目的探讨藏药十五味萝蒂明目丸(shi wu wei luo diming mu wan of Tibetan medicine)对紫外线诱导的白内障大鼠晶状体上皮细胞(lens epithelial cells,LECs)的保护作用。方法将90只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性药物组(吡诺...目的探讨藏药十五味萝蒂明目丸(shi wu wei luo diming mu wan of Tibetan medicine)对紫外线诱导的白内障大鼠晶状体上皮细胞(lens epithelial cells,LECs)的保护作用。方法将90只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性药物组(吡诺克辛滴眼液)、藏药高剂量组、藏药低剂量组和预防组,以紫外线诱导大鼠白内障模型后予以治疗,预防组自造模第一天同时给药。利用逆转录聚合酶链反应检测给药后50d、70d、90d LECs内抗氧化蛋白基因表达的水平,并在透射电镜下观察LECs的超微机构,进一步证明十五味萝蒂明目丸对紫外线诱导的白内障LECs是否具有保护作用。结果应用不同剂量的十五味萝蒂明目丸对混浊的晶状体进行干预,随着时间的延长抗氧化蛋白基因表达水平升高,透射电镜下细胞损伤的程度减轻,其中治疗组[藏药高剂量组50d时抗氧化蛋白基因水平为(29.00±0.05)]效果优于阳性药物组,以预防组效果最为明显。结论藏药十五味萝蒂明目丸对紫外线诱导的白内障LECs具有较好的保护作用,并起到预防及治疗效果。展开更多
