Combined treatment of vitamin K_2 and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor ameliorates hepatic dysplastic nodule in a patient with liver cirrhosis 被引量:5

Although it is well known that the hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is an ominous complication in patients with liver cirrhosis, there has been no approved drug to prevent the development of HCC to date. We previously reported that the combined treatment of vitamin K2 (VK) and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACE-I) significantly suppressed the experimental hepatocarcinogenesis. A 66-year-old Japanese woman with hepatitis C virus (HCV)-related liver cirrhosis developed a dysplastic nodule in the liver detected by enhanced computed tomography along with elevation of the tumor markers, namely, alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and lectin-reactive demarcation (AFP-L3), suggesting the presence of latent HCC. After oral administration of VK and ACE-I, the serum levels of both AFP and AFP-L3 gradually decreased without any marked alteration of the serum aminotransferase activity. After one-year treatment, not only the serum levels of AFP and AFP-L3 returned to the normal ranges, but also the dysplastic nodule disappeared. Since both VK and ACE-I are widely used without serious side effects, this combined regimen may become a new strategy for chemoprevention against HCC. 展开更多

Low-energy ion implantation as a novel mutagen has been increasingly applied in the microbial mutagenesis for its higher mutation frequency and wider mutation spectra. In this work, N^+ ion beam implantation was used to enhance Escherichia sp. in vitamin K2 yield. Optimization of process parameters under submerged fermentation was carried out to improve the vitamin K2 yield of mutant FM5-632. The results indicate that an excellent mutant FM5-632 with a yield of 123.2±1.6 μg/L, that is four times that of the original strain, was achieved by eight successive implantations under the conditions of 15 keV and 60 ×2.6 ×10^13 ions/cm^2. A further optimization increased the yield of the mutant by 39.7%, i.e. 172.1±1.2 μg/L which occurred in the mutant cultivated in the optimal fermentation culture medium composed of (per liter): 15.31 g glycerol, 10 g peptone, 2.89 g yeast extract, 5 g K2HPO4, 1 g NaCl, 0.5 g MgSO4·7H2O and 0.04 g cedar wood oil, incubated at 33 ℃, pH 7.0 and 180 rpm for 120 h. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Diabetes and thyroiditis are closely related.They occur in combination and cause significant damage to the body.There is no clear treatment for type-2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT).While single symptomatic drug treatment of the two diseases is less effective,combined drug treatment may improve efficacy.AIM To investigate the effect of a combination of vitamin D,selenium,and hypoglycemic agents in T2DM with HT.METHODS This retrospective study included 150 patients with T2DM and HT treated at The Central Hospital of Shaoyang from March 2020 to February 2023.Fifty patients were assigned to the control group,test group A,and test group B according to different treatment methods.The control group received low-iodine diet guidance and hypoglycemic drug treatment.Test group A received the control treatment plus vitamin D treatment.Test group B received the group A treatment plus selenium.Blood levels of markers of thyroid function[free T3(FT3),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free T4(FT4)],autoantibodies[thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAB)and thyroid globulin antibody(TGAB)],blood lipid index[low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG)],blood glucose index[fasting blood glucose(FBG),and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)]were measured pre-treatment and 3 and 6 months after treatment.The relationships between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25(OH)D3]level and each of these indices were analyzed.RESULTS The levels of 25(OH)D3,FT3,FT4,and LDL-C increased in the order of the control group,test group A,and test group B(all P<0.05).The TPOAB,TGAB,TC,TG,FBG,HbA1c,and TSH levels increased in the order of test groups B,A,and the control group(all P<0.05).All the above indices were compared after 3 and 6 months of treatment.Pre-treatment,there was no divergence in serum 25(OH)D3 level,thyroid function-related indexes,autoantibodies level,blood glucose,and blood lipid index between the control group,test groups A and B(all P>0.05).The 25(OH)D3 levels in test groups A and B were negatively correlated with FT4 and TGAB(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combination drug treatment for T2DM with HT significantly improved thyroid function,autoantibody,and blood glucose and lipid levels. 展开更多

Vitamin D is a steroid hormone that is naturally produced in the body or obtained through dietary sources,primarily under the influence of UVB radiation.This essential nutrient has a vital role in numerous physiological processes,encom-passing immune function,cell growth,differentiation,insulin regulation,and cardiovascular well-being,along with its pivotal role in sustaining the delicate equilibrium of calcium and phosphate concentrations in the body.Moreover,vitamin D reinforces mucosal defense and bolsters the immune system through immunomodulation,making it a critical component of overall health.Numerous studies have unveiled the profound connection between vitamin D and the predisposition to respiratory tract infections,including well-known viruses such as influenza and the novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2.Vita-min D deficiency has been consistently linked to increased severity of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)and a heightened risk of mortality among afflicted individuals.Retrospective observational studies have further substantiated these findings,indicating that levels of vitamin D are linked with both the occurrence and severity of COVID-19 cases.Vitamin D has its influence on viral infections th-rough a multitude of mechanisms,such as promoting the release of antimicrobial peptides and fine-tuning the responses of the immune system.Additionally,vitamin D is intertwined with the intricate network of the renin–angiotensin system,suggesting a potential impact on the development of complications related to COVID-19.While further clinical trials and extensive research are warranted,the existing body of evidence strongly hints at the possible use of vitamin D as a valuable tool in the prophylaxis and management of COVID-19 and other viral infectious diseases. 展开更多

Association of plasma vitamin A level with type 2 diabetes mellitus:a community aging population-based cross-sectional study

Recent studies indicated that vitamin A(VA)might be involved in the pathology of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).This cross-sectional study was conducted to explore the association between circulating VA level and T2DM.A total of 1818 subjects aged 50 years old and above were recruited from the community.Binomial logistic regression and restricted cubic spline(RCS)were applied to analyze the association of plasma VA level with the risk of T2DM.Serum VA and lipid-adjusted VA levels of T2DM patients were significantly higher than that of non-T2DM subjects(P<0.05).The ratios of plasma VA/total cholesterol(TC),VA/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c)and VA/low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c)were positively associated with the risk of T2DM in the aging population(P<0.05).Compared with the Q1 level,subjects with Q2 to Q3 levels of plasma VA/triglyceride(TG)have decreased risk of T2DM(odds ratio(OR)Q2=0.68,P_(Q2)=0.021;ORQ3=0.59,P_(Q3)<0.01).Our results indicated that the imbalance of circulating lipids and VA might affect the relationship between VA and T2DM.The middle and aging subjects with higher ratios of plasma VA/TC,VA/HDL-c,and VA/LDL-c displayed increased risk for T2DM,but the moderate ratio of VA/TG might protect against risk of T2DM. 展开更多

This letter discusses the publication by Feng et al.Iodine,selenium,and vitamin D are closely associated with thyroid hormone production in humans;however,the efficacy of selenium and vitamin D supplementation for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT)remains controversial.In the retrospective study we discuss herein,the authors highlighted significant improvements in thyroid function,thyroid antibodies,blood glucose,and blood lipid in T2DM patients with HT following addition of vitamin D and selenium to their antidiabetic regimens,underscoring the value of these supplements.Our team is currently engaged in research exploring the relationship between micronutrients and HT,and we have obtained invaluable insights from the aforementioned study.Based on this research and current literature,we recommend a regimen of 4000 IU/day of vitamin D and 100-200μg/day of selenium for over three months to six months for patients with HT,particularly for those with concurrent T2DM. 展开更多

This editorial aims to elucidate the intricate relationship between vitamin D and viral pathogenesis.It explores the anticipated role of vitamin D as a modulator in the immune response against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)and other viral pathogens.The editorial comments are based on the review article by Engin et al.The potential role of vitamin D in modulating immune responses has been highlighted by several studies,suggesting that it may influence both the risk and severity of infections.Vitamin D receptors are present in immunocompetent cells,which indicates that vitamin D can potentially modulate innate and adaptive immune responses.This context is relevant in the pathophysiology of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),where the immune response to the virus can significantly impact the disease progression and outcome.The immunomodulatory effects of vitamin D can protect against SARSCoV-2 infection by enhancing innate and adaptive immune responses.It also maintains the integrity of the body's physical barriers and modulates inflammatory responses,thereby preventing entry and replication of the virus.Many studies have suggested that adequate vitamin D levels help alleviate morbidity and mortality associated with COVID-19.Furthermore,vitamin D supplementation has been linked with a lower risk of severe disease and mortality in COVID-19 patients,particularly in those with a deficiency during seasons with less sunlight exposure. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a chronic metabolic disease featured by insulin resistance(IR)and decreased insulin secretion.Currently,vitamin D deficiency is found in most patients with T2DM,but the relationship between vitamin D and IR in T2DM patients requires further investigation.AIM To explore the risk factors of IR and the effects of vitamin D supplementation on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with T2DM.METHODS Clinical data of 162 T2DM patients treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University between January 2019 and February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Based on the diagnostic criteria of IR,the patients were divided into a resistance group(n=100)and a non-resistance group(n=62).Subsequently,patients in the resistance group were subdivided to a conventional group(n=44)or a joint group(n=56)according to the treatment regimens.Logistic regression was carried out to analyze the risk factors of IR in T2DM patients.The changes in glucose and lipid metabolism indexes in T2DM patients with vitamin D deficiency were evaluated after the treatment.RESULTS Notable differences were observed in age and body mass index(BMI)between the resistance group and the non-resistance group(both P<0.05).The resistance group exhibited a lower 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3)(25(OH)D_(3))level,as well as notably higher levels of 2-h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),fasting blood glucose(FBG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)than the non-resistance group(all P<0.0001).Additionally,the resistance group demonstrated a higher triglyceride(TG)level but a lower high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)level than the non-resistance group(all P<0.0001).The BMI,TG,HDL-C,25(OH)D_(3),2hPG,and HbA1c were found to be risk factors of IR.Moreover,the posttreatment changes in levels of 25(OH)D_(3),2hPG,FBG and HbA1c,as well as TG,total cholesterol,and HDL-C in the joint group were more significant than those in the conventional group(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION Patients with IR exhibit significant abnormalities in glucose and lipid metabolism parameters compared to the noninsulin resistant group.Logistic regression analysis revealed that 25(OH)D_(3)is an independent risk factor influencing IR.Supplementation of vitamin D has been shown to improve glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with IR and T2DM. 展开更多

Background: Vitamin D has garnered much attention for its role in immune function, more specifically, it’s conceivable link to the clinical severity of Covid-19 infections and therefore its potential application in prophylactic or therapeutic treatment. Vitamin D appears capable of inhibiting pulmonary inflammatory responses while enhancing innate defence mechanisms against respiratory pathogens with population-based studies showing an association between circulating vitamin D levels and lung function. We understand that infection with Sars-Cov-2 induces production of pro and anti-inflammatory cytokines, whilst Vitamin D downregulates production of pro-inflammatory Th1 cytokines including tumour necrosis factor and interferon Y, whilst increasing expression of anti-inflammatory cytokines by macrophages. Vitamin D is also involved in the renin-angiotensin system which is regulated by entry of the SARS-Cov-2 virus into cells via the ACE2 receptor, leading to cytokine storms, with subsequent fatal respiratory distress syndrome. The theoretical implications for Vitamin D status in the presentation of Covid-19 (the disease state of Sars-Cov-2) exist, yet data on its application is currently limited. Geographical variables depicting patterns between sun exposure, diet or Vit D status, and risk of death from Covid-19 have shown strong negative correlation. Aim: We aim to assess levels of Vitamin D deficiency in ICU patients who have tested positive for Sars-Cov-2 and who have exhibited respiratory symptoms. In this way, we hope to identify the possibility of Vitamin D as a significant contributing factor to disease progression in Covid patients. Sample: Male or Female patients of any age, who were admitted to the Intensive Care Unit exhibiting respiratory symptoms, with a positive Sars-Cov-2 PCR test, between 12/3/21 and 25/2/21. sample total: 79. Results: Testing was very inconsistent with only 67.1% having their Vitamin D levels checked. There was average delay in testing levels by 2 days. 64% of patients were found to be very deficient. Conclusion: This study highlights the strong correlation between Vitamin D status and severity of Covid-19 disease and thus demonstrates a potential huge shortfall in the testing and treatment of this immunodeficiency as it relates to Covid-19. Based on recommendations of Vitamin D levels required for protection of this viral syndrome, as much as 100% of patients sampled with severe disease could be deficient in Vitamin D. 展开更多

目的:探讨维生素K_(2)对2型糖尿病大鼠模型血管钙化的影响及其机制。方法:6周龄Wistar雄性大鼠30只,适应性喂养7 d后,随机抽取10只作为阴性对照组,喂饲普通饲料,注射等量的柠檬酸缓冲液;其余大鼠在高脂高糖饲料持续喂养4周后通过腹腔注... 目的:探讨维生素K_(2)对2型糖尿病大鼠模型血管钙化的影响及其机制。方法:6周龄Wistar雄性大鼠30只,适应性喂养7 d后,随机抽取10只作为阴性对照组,喂饲普通饲料,注射等量的柠檬酸缓冲液;其余大鼠在高脂高糖饲料持续喂养4周后通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠模型,糖尿病模型诱导成功后依据分层随机分组原则将大鼠分为糖尿病组和糖尿病+维生素K_(2)组,分别喂饲高脂饲料和含维生素K_(2)的高脂饲料,阴性对照组继续喂饲普通饲料。喂养13周后,处死大鼠,取样,测量血糖及血管中钙浓度;采用Von Kossa染色法进行组织病理学检测;采用qRT-PCR和Western blot法分别测定低氧诱导因子-1α (hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)、丙酮酸脱氢酶激酶4 (pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase4,PDK4)、基质Gla蛋白(matrix Gla protein,MGP)和骨形态发生蛋白-2 (bone morphogenetic protein-2,BMP-2)的mRNA和蛋白的相对表达量。结果:与阴性对照组比较,糖尿病组和糖尿病+维生素K_(2)组大鼠血糖值均显著升高(P<0.01),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组血管钙浓度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Von Kossa染色显示阴性对照组大鼠呈现正常大鼠血管结构,糖尿病组大鼠血管中膜弹性纤维间可见大量棕黑色钙化斑,糖尿病+维生素K_(2)组则无钙化斑或只有少量的棕黑色钙化斑。糖尿病组PDK4、MGP和BMP-2的mRNA和蛋白相对表达量均高于阴性对照组(P<0.05),HIF-1α的mRNA和蛋白相对表达量比较差异无统计学意义;糖尿病+维生素K_(2)组仅PDK4蛋白相对表达量与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病组与糖尿病+维生素K_(2)组上述指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病可能通过增加PDK4表达引起BMP-2、MGP表达增加,引起血管钙化,维生素K_(2)能抑制糖尿病引起的血管钙化。 展开更多

目的研究2型糖尿病患者维生素D水平与血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、自身免疫抗体及甲状腺功能的相关性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月于信阳职业技术学院附属医院就诊的150例2型糖尿病患者为研究组,同期选取50例健康体检者作为对照组。检测血清... 目的研究2型糖尿病患者维生素D水平与血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、自身免疫抗体及甲状腺功能的相关性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月于信阳职业技术学院附属医院就诊的150例2型糖尿病患者为研究组,同期选取50例健康体检者作为对照组。检测血清CRP、血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、胰岛自身免疫抗体和甲状腺功能指标水平并比较两组差异;按血清25(OH)D水平将研究组分为正常组(34例)、不足组(37例)、缺乏组(39例)和严重缺乏组(40例)4个亚组,比较组间血清CRP、胰岛自身免疫抗体阳性率和甲状腺功能指标水平差异;对血清25(OH)D与CRP、胰岛自身免疫抗体阳性率及甲状腺功能指标水平的相关性进行Pearson和Spearman相关性分析;随访3 a,统计甲状腺功能障碍发生率,并绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析2型糖尿病患者血清25(OH)D对甲状腺功能障碍的预测效能。结果与对照组比较,研究组血清25(OH)D、TSH水平较低,CRP水平和胰岛自身免疫抗体阳性率较高(P<0.05)。正常组、不足组、缺乏组和严重缺乏组的血清CRP、胰岛自身免疫抗体阳性率和TSH水平比较差异有统计学意义,其中血清CRP、TSH水平逐渐上升(P<0.05)。2型糖尿病患者血清25(OH)D水平与CRP(r=-0.714)、胰岛自身免疫抗体阳性率(r=-0.397)和TSH(r=-0.410)水平均呈负相关(P<0.001)。2型糖尿病患者甲状腺功能障碍发生率为25.33%(38/150),绘制ROC曲线分析血清25(OH)D预测甲状腺功能障碍发生的AUC为0.916。结论2型糖尿病患者血清维生素D与CRP、自身免疫抗体阳性率以及甲状腺功能指标水平存在负相关关系,且对甲状腺功能障碍的发生有一定预测价值。 展开更多

目的 研究维生素D摄入不足的老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胼胝体的磁共振(MRI)影像改变与其认知功能的关系。方法 选择新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院干部保健中心一病区收治的127例维生素D摄入不足的老年T2DM患者为研究对象,均进行胼胝体MRI检查... 目的 研究维生素D摄入不足的老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胼胝体的磁共振(MRI)影像改变与其认知功能的关系。方法 选择新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院干部保健中心一病区收治的127例维生素D摄入不足的老年T2DM患者为研究对象,均进行胼胝体MRI检查,并采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估其认知功能,根据MoCA评分结果将患者分为认知功能正常组与认知障碍组,对比两组胼胝体的MRI影像表现,探讨患者胼胝体的MRI影像改变与其认知功能的关系。结果 127例维生素D不足的老年T2DM患者中,MoCA评分≥26分者89例(认知功能正常组),MoCA评分<26分者38例(认知功能障碍组)。认知功能障碍组空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平均高于认知功能正常组(P<0.05),维生素D水平低于认知功能正常组(P <0.05)。认知功能障碍组胼胝体压部与胼胝体膝部N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)、胆碱(Cho)、NAA/肌酸(Cr)、Cho/Cr均低于认知功能正常组(P<0.05),Cr与认知功能正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。认知功能障碍组胼胝体压部与胼胝体膝部FA值均低于认知功能正常组(P<0.05),表现砚散系数(ADC)值均高于认知功能正常组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,认知功能障碍组胼胝体压部NAA、NAA/Cr与患者MoCA评分均呈正相关(P<0.05),胼胝体膝部NAA、Cho、NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr与患者MoCA评分均表现为正相关性(P<0.05)。认知功能障碍组胼胝体压部、胼胝体膝部FA值与患者MoCA评分均表现为正相关性(P<0.05),胼胝体压部、胼胝体膝部ADC值与患者MoCA评分均呈负相关(P <0.05)。结论 维生素D摄入不足的老年T2DM患者MRI影像改变与其认知功能存在明显相关性,1H-MRS和DTI参数有利于评估维生素D不足的老年T2DM患者认知功能损害情况。 展开更多

目的探究2型糖尿病并发肌少症(SP)患者外周血趋化素、鸢尾素和25羟维生素D[25(OH)VD]水平变化及检测意义。方法选取2021年1月至2022年5月郑州市第三人民医院内分泌科收治的门诊及住院患者156例为对象,分为SP组(单纯SP,46例)、糖尿病组(... 目的探究2型糖尿病并发肌少症(SP)患者外周血趋化素、鸢尾素和25羟维生素D[25(OH)VD]水平变化及检测意义。方法选取2021年1月至2022年5月郑州市第三人民医院内分泌科收治的门诊及住院患者156例为对象,分为SP组(单纯SP,46例)、糖尿病组(单纯2型糖尿病,69例)、糖尿病+SP组(2型糖尿病并发SP,54例),另选取同期于医院体检的健康体检者50例为对照组。比较各组一般临床资料和外周血趋化素、鸢尾素、25(OH)VD水平;logistic回归分析2型糖尿病患者并发SP的影响因素;受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析外周血趋化素、鸢尾素、25(OH)VD水平检测对2型糖尿病并发SP的预测价值。结果各组的体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SP组、糖尿病组、糖尿病+SP组患者的外周血趋化素水平均高于对照组,鸢尾素、25(OH)VD水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);糖尿病+SP组患者的外周血趋化素水平高于SP组、糖尿病组,鸢尾素、25(OH)VD水平低于SP组、糖尿病组(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,FPG、HbA1c、TG和趋化素是影响2型糖尿病患者并发SP的独立危险因素(P<0.05);鸢尾素、25(OH)VD是其保护因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,外周血趋化素、鸢尾素、25(OH)VD水平检测预测2型糖尿病并发SP的AUC值分别为0.712、0.770、0.705,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病并发SP患者的外周血趋化素水平偏高,鸢尾素、25(OH)VD水平偏低;趋化素、鸢尾素、25(OH)VD水平变化与SP发病密切相关,其水平检测有助于临床2型糖尿病并发SP的风险评估。 展开更多

以毛竹粉为原料,低腐蚀性K_(2)CO_(3)和尿素作为活化剂,制备毛竹基活性炭(PAC),分别利用SEM和N_(2)物理吸附仪(Autosorb-iQ)表征活性炭的表面形态和微观孔结构特点,研究不同p H值、时间和PAC用量等因素对PAC吸附RhB性能的影响,并分析其... 以毛竹粉为原料,低腐蚀性K_(2)CO_(3)和尿素作为活化剂,制备毛竹基活性炭(PAC),分别利用SEM和N_(2)物理吸附仪(Autosorb-iQ)表征活性炭的表面形态和微观孔结构特点,研究不同p H值、时间和PAC用量等因素对PAC吸附RhB性能的影响,并分析其吸附规律。结果表明,当毛竹粉、K_(2)CO_(3)和尿素的质量比为4∶2∶1,热解温度为600℃,活化时间为60 min时,PAC具有微-介孔共存、高比表面积(2 554.85 m^(2)/g)和总孔容大(0.98cm^(3)/g)的特点。PAC对Rh B表现出良好的吸附效果,45℃时最大静态平衡吸附量达到707.29mg/g,且准二级动力学模型对PAC吸附RhB具有更好的拟合性,即吸附过程以化学吸附为速度控制步骤;吸附等温线试验则表明,Langmuir和Freundlic这2种模型与吸附过程均有较高的拟合度,但Langmuir模型的R^(2)更接近1,属于以单层吸附为主同时存在非均匀多层吸附的行为;热力学结果分析表明,PAC对RhB吸附过程的△G°<0,△H°>0,△S°>0,说明吸附行为是自发进行,且以化学吸附为主。 展开更多

维生素D_(2)治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

目的:探讨维生素D_(2)通过提高25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平提高糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetes peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的治疗效果和安全性。方法:选取2022.2至2023.3期间于本院就诊的2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并DP... 目的:探讨维生素D_(2)通过提高25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平提高糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetes peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的治疗效果和安全性。方法:选取2022.2至2023.3期间于本院就诊的2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并DPN患者92例作为研究对象。随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。对照组控制血糖并采用甲钴胺片、硫辛酸注射液治疗。观察组在对照组基础上给与维生素D_(2)肌肉注射治疗。分析比较两组的周围神经运动神经传导速度(Motor nerve conduction velocity,MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(Sensory nerve conduction velocity,SCV)、血清25(OH)D水平、神经病变程度[密歇根糖尿病神经病变量表(Michigan Diabetic Neuropathy Score,MDNS)评分]和不良反应。结果:治疗后,两组的血清25-OH VD_(2)和25-OH VD3水平均较治疗前提高,且观察组的25-OH VD_(2)和25-OH VD3水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的正中神经MCV、SCV和腓总神经MCV、SCV水平均较治疗前提高,且观察组的正中神经MCV、SCV和腓总神经MCV、SCV水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的MDNS评分均较治疗前下降,且观察组的MDNS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无显著差异。结论:维生素D_(2)注射液治疗能提高T2DM合并DPN患者血清中25(OH)D水平,提高周围神经传导速度,改善患者临床症状且安全性高。 展开更多
