With its basis on cultural dimension of eco- translatology, this paper aims to present transformation techniques of parataxis and hypotaxis between Chinese and English. [Methods] The stem segments of Fujian A. roxburghii were used as explant to study the tissue culture rapid propagation and transplantation techniques. The comparative experiment was carried out to study the effects of different hormone concentrations on the induction of stem segments,proliferation of cluster buds,rooting and seedling hardening of A. roxburghii,and study the effects of transplantation matrix on the transplantation of A. roxburghii. [Results]MS + 0. 5 mg/L NAA + 2 mg/L BA + 20 g/L sucrose + 6 g/L agar was suitable for induction of stem segments of A. roxburghii; MS + 0. 5 mg/L NAA + 2 mg/L BA + 1 mg/L KT + 25 g/L sucrose + 6 g/L agar was most suitable for proliferation of cluster buds of A. roxburghii; MS + 1. 0 mg/L IBA + 1. 0 mg/L NAA + 1 g/L activated carbon + 50 g/L mashed banana + 25 g/L sucrose + 6 g/L agar was most suitable for rooting and seedling hardening of A. roxburghii; using peat soil: fine sand( 3∶ 1) as transplantation matrix,the survival rate was the highest. But the deep-rooted traditional ideas and the artistic aesthetics accumulated over thousands of years have also given the opera a new youth in China. Among them, the most affected area is singing technique. As one of the most intuitive external performance features of opera, singing technique has been the most affected by “localization” and has created a unique singing method belonging to China. Of course, this method is not formed in one fell swoop. The purpose of this paper is to explore the process of “localization” of opera singing technique in the context of Chinese culture, and to demonstrate it completely from the forms, methods, ideas and systems of change, so as to apply the theory more deeply to practical singing and teaching.展开更多
The content of phytochemicals in vegetables is strongly affected by genetic, agronomic, and environmental factors, and by transportation and storage conditions, potentially affecting the sensory and putative health-pr...The content of phytochemicals in vegetables is strongly affected by genetic, agronomic, and environmental factors, and by transportation and storage conditions, potentially affecting the sensory and putative health-promoting properties. In this study the impact of different agricultural techniques on the phenolics content and antioxidant activity of extracts from a traditional Italian kale landrace, called palm-tree kale (Brassica oleracea L., ssp. acephala DC, var. sabellica L.) was evaluated. Furthermore, the antioxidant effects of the different extracts were assessed in a biological system using primary cultures of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes. The final aim was to evidence whether and how the agronomic practices can affect the antioxidant properties of kale not only in vitro but also in cells. Results herein reported underline the influence of the crop production strategies in establishing the potential health benefits of a vegetable. This research approach could be useful for the selection of production techniques that are able to provide edible vegetables with higher functional activity, and evidences the need to study the food domain as a whole with the nutrition domain, and to integrate all results in order to have an overall “foodomics” vision allowing the improvement of health and well-being.展开更多

Making a carefully study of Hero's English subtitles, It is found that the translator mainly adopted domestication to address culture specific issues in order to meet the taste of the target audience. Nida even claims that"for truly successful translating, biculturalism is even more important than bilingualism". Therefore, this thesis will focus on analyzing the influence of cultural differences between Chinese and English on the English translation. This thesis firstly discusses embodiments of cultural differences between Chinese and English; after that, it focuses on influences of cultural differences on translation; last but not least, this thesis also suggests some translating techniques.展开更多
