Pollutant emissions,energy consumption and economic development in China:Evidence from dynamic panel data

This study investigates the relationship among pollutant emissions,energy consumption and economic development in China during the period 1982-2007 by using a one-step GMM-system model under a multivariable panel VAR framework,controlling for capital stock and labor force.Regarding the data for all 28 provinces as a whole,we find that there is a unidirectional positive relationship running from pollutant emission to economic development and a unidirectional negative relationship between pollutant emission and energy consumption.Based on traditional economic planning,the panel data of28 provinces are divided into two cross-province groups.It is discovered that in the eastern coastal region of China,there is only a unidirectional positive causal relationship leading from economic development to pollutant emission;while in the central and western regions,there are the unidirectional Granger causal relationships between pollutant emission and energy consumption,as well as between pollutant emission and economic development.There is also a unique unidirectional causal relationship running from economic development to energy consumption,which does not appear in the eastem coastal region or in China as a whole.

Spatial spillover effects of official development assistance on environmental pressure in sub-Saharan African(SSA)countries

Impoverished sub-Saharan Africa(SSA)is under increasing environmental pressure from global environmental changes.It is now generally accepted in academic circles that economic development in SSA countries can cause environmental pressure in other countries.However,there is research gap on the impact of economic assistance on environmental pressure in SSA countries and whether economic assistance causes spatial spillovers of environ-mental pressure between SSA countries.To better understand the impact of economic assistance on environmental pressures in SSA,a dynamic spatial Dubin panel model was developed.It helped us explore the spatial spillover effects of economic assistance on environmental pressures in recipient countries based on the panel data from 34 SSA countries.The results show that economic assistance had a positive stimulating effect on environmen-tal pressures of recipient countries,which means that the degree of human disturbance to the environment has deepened.Due to the regional correlation effect,neighboring countries were saddled with environmental pres-sures from the target country.Moreover,environmental pressures have time inertia,which can easily produce a snowball effect.The decomposition of effects shows that the impact of economic assistance on environmental pressures is relatively minor.Environmental pressures have spillover effects,so to deal with diffuse risks,joint regional prevention and control policies should be developed.

DIAGONAL POINT BY POINT SURFACE DEVELOPMENT METHOD BASED ON NURBS SURFACE FOR BLANK SHAPE ESTIMATION OFCOVER PANEL

According to the characteristics of a complex cover panel, its geometry shape is described by the NURBS surface with great description capability. With the reference to the surface classification determined by Gauss curvature, the proportion of the mid-surface area between before and after being developed is derived from the displacement variation of the mid-surface in the normal vector direction of the sheet metal during the sheet metal forming process. Hereby, based on the curve development theory in differential geometry, a novel diagonal point by point surface development method is put forward to estimate a complex cover panel＇s blank contour efficiently. By comparing the sample＇s development result of diagonal point by point surface development method with that of available one-step method, the validity of the proposed surface development method is verified.

A design and application of compound multi-functional sensor in wood-based panel processing

A compound multi-functional sensor was designed by the study on the on-line testing technology of wood-based panels, and its properties of shape, functions, size, resistance to special environment were studied in details. The operational principles of different sensors, technical flow of manufacturing, development of software systems of special functions, and the assessments of technical specification were also be introduced. This sensor adopted many new technologies, such as the applications of piezoresistant effect and heat sensitive effect can effectively measure the pressure and temperature, digital signal processing technology was used to extract and treat signals, and resist interference, encapsulation technology was used to keep the normal run of sensor under a harsh environment. Thus, the on-line compound multi-functional temperature/pressure sensor can be applied better to supervise the production of wood-based panels. All technical specifications of the compound multi-functional sensor were tested and the results met the requirements of the equipments.

Empirical Study on the Relationship between Economic Development and Urban Construction Land in China: Based on the Panel Data of Provinces

The panel data of 31 provinces,cities and autonomous regions was used in order to test the relationship between economic development and urban land. The result showed that the sequences of economic development and urban land were in accordance with first order integration. Secondly,there was cointegration between economic development and urban land and the cointegration equation illustrated that 10% of increase in GDP per capita would drive 4. 94% of expansion in city construction land. Thirdly,according to error correction model,economic development is the Granger cause of urban land expansion in the long term while the reverse relationship was not proved. In short-term,economic development and urban land expansion were Granger causes of each other. The long-term equilibrium can only regulate the short-term imbalance of urban land,arriving at 33. 83%. Therefore,the government should formulate related policies to encourage real estate developers and enterprises to increase land utilization efficiency,strictly control the increase of urban land and regulate short-term imbalance.

Analysis on the Sustainable Development Capability of New Energy Listed Companies in China

From the aspects of profitability, debt paying ability, operational capacity, cash flow capacity, and innovation capacity, the sustainable development evaluation system of new energy listed companies in China was established, and then an empirical analysis was conducted. Finally, some policy suggestions were put forward. The empirical analysis shows that there are many problems in the sustainable development of new ener- gy listed companies in China.

区域创新发展能力评价与空间差异测度

区域创新发展能力是区域经济在发展过程中获取竞争优势的重要影响因素,文章从区域创新发展规模、区域创新发展条件、区域创新发展活力、区域创新发展环境四个子系统筛选出20个可观测指标构建区域创新发展能力评价指标体系,应用面板数据熵权法对我国31个省份2014—2019年创新发展能力进行综合评价,利用泰尔指数和莫兰指数对创新发展能力空间差异特征进行分析,并为区域创新发展能力实现协同发展提供参考。

大枣产业发展对榆林乡村振兴的影响实证——基于面板固定效应模型

以榆林乡村振兴局搜集到的大枣产业数据和榆林统计年鉴(2013~2022)的数据为基础,采用最小二乘法估计面板固定效应模型参数,然后通过逐步回归法逐步分析红枣产业整体发展水平kit、红枣总产值占比d_eit、种植面积占比d_fit和红枣产量占比d_git对乡村农民收入、产业融合和乡村就业的影响。结果表明,无论是单变量,还是多个变量的情况下,kit、d_eit、d_fit、d_git对乡村农民收入产业融合都有着正向影响;在多变量下,加入d_fit和d_git后没有通过显著性检验,但kit、d_eit对乡村农民收入和产业融合呈现为正向显著影响。最后根据分析结果,总结了当前榆林大枣产业发展的问题,并提出了相应的建议。以期为提升榆林市大枣产业的经济效益、促进乡村振兴战略的开展和实施提供参考。

互联网发展能否提升农业劳动力配置效率?

在要素市场化配置改革快速推进的背景下,互联网发展对农业劳动力配置效率发挥着重要影响。基于中国2011—2020年省级层面数据,实证检验互联网发展对农业劳动力配置效率的影响及机制。研究发现:互联网发展能够显著提升农业劳动力配置效率;异质性分析发现,在沿海和内陆地区,互联网发展都能够提高农业劳动力配置效率,且在内陆地区的影响幅度更大;在户籍制度改革之后,互联网发展对农业劳动力配置效率产生显著的推动作用;在农业劳动力配置效率越低的地区,互联网发展对农业劳动力配置效率的影响幅度越大;机制分析结果表明,互联网发展会通过降低农业资本价格扭曲渠道提高农业劳动力配置效率。

基于机身壁板制孔离线编程系统设计及应用

2014-2020年国家农民专业合作社示范社基本信息数据集

国家农民专业合作社示范社是在国家层面上设立的示范组织,旨在推广和示范农民专业合作社的良好经验和做法,它由政府支持和引导,享受特殊政策和资源支持,并承担着示范引领的责任。构建国家示范社基本信息数据集可以为评估合作社扶持政策效果提供数据基础,在此基础上可以为政府制定新型农业经营主体高质量发展政策提供决策参考。该数据集以《国家农民专业合作社示范社评定及监测暂行办法》(农经发[2013]10号,以下简称“《办法》”)为依据,搜集整理了2014-2020年国家相关部委公示的国家农民专业合作社示范社名录,并为其匹配了入选、移出国家示范社名单的年份,以及成立年份、退出(注销、吊销)年份、所在地县级行政区划等信息,最终形成了囊括1万余家国家示范社基本信息的数据集,并在此基础上构成面板数据。通过该数据集,可以更好地了解不同地区优质农民合作社的生命周期和存续情况,深入分析合作社高质量发展的区域差异及其背后的驱动因素。

劳动力成本驱动物流业发展研究

选取2004—2020年长三角城市群26市的面板数据,采用熵值法测算各城市物流发展水平并描述其演变规律,利用普通面板模型、面板向量自回归模型及门槛模型探究劳动力成本对物流发展水平的影响。结果表明:各城市物流发展水平整体上有所进步,具有明显的俱乐部趋同现象和惯性发展趋势。劳动力成本是物流发展水平的驱动因素,劳动力成本的正向影响存在阶段性,当劳动力成本和产业结构跨越门槛值时,其促进作用呈先弱后强的非线性特征。

科学、技术的互动及其对经济发展的影响:基于panel data的实证研究

进入知识经济社会,发展中国家的追赶和发展过程,更加依赖于科学、技术及其二者之间的相互作用。本文在前人研究的基础上,选择了中国30个省(市、自治区)的板面数据进行初步实证分析。研究发现,中国的基础科学研究、技术进步对经济发展存在显著的促进作用,技术进步对经济发展的直接贡献要远大于基础科学研究的贡献;然而基础科学研究与技术进步之间的相互作用机制不甚理想,致使科学研究的作用未能很好发挥。最后在实证研究的基础上对科技和经济发展提供了若干对策建议,并提出进一步研究的建议。

基于Panel Data模型的中国土地市场发育区域差异及其对房价的影响

研究目的:分析中国土地市场发育的区域差异,以及这种差异对房价的影响。研究方法:面板数据模型。研究结果:(1)中国土地市场发育水平存在区域差异,区域内部的发育水平也不尽相同,东、中、西部的差异呈现先缩小后加大的趋势;(2)土地市场发育对房价的影响同样存在区域差异,东部、中部地区具有负向影响,且东部较中部显著,西部地区具有正向影响。研究结论:(1)提高土地市场发育水平可以促使房价达到合理水平;(2)在提高土地市场化水平的基础上不断完善市场经济环境,有利于这种作用的实现。

农村金融支持农业发展的实证研究——基于Panel数据的实证研究

通过实证测算农村金融与农业发展关系。在土地、技术等条件不变的情况下,每提高1%的农村金融支持将会有0.024 040%的农业增长。这说明在我国目前的金融支农模式下,金融支持可以促进农业发展,但是效果不是很明显,需要进一步提高农村金融支农的力度。最后,提出了措施建议。

低碳技术创新、区域经济发展对汽车业碳排放的影响机制研究

为了探究低碳技术创新、经济发展对汽车业碳排放的影响,基于我国新能源汽车较为普及的7个省市2013—2020年的数据,采用静态面板模型和动态面板模型,细致分析低碳技术创新、区域经济发展对汽车业碳排放量的影响,并通过分样本回归检验低碳技术创新、经济发展对燃油车碳排放和新能源车碳排放的异质性影响。研究表明:低碳技术创新对汽车业碳排放量有显著负向影响,区域经济发展对汽车业碳排放量有显著正向影响;汽车业碳排放具有延续性特征,受前期排放量的影响较大;低碳技术水平的进步可以更有效地促进燃油车的碳减排,而经济发展水平的提高则会更显著影响新能源汽车的碳减排。

金融发展与经济增长关系研究——基于黑龙江省13个地市的PanelData分析

从中国金融发展和经济增长现状出发,以黑龙江省为研究代表,选择因子分析方法,筛选出评价金融发展规模和金融发展效率的六个指标。运用1999—2012年黑龙江省13个地市的面板数据,选择截面固定效应模型,结果证明金融发展与经济增长之间存在长期稳定关系。研究得出,保险业经济深度指标对经济发展影响最大,资本形成总额占储蓄总额指标次之。最后提出应从扩大金融规模、提高金融效率和优化金融结构三个方面,促进中国金融与经济的可持续发展。

对外开放、金融发展与海洋产业集聚——基于Panel Data模型的省际差异分析

在着力发展海洋产业的时代背景下,梳理出对外开放、金融发展与海洋产业集聚之间的作用机理,基于1997—2012年中国沿海11个省份的面板数据,运用Panel Data模型,实证了对外开放条件下,我国金融发展对海洋产业集聚作用的省际差异性。检验结果显示,金融发展水平与海洋产业集聚程度之间并非正相关,对外开放作为至关重要的条件因素,直接制约着金融要素作用的发挥。说明各省必须依照实际情况,三者协调发展,才能有效促进海洋产业的集聚。
