目的系统整合癌症生存者重返工作社会支持真实体验,为开展社会支持提供参考。方法全面检索知网、万方、PubMed、Embase、Scopus、Web of Science、CINAHL、Cochrane Library等数据库,纳入有关癌症生存者重返工作社会支持真实体验的质性...目的系统整合癌症生存者重返工作社会支持真实体验,为开展社会支持提供参考。方法全面检索知网、万方、PubMed、Embase、Scopus、Web of Science、CINAHL、Cochrane Library等数据库,纳入有关癌症生存者重返工作社会支持真实体验的质性研究。检索时限为2012年11月至2022年11月,采用JBI(Joanna Briggs Institute)质性研究质量评价工具进行文献质量评价,并对文献进行Meta整合。结果共纳入26篇文章,归纳为9个新类别,合成2个整合结果,即积极的支持体验和消极的支持体验。结论应充分关注癌症生存者在重返工作过程中的社会支持体验和需求,建立支持干预措施,完善癌症生存者职业保障制度,促进其重返工作重返社会。展开更多
目的系统整合我国护士实践“互联网+护理服务”体验的质性研究,为提升护士实践体验,完善“互联网+护理服务”管理制度提供参考依据。方法检索中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国知网、万方数据库、维普、Web of Science、Pubmed、Embase收...目的系统整合我国护士实践“互联网+护理服务”体验的质性研究,为提升护士实践体验,完善“互联网+护理服务”管理制度提供参考依据。方法检索中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国知网、万方数据库、维普、Web of Science、Pubmed、Embase收录的关于护士实践“互联网+护理服务”体验的质性研究,检索时间为建库至2022年5月。结果共纳入7篇文献,提炼30个研究结果归纳组合成9个类别,进一步综合得到3个整合结果:护士认可“互联网+护理服务”实践的意义和价值,护士担忧“互联网+护理服务”的安全性及其对工作生活造成影响,护士认为“互联网+护理服务”的实施需要多方支持、相关培训及法律保障。结论我国护士在实践“互联网+护理服务”中体验复杂,管理者应重视其工作体验,满足护士的培训需求,强化支持系统,制定和完善相关制度与政策。展开更多
