[Objectives]To screen out the main effective components of Wulan Shisanwei Decoction in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia based on the method of network pharmacology,predict the target and ...[Objectives]To screen out the main effective components of Wulan Shisanwei Decoction in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia based on the method of network pharmacology,predict the target and explore the possible mechanism.[Methods]13 components of Wulan Shisanwei Decoction were searched on the TCMSP data platform,the corresponding active components were found and the corresponding targets were searched in Pubchem database.GeneCards database was used to screen the corresponding targets of hypertension and hyperlipidemia.The core target PPI network of Wulan Shisanwei Decoction in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia was constructed by processing in STRING database.The effective data were imported into Cytoscape 3.8.0 to analyze the network topology parameters,and they were screened according to the degree value greater than the average value.Finally,the relevant information about the core target of Wulan Shisanwei Decoction in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia was obtained.GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis were carried out for core targets in DAVID database.The visualization map of"drug-component-target-disease"was drawn by Cytoscape 3.8.0.[Results]A total of 85 active components were obtained from Wulan Shisanwei Decoction,and there were 1532 corresponding targets.A total of 303 key targets were obtained by intersecting corresponding drug targets with disease targets.3178 biological processes were obtained by GO analysis(P<0.05)and 192 signaling pathways were obtained by KEGG enrichment analysis(P<0.05).[Conclusions]It was predicted that the main active components of Wulan Shisanwei Decoction in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia were stigmasterol,acacetin,pectolinarigenin,isorhamnetin,alizarin,quercetin,nordamnacanthal,kaempferol,luteolin,glyceollin,kushenol,t,3-methylkempferol,ellagic acid,etc.20 core targets were selected in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia:SRC,STAT3,HSP90AA1,MAPK1,MAPK3,PIK3R1,HRAS,GRB2,PIK3CA,AKT1,PTPN11,ESR1,LCK,EGFR,FYN,EP300,RELA,JUN,LYN,RHOA.These targets were involved in PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,lipid and atherosclerosis,proteoglycan in cancer,Ras signaling pathway,etc.to exert a response to oxidative stress,cellular response to chemical stress,peptidyl-tyrosine phosphorylation and peptide tyrosine modification,and can intervene in the early stage of the disease.It may be the potential mechanism of Wulan Shisanwei Decoction in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia.展开更多

This paper aims to analyze Wulan Delta’s morphodynamics as well as its impacts on the socio-economic condition of the community. The morphodynamics is interpreted visually and digitally using a maximum livelihood analysis of multiscale and multi-temporal images. The socio-economic impact is defined by field observations and in-depth interviews to the community and stakeholders. Analysis during the period of 1931-2010 showed that Wulan Delta had been changed morphologically from straight with small arc-like (arcuate) to bird-foot (digitate) with a plausible change into rounded (lobate) in the future, which represented dominant sedimentation by oceanographic rather than fluvial processes. Land expansion in Wulan Delta led to landuse change in Wedung, i.e. expansion of settlement area to 167 ha and fish pond area to 1014 ha in 2000-2010. Most settlements in the area, which are built linearly to river levees, own a high vulnerability to both river flood and tidal inundation. Therefore, dissemination about knowledge of the disaster and coastal zone management, as a means of increasing awareness, becomes necessary in integrating the coastal management in Wulan Delta together with improvement in infrastructure and proper regional development. The proper development strategy for the coastal village is aggressive maintenance strategy, including public infrastructure revitalization, quality improvement for human resources, and silvofishery system. Law enforcement on coastal zoning regulations is necessary to achieve an integrated and sustainable coastal zone management.展开更多

Early Paleozoic magmatism and metamorphism can pro- vide important constraints on the ...The nature and evolution of the Proto-Tethys Ocean originated from the breakup of the supercontinent Rodinia remain controversial. Early Paleozoic magmatism and metamorphism can pro- vide important constraints on the closure of the Proto-Tethys Ocean. This paper reports on a set of geological, petrographical, geochronological, mineralogical and geochemical data for Early Paleozoic granite, gabbro, granulite and granitic leucosome in the northern Wulan terrane of the Quanji Massif. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating reveals two episodes of magmatism, with the emplacement of a gran- itic pluton at 476.7±2.8 Ma and a gabbroic dike at 423±2 Ma. Whole-rock geochemistry suggests an arc affinity for the magma of the granitic pluton but a post-collisional extension setting for the gabbroic dike. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating also shows that the peak granulite-facies metamorphism and anatexis occurred at --475 Ma, coeval with the formation of the granitic pluton in the Quanji Massif as well as the early lawsonite-bearing eclogites in the North Qaidam high-pressure and ultrahigh-pressure (HP-UHP) metamorphic belt to the south. The granulite-facies metamorphism with peak P-T condi- tions at 718-729 ℃ and 0.46-0.53 GPa is characterized by an anticlockwise P-T path. Our data provide compelling evidence for Early Paleozoic paired metamorphic belts with HP-UHP metamorphism in the North Qaidam to the south and low PIT metamorphism in the Quanji Massif as a continental arc to the north, hence suggesting a northward subduction polarity for the Proto-Tethys oceanic plate. The intrusion of the post-collisional gabbroic dike supports for the closure of the Proto-Tethys Ocean in north- western China before 423 Ma.展开更多
