Study of Swine Leukocyte Antigen Class I-3 (SLA-3) Gene for Inbreeding Wuzhishan Pig

To elucidate the structure of SLA-3 alleles on inbred line of Wuzhishan pig （WZSP） population, we examined the partial exon 1, completed exon 2, and partial exon 3 of SLA-3 loci using the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT- PCR） and the sequencing-based method in 32 WZSPs. According to pedigree and amplification results, PCR products of 8 WZSPs were selected to clone and sequence. Nine different nucleotide sequences were obtained. After comparing the DNA and protein sequences of the WZSPs SLA-3 alleles with the published GenBank SLA sequences, it was found that the SLA-3 alleles in WZSPs were all novel, but there were very few variations among them. Comparision of SLA-3 and HLA-A protein sequences indicated that there was more sequence homology. Meanwhile, the construction of a phylogenetic tree using the nucleotide sequences of 23 SLA-3 alleles and 1 HLA-A allele represented that the WZSP population owns its unique genetics resource. In this study, the alleles of SLA-3 on WZSP group were successfully detected and analyzed, which provided the firm basis on the genotype of SLA-3 for breeding specific haplotypes WZSPs.

Culm characteristics and volume-weight relationship of a forest bamboo(Melocanna baccifera(Roxb.) Kurz) from northeast India

Culm characteristics of Melocanna baccifera, locally ＇muli＇, culms at five different culm ages of 11 girth classes （5-6 to 15-16 cm） were studied from Cachar Dis- trict of southern Assam, northeast India. We recorded internode length, internode diameter, number of internodes per culm, total culm height, total culm green weight and total culm volume of all five culm age classes. Data were gathered on 165 culms, each culm age class containing 33 culms with 3 culms per girth class. Culm height ranged from 3.2 to 15.3 m with highest mean of 9.15 m （in threeyear old culms） and maximum culm height was recorded in four-year old culms. Highest mean and maximum internode length （27.45 and 54.2 cm, respectively）, internode diameter （3.12 and 4.75 cm, respectively） and total culm green weight （5.42 and 12.87 kg/culm, respectively） were recorded in three-year old culms and lowest in current-year culms. Best fitted regression models for all parameters were developed. Significant linear relationships between culm green weight and culm solid volume were documented for all five culm age classes. Their corresponding best-fit regression models were also developed.

涠洲11—1N油田储层敏感性测井评价方法及应用

针对涠洲11-1N油田储层污染损害问题,分析敏感性矿物是造成储层污染损害的主要因素,提出通过CLA SS程序求解敏感性矿物类型及其含量,进一步应用单相关系数加权法预测储层敏感性,为储层污染损害的防治提供了一定的理论基础。该方法在涠洲11-1N油田取得较好的效果,可以应用到其他油田当中。

D.Franke等于2002年给出了黎曼流形上弱闭微分形式的■类定义,并利用这些类研究了A-调和张量和拟正则映射的一些性质.由于这些微分形式的WT类在几何函数论研究中有着重要作用,因此首先给出黎曼流形上一些新的微分形式类,称之为■和■类,然后利用D.Franke等人的思想方法给出A-调和张量与■类的关系,并利用Young不等式证明了■类与■类的等价关系,由这个等价关系推出A-调和张量的正则性性质.这些结果是经典结果的推广与发展,利用这些结果,可研究高维空间的几何函数论和映射问题.

The Imago of Revolution Psychoanalysis and Class Consciousness An Introduction to Psychoanalysis and Class Consciousness （...and Some Extracts from the Dialectics Money/Death Drive）

For the purpose of the investigations, we propose in the present paper that we have been carrying out for some years into new perspectives for a Marxist Psychoanalysis; we try the consistence of Marxist psychoanalysis with the pre- Leninist idea of Class consciousness as developed in Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts of 1844 and in the unpublished books of Das Kapital （notably the law of the tendency of the rate of profit to fall）. The roots of Freudian Marxists （Reich and Fenichel above all, but Sabina Spielrein too） are put into a comparative analysis with Marxian psychiatry arising from the de-colonization process （Fanon） and with the teaching of Jacques Lacan about Marxist concepts such as plus value and reification, and eventually with the proposal on the political Unconscious developed by Fredric Jameson. Finally, it comes the hypothesis that Psychoanalysis could correspond to Class consciousness.

7株野鸟源新城疫病毒F基因和HN基因遗传变异分析

目的了解野生鸟类新城疫病毒（Newcastle disease virus,NDV）感染情况,分析NDV的基因型与遗传变异特点。方法采用HA试验和RT-PCR检测野生鸟类新城疫病毒感染情况,对新城疫病毒分离株的融合蛋白基因（F基因）和血凝素-神经氨酸酶基因（HN基因）进行遗传进化分析,了解F和HN基因相关分子特性。结果 7株NDV的F基因序列分析表明显示其编码区核苷酸为1 662bp,编码553个氨基酸。F基因碱性裂解位点序列为112G-K/RQ-G-R-L117,均符合新城疫弱毒特征,与Ⅱ类NDV代表株核苷酸同源性为93.5%~99.9%。M46与M52为Ⅱ类Ⅱ亚型,其余5株为Ⅱ类Ⅰ亚型。HN基因序列分析显示,M46、M52编码区核苷酸为1 734bp,编码577个氨基酸,其余5株编码区氨基酸为1 851bp,编码616个氨基酸,与Ⅱ类代表毒株核苷酸同源性为92%~99.6%。结论分离的7株新城疫病毒在基因上均符合弱毒特点。其中有5株为Ⅱ类Ⅰ型,2株为Ⅱ类Ⅱ型。
