Detection of SARS-CoV-2 Eta VOI among international travelers using COVIDSeq-NGS

Rationale:SARS-CoV-2 has been identified as a highly infective and contagious viral infection.The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has been spread worldwide and affected more than 210 countries.Globally,the fast spread of novel SARS-CoV-2 variants has been mostly attributed to international travel.Patient concerns:We are reporting the genomic evidence of SARSCoV-2 Eta VOI among two international travelers.Both travelers were males from Nigeria aged 24 and 34 years and both were asymptomatic.Diagnosis:The nasopharyngeal swab samples were in both travelers positive by real-time RT-PCR followed by COVIDSeq-NGS.Interventions:Paracetamol 3 times daily for 5 days.Outcomes:Patient recovered completely within 10 days and discharged after 14 days of quarantine duration.Lessons:This report highlights genomic variation of SARSCoV-2 among the travelers.For managing the present health crisis,molecular identification of viral variants present in different geographical locations will be very helpful.

Research on the Prevention and Control of Self-Money-Laundering in the Digital Age

The development of virtual currencies,network banking,and artificial intelligence technologies facilitates the implementation and completion of self-money laundering in crimes involving embezzlement and bribery.Amendment XI to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China lists self-money laundering as a separate money laundering crime,breaking the restrictive framework that it must be committed by someone else.This is reflective of the specific interest that China has in anti-money laundering.The criminalization of self-money laundering has been adopted as a powerful legal weapon against money laundering.However,it has confronted a series of dilemmas in terms of specific judicial applications.To gradually address the dilemmas in applying the clause,a comprehensive consideration of Chinese judicial and anti-money laundering practices,as well as international anti-money laundering regulations and practices,is carried out.Moreover,the following recommendations are given:that the protection of legal interests concerning self-money laundering should be expanded appropriately;that a penalty and cooperation system should be established for the crime of self-money laundering;and that the scope of the means of self-money laundering should be extended.

Limiting Nuisance for Traffic during the Refurbishment of the Heinenoord Tunnel in The Netherlands:In Search of Resilience Possibilities

The Heinenoord Tunnel in The Netherlands connects the Hoeksche Waard Island with the city of Rotterdam.The tunnel is 614 m long,consists of two unidirectional tubes(3 lanes each)and has an average daily traffic load of 92,100 vehicles.The tunnel was opened for traffic in 1969.The structure is basically still sound,but a full refurbishment of the installations and systems is required,because they are end of life.A long closure of the tunnel(or even one tube)is not possible,because alternative routes are scarce and require significant extra travel time,not suitable for the high traffic load.Thus,various scenarios were considered to assure the accessibility of the Hoeksche Waard during the works,scheduled for 2023-2024.Multi-criteria analyses were performed for each scenario,taking into account the total project cost,societal cost(due to extra travel time)and the total required time span for the works.Refurbishment through“parallel assembly”proved to be optimal.This concept means that the new installations and systems are installed next to the current ones,that will remain in service until the end phase of the refurbishment.The existing installations and systems are only dismantled after integral testing has shown that the completed new ones work properly.This approach allows most of the works to be carried out during a series of night and weekend closures of just one tube.This limits nuisance,because one driving direction is always left undisturbed,while the closure for the other driving direction takes place in low-traffic periods.This paper describes the applied method to select the optimal refurbishment approach,as well as the(partly unconventional)measures that are implemented to enhance the resilience of the tunnel system to assure as much availability for traffic as possible,also during future maintenance works.

Interest Coordination Mechanism of Green Open Space Development in International Metropolises:Experience from New York City

The development of green open spaces is the key component for cities built for the people and a major initiative to enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese cities.This paper summarizes the research on green open spaces in international metropolitan cities,focusing on public participation,funding mix,and governmental actions.It focuses on the alignment of interests between public,private,and community sectors in New York City's green open space development in a series of case studies.It draws lessons from New York's experience and applies them to Chinese cities and proposes that:private non-government organizations should be introduced to improve the mechanism of major development and governance;real estate development incentives should be optimized to guide the private capital to provide public welfare;and policy innovation in land and property development is imperative in fiscal health and sustainability.

Magnetic resonance morphometry of the loss of gray matter volume in Parkinson's disease patients

Voxel-based morphometry can be used to quantitatively compare structural differences and func-tional changes of gray matter in subjects. In the present study, we compared gray matter images of 32 patients with Parkinson’s disease and 25 healthy controls using voxel-based morphometry based on 3.0 T high-field magnetic resonance T1-weighted imaging and clinical neurological scale scores. Results showed that the scores in Mini-Mental State Examination and Montreal Cognitive Assessment were lower in patients compared with controls. In particular, the scores of visuospatial/executive function items in Montreal Cognitive Assessment were significantly reduced, but mean scores of non-motor symptoms significantly increased, in patients with Parkinson’s dis-ease. In addition, gray matter volume was significantly diminished in Parkinson’s disease patients compared with normal controls, including bilateral temporal lobe, bilateral occipital lobe, bilateral parietal lobe, bilateral frontal lobe, bilateral insular lobe, bilateral parahippocampal gyrus, bilateral amygdale, right uncus, and right posterior lobe of the cerebel um. These findings indicate that voxel-based morphometry can accurately and quantitatively assess the loss of gray matter volume in patients with Parkinson＇s disease, and provide essential neuroimaging evidence for multisystem pathological mechanisms involved in Parkinson’s disease.

针对目前高校多媒体教学环境功能单一、维护困难、定制能力不足等问题,将桌面虚拟化技术应用到多媒体教学环境设计中,提出了一种基于虚拟操作系统基础构架（VOI）的应用方案。在分析高校多媒体教室使用现状的基础上,结合桌面虚拟化的主要技术和发展方向,重点描述了桌面虚拟化系统模型、体系结构及终端管理平台设计。与传统多媒体教室相比,VOI模式的多媒体教学环境能有效提高教学资源利用率,优化多媒体教学环境,实现复杂教学资源的定制化设计。

基于VOI云桌面的高校计算机实验室应用研究

论版权保护与言论自由的平衡与冲突——从Eldred v. Ashcroft案看美国版权扩张法案(CTEA)对宪法第一修正案的冲击

版权法的立法目的是促进科学和文化的进步,这最终有利于言论自由权利的行使,而在版权保护过程中则对言论自由产生了一定的限制。由于版权是一种法定权利,它对于作为自然权利的言论自由的限制,必须能够促进更加重要的公众利益才具有正当性。1998年CTEA延长20年版权保护期限的立法,不但不能够促进更加重要的公众利益,反而增加了公众的负担,损害公众言论自由的权利,因此,它违背了宪法中知识产权条款的立法原则,也侵害了宪法第一修正案保护言论自由的精神。

基于COFI-Tree的N-最有兴趣项目集挖掘算法

BOMO算法采用递归构造条件子树,在挖掘大数据集时耗时较长,执行效率低,为了解决这一不足,文中给出一种基于COFI-Tree的挖掘N-最有兴趣项目集算法。算法采用COFI-Tree结构,无需递归构造条件子树FP-Tree,在同一时间内只有一个COFI-Tree在内存,并且有效地减少了其运算时间。通过对两种算法进行对比分析,实验结果得出:该算法比BOMO算法程序执行时间明显缩短;在挖掘大数据集时执行效率显著提高,尤其是k<4时,性能最好。由此可见,改进后的算法是可行有效的。

基于VOI模式的虚拟化资源定向化传输方法研究

虚拟化资源定向化通信网络受到多径干扰,导致资源定向化传输的均衡性不好,提出基于VOI模式的虚拟化资源定向化传输方法.采用自适应随机链路转发控制协议,进行虚拟化资源定向化通信网络动态负载均衡设计,构建资源传输信道模型;采用容积卡尔曼滤波检测方法,对虚拟化资源定向化输出进行控制,得到滤波抗干扰抑制函数;提取虚拟化资源编码序列的关联规则特征量,根据资源信息编码的特征分布集进行波特间隔均衡控制,构建虚拟化资源化传输的信道均衡控制模型;采用自适应链路转发控制协议进行虚拟化资源定向传输的调制解调设计,在VOI模式下实现传输控制优化.仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行虚拟化资源定向化传输的信道均衡性较好,输出误码率较低,提高了资源的准确到达率.

3D VOI技术在SPECT三时相骨显像对股骨头坏死早期诊断的应用

目的利用三维感兴趣区容积(3D VOI)技术与SPECT三时相骨显像技术相结合,对其在股骨头坏死的早期诊断中的临床价值进行研究,以期为临床提供一种更早期、更准确的诊断股骨头坏死的检测手段。方法对59例受检患者进行SPECT三时骨显像,在图像后处理后进行三维重建,并分别用二维感兴趣区容积(2D VOI)技术及三维感兴趣容积(3D VOI)技术进行分析;同时收集行MRI检查的结果进行对比。结果在52例受检者中,其中早期股骨头坏死共计58髋。二维感兴趣区容积(2D VOI)阳性43髋,3D VOI阳性48髋,二者皆阳性40髋。2D ROI检出率为74.1%,3D VOI检出率为82.3%。其中38人行MRI检查,共计坏死股骨头40个。其中MRI阳性29髋,2D VOI阳性31髋,3D VOI阳性33髋。MRI检出率为72.5%,2D ROI检出率为77.5%,3D VOI检出率为82.5%。结论 3D VOI对早期股骨头坏死具有较高的检出率。

Practice Mode and Value Research of Reform of Rural Collective Economy Property Right System in Beijing Rural-urban Continuum

In the research, reform of rural collective economy property right system in Beijing rural-urban continuum was explored in terms of background, cause, pro- cess and practice modes by surveying and interviewing, and the value of system reform on urbanization in rural areas was illustrated from the perspective of farmers who lose lands. The results showed that since reform and opening-up, disadvan- tages of collective economy property are always the fundamental cause of reform; rural-urban contradiction produced from rapid urbanization makes the reform much more urgent; shareholding co-operative system is the essence of reform of collective economy property right system. Rural collective economy property right system in Beijing includes stock-assets quantification shareholding co-operative system, share- capitalization of contractual land management right, farmers as shareholders by investment, and resource and capital mode, with advantages and disadvantages respectively. The common character should be noticed is that all modes have share on contractual right of land, indicating the core of the reform of property system lies in asset quantification and stock quota. In improving urban-rural integration and modern market system, as well as endowing more rights to farmers, reform of rural collective economy property right system is of great significance, which provides a transition space and buffer mechanism for urbanization in rural areas.

体外受精-胚胎移植技术不断完善,给不孕不育家庭带来了福音,然而由于立法的不完善,冷冻胚胎的法律属性尚未明确规定,实践中极易产生纠纷。以人类辅助生殖技术获取的冷冻胚胎,承载着不孕夫妻的情感寄托,基于法律天理人情,应当具有“准主体”和“准客体”的双重法律属性。在对冷冻胚胎的主体性权益受到损害进行认定时,应当以胚胎移植时间作为其权利能力的赋予依据,可以有效地解决“冷冻胚胎究竟是偏物多一点,还是偏人多一点”的问题,不仅有利于统一司法决策,也有助于限制法官的自由裁量权。
