Spark plasma sintering method (SPS) was used to consolidate mixed W-5.6Ni-1.4Fe (mass fraction, %) powders from commercial fine elemental powders, and both the densification behavior and microstructure evolution in sintering were investigated at different heating rates. The results show that the SPS densification process can be divided into three stages. At the initial unshrinking stage, fast heating generates instantaneous discharge and locally inhomogeneous temperature distribution in solid-state powder particles, enhancing later densification; during the intermediate solid state sintering stage, diffusion is more sufficient in the slow-heated SPS process; at the final transient liquid-phase sintering stage, tungsten grains become sphered and coarsen rapidly, but fast heating helps maintain rather small grain sizes. 展开更多

A newly designed TiAl alloy containing W,Nb,and B was produced through magnetic-flotation-melting method.Mass production of this TiAl-based alloy,15 kg ingot size,which is quite different from the 0.05 kg small ingot produced by arc-melting,has a large effect on the metallurgical properties,such as the grain size and the phase structures of the alloy.Heat treatments were carefully designed in order to reduce the amount of the high-temperature remaining β phase in the alloy,and to obtain optimal microstructures for mechanical behavior studies.A room-temperature ductility of 1.9% was obtained in the cast TiAl-based alloy after the appropriate heat treatment.The mechanical behavior of the large ingot through mass production of the TiAl-based alloy was largely improved by the alloy design and subsequent heat treatments. 展开更多

The experimental results show that the content ofI-phase andW-phase changes by varying Zn/Y mass ratio in the LZ83?xY alloys. The cohesion ofI-phase/α-Mg eutectic pockets can enhance the strength in the as-cast LZ83?0.5Y and LZ83?1.0Y alloys, while theW-phase has no obvious strengthening effect on the LZ83?1.5Y alloy. In the extruded alloys, the I-phase andW-phase were extruded into the particles with nanoscale size in theβ-Li matrix phase. The dispersion strengthening of W-phase was more obvious because of the higher volume fraction. The ultimate tensile strength of extruded LZ83?1.5Y alloy is up to 238 MPa while the elongation is up to 20%. 展开更多

The evolution of microstructure and microhardness was studied in a commercial tungsten-25%rhenium(mass fraction)(W-25Re)alloy processed by the high pressure torsion(HPT)procedure under a pressure of7.7GPa up to10revolutions at different temperatures.The results show that the samples processed by10revolutions at room temperature could have the smallest grain size at around0.209μm.High saturation hardness(HV^1200)could be achieved after the rapid strengthening stage for samples processed by10revolutions both at room temperature and at573K.Microstructural observation and analysis from Hall-Patch relationship could reveal that grain refinement and grain boundaries strengthening are the main factors of hardening mechanism in W-25Re alloy.It is also demonstrated that sintered W-25Re sample may have brittle phase separation phenomenon after HPT processing. 展开更多

利用中扬子区下古生界页岩的野外露头地质剖面、有机地球化学分析数据和钻井显示资料,分析中扬子下古生界页岩气资源勘探远景。研究表明,中扬子区下古生界海相泥-页岩主要以下寒武统水井沱组(或牛蹄塘组)和上奥陶统五峰组—下志留统龙... 利用中扬子区下古生界页岩的野外露头地质剖面、有机地球化学分析数据和钻井显示资料,分析中扬子下古生界页岩气资源勘探远景。研究表明,中扬子区下古生界海相泥-页岩主要以下寒武统水井沱组(或牛蹄塘组)和上奥陶统五峰组—下志留统龙马溪组为主。上述2套泥质岩和页岩有机质含量丰富、有机质类型好、热演化程度高,多数已达到成熟—过成熟阶段,是有效页岩气气源岩。中扬子区自加里东以来经历了多期构造运动、构造隆升和挤压作用,改善了页岩储层的储集性能,提高页岩气聚集量。湘鄂西区和江汉平原区南部下寒武统泥-页岩可作为有利页岩气勘探选区,而鄂西渝东区钻井揭示志留系见工业性气流,表明该区志留系页岩气潜力较大。 展开更多

The as-cast Mg-8 Li-xZn-yGd(x=1 2, 3,4;y=1,2;wt.%)alloys were prepared in a vacuum induction furnace and their microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that the increase of Zn content results in the volume fraction of W-phase(Mg3 Zn3 Gd2) increasing while that of Mg3 Gd phase decreasing. The strength of Mg-8 Li-xZn-1 Gd alloys is improved with the increase of Zn content,which is ascribed to the second phase strengthening of fine strip-like W-phase and the solid solution strengthening of Zn element.For Mg-8 Li-4 Zn-yGd alloys,the increase of Gd content leads to the appearance of coarse and discontinuous net-like W-phase, which decreases the strength. The Mg-8 Li-4 Zn-1 Gd alloy exhibits an optimum comprehensive performance with the yield strength, ultimate tensile strength and elongation of 154.7 MPa, 197.0 MPa and 12.4%, respectively. In addition,the aging behavior of the typical alloys was also investigated. 展开更多

低GR风化古土壤—高GR砂砾岩成因与油气勘探——以玛南地区二叠系上乌尔禾组P_(3)w为例 被引量:5

为探讨沉积间断时间、风化古土壤层发育程度、高放射性砂砾岩、低含油饱和度油藏之间的成因联系,以碎屑锆石U-Pb同位素、孢粉化石、自然伽马能谱等资料综合分析为基础,对玛南地区T_(1)b/P_(3)w,P_(3)w/P_(2)w两大不整合面分隔的T_(1)b,P... 为探讨沉积间断时间、风化古土壤层发育程度、高放射性砂砾岩、低含油饱和度油藏之间的成因联系,以碎屑锆石U-Pb同位素、孢粉化石、自然伽马能谱等资料综合分析为基础,对玛南地区T_(1)b/P_(3)w,P_(3)w/P_(2)w两大不整合面分隔的T_(1)b,P_(3)w,P_(2)w这3套地层中的高放射性砂砾岩分布差异开展对比分析,认为高放射性厚层块状砂砾岩有利于低含油饱和度油藏的形成。研究结果表明:古气候、沉积间断时间共同控制风化古土壤的发育规模及吸附放射性元素的能力,二叠系沉积、三叠系沉积之间约4.2 Ma的较长沉积间断强化了母质、气候、生物等因素在古土壤形成过程中的作用强度及影响程度,最终在T_(1)b/P_(3)w不整合面之下形成规模风化古土壤层。风化古土壤层中钍(Th)、铀(U)、钾(K)3种放射性元素的垂向淋滤下渗形成低放射性风化古土壤层,其中,铀(U)元素的垂向淋滤下渗是在下伏P_(3)w地层中形成高放射性砂砾岩带的主要原因;高放射性砂砾岩带内部发育高放射性砂砾岩、常规砂砾岩、沉积泥岩、渗滤泥岩4种岩性结构单元.该带的整体高放射性背景影响着内部沉积泥岩、渗滤泥岩的测井响应.以GR值66API为界可以区分出常规砂砾岩单元、高放射性砂砾岩单元.较之于常规砂砾岩单元,高放射性砂砾岩单元的RT值(14.52~22.79Ω·m,均值为17.66Ω·m)相对较低,其原因与高放射性砂砾岩单元含油饱和度(41%~53%,均值为44%)相对较低有关;高放射性砂砾岩带主要分布于构造高部位断裂带的厚层块状砂砾岩中,为低含油饱和度油藏的形成奠定物质基础及储层条件. 展开更多

Based on the structure of glass (or liquid) polymers consisting of α-domain, β-co-domain, and entanglement constituent chain networks, and the nonexponentially viscoelastic behavior, a “heterophase fluctuation” model was proposed. It was found that the dynamics of cooperative rearrangement on the “fluidized domain” has a great shear rate, domain size, and temperature dependences. When the shear rate, domain size, and temperature dependences were taken account into the cooperatively localized rearrangement on the fluidized domain by the degradation of primary α-domain and the reformation of secondary β-co-domain constituent chains. A new dynamic theory of cooperatively localized rearrangement on the fluidized domain constituent chains with different size and different network chain length during physical and mechanical aging was established. The total viscoelastic free en-ergy of deformation resulting from the change in conformations of α-domain, β-co-domain, crytallite, crosslinked, and trapped entanglement constituent chains during aging processes was calculated by the combining method of kinetics and statistical mechanics. The constitu- tive equations and reduced stress relaxation modulus and creep compliances for three types of polymers were also derived. Finally, two reduced universal equations on creep compliance and stress relaxation modulus with a non-linear and two nonexponential parameters α and β were theoretically derived from the dynamic theory and a statistically extended mode coupling theory for double aging effects of polymers was developed. Results show that the two reduced universal equations have the same form as Kohlraush-Williams-Watts (K-W-W) stretched exponential function. The nonlinearity and the nonexponentiality are, respectively, originated from the memory effects of nonthermal and thermal history. The correlation of nonlinearity, α and β to the aging time, aging temperature, and the mesomorphic structure of fluidized domains was also established. 展开更多
