Analytic Hierarchy Process for Technological Risks in the Process of Innovative Drug Development in China

Objective To identify the critical risks in the process of innovative drug research and development,and to provide reference for improving the efficiency of innovative drug development and risk control in China.Methods Expert investigation and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the weights of different risks.Results and Conclusion The research and analysis results showed that the risks at different stages of development had different effects on the success rate of drug development,among which the risk at the drug discovery stage influenced the most.In the drug discovery stage,inappropriate target selection had the greatest impact on the success rate of drug development.The lack of appropriate cell tissue or animal models had the greatest impact on the success rate of drug development from the discovery of a compound to the application for clinical trials.The difference in changes between nonclinical and clinical studies had the greatest impact on the success rate of drug development from early clinical studies to pivotal clinical studies.Incorrect dose selection had the greatest impact on the success rate of drug development from pivotal clinical studies to marketing authorization applications.The biggest impact from the marketing authorization application to the approval stage was inadequate communication with regulators.After investigating the weight of risk factors in the process of innovative drug development based on scientific methods,a new perspective for the risk control of new drug development and improving the research and development efficiency is provided. 展开更多

The main purpose of this literature review is to understand the effectiveness and impacts of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) on the practices of Project Management (PM). For attaining the purposes of the research study, an extensive literature review was conducted, which helped in gaining a theoretical understanding. These findings were then justified with the help of current and relevant secondary sources in the analysis section. The findings suggested that RPA is quite advantageous for implementing in varied aspects of a business, especially in the field of project management. However, it can pose several challenges, which need to be taken into due consideration by the organizations during execution such as the capabilities of the employees and the abilities of the existing systems to incorporate automation, among others. It was ultimately concluded that RPA is highly advantageous for project management teams but its effective implementation is the key to success. 展开更多

First, based on the analysis of traditi onal project management, project management and coordination of distributed coop erative product design in the virtual enterprise is put forward. Then, aiming at the characteristics of a distributed concurrent product design process, the inh erent rules and complex interrelations in product development are studied. Accor dingly, the architecture of project management of distributed cooperative produc t design in a virtual enterprise is presented to adapt to distributed concurrent development of complex products. The main advantages of the architecture are al so discussed. Finally, the emphasis is placed on the project management process. This paper dis~ the relationship of conceptual characteristics between process and project, gives low-level details to tackle the difference between them, and proposes an enterprise process modeling method for project management. Based on the above suggestion, in this paper, we would like to propose the Common Management Process Model of Total Quality Management based on the consideration of situation analysis and more precise definition of TQM Matrix and Three Dimensional Unification Value Model of “Product and Process”. 目的 探讨基于单元的综合安全项目在呼吸科多重耐药菌感染防控中的应用价值。方法 以某院呼吸科2019年1—12月在院患者1093例为对照组,实施常规管理方案;2020年4月—2021年4月在院患者1028例为观察组,启动单元的综合安全项目(Comprehens... 目的 探讨基于单元的综合安全项目在呼吸科多重耐药菌感染防控中的应用价值。方法 以某院呼吸科2019年1—12月在院患者1093例为对照组,实施常规管理方案;2020年4月—2021年4月在院患者1028例为观察组,启动单元的综合安全项目(Comprehensive unit-based safety program, CUSP)计划,将一系列循证干预措施纳入临床管理方案。比较两组患者多重耐药菌(Multi-drug Resistant Organism, MDRO)感染发生率、标本送检正确率、标本送检及时率、抗生素使用规范率、医务人员安全文化、MDRO感染患者住院日数及防控措施落实率。结果 观察组MDRO感染发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=21.380,P<0.001),患者标本送检正确率、送检及时率及抗菌药物使用规范率高于对照组(χ^(2)=58.039,P<0.001;χ^(2)=64.590,P<0.001;χ^(2)=36.169,P<0.001),医务人员安全文化总评分高于对照组(t=-26.666,P<0.001),MDRO感染患者住院日数低于对照组(Z=-2.866,P=0.004),MDRO防控措施落实率高于对照组(χ^(2)=37.854,P<0.001;χ^(2)=21.328,P<0.001;χ^(2)=4.423,P=0.035;χ^(2)=5.985,P=0.014)。结论 在呼吸内科多重耐药菌感染防控中,开展单元的综合安全项目干预能够有效降低MDRO感染发生率,提高病房管理质量,提升病区患者安全文化,缩短MDRO感染患者住院日数及提高病区MDRO防控措施落实率。 展开更多

水利工程质量监督全过程全方位定量评价模型构建

为促进我国水利工程质量监督管理工作运行的高效化,确保工程监督的有效性和权威性,基于AHP(analytic hierarchy process)原理,针对水利部督查小组的现场检查情况,依据水利部下达的相关文件,结合负分制和一票否决制,将定性问题定量化,构... 为促进我国水利工程质量监督管理工作运行的高效化,确保工程监督的有效性和权威性,基于AHP(analytic hierarchy process)原理,针对水利部督查小组的现场检查情况,依据水利部下达的相关文件,结合负分制和一票否决制,将定性问题定量化,构建一套涉及水利工程建设、运行、管理全过程全方位的质量监督管理评价模型,共包含7层2112个指标。在综合试错的基础上,计算得出不同层级和不同指标的权重,然后选用该模型分析评价2020年7个省份受督查水利工程项目的质量管理与安全生产管理监督数据,间接说明模型的实用性和易操作性。评价结果表明:7个省份均在合格以上,整体质量管理情况较好,但得分差异显著,其中最高得分90.6、最低得分65.6,相差25分;不同类型管理评价结果显示,安全生产管理得分普遍高于质量管理得分;各参建单位评价结果显示,建设单位和勘察设计单位的情况最优、评分基本达到满分,而质量检测单位和施工单位得分最低、需重点加强相关监管。评价结果为水利工程监督管理工作提供了科学的数据支撑,构建的评价模型也为水利工程质量监督定量化提供了易实操的普适性工具。 展开更多
