲杆菌科(Campylobacteraceac)、纤维单胞菌科(Cellulomonadaceae)、甲基杆菌科(Methylobacteriaceae)相对丰度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在属水平上,2 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组的盲肠栖粪杆菌属(Faecalibacterium)相对丰度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加维生素B_(1)有利于提高产蛋期种鹅血清生殖激素含量,促进肠道组织发育,优化盲肠菌群结构。建议产蛋期种鹅饲粮维生素B_(1)添加水平为2 mg/kg。 展开更多
