Study on Influencing Factors of Mental Health of Mobile Young White-Collar Workers in China

Mobile young white-collar workers not only have the characteristics of mobile young people,but also have the characteristics of general white-collar workers.Under the influence of both,their mental health may be suffering from“double disadvantage”.So,based on an ecological model of the stress process,this paper tries to use the data of the questionnaire on the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers in Zhejiang Province to explore the influence of some factors in the middle workplace and residence place on the mental health of micro individuals.The results show that:(1)The working environment with high control and low freedom and the workplace discrimination against the mobile status will have a negative impact on the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers;(2)Financial anxiety in daily life will lead to a decline in the mental health level of mobile young white-collar workers;(3)Good organizational support and neighborhood social relations can significantly relieve life pressure,so as to effectively improve the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers.It can be seen that we also need to pay more attention to the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers in order to improve their situation.

Research on Traditional Handicrafts and Strategy of Building Brand Tourism--Taking Chinese Miao Silver Jewellery Crafts as an Example

With the continuous improvement of material life,the tourism market is hot,this paper on traditional handicrafts and brand tourism as an entry point for in-depth analysis,as we all know,Miao silver jewellery is famous at home and abroad,but the lack of branding has become a pain in the neck for its continued survival and development in the new era of innovation.The construction of the brand has become a necessary way for the Miao silver jewellery to continue to survive and develop in the new era.However,due to the limitations of the resources and conditions of the Miao silver jewellery producers and operators,they cannot form a brand image quickly and effectively in a short period of time by their own strength alone.In addition,the production and operation of Miao silver jewellery is not only the operation of products,but also the operation of culture and tourism,so it is a fast and effective strategy for the construction of the Miao silver jewellery brand by combining the study of the tourism culture and the operation of the production and by combining the different producers.

Ecological Concepts in Traditional Vernacular Dwellings of Miao Nationality in Southeast Guizhou Province

Traditional vernacular dwellings of Miao Nationality in southeast Guizhou Province are reasonable and scientific in many aspects, such as site selection, construction, structure, direction, room layout, harmony between constructions and environment, moderate development of natural resources and so on, which demonstrate the ecological concepts of Miao people respecting the Nature, pursuing the harmonious coexistence between human beings and Nature. This study analyzed the gist of Miao people constructing vernacular dwellings, i.e. natural and harmonious ecological concepts, the principle of planning according to actual conditions, saving cost by utilizing local materials and sustainably developing architectural structure.

Countermeasures of Goat Parasitic Diseases in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture

Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is located in western Hunan province with abundant pastures,suitable for husbandry.However,parasitic diseases become an obstacle for goat industry development.In the research,based on parasite damages,epidemic variety and characters,some prevention measures were proposed,as follows：improving goat raising and management,rotation grazing,reinforcement of disinfection and quarantine,and regular parasite expelling,providing references for goat farming in Xiangxi.

Carbon Storage Dynamics of Forest Vegetation In Karst Mountain——A Case Study in Youyang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County

Based on the data in 2002 and 2012 of forest inventory in Chongqing, using a regression model between stand biomass and volume which was appropri-ate for the southwest district, this paper estimated forest vegetation carbon storage dynamics in recent 10 years in Youyang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County. And then carbon dynamics of different sorts of vegetation was calculated. The results in-dicated that, in the recent 10 years, total of forest carbon increased strikingly, and among whole species, China fir’s increment was the maximum, among al ages, middle-age forests had the largest increase. Then it can be concluded that, the for-est in Youyang is a carbon sink, and with the growing of young forests and devel-opment of plantation, the function of carbon sink wil rise.

面向小样本苗绣图像的生成与识别研究

为了解决苗绣图像样本量不足以及识别精度较低的问题,提出了一个新颖的样式生成对抗网络(StyleGAN2)结合高效通道注意力机制(ECA)优化的残差神经网络(ResNet50)苗绣图像分类模型。首先,利用StyleGAN2对原始苗绣数据集进行训练和生成,以扩充小样本数据集。接着,在ResNet50骨干网络中融入ECA注意力机制,增强了模型的特征提取能力。最终,结合StyleGAN2和ECA优化后的ResNet50创建了新的StyleGAN2-ECA-ResNet50模型,用于小样本苗绣图像的识别。实验结果显示,该方法在测试集上的准确率达到了89.29%,较传统的ResNet50模型提高了5.87%,并且在性能上超过了多个先进的深度学习模型。

“骨冷”与“皮冷”:贵州东南山地人群的着装、身体与感知

人的身体每天都藉由着装形成一种衣-身的感知与实践。身体作为衣物穿着的直接载体,是感知、实践甚至具身性(embodiment)的第一现场。对贵州东南山地人群的身体感知与着装进行了民族志考察,不同于既有的“春夏秋冬”四季划分的传统认知范式,而尝试立足于身体穿戴的具身感知来重新审视在社会变迁的情境中着装身体的流动性变化。裤子作为一种外来的服饰单品,提升了当地女性身体着装保暖的程度,同时也强化了具身的冷暖感知,如若传统裙装穿戴之感是“冷皮”,那么平添裤子之后则强化了身体的“冷骨”之感。至此,当地女性身体着装的方式实现了从单一的裙装到裙装与裤装并存,再到完全脱离裙装系统的裤装的转变,身体的着装感受也投射了社会发展的缩影。

龙国村偏苗的多语和谐

云南省广南县龙国村是苗族聚居、异系苗族杂居的典型自然村,通过描写龙国村偏苗的语言生活,以及分析偏苗的语言和谐,发现该村偏苗在稳定自由使用母语的基础上,同时兼用汉语和白苗话,其语言关系属于偏苗话和汉语、白苗话多语和谐型。此外,还分析了制约该地多语和谐的因素。

台江苗绣纹样的基因谱系图构建及设计应用

目的 以台江苗绣纹样为入手点,梳理文化基因,构建苗绣纹样基因谱系图,并进行贵州旅游商品包装设计的转译。方法 首先,通过文献研究和田野调查等研究方法对台江苗绣纹样进行资料整理;其次,基于文化基因理论对台江苗绣纹样基因按照显性基因和隐性基因的分类进行处理;再次,结合文化三层次理论对台江苗绣纹样构建基因谱系图,从文化基因中萃取纹样的因子结构;最后,基于用户调查将感知需求较高的因子通过设计转化为设计元素再进行包装设计应用。结果 以贵州旅游商品设计为例,验证了纹样基因赋能商品包装设计流程的合理性和设计理论的可行性。结论 文化基因谱系图系统梳理了台江苗绣纹样的知识框架,将民族纹样基因融入特色旅游商品包装中的案例,为民族产品设计提供了新的设计思路和切实可行的方法策略。

药用植物红花龙胆的生物学研究进展

红花龙胆是常用的中草药及多个少数民族的药用植物,具有清热除湿、解毒止咳抗癌等功效。目前使用的红花龙胆仍以野生为主,随着与红花龙胆相关复方制剂的市场销量日益提升,红花龙胆野生资源日益匮乏的问题逐渐凸显,而关于红花龙胆的研究却相对较少。因此,红花龙胆的相关研究亟需受到关注。该研究从红花龙胆的资源鉴定、生态分布及适宜区划、生物活性、繁育栽培以及少数其他研究等方面对红花龙胆在国内外的生物学研究进展做了简要介绍,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望,以期为红花龙胆的深入研究提供参考依据。

贵州省剑河县苗族柳利式女装特征及变迁研究

苗族柳利式女性盛装是贵州省剑河地区颇具特色的支系服饰之一,以拼接大片红色刺绣为典型特征。本文依托服饰样本,采用实证研究法和田野调查法,结合相关文献从形制、造型、纹样、色彩等层面梳理盛装的表征特色,从而解读其服饰文化和历史成因,并梳理其演变发展过程,分析其变迁原因。研究表明,苗族柳利式女性盛装的历史变迁与自然环境、社会经济、文化传承、民族交流等密切相关,同时现今的发展受到工业技术、网络市场、多样审美等因素影响。

传统村落保护与乡村旅游发展的共生机制研究——以贵州雷山县郎德苗寨为例

对传统村落实施保护的同时加快旅游经济发展,是深入实施乡村振兴战略、实现乡村共生发展的重要举措。借助共生理论这一视角,分析传统村落与乡村旅游以建立经济共同体实现经济共生、推动文旅融合促进文化共生、推进乡村振兴构建社会共生、巩固记忆共同体赋能环境共生的机制。以贵州雷山县郎德苗寨为个案,在传统村落保护与乡村旅游发展共生进程中面临人才外流、经济驱动力不足、文化遗产保护制度不健全、旅游营销推广薄弱、基础设施滞后及旅游产品同质化等问题。为此,需精准规划旅游区域,构建互利共生的多维路径:依托丰富的村落资源,以经济共生完善乡村旅游规划;挖掘民族文化资源,以文化共生反哺乡村旅游发展;发动新乡贤力量,以社会共生助推乡村智慧文旅;保护村落生态环境,以环境共生活化乡村旅游体验。

从湘西苗绣看非物质文化遗产知识产权保护的难题——基于社科法学的视角

通过社科法学视角,深入剖析湘西苗绣的保护现状、分布特点、研究方法和分析过程,揭示湘西苗绣知识产权保护所面临的困境,并提出加强宣传、教育和旅游开发等策略,促进湘西苗绣的保护与发展,对于其他非物质文化遗产的知识产权保护问题具有重要的现实意义。

黔东南苗族动物纹样在图形设计中的应用研究

黔东南苗族动物纹样在传统文化中具有鲜明的民族特色,其纹样保存至今依旧保持着古朴的样式和风格,对于现代学者研究苗族文化具有极高的参考价值和意义。本文旨在探讨形状文法理论在黔东南苗族动物纹样设计中的创新应用研究,通过对苗族纹样的深入调查和研究,引用形状文法的基本理论和规则对黔东南苗族动物纹样进行提取、构建,最后对纹样的基本图形进行演变组合形成新的图形样式,再将新的纹样应用在丝巾等文创产品设计上,使得苗族纹样以另一种的方式传承和发展。

The Mode of Promoting Industrial Targeted Poverty Alleviation through Land Circulation in Western Mountainous Region of China——A Case Study of Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County in Yunnan Province

In the industrial targeted poverty alleviation,land circulation is a key process. Based on the national strategy of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper combined the industrial development of targeted poverty alleviation with land circulation. According to the field survey on the current situation of land circulation and promotion of the industrial poverty alleviation in the typical project area of Zhongping Village in Zhongping Town and Jiaowuying Village in Jiulong Town in Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County in Yunnan Province,located in the high mountain canyon area of Jinsha River in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in the west of China. This paper summarized and analyzed the organization and operation mechanism,basic practices and main results of the land circulation and promotion of industrial poverty alleviation model in the typical project area of the county. It also summarized the innovation and successful experience of the model,and then came up with measures to further promote the implementation of the model,so as to provide necessary reference for the implementation of land circulation and industrial targeted poverty alleviation for the poverty-stricken counties in Yunnan Province and similar provinces( cities,regions).

A New Potential Caledonian–Indosinian Ore Concentration Area:Evidence from Diagenesis and Mineralization Ages of the Miao'ershan–Yuechengling Region

Objective The Miao＇ershan-Yuechengling composite granite, located in northern Guangxi at the western section of the Nanling Range, is a multi-period and multi-stage composite pluton with an exposed area of more than 3000 km2 （Fig. 1）. Paleozoic and Proterozoic strata are exposed around it, and magmatic activities mainly occurred during the Caledonian and Indosinian periods. Till now, more than one hundred W-Sn-Mo-Pb-Zn-Cu （U） deposits and ore occurrences have been discovered along the inner and outer contact zones of this granite. Through recent years＇ research, we infer that this area is not only a preferred area for studying granite and mineralization in Caledonian and lndosinian periods, but also a potential Caledonian- lndosinian ore-concentrated area.

Wooden Wall Construction of Traditional Miao Stilted Buildings: A Case Study of Xijiang Miao Village in Guizhou

Wooden walls of traditional stilted buildings of Miao Nationality show outstanding regional characteristics. Taking the well-preserved traditional stilted buildings in Xijiang Miao Village for example, this paper focused on the construction units of the wooden wall, and the hierarchy of wooden wall construction, concluded spatial forms of the wooden wall, in order to explore the indigenous construction culture in the wooden wall system, protect and inherit the culture; seek for the ways of expressing national and regional characteristics in the modern architectural designs of relevant cultural regions.

Poverty Alleviation by Helping the Disabled in Impoverished Mountainous Areas of Western China:Taking Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County in Yunnan Province as an Example

Disabled people are the poorest in the rural poor with the biggest difficulty in getting rid of poverty and the highest rate of returning to poverty.They are one of the key groups in rural poverty alleviation work.This is the key and difficult point of winning the fight against poverty.Luquan County is a national poverty-stricken county with a large number of disabled people.Since the implementation of the fight against poverty in 2016,the county has introduced a series of policies and measures to help the disabled to get rid of poverty from housing,medical care,schooling for children of the disabled and income increase,and good results have been achieved in poverty alleviation,making important contributions to the poverty alleviation of the county.Based on field research and interviews,this paper analyzes and condenses the specific practices,main results and successful experience of the poverty alleviation model in Luquan County,Yunnan Province to provide necessary reference for the targeted poverty alleviation by helping the disabled in Yunnan Province and other provinces.

Tuntian System in Miao Region of Western Hunan in Independent Subprefecture Period

After the Miao insurgence in the Qianlong and Jiaqing periods,the government of Qing Dynasty directly raised four separate subprefectures to the independent subprefecture( Zhili Ting),and the state power penetrated into villages of Miao People. The success of this strategy lies in adjustment of Qing government to taxation mode in Miao Region of Western Hunan,which formed the taxation mechanism dependent on Tuntian system. This has both the background of the times and the foresight and sagacity of designers,and shows unique rationalist spirit of the Confucian culture.
