Some rigorous formulas are provided for direct calculations when Coulomb repulsion is present. According to numerical calculations using above formulas, we investigate the conductance, transport currents, and on site electronic charges of the wire on some special occasions in the interacting case, and also compare them with the results in the noninteracting case. 展开更多

A stranded wires helical spring is formed of a multilayer and coaxial strand of several wires twisted together with the same direction of spiral. Compared with the conventional single wire spring, the stranded wires helical spring has the notable predominance in strength, damping and vibration reduction, which is usually used in aircraft engines, automatic weapons, etc. However, due to its complicated structure, the precise computation of its strength and rigidity need be a correct mathematical model, which then will be imported to finite element analysis software for solutions. Equations on solving geometric parameters, such as external diameters of strands and screw pitches of wires, are put forward in the paper. It also proposes a novel methodology on solving geometric parameters and establishing entity models of the stranded wires helical spring, which provides foundation of computing mechanical parameters by FEA. Then mathematical models on the centre line of the strand and the surface curve of each wire, after closing two ends in a spring, are proposed. Finally, geometric parameters are solved in a case study, and a 3D entity model of a spring with 3 layers and 16 wires is established, which has validated the accuracy of the proposed methodology and the 3D entity mathematical model. The dynamic behavior of the stranded wire helical spring is described by a modified Bouc-Wen model while the model parameters must be identified using an identification method and experimental data. Existing identification methods usually relies either solely nonlinear iterative algorithms or manually trial and error. Therefore, the identification process can be rather time consuming and effort taking. As a result, these methods are not ideal for engineering applications. To come up with a more practical method, a three-stage identification method is proposed. Periodic loading and identification simulations are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. Noises are added to the simulated data to test the performance of the proposed method when dealing with noise contaminated data. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method is able to give satisfying results when the noise levels are set to be 0.01, 0.03, 0.05 and 0.07. In addition, the proposed method is also applied to experimental data and compared with an existing method. The experimental data is acquired through a periodic loading test. The experiment results suggest that the proposed method features better accuracy compared with the existing method. An effective approach is proposed for identifying the model parameters of the stranded wire helical spring. 展开更多

Then, dynamic neural network models, TDNNM (Topside dynamic neural network model) and BHDNNM (Backside width and topside height dynamic neural network model), were established to predict double-sided shape parameters of the weld pool. As regards wire saw cutting fo wafer, however, in traditional wire saw cutting process, the cutting efficiency is low, the wear of wire saw is badly, the surface roughness of wafer is poor etc, which have a seriously impact on the cutting process stability and the use of wafers. Ultrasonic-assisted machining method is very suitable for processing a variety of non-conduc- tive hard and brittle materials, glass, ceramics, quartz, silicon, precious stones and diamonds, etc. In this paper, the force model of ultrusonic-assisted wire saw cutting of SiC monocrystal wafer, based on the kinematic and experi- mental analysis were established. The single factor and orthogonal experimental scheme for different processing pa- rameters such as wire saw speed, part rotation speed of and part feed rate, were carried out in traditional wire saw and ultrasonic-assisted wire saw cutting process. The multiple linear regression method is used to establish the static model among the cutting force, processing parameters and ultrasonic vibration parameters, and the model signifi- cance is verified. The results show, as regards ultrasonic-assisted wire saw cutting of SiC monicrystal wafer, both the tangential and normal cutting forces can reduce about 24. 5%-36% and 36. 6%-40%. 展开更多

光纤线包的结构稳定性显著影响光纤系统的服役状态,为解决以有限单元法为代表的数值分析方法,因光纤线包缠绕层数多、非线性强等因素导致的计算时间长、效率低等问题,根据光纤层间仅受压的特点建立光纤线包结构稳定性的高效计算模型,分... 光纤线包的结构稳定性显著影响光纤系统的服役状态,为解决以有限单元法为代表的数值分析方法,因光纤线包缠绕层数多、非线性强等因素导致的计算时间长、效率低等问题,根据光纤层间仅受压的特点建立光纤线包结构稳定性的高效计算模型,分析光纤的缠绕制度和线径的均匀程度对光纤线包结构稳定性的影响规律,给出线包失稳的线径均匀性临界值。研究结果表明:相比于有限元仿真,该模型在不损失计算精度的前提下计算效率可提升约100倍;等残余张力缠绕制度更有利于线包的结构稳定性;当线径的偏差值超过标准线径的±3%时,光纤位移急剧增大,严重影响光纤线包的结构稳定性;此研究对于多层光纤线包绕制工艺的实时分析和控制具有重要的意义。 展开更多

立井提升系统作为煤矿生产中的主要运输设备,其核心构件钢丝绳常因工作负荷大、受到腐蚀、磨损等原因而产生断丝引发事故。传统的立井提升机钢丝绳检测算法存在效率低、劳动强度大、智能化程度差和准确率低等问题。基于此,提出一种改进Y... 立井提升系统作为煤矿生产中的主要运输设备,其核心构件钢丝绳常因工作负荷大、受到腐蚀、磨损等原因而产生断丝引发事故。传统的立井提升机钢丝绳检测算法存在效率低、劳动强度大、智能化程度差和准确率低等问题。基于此,提出一种改进YOLOv5s模型,并基于改进的模型进行矿井钢丝绳断丝检测。首先,设计Swiener滤波算法进行钢丝绳图像运动模糊修复,抑制噪声干扰;其次,在特征提取阶段,引入RFC3轻量化模块降低模型可训练参数,提升钢丝绳检测速度;第三,提出CBAM R注意力机制,增强模型对小断口断丝的检测能力;最后,引入Focal EIoU损失函数,提高模型对小断口断丝的检测精度并加速模型收敛。研究结果表明:所提出的基于注意力机制矿用钢丝绳断丝检测算法(CTR YOLO)可以更好地满足实际应用需求,减少了误检、漏检导致的人力成本浪费及安全事故的发生。 展开更多
