Quality Standards of Carpesium lipskyi

[Objectives]The paper was to establish the quality standard of Carpesium lipskyi,and to provide a scientific reference for its quality control and rational development and utilization.[Methods]Morphological identification,microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography(TLC)identification of the herbal samples were performed.The contents of moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extract of the herbal samples were determined,and their total flavonoid content was determined by UV-spectrophotometry.[Results]The average contents of moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extracts of 10 batches of C.lipskyi were 10.38%-12.27%,8.03%-14.72%,1.01%-3.06%and 20.84%-26.82%,respectively.The total flavonoids content ranged from 4.60%to 5.63%.[Conclusions]The established standard can provide a reference for the quality control of C.lipskyi.The tentative regulations stipulate that the moisture content of C.lipskyi shall not exceed 13.0%;the total ash content shall not exceed 15.0%;the acid-insoluble ash content shall not exceed 4.0%;the alcohol-soluble extract shall not be less than 16.0%;and the total flavonoids shall not be less than 3.0%.

有限差分法求解分析抗滑桩(或预应力锚索抗滑桩)常采用Winkle弹性地基梁法。在对有限差分法分析的基础上,文章改进了有限差分法求解抗滑桩全桩内力和变形的计算方法。对全桩整体采用有限差分方法求解其内力,避免了将桩身分为受荷段和锚固段及利用滑面处连续条件求解的复杂过程。该方法对滑坡推力与地基系数取值,可依据实际情况假定为广义形式来模拟土体对抗滑桩的作用工况。能很好地求解预应力锚索作用于桩身或桩身设多道锚索工况下的锚索拉力值。并利用Excel对该方法编程,能便捷地计算抗滑桩内力。分析计算结果,当差分节点单元长度适当时,计算结果能够较好地满足工程应用。对比有限元计算分析结果,相同节点单元长度下两者计算相差较小,且节点长度越小,越接近有限元结果。

Population differences in susceptibility to stress in Littorina saxatilis from metal contaminated and uncontaminated sites in the Isle of Man

The population of the intertidal gastropod Littorina saxcailis from Laxey estuary in the Isle of Man is exposed to mine-related contamination of Zn （and is tolerant to Zn and Pb） compared to those of Castletown, Derbyhaven, Peel and Ramsey. Tolerances to salinity and desiccation stress were assayed to test how metal tolerance could affect tolerance to general stress. The winkles were experimentally exposed to salinities of 0, 17 and 60 practical salinity units （psu） with 34 psu as control. Desiccation stress was determined by aerial exposure of the winkles at 24℃. No control mortalities were recorded and mortalities in 17 psu were less than 50% for all populations over a 24-day exposure period. LT50 values （mean±SD, n=5） at 0 psu ranged from 6.6 ± 0.6 to 7.5 ± 1.3 d for winkles from Ramsey and Laxey respectively. The values for 60 psu ranged from 7.0±0.7 to 8.4±0.9 d. No significant differences in LT50 values were obtained for the salinity exposurcs（ANOVA,P〉0.05） but there was a significant difference in tolerance to desiccation （P〈0.01）. The winkles from Laxey showed very high susceptibility to desiccation stress probably indicating a physiological trade-off to metal tolerance.

Atom-economic macrocyclic amphiphile based on guanidinium-functionalized selenacrown ether acting as redox-responsive nanozyme

Control of self-assembly is significant to the preparation of supramolecular materials, but the control of hydration, responsiveness, dimension, catalysis of macrocyclic amphiphiles in an atom-economic manner is still a great challenge. The herein presented 527 Da low-molecular-weight macrocyclic amphiphile was fabricated by utilizing the selenium-containing crown ether as a hydrophobic motif together with guanidinium group as the hydrophilic moiety. The resulting benzo[21]crown-7 based macrocyclic amphiphile readily forms a redox-responsive solid nanoparticles in water, which can further interconnect into wrinkled pattern on-surface, as well as exhibits as a nanozyme for catalyzing disulfid bond formation. The present work highlights the great potential of guanidinium-and selenium-containing crown ethers for the control of functional assemblies.

光皮桦在杉木采伐迹地中试种初报

2014年开始，在海拔900-950m高的杉木（Cunninghamia lanceolata）纯林采伐迹地中引种光皮桦（Betula luminifera H.Winkl），栽植后对其生长量在不同山体坡位条件下进行对比试验。结果表明：光皮桦造林成活率平均达91.77%；保存率平均达87.50%，中坡的成活率、保存率为最高，不同坡位对光皮桦的造林成活率影响极显著、保存率影响显著。造林第3年的胸径生长量平均达2．13cm,树高生长量平均达432.53cm，不同坡位胸径、树高生长量是山体下坡最高，不同坡位之间的胸径和高生长量影响均达极显著水平。因此，光皮桦可考虑作为杉木人工纯林采伐迹地更新的树种加以推广，但应选择中、下坡位，土层深厚的地段为好。

The present study discovers that Irving＇s tale itself is wealthy with deist and Daoist messages. From three aspects, including Irving＇s access to deism and Daoism, deist and Daoist ideas exemplified through a contrast between nature and humans, and deist and Daoist ways of thinking embodied in the hero, this paper demonstrates how the philosophical ideas are redefined through the text and the hero to function as ways of examining the new nation and articulating the self.
