On the Creation Background and the Influence of Wei Zhuang’s Famous Poem:Lament of a Northwestern Woman

Lament of a Northwestern Woman(Qin Fu Yin),composed by Wei Zhuang after the Huangchao uprising,is a long poem that showcases the sufferings of the civilians and embodies the people’s character of the poem,which is the profound empathy and compassion of the poet towards the civilians’plight.The poem was written during the reign of Emperor Xizong of the Tang Dynasty in the year Gengmao(883 AD).2023 is also the year Gengmao,so this poem has existed for a remarkable 1140 years.For over a millennium,this long poem remained submerged in history until the opening of the Dunhuang Grottoes at the turn of the 20th century.The deep compassion and commiseration towards the underprivileged masses conveyed in this long poem are reminiscent of Du Fu’s renowned“Three Poems of Separation.”Moreover,it is widely believed that this poem foretells the decline of the Tang Dynasty.

Research Overview of Zhuang Medicine Fumigation Lotions

At present,there is little research on the application of Zhuang medicine fumigation lotions in skin diseases,and there is no research on related preparation processes and quality standards.In this paper,the characteristics of its formulation and the research progress in skin diseases are reviewed,in order to deepen the understanding of Zhuang medicine fumigation lotions and provide a more detailed theoretical basis for its clinical research,development and application.

广西壮族自治区南宁和宾阳正常人群肺功能检测分析

目的:对广西壮族自治区进行抽样调查,探讨该地区正常人群肺功能的生理预计值及其不同生活环境、年龄、身高、体重等因素与肺功能的关系.方法:2004年9月对进行过基础体检并确定为正常的 1 056 名不同年龄段人群,采用便携式肺功能仪进行肺容量及肺通气量检测,分析不同地域、年龄、性别、身高、体重等因素对肺功能的影响.结果:检测的各项肺功能指标城乡之间差异有显著性(P<0.05);多数肺功能指标(男性9项,女性10项)城市大于乡村(P<0.05);不同性别之间差异有显著性(P<0.05).年龄段的比较12～18岁肺功能增长迅速,每2岁一个年龄段的变化大于或等于成年人10岁一个年龄段的变化,其中补呼气量(ERV)、深吸气量(IC)、肺活量(VC)、用力呼气肺活量(FVC)18岁达到高峰;最高呼气流速(PEF)、最大通气量(MBC)26岁达到高峰,各项指标达高峰值后能持续该峰值至34～44岁,然后呈逐渐下降趋势(P<0.05),呼气流量指标:25% 呼气流速(FEF25%)、FEF50%、FEF75%、中段呼气流速(MMEF75/25)18岁达高峰后即开始下降(P<0.05).年龄、身高、体重与肺活量(VC)增长均有相关性(P<0.05),其中身高的影响最大,年龄次之,体重对成年男性(19～77岁)及45岁以上女性无影响.结论:肺功能的生理预计值存在着地域差别,不同民族及生活水平的差异可能是因素之一,肺功能随年龄增长而发生变化,少儿期、成年期、中老年期应有不同的生理预计值;本研究为正常人群肺功能提供了参考值.

Innovation Transformation and Industry-Education Integration:A Study on the Integration Path of Guangxi Zhuang’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and Master of Arts Education in China

This study focuses on the master of arts education in higher education institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China,explores the path of integrating Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage with the teaching of master of arts,and puts forward the teaching mode of“thinking guidance-autonomous judgement-program construction.”A theoretical model of innovative transformation of intangible cultural heritage is also summarized.Through the development of this study,it is expected to further enrich the practical teaching mechanism of master of arts education in Chinese universities and form a master of arts teaching model with strong local cultural characteristics.At the same time,the teaching reform based on the integration of Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage and master of arts education also has strong practical significance for promoting the inheritance and innovation of Chinese intangible cultural heritage,promoting the development of cultural and creative industries,and serving the economic and social development of Guangxi.

国医大师禤国维治疗儿童特应性皮炎用药规律的挖掘

【目的】采用数据挖掘技术挖掘国医大师禤国维教授治疗儿童特应性皮炎的组方用药规律。【方法】收集禤国维教授门诊治疗儿童特应性皮炎的有效病例的病案资料,采用频数统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析等方法对录入的病案数据进行统计分析。【结果】共收录处方242首,涉及中药101味。常用药物为23味,高频药物(频数>100次)共16味,分别为甘草、防风、北沙参、紫苏叶、麦冬、徐长卿、布渣叶、白鲜皮、玄参、薏苡仁、蝉蜕、百合、生地黄、地肤子、茯神、芡实。药物的性味归经分析显示,药物大多偏甘寒,主要归脾、胃、肝经。关联规则分析得到常用药物组合24个,关联规则20条。聚类分析得到2个核心药物组合。【结论】禤国维治疗儿童特应性皮炎以“清、补、和”三法为主,“扶正御邪,平调阴阳”的用药原则贯穿治疗始终。

壮医药线点灸疗法治疗肺虚哮喘临床效果观察

目的:观察壮医药线点灸与针刺治疗肺虚哮喘的效应差异.方法:72例肺虚哮喘患者随机分为壮医药线点灸组和针灸对照组,均每天施灸1～2次,共21天.观察两组患者总体疗效、血清免疫球蛋白和C3补体含量、肺功能变化、症状体征改善情况等.结果:两组临床总体疗效差异无显著性意义,但临床控制率壮医药线点灸组高于针灸对照组;壮医药线点灸可明显改善哮喘患者咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等症状,改善呼吸功能,提高IgG及C3补体水平,降低IgE水平.结论:壮医药线点灸对肺虚哮喘有较好疗效,且安全方便.

Research Progress of Zhuang Medicine Combined with Nanogels in Mastitis

Mastitis is a common and frequently-occurring disease among Chinese women, which seriously harms their mental and physical health. External application of Zhuang medicine has the effects of dredging collaterals, relieving pain, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, and softening hardness to dissipate stagnation, and show definite curative effect in preventing and treating breast diseases. Nano-composite hydrogels have the advantages of small toxic and side effects, high bioavailability, high targeting and controllable drug release. Therefore, this paper summarized and analyzed relevant literature of Zhuang medicine in treating breast diseases and clinical research of nanogels, providing new ideas and scientific basis for the treatment of mastitis with Zhuang medicine combined with nanogels.

Study on the Promoting Role of Animating Zhuang Non-Heritage Folktales in the Ethnic Culture Industry

This study aims to explore the role of animating Zhuang non-heritage folktales in promoting the national culture industry.Using literature research,case studies,and comparative research methods,the positive impacts are analyzed in depth across four dimensions:cultural value inheritance,market demand,dissemination channels,and industrial innovation.The results show that animating Zhuang non-heritage folktales can help inherit national culture,meet market demand,broaden communication channels,and promote industrial innovation.Finally,this paper proposes corresponding policy suggestions and implementation paths to provide references for the sustainable development of the ethnic culture industry.

Study on Quality Standard of Zhuang Medicine Buddlejae Flos

[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore the quality control method and establish the quality standard of Zhuang medicine Buddlejae Flos.[Methods]The microscopic identification method was adopted to identify the characters and microscopic characteristics of dried Buddlejae Flos in combination with traditional experience.The moisture,ash,acid-insoluble components and extracts of Buddlejae Flos were determined with reference to general rules of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition).TLC identification was performed.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)was used to determine the contents of linarin and verbascoside in Buddlejae Flos,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was adopted to detect pesticide residues in Buddlejae Flos.Heavy metal elements As,Cd and Pb were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).[Results]The established method is simple and accurate.Clear spots were observed on the thin layer chromatograms,and the resolution was good.The average value of moisture content was 12.24%;the average value of ash content was 5.1%;the average value of acid-insoluble content was 7.5%;and the average value of extract content was 27.3%.The regression equation of rutin in Buddlejae Flos was y=11.896x-0.0049,R^(2)=0.9996,and the contents of linarin and verbascoside were 5680 and 2080 mg/kg,respectively.No pesticide residues and heavy metals were detected in the medicinal materials of Buddlejae Flos.[Conclusions]This study can provide reference for the quality standard control of Guangxi Zhuang medicine Buddlejae Flos.

Application of numerical model in evaluating the effects of a planned reservoir on reach-scale bankfull discharge of the lower Wei River

Predicting the responses of an alluvial channel to changes in flow and sediment supply is essential for engineering design. Many methods have been developed in the last few decades to describe sectional bankfull characteristics(elevation and discharge); however, studies on long-term reach-scale bankfull discharge are still limited. In this study, a hydraulic model is built to calculate the reach-scale bankfull discharge, and the effects of reservoir building on downstream bankfull discharges are discussed. The studied river reach is located at the lower Wei River(WR), where the planned Dongzhuang Reservoir would be built on its largest tributary, the Jing River. A quasi-two-dimensional numerical model coupled with a bankfull discharge estimating method is put forward to calculate the reach-scale bankfull discharge. The soundness of the model is verified. Results show that the temporal variation of reach-scale bankfull discharge of the lower reach of the WR would be highly influenced by the planned reservoir, especially during the first 20 years of operation. The effect of the planned reservoir on bankfull discharge may reach its maximum when the total trapped sediment load reaches approximately 75% of the reservoir capacity. Our results show that after the first 17 years of operation,the effect of the planned reservoir on bankfull discharge of the river reach may decrease gradually.The soundness and predictive capability of the coupled model have also been calibrated by comparing with existing reservoirs. All analyses indicate that the numerical model can be used to predict the changed reach-scale bankfull discharge of the lower WR.

Sequential experimental observation on the curative effect of Yingbupu decoction of Zhuang medicine on stage I and II acute kidney injury

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction on stage I and II acute kidney injury through sequential test.Methods:The open one-way qualitative response sequential design of experiments was adopted,and the patients with AKI in phase I and II who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order of hospitalization by random number table.On the basis of basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction,and the control group was treated with Jinshuibao tablet.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,24 h urine volume,serum creatinine(Scr),microalbumin in urine(mAlb),neutrophil Gelatinase related lipid delivery albumin(NGAL)of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions and complications of the two groups were observed.Results:After 14 d of treatment,when the treatment group reached the 10th case,the experimental line contacted the upper bound U-line and reached the experimental standard to terminate the experiment.The effective hypothesis was accepted,and it was believed that the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction had a therapeutic effect on stage I and II AKI.The conclusion was drawn that the treatment group received the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu.The clinical effective rate and improvement days were similar between the two groups,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).However,the integral value of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),After treatment,the Scr,mAlb,and NGAL levels of patients in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the Scr,mAlb,and NGAL values in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour urine volume in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the values in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no significant adverse reactions or complications in either group.Conclusion:The Zhuang medicine Yingbupu decoction is effective in treating stage I and II AKI,and the Zhuang medicine Yingbupu can significantly improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with stage I and II AKI.Its improvement of renal function is better than that of Jinshuibao tablets,and its safety is good.

魏晋骈赋的文体性质及其意义

魏晋人以骈赋的形式最强烈地表现了他们那个时代的典型情绪和美学特征。骈赋的出现,是文学个性化表现的特殊要求,也使文学真正地成为了“人学”。骈赋的丰富性、繁复性和华赡性,有利于表现深沉而激荡的情感,适应个体生命哀怨惆怅的含蓄抒写,往往表现“生命不谐”的悲悯主题和幽怨情感。从文体的性质上看,骈赋倒很像是舶来品的散文诗。魏晋骈赋的成功,正在于其缘情绮靡美学观指导下逐美的实践以及所形成的骈俪美的形式。其形式优势还对其它文体具有深远的影响。

广西壮族人群HIV协同受体CCR5基因突变的检测

目的了解广西壮族人群中HIV协同受体CCR5△32等位基因突变频率和多态性的特点,为评估广西壮族人群对HIV的遗传易感性和艾滋病的防治提供理论依据。方法以152例壮族大学生为研究对象,应用PCR和DNA直接测序等方法检测CCR5及CCR5△32突变体。结果未发现CCR5△32等位基因。结论由于未发现CCR5△32,推测广西壮族人群对HIV-1病毒感染可能具有较大的遗传易感性。

Analysis of the Innovation of Zhuang Medical Culture from the Perspective of a Comprehensive Well-Off Society: Insights from Social Research and Public Engagement

Based on the inheritance and development of Zhuang medicine culture from the perspective of a comprehensive well-off society,traditional Chinese medicine is a treasure of Chinese civilization.The inheritance,innovation,and development of traditional Chinese medicine are crucial to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.By engaging young people,reducing the aging of the medical team,and understanding the views and suggestions of various groups on Zhuang medicine culture,questionnaire surveys,field interviews,literature searches,and other methods were employed to gather and analyze public opinions and suggestions on Zhuang medicine.Additionally,online consultations were conducted to assess the popularity of Zhuang medicine and identify existing problems.Based on these findings,recommendations and strategies for improvement were formulated.Furthermore,the design of an online consultation app is proposed to enhance the role and effectiveness of Zhuang medicine’s inheritance and development.

章太炎的“文各体要”论

"文各体要"论是章太炎文学思想的一个重要命题。而在不同时期,章太炎对"文各体要"的表述有所不同。1906年以前,一般表述为"类例"、"体要"等。1906年,正式提出"文各体要"论,并集中表述为文学的雅俗观。晚年,集中表述为"发情止义"。章氏论文推崇魏晋,服膺魏晋文体论。章氏依准魏晋文论,并据以评价后世之文,是为复古魏晋。他还希望以此消除当时梁启超报章文、林译小说等文体之不良影响,平息骈散文之争,并因以抵制用西方文论来评价中国文学的做法,坚决维护中国文学的民族特性。

国医大师禤国维运用皮类中药治疗皮肤病经验

Effect of adjuvant therapy of Weisu Granule on Cyclooxygenase-2,E-cadherin, procalcitonin and gastrin in patients with chronic gastritis

Objective: To observe the effects of Weisu Granule combined with triple therapy (esomeprazole, tinidazole and amoxicillin) on gastric mucosal cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and cadherin E (E-cadherin), serum procalcitonin (PCT) and gastrin in patients with chronic gastritis. Methods: A total of 90 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group (n=45) according to the lottery method. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy. On this basis, the control group was treated with triple therapy. The observation group was treated with triple therapy combined with Wei Su granule. The levels of COX-2, E-cadherin, procalcitonin and gastrin in peripheral blood were measured before and after treatment in all subjects. Result: There was no significant difference in the levels of gastric mucosal COX-2 and E-cadherin between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the levels of COX-2 and E-cadherin in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. And the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment. There was no significant difference in serum PCT and gastrin levels between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the levels of PCT and gastrin in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. And the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment. Conclusion: Wei Su granule combined with triple therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis, can effectively reduce the levels of COX-2, E-cadherin, PCT and gastrin, relieve the gastric mucosal injury and symptoms, which is a clinically effective treatment.
