Purpose:To explore the practical effects of using the flipped classroom approach based on outcome-oriented educational concepts in nursing practical training at vocational colleges.Methods:From February 2023 to Februa...Purpose:To explore the practical effects of using the flipped classroom approach based on outcome-oriented educational concepts in nursing practical training at vocational colleges.Methods:From February 2023 to February 2024,a total of 62 nursing trainees from our school were sampled and randomly divided into a study group and a control group using a randomized controlled trial design,with 31 students in each group.The control group received conventional training,while the study group received practical training based on the outcome-oriented educational concept in flipped classrooms.Comparison was made between the two groups on assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,and self-directed learning ability ratings.Results:Statistical comparisons showed that the study group’s assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,and self-directed learning ability ratings were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The flipped classroom model based on outcome-oriented educational concepts in nursing practical training at vocational colleges can improve students’assessment scores and self-directed learning abilities,and enhance teaching satisfaction,demonstrating potential for wider application and dissemination.展开更多

This article studies the educational mode connecting vocational education and undergraduate education in finance and accounting majors,in response to the weak cultural foundation and poor course integration faced by c...This article studies the educational mode connecting vocational education and undergraduate education in finance and accounting majors,in response to the weak cultural foundation and poor course integration faced by current vocational school graduates after entering vocational undergraduate education.By adopting empirical research methods and selecting vocational college students majoring in finance and accounting and ordinary high school students as research objects,this study implements a series of teaching reform measures and conducts tracking surveys on the short-term and long-term effects of educational reforms.As a result,it was found that in the final survey of graduation destinations,34 vocational and technical college students were engaged in related work in their majors,accounting for 45.9%of all vocational and technical college students.This proves that the proposed transitional education model can effectively enhance the cultural foundation of vocational college students and provide new ideas for the cultivation of talents in finance and accounting majors.展开更多

Introduction: We conducted a multi-occupational team simulation training for medical and nursing students and clarified how professional identity and professionalism attitudes change with interprofessional education (...Introduction: We conducted a multi-occupational team simulation training for medical and nursing students and clarified how professional identity and professionalism attitudes change with interprofessional education (IPE). Methods: Thirty-nine 4<sup>th</sup>-year medical students and 48 2<sup>nd</sup>-year nursing students were enrolled and distributed to the educational intervention group and the control group. We used a vocation identity scale including lower four subscales, a scale for professionalism including lower five subscales, a readiness for inter-professional learning scale (RIPLS), and an interdisciplinary education perception scale (IEPS). Results: Among the medical students, IPE using an advanced patient simulator improved the scores on the vocational identity scale, scale for professionalism, RIPLS, and IEPS. Among the nursing students, IPE improved the scores on the vocational identity scale, scale for professionalism, RIPLS, and IEPS. Conclusion: On-the-job training using simulated clinical training by a multi-occupational team improved vocational identification and professionalism.展开更多

文摘This study summarized the main achievements of farmers’training and rural informatization construction in the past few years,and explored the needs of rural informatization in western Liaoning Province.The current status of agricultural development in western Liaoning and farmers’needs for education and training and rural education informatization were surveyed.The construction of an education and technical support service platform for scientific and technological farmers in western Liaoning was proposed,aiming to use information technology to train modern professional farmers.Through independent and self-learning education and training methods,it is expected to promote great improvement in the scientific and technological quality and moral level of farmers in western Liaoning and cultivate professional farmers who are educated and understand both agricultural techniques and business management.
文摘In France,the field of lifelong learning has undergone many changes since 2014 according to the laws that have been promulgated[Law No.2014-288 of 5 March 2014 on vocational training,employment and social democracy https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=-JORFTEXT000028683576&categorieLien=id;Law n°2018-771 of September 5,2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000037367660&categorieLien=id.].While the reform on vocational training for employment and social democracy finalized the decentralization of vocational training by giving regions the means for a more coherent action and placed them as a pilot for the construction of training policies,the recent law for the freedom to choose one's professional future recentralises the regulation of continuing vocational training and sandwich courses.This development will not fail to impact the governance of the CFA,especially those of Higher Education anchored in the small territories.Faced with this major structural issue in the specific context of a small island economy,the University Center for Apprenticeship Training in the Corsican region strives,for a decade,to contribute to the enhancement of the professional integration of work-study students from the University of Corsica,by the development and the durability of determining factors characteristic of a small territorial area in search of structuration[Specially:increased employability and quality of professional integration of its human capital,demonstrated growth in the level of skills acquisition in line with the needs expressed by local socio-economic actors,transfer of relevant knowledge through the learning process,active incentive to entrepreneurial capacity.].After having highlighted the qualitative results resulting from the activity dynamics of the CFA University in Corsica,this contribution will analyze the perspectives drawn from the exemplary nature of the latter in the context of a new law that is supposed to contribute to the regional structuring of a knowledge and competence economy.

文摘Economic structure adjustment,industrial upgrade,and demands of migrant workers for vocational ability are direct driving factors for migrant workers participating in education and training.Personal quality of migrant workers not only concerns their survival and development,but also concerns upgrade of modern industrial structure.From the perspective of industrial upgrade,vocational ability and mechanism of migrant worker education and training,this paper analyzes difficulties in migrant worker education and training.On the basis of the difficulties,it come up with some strategies and recommendations.
文摘The key objective of this article is to use the David Hay’s conception of spirituality in the vocational training of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) professionals. The purpose of this research is to investigate the connection between spirituality and vocational training of ICT professionals. The spirituality model founded by David Hay has been used in this research article which contains awareness sensing, mystery sensing, and value sensing. The paper has used qualitative methodology and instruments for data collection are biographical interview. Qualitative data have been analyzed by using Nvivo 11. Initial results show the preliminary picture of the role of spirituality in vocational training of ICT professionals.
文摘The connection between vocational college education and vocational training is a new way for vocational colleges and enterprises to develop together. At present, vocational college education focusing on the education level of talent training, however, it ignores the needs of workers’ vocational training based on enterprise development planning and training of professional career development. Therefore, we should strengthen the connection between vocational training and vocational education. For the establishment of modern vocational education system, we should enhance the value of human capital of workers in order to adapt to the new economic norm with important practical signifi cance.

文摘Professional certification for students of educational majors provides a crucial guideline for the cultivation of teachers.The cornerstone of development for local normal universities is to uphold the characteristics of teacher education and highlight the history and tradition of teacher education,because the level of teacher vocational skills of students in normal universities has a direct impact on faculty strength of basic education.Consequently,based on an analysis of necessity and feasibility of teacher vocational skill training for students in normal universities amid the professional certification for students of educational majors in a new era,four approaches are proposed in this article as follows:(1)upholding the characteristics of cultivation of students of educational majors while optimizing curriculum planning;(2)innovating training methods for better guiding capacity;(3)coordinating training management for guaranteed education quality;(4)improving performance evaluation mechanism for a training path towards an assessment system.
文摘It has been proved by years of research that if the function of examination management cannot be fully understood or be used effectively, the humanities education and train of professional quality for medical students will not make a fundamental achievement. Because it is not only an academic training but also the examination management and the humanities cultivation have a close connection. The humanities cultivation which is based on the core of virtue requires a good campus environment. Therefore, we should adjust to the medical students' humanities quality training requirements, making the targeted reform and innovation of examination management.
文摘In today's world,the competition for high-end smart technology is becoming increasingly fierce,and the huge connotation hidden behind the fierce competition is the competition of high-quality skilled talents.The status of secondary vocational education in our country's education system has a solid foundational role.The close connection it exhibits with social and economic development is beyond the reach of other types of education.However,the current secondary vocational education talent training model shows a situation that is not in line with market demand,and problems such as"shortage of skilled personnel"and"unemployment structural imbalance"have appeared in related fields.The supply of talents in secondary vocational education lacks a balanced mechanism,lacks in quality of supply,and does not have a high effect.It is urgent to train high-quality skilled talents with matching socio-economic structure transformation and upgrading for the society through education supply-side reform measures.In view of this,according to the changes in market demand,we will vigorously promote the reform of the school-based curriculum of secondary vocational schools,strive to create a new integrated development model that combines textbooks and practice,promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation between schools and characteristic enterprises in the industry,and train people in practice.Cultivating people,creating a good atmosphere for cultivating technical talents,and combining with the new goal of practicing education to build an evaluation system suitable for the growth of secondary vocational talents,making the human resource structure more and more suitable for the transformation and upgrading of the current social industrial structure.

文摘Campus education and social training are the two most important functions of vocational colleges.Attaching importance to campus education while neglecting social training is a long-standing problem in vocational colleges.Vigorously developing higher vocational education is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of education in China and the ardent expectation of the public.Only through the construction a scientific and efficient education and training system and the deep integration of campus education with social training can the design of complementary resources and the improvement of talent training quality take place.The vocational education and training system contains many elements.This study takes teaching resources,teaching staff,and management mechanism as the main research subject and carries out related research work.Firstly,this paper expounds the policy documents of the Chinese government and emphasizes the importance of vocational education.Secondly,the relevant research results of scholars are reviewed.Thirdly,this paper proposes several specific suggestions for the construction of key elements of the vocational education and training system.Then,the main conclusions and prospects are summarized.
文摘The vocational education and training(VET)system helps people from culturally and linguistically diverse(CALD)back-grounds to integrate and settle into society.However,successful completion of VET is closely related to CALD learners’language skills.This literature review aims at identifying the main methods of language skills improvement for VET learners from CALD backgrounds.Five language support/training methods based on different theoretical models are also introduced in this literature re-view,including the model outlines and target groups.
文摘The concept of New Liberal Arts,a multidisciplinary combined integrator with Chinese values at its core,has brought new challenges to the teaching methods and professional development of higher-level English teachers.Based on the evolving professional development process of higher vocational English teachers in the context of the New Liberal Arts,this article analyzes how English teachers can integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and adopt advanced educational technology in the teaching process.On this basis,it discusses the role of teachers’professional development in enhancing students’learning ability,such as through deepening disciplinary understanding,adopting innovative teaching strategies,and implementing personalized teaching.At the end of the article,based on a variety of pedagogical theories,we put forward suggestions,including continuous professional training,interdisciplinary cooperation,and the application of innovative teaching techniques,which are mainly aimed at helping higher vocational English teachers get rid of the dilemma of the new situation,adapt to the needs of the new liberal arts education as soon as possible,and then effectively improve students’abilities.
文摘Introduction: We conducted a multi-occupational team simulation training for medical and nursing students and clarified how professional identity and professionalism attitudes change with interprofessional education (IPE). Methods: Thirty-nine 4<sup>th</sup>-year medical students and 48 2<sup>nd</sup>-year nursing students were enrolled and distributed to the educational intervention group and the control group. We used a vocation identity scale including lower four subscales, a scale for professionalism including lower five subscales, a readiness for inter-professional learning scale (RIPLS), and an interdisciplinary education perception scale (IEPS). Results: Among the medical students, IPE using an advanced patient simulator improved the scores on the vocational identity scale, scale for professionalism, RIPLS, and IEPS. Among the nursing students, IPE improved the scores on the vocational identity scale, scale for professionalism, RIPLS, and IEPS. Conclusion: On-the-job training using simulated clinical training by a multi-occupational team improved vocational identification and professionalism.
