BZS1 is a B-box zinc finger protein previously characterized as a negative regulator in the brassinosteroid (BR)-signaling pathway and a positive regulator in the light-signaling pathway. However, the mechanisms by which BZS1/BBX20 integrates light and hormonal pathways are not fully understood. Here, using a quantitative proteomic workflow, we identified several BZSl-associated proteins, including light-signaling compo- nents COP1 and HY5. Direct interactions of BZS1 with COPI and HY5 were verified by yeast two-hybrid and co-immunoprecipitation assays. Overexpression of BZS1 causes a dwarf phenotype that is sup- pressed by the by5 mutation, while overexpression of BZSI fused with the SRDX transcription repressor domain (BZS1-SRDX) causes a long-hypocotyl phenotype similar to by5, indicating that BZSI's function requires HY5. BZSI positively regulates HY5 expression, whereas HY5 negatively regulates BZS1 protein level, forming a feedback loop that potentially contributes to signaling dynamics. In contrast to BR, strigolactone (SL) increases BZS1 level, whereas the SL responses of hypocoryl elongation, chlorophyll and HY5 accumulation are diminished in the BZSI-SRDX seedlings, indicating that BZS1 is involved in these SL responses. These results demonstrate that BZS1 interacts with HY5 and plays a central role in integrating light and multiple hormone signals for photomorphogenesis in Arabidopsis.展开更多

[WT5”BX]Methods.[WT5”BZ] Thymocytes from Kunming mice exposed to whole body irradiation(WBI) with different doses of X rays were analyzed for the changes in signal molecules of the phospholipase C phosphatidylinositol biphosphate(PLC IP2) and G protein adenylate cyclase(AC) pathways. [WT5”BX]Results.[WT5”BZ]It was found that[Ca 2+ ] i increased in response to doses within 0 2 Gy which was most marked after 0 075 Gy and the increase was accentuated in the presence of Con A. The changes in CD3 and calcineurin(CN) expression of the thymocytes followed the same pattern as the alterations in [Ca 2+ ] i after LDR. The expression of α,β1 and β2 isoforms of protein kinase C(PKC) was all up regulated after 0 075 Gy with the increase in PKC β1 expression being most marked. The cAMP/cGMP ratio and PKA activity of the thymocytes was lowered after low dose radiation and increased after doses above 0 5 Gy in a dose dependent manner, thus giving rise to J shaped dose response curves. The Ca antagonist TMB 8 and cAMP stimulant cholera toxin suppressed the augmented thymocyte proliferation induced by LDR. [WT5”BX]Conclusion.[WT5”BZ]Data presented in the present paper suggest that activation of the PLC PIP2 signal pathway and suppression of the AC cAMP signal pathway are involved in the stimulation of the thymocytes following WBI with low dose X rays.展开更多

[WT5”BX]Method.[WT5”BZ] Bone histomorphometric analysis was performed with undecalcified bone sections and tetracycline intraperitoneally labeling. [WT5”BX]Results.[WT5”BZ] Compared with that of OVX rats, the static data of trabecular bone volume(TBV)/ total tissue volume(TTV), TBV/sponge bone volume(SBV) and mean trabecular plate density (MTPD) were enhanced while mean trabecular plate spacing(MTPS) decreased after treated with XW630 for 13w. The dynamic data of single labeled surface [Sfract(s)], double labeled surface[Sfract(d)],Sfract(d+1/2s),trabecular osteoid surface(TOS), and bone formation rate in tissue level (Svf) were increased and osteoid maturation period (OMP) shortened in XW630 group. In osteoblast like cells, both 3H thymidine incorporation and cell count increased after treated with XW630 for 48. Treated with XW630 for 12~18h,inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) activity and cGMP content increased in time dependent manners. [WT5”BX]Conclusions.[WT5”BZ] XW630 enhanced bone activation frequency and increased trabecular connectivity, stability, and strength. When th...The microstructure together with the formation and growth ofreaction phases in the interfacial diffusion zone of the explosive cladding TA2/A3 has been investigated by means of OM, SEM, AES and XRD techniques. When the specimen annealed at temperature under the βTi→αTi transformation, i. e. below 1173 K, only TiC forms along TA2 side of interface and hinders the interdiffusion of Fe and Ti atoms, thus Fe2Ti or FeTi is unable to occur. While heated up to the transformation temperature of βTi, e. g, over 1223 K, the parabolic growth of intermetallic compounds of Fe2Ti and FeTi with layer structure may form intergranularly and the formation of βTi or βTi+αTi structure at the Fe enriched side of TA2 and the martensitic transformation products at the Fedepleted side are observed owing to the diffusion of Fe. Furthermore, the growth of βTi transformation layer is revealed to follow the parabolic rule.展开更多

From 14 th to 18 th century, the output of iron mine reached to 6450 t annually. During 1763 to 1773, the annual output of copper in Yunnan Province was 9200 t. In modern time, Chinese mining industry grew slowly. However, in 1950′s the mining geological organization were established in each administrative department and its affiliated mining companies. A set of regulations had also been established systematically. The mining geology has made the great contribution to reserve the mineral resources and to raise the economical benefit. Now resources have been found in many mine sites. The tasks facing us in future are to look for new deposits for old mine companies which are in shortage of resources and extend their service period; to involve in research for improv ing mining operational parameters and raise the economic benefit; to develop the technical market, and to provide service for development of mining industry reling on science and technology progress.展开更多
