We report the design of a wide-range energy material beamline(E-line) with multiple experimental techniques at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility.The undulators consisted of an elliptically polarizing undulator and in-vacuum undulator that generate the soft and hard X-rays, respectively. The beamline covered a wide energy range from 130 to 18 ke V with both a high photon flux([ 10^(12) phs/s with exit silt 30 lm in soft X-ray and [ 5 9 10^(12) phs/s in hard X-ray within 0.1%BW bandwidth) and promising resolving power(maximum E/DE [ 15,000 in soft X-ray with exit silt 30 lm and [6000 in hard X-ray). Moreover, the beam spots from the soft and hard X-rays were focused to the same sample position with a high overlap ratio, so that the surfaces, interfaces, and bulk properties were characterized in situ by changing the probing depth. 展开更多

An improved model for ultrasonic transducers is proposed. By considering only the first symmetric mode, each layer is represented as an acoustical transmission line in modeling of bulk wave transducers. In imaging applications, wide bandwidth and short time duration are required. The approach we have used consists of impedance matching the front face of the piezoelectric transducer to the propagating medium with a quarter wavelength impedance matching layer and inserting an nnmatching quarter wavelength acoustical layer between the rear face and backing material. A heavy backing would degrade the wide-band phenomena, but show a time duration shorter than 0.5 μs for imaging applications. PSPICE code of the controlled source model is implemented to precisely predict the performance of the matched transducers such as impedance, insertion loss, bandwidth and duration of the impulse response. Good agreement between the simulation and experimental results has been achieved. 展开更多

However, at present, few wide-adaptability sterile lines have been applied in production practice. In this study, Yungu 3A, a new WA-type Indica CMS line with good grain quality, was developed by hybridization between Yunfeng 66A with wide adaptability as female parent and F1 plants of Yunfeng 66B/D62B as male parent and continuous backcrossing. According to the results, the finally obtained lndica CMS line Yungu 3A has good plant type and leaf shape, strong tillering ability, excellent flowering habit, stable and complete male sterility with the sterile plant rate and pollen sterility rate of 100%, strong combining ability, high outcrossing rate, low sensitivity to light and temperature, and strong disease resistance, which was approved by Yunnan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2013. Yungu 3A is conducive to the development of new hybrid rice combinations with good quality and wide adaptability, exhibiting a promising prospect of application. 展开更多

针对当前印刷电路板上相邻微带线之间的串扰抑制问题,提出了一种在超宽带频率范围内利用周期性耦合枝节来抑制微带线远端串扰的电磁兼容设计。在串扰的形成原因分析基础上,该设计将沿传统微带线纵向方向加载的周期性开路枝节进一步与相... 针对当前印刷电路板上相邻微带线之间的串扰抑制问题,提出了一种在超宽带频率范围内利用周期性耦合枝节来抑制微带线远端串扰的电磁兼容设计。在串扰的形成原因分析基础上,该设计将沿传统微带线纵向方向加载的周期性开路枝节进一步与相邻两条微带线之间周期性加载的工字型耦合枝节相结合。微带线上的开路枝节以及线间的耦合枝节主要用于增加微带线等效自感和线间等效互容,并减小线间等效互感,由此显著降低远端串扰强度。同时,线间等效互感的减小能抑制因容性耦合增大而导致的近端串扰上升。全波结果表明,该设计在1~20 GHz范围内可使相邻微带线的远端串扰强度小于-48 dB,且物理结构中不涉及金属化通孔,具有几何结构简单、成本低和可布线空间大等特点。 展开更多

玉米自交系苗期根系形态鉴定及候选基因发掘

以134份玉米自交系为试验材料,对玉米的9个苗期根系性状进行表型鉴定,并利用分布于玉米基因组的44935个SNP标记,基于FarmCPU模型进行全基因组关联分析(GWAS,genome-wide association study)。结果表明9个根系性状表型变异范围在10.86%~5... 以134份玉米自交系为试验材料,对玉米的9个苗期根系性状进行表型鉴定,并利用分布于玉米基因组的44935个SNP标记,基于FarmCPU模型进行全基因组关联分析(GWAS,genome-wide association study)。结果表明9个根系性状表型变异范围在10.86%~55.96%之间,大部分表型间相关性达极显著水平(P<0.001),侧根长和总根长相关系数最高,为0.996,其次为侧根数与总根数达到0.993。共鉴定到32个显著关联的SNP位点(P=1.01e-11~9.74e-05),表型贡献率在0.54%~22.34%之间,主根长、总根长、最大根长、侧根长分别检测到4、8、3、9个显著的SNP位点;总根数、侧根数、不定根数分别检测到10、7、1个显著SNP位点;14个SNP位点同时与多个根系性状关联。12个显著关联位点位于已知根系相关性状QTL(Quantitative trait locus)区间内。共发掘49个根系候选基因,其中GRMZM2G028386(ABI4)、GRMZM2G135713(PUB23)、GRMZM5G870592(MYB98)、GRMZM2G156861(LOX1)、GRMZM2G160005(AUX16)、GRMZM2G126936(NAC2)等是重要的根系候选基因。本研究为克隆玉米根系发育相关基因,解析玉米根系发育分子机制提供了参考。 展开更多

Wide-open V-shaped conjugate strike-slip faults in Asia are typically related to extrusion tectonics. However, the tectonic model based on the slip-line theory of plasticity has some critical problems associated with it. The conjugate sets of slip-lines in plane deformation, according to the theory of plasticity should be normal to each another but, in reality, the angles between the conjugate strike-slip faults, which are regarded as slip-lines in extrusion tectonics in the eastern Mediterranean, Tibet-middle Asia, China and the Indochina Peninsular regions, are always more than 90° (on average -110°) in the direction of contraction. Another problem is that the slip-line theory fails to explain how, in some cases, e.g., in the Anatolian area in the eastern Mediterranean, the extrusion rate is much higher than the indent rate. The two major problems are easy to solve in terms of the Maximum-Effective-Moment (MEM) Criterion that predicts that orientations of the shear zones are theoretically at an angle of 54.7° and practically at angles of 55°± 10° with the σ1- or contractional direction. The orientations of the strike-slip faults that accommodate extrusion tectonics are, therefore, fundamentally controlled by the MEM Criterion. When extrusion is along the MEM-orientations, the extruding rate is normally higher than the indenting rate. 展开更多

To date, few reports have been published on the nuclear malesterility gene of sweet pepper. Yet, there are approximately 20 pepper nuclear malesterility lines in the world. Using the self-developed testing material, sweet pepper nuclear malesterile dual-purpose line AB91, the genome-wide resequencing technique was applied to find that the mutation site causing the abortion of sweet pepper nuclear malesterility AB91 is on chromosome #5. The mutation gene Capana05g000747 was filtered out and validated by the flight mass spectrometry genotyping and quantitative realtime PCR method and determined to be the gene causing the abortion of sweet pepper nuclear male sterility AB91. The gene Capana05g000747 mutation site is a non-synonymous mutation site located at the 6th exon, the base C mutated into A, and the amino acid changed from alanine to serine. The three-dimensional protein structure of fertile and sterile plant Capana05g000747 was predicted. The results showed that the three-dimensional structure of the two proteins differed significantly. Sequence alignment analysis showed that the gene Capana05g000747 has a similar function to gene At2g02148. The gene At2g02148 contains a pentatricopeptide repeat protein which has important physiological functions in the gene expression process of organelles and is closely related to the performance of malesterility genes. Therefore, Capana05g000747 was selected as an important candidate gene for sweet pepper nuclear male sterile testing material AB91. 展开更多

This paper presents a dual band Band Pass Filter (BPF) operating at both the downlink and uplink frequency bands for Ku-band satellite applications. The commonly used frequency band in mobile communications satellites is the Ku-band. These mobile satellite systems help connect remote regions, vehicles, ships, people and aircraft to other parts of the world and/or other mobile or stationary communications units, in addition to serving as navigation systems. The structure of the proposed filter is based on parallel coupled microstrip lines and four sections are used. Tuning the two operational bands can be achieved using two open-circuited stubs at the first and last sections of the parallel coupled microstrip lines. The proposed filter is adjusted to operate at 12.54 GHz and 14.14 GHz for downlink and uplink bands, respectively. The proposed dual band BPF is fabricated, measured, and good agreement is obtained between simulated and measured results. 展开更多

在人类社会和世界诸文明中,线条具有跨文化的普世价值,是人类学、哲学和美学研究的重要对象。西方线条观在艺术史上经历了从欧几里得几何到非欧几何的转向,在近现代逐渐与东方线条美学交叠互渗。以西方线条哲学为参照,有助于当代东亚线... 在人类社会和世界诸文明中,线条具有跨文化的普世价值,是人类学、哲学和美学研究的重要对象。西方线条观在艺术史上经历了从欧几里得几何到非欧几何的转向,在近现代逐渐与东方线条美学交叠互渗。以西方线条哲学为参照,有助于当代东亚线条美学的建构,中国语言文化的“Wen”(文/纹)和“Li”(理/礼),日本美学的“Ma”(间)和“Kire”(切)等重要话语堪为佳例。由此中日书画的线条美学呈现丰赡的新意。线条美学作为前沿发展的论域,可从“穹若”与哲理的维度予以拓展与前瞻。当代线条美学形成了跨文化语境的情势,亟待加强比较与会通研究,以丰富世界美学的当代形态。 展开更多
