This paper analyzes 1,662 travelogues about the Wulong tourism destination from the Mafengwo platform using literature research and network text analysis.The goal is to identify the driving factors affecting Wulong’s...This paper analyzes 1,662 travelogues about the Wulong tourism destination from the Mafengwo platform using literature research and network text analysis.The goal is to identify the driving factors affecting Wulong’s tourism service experience and suggest improvements.By extracting high-frequency words and analyzing emotions from the travelogues,tourists’conceptions and perceptions were identified and the factors affecting the tourism service experience in Wulong were summarized into six categories:tourism resource attractions,tourism transportation,tourism facilities and digital services,cultural charms,special cuisines,and environmental ambiance.Tourists’emotional perceptions of Wulong are primarily positive,with negative perceptions mainly related to unsatisfactory tourism facilities and digital services in the Wulong scenic area.This study helps the Wulong tourist destination understand the issues and deficiencies in tourists’service experiences,providing significant guidance for improving service quality and offering data support for service marketing and optimization.展开更多

In the southern part of the pluton, some mafic enclaves have sharp or gradational contact rel...The Indosinian post-collisional Wulong pluton intruded into the Mesoproterozoic Fuping Group, South Qinling, central China. In the southern part of the pluton, some mafic enclaves have sharp or gradational contact relationships with the host biotite granodiorite. Geochemistry, zircon LA-ICP MS (laser ablation inductively-coupled plasma mass spectrometry) U-Pb chronology and Sr- Nd-Pb isotope geochemistry of the pluton are reported in this paper. The biotite granodiorite shows close compositional similarities to high-silica adakite. Its chondrite-normalized REE patterns are characterized by strong HREE depletion (Yb = 0.33--0.96 10-6 and Y = 4.77-11.19 ×10^-6), enrichment of Ba (775-1386 x 10-6) and Sr (643-1115 × 10^-6) and high Sr/Y (57.83-159.99) and Y/Yb (10.99-14.32) ratios, as well as insignificant Eu anomalies (6Eu = 0.70-0.83), suggesting a feldspar-poor, garnet±amphibole-rich residual mineral assemblage. The mafic enclaves have higher MgO (4.15- 8.13%), Cr (14.79-371.31 × 10-6), Ni (20.00-224.24× 10^-6) and Nb/Ta (15.42-21.91) than the host granodiorite, implying that they are mantle-derived and might represent underplated mafic magma. Zircon LA-ICP MS dating of the granodiorite yields a ^206pb/^238U weighted mean age of 208±2 Ma (MSWD=0.50, 1σ), which is the age of emplacement of the host biotite granodiorite. This age indicates that the Wulong pluton formed during the late-orogenic or post-collisional stage (〈242±21 Ma) of the South Qinling belt. The host biotite granodiorite displays ^87Sr/^86Sr = 0.7059-0.7062, Isr = 0.7044-- 0.7050,^143Nd/^144Nd = 0.51236-0.51238, εNd(t)= -2.26 to -2.66 to ^206Pb/^204pb = 18.099-18.209, ^207pb/^204pb = 15.873-15.979 and ^208pb/^204pb = 38.973-39.430. Those ratios are similar to those of the Mesoproterozoic Yaolinghe Group in the South Qinling. Furthermore, its Nd isotopic model age (-1.02 Ga) is consistent with the age (-1.1 Ga) of the Yaolinghe Group. Based on the integrated geological and geochemical studies, coupled with previous studies, the authors suggest that the Wulong adakitic biotite granodiorite was probably generated by dehydration melting of the Yaolinghe Group-like thickened mafic crust, triggered by underplating of mafic magma at the boundary of the thickened mafic crust and hot lithospheric mantle, and that the Wulong adakitic biotite granodiorite may have resulted from thinning and delamination of the lower crust or breakoff of the subducting slab of the Mianlue ocean during the Indosinian post-collisional orogenic stage of the Qinling orogenic belt.展开更多
The Wulong lode deposit contains over 80 tonnes of gold with an average grade of 5.35 g/t.It is one of the largest deposits in Dandong City,Liaoning Province in northeast China.Previous studies on the deposit focused ...The Wulong lode deposit contains over 80 tonnes of gold with an average grade of 5.35 g/t.It is one of the largest deposits in Dandong City,Liaoning Province in northeast China.Previous studies on the deposit focused on its geological characteristics,geochemistry,fluid inclusions,and the timing of gold mineralization.However,controversy remains regarding the origin of the ore-forming fluids and metals,and the genesis of the gold deposit.This paper presents zircon U-Pb and pyrite Rb-Sr ages and S,Pb,He,and Ar isotopic results along with quartz H and O isotopic data for all litho-units associated with the deposit.Laser ablation inductively coupled mass spectrometry measurements yielded zircon U-Pb dates for samples of pre-mineralization rocks like granite porphyry dike,the Sanguliu granodiorite,fine-grained diorite,and syn-mineralization diorite,as well as post-mineralization dolerite,and lamprophyre;their emplacement ages are 126±1 Ma,124±1 Ma,123±1 Ma,120±1 Ma,119±2 Ma,and 115±2 Ma,respectively.The pyrite Rb-Sr isochron age is 119±1 Ma,indicating that both magmatism and mineralization occurred during the Early Cretaceous.The δ18OH2 O values of ore-forming hydrothermal fluids from the quartz-polymetallic sulfide vein stage vary from 4.8‰to 6.5‰,and the δDv-SMOW values are between-67.7‰and-75.9‰,indicating that the ore-forming fluids were primarily magmatic.The noble gas isotope compositions of fluid inclusions hosted in pyrite suggest that the ore-forming fluids were dominantly derived from crustal sources with minor mantle input.Sulfur isotopic values of pyrite vary between 0.2‰and 3.5‰,suggesting that S was derived from a homogeneous magmatic source or possibly from fluids derived from the crust.The Pb isotopic compositions of sulfides(207 Pb/204 Pb=15.51-15.71,206 Pb/204 Pb=17.35-18.75,208 Pb/204 Pb=38.27-40.03) indicate that the Pb of the Wulong gold deposit is a mixture of crust and mantle components.Geochronological and geochemical data,together with the regional geological history,indicate that Early Cretaceous magmatism and mineralization of the Wulong gold deposit occurred during the rollback of the subducting Paleo-Pacific Plate,which resulted in lithospheric thinning and the destruction of the North China Craton(NCC),which indicates that the deposit is of magmatic-hydrothermal origin.展开更多

With quartz fluid inclusions as an object of study, the authors investigated phase characteristics, compositional variations, temperature and pressure changes, fluid evolution, Pb isotope tracing and Rb-Sr isotopic dating of fluid inclusions entrapped in the above three metallogenic stages. The results show that Na+ is decreased obviously with metallogenic evolution, while K+ and other cations and gas compositions (H2, CO, CH4 and CO2) are increased slightly, and that the temperature and salinity vary in a pulsating manner along with the metallogenic evolution. Inverse calculation of hydrogen and oxygen isotopes indicate that at the first metallogenic stage the fluids were magmatic water, at the second stage they were dominated by magmatic water with a minor amount of meteoric water involved, and at the third stage, i.e., the final stage of metallogenesis, the fluids were composed completely of meteoric water. Its Pb isotopic composition implicates that the ore lead has some affinities with the lead in the Sanguliu granite, but the linear array of the ore-lead isotopic data reflects a mixing source of two end members. It can be deduced that the ore-forming materials and magma were both derived mainly from the same magma source region at depths. The Rb-Sr isotopic ages of the fluid inclusions are 112.2±3.2 Ma, indicating that the Wulong gold deposit was formed during the Yanshanian period.展开更多

Thirty-two geese of 9 months old were selected and divided into four groups randomly, with eight geese in each group. Four groups were fed with the isocaloric and isonitrogenous diets of different EMC contents (12, 19, 25 and 31%), respectively. The results showed that, as dietary EMC increased, dry matter (DM) digestibility was decreased significantly, meanwhile the digestibility of crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) increased significantly (P<0.05). The ratio of apparent essential amino acid (EAA) digestibility (except Leu) among the four groups had significant difference (P<0.01). the content of NH3-N in feces dropped (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in net protein utilization (NPU), N apparent digestibility, N deposition and Ca apparent digestibility in different groups (P> 0.05). The apparent digestibility of P in different groups elevated, while there was significant difference between group D and A (P<0.01), and there was significant difference between group D and B (P<0.05).展开更多
The importance of the local economy of the development of tourism resources in China's relatively underdeveloped minority areas is already common knowledge in academic and business circles. However it's necessary to...The importance of the local economy of the development of tourism resources in China's relatively underdeveloped minority areas is already common knowledge in academic and business circles. However it's necessary to research more on specific patterns of tourism development in these ethnic minority areas. This paper studies Wulong Stockade in Beichuan County in Sichuan Province and examines the distinctive experience of the local Qiang community about developing local tourism resources and the local funding of the development. It notes how the introduction of new re-afforestation laws of 1999 affected the traditional, agriculture-based economy and how a member of the communio: was a key motivator in initiating tourism as a new economic resource. It has also explored changes in the economic conditions of Qiang peasants since tourism began in Wulong Stockade, where local incomes have increased considerably. This paper focuses on a characteristic Qiang area in the mountains of western Sichuan, demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of community tourism development, and uggests that other ethnic minority mountain villages in rural areas draw lessons from Wulong Stockade's experience.展开更多

Granite and fine-gra ined diorite dikes in the ore deposit were altered by metallogenic fluid. Based on the altered zoning, the samples of petrochemistry were collected and major an d trace elements were analyzed systematically. Calculation of rock mass balance shows that the major elements (SiO 2, K 2O, P 2O 5, Fe 2O 3) in the two ty pical altered rocks are clearly added into the altered system, and that trace el ements (V, Y, Zr, Ni, Co, Sr) assume an increasing and decreasing tendencies in the altered granite and altered diorite dike, respectively. The fluid/rock ratio s are 30.17-181.00 and 115.44-692.67 respectively for altered granite and alte red diorite dike, they have profoundly effects on metallogenesis.展开更多

The activities of plasma Alkaline Phosphatase (AKP), Acid Phosphatase (ACP), Choline Esterace (CHE), Lactic Dehydrogenase (LDH), Glutamicoxalacetic Transaminase (GOT) and Glutamatepyruvate Transaminase (GPT) were determined and then their correlations with fiber digestibility and the apparent digestibility of Ca, R Met and Cys were analyzed. The results showed that the activity of AKP took on a significant downtrend as the increasing of Leymus chinensis proportion (P〈0.05). There was a negative correlation between the AKP activity and the digestibility of crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) (P〈0.05). However, there was a significant positive correlation between the AKP activity and the apparent digestibility of Ca, Met and Cys (P〈0.05). Moreover, the activities of the other five enzymes had no significant correlation with the digestibility of CF, NDF, ADF, and the apparent digestibility of Ca, Met and Cys (P〉0.05).展开更多

The diets contained different contents of Ca and P to determine the best level for the early growth of Wulong goose. The result suggested that, during the early period, the proportion of Ca and NPP (non-Phytate Phosnhorus) had significant influence on its growth (P < 0.05), when the dietary level of Ca was 0.65% and NPP was 0.30% (the proportion of Ca and NPP was 2.17:1), the liveweight gain was higher, so were the eviscerated ratio and eviscerated weight with giblet ratio, feed/gain(F/G) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity at four weeks were lower. The Wulong goose grew well at the proportion between 1.88 : 1 and 2.50 : 1, and grew worst at 1.38 : 1.展开更多

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of pantothenic acid on the growth performance,slaughter performance, lipid metabolism, and antioxidant function of one-to four-week-old Wulong geese and determine the...This experiment was conducted to study the effects of pantothenic acid on the growth performance,slaughter performance, lipid metabolism, and antioxidant function of one-to four-week-old Wulong geese and determine the appropriate supplemental level of pantothenic acid. A total of 360 one-day-old Wulong geese were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 geese(5 males and 5 females) per replicate. The geese in group Ⅰ(control group) were fed a basal diet, and the geese in groups Ⅱ to Ⅵ(experimental groups) were given the basal diet supplemented with 8, 15, 30, 60, and120 mg/kg pantothenic acid, respectively. The experiment lasted for 4 weeks. Based on the results of unrelated comparative analysis, the body weight was the highest when the dietary pantothenic acid level was 27.57 mg/kg. When the dietary pantothenic acid level was 26.17 mg/kg, the average daily gain peaked. When the dietary pantothenic acid level was 15.50 mg/kg, the feed:gain ratio was the lowest.The percentage of abdominal fat in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.05). The content of total cholesterol in serum in groups III to Ⅴ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.05). The triglyceride content in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.01). The high-density lipoprotein—cholesterol content in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.05). The total antioxidant capacity of serum and liver in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.05). The malondialdehyde content in the liver in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.05), Glutathione peroxidase activity in the serum in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.05). Glutathione peroxidase activity in the liver in groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.01). The addition of pantothenic acid in the diet of one-to four-week-old Wulong geese significantly affected the growth performance,slaughter performance, lipid metabolism, and antioxidant function of the geese. In terms of economic benefits, the optimal supplemental level of pantothenic acid in one-to four-week-old geese was15.50 mg/kg.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of Wulong Xiaozheng Wan medicated serum on the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of BGC823 cell induced by transforming growth factor-β,(TGF-β,) and to explore its mechanism.ME...OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of Wulong Xiaozheng Wan medicated serum on the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of BGC823 cell induced by transforming growth factor-β,(TGF-β,) and to explore its mechanism.METHODS:EMT model of BGC823 was stimulated by TGF-β1.Wulong Xiaozheng Wan medicated serum and LY-364947 were used as intervention.The proliferation and adhesion of BGC823 were detected by 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide and flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis.The invasion and migration were detected by Transwell.The level of matrix metalloproteins was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The expressions of related proteins and mRNA of EMT marker and TGF-β1/Smad signal pathway were detected by Western blot and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:Compared with the TGF-β1 group,Wulong Xiaozheng Wan medicated serum could inhibit the ability of proliferation,heterogeneous adhesion,invasion,and migration.It also promotes apoptosis and homotypic adhesion in BGC823,with a dose-dependent manner.Meanwhile,Wulong Xiaozheng Wan medicated serum could regulate the expression of related proteins and mRNA of TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway,and inhibit the expressions of EMT transcription factors and EMT markers.CONCLUSION:Wulong Xiaozheng Wan medicated serum inhibited epithelial-mesenchymal transition by down-regulated the expression of TβRI and the activation of TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of Wulong Dan (WLD) on treatment of acute cerebral infarction and change of hormones in hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis. Methods:Thirty five cases of the treated group treated with ...Objective:To explore the effect of Wulong Dan (WLD) on treatment of acute cerebral infarction and change of hormones in hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis. Methods:Thirty five cases of the treated group treated with WLD by taken orally and 31 cases of the control group treated with nimoton taken orally. And dextran was given intravenously to both groups. Blood level of triiodothyronine (T3), free triiodothyronine (FT3), thyroxine (T4), free throxine (FT4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) of all patients were determined before and after treatment by radioimmunoassay. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, there were significant difference between the treated group and the control group in cure rate, markedly effective rate,cure score and disappearance of clinical symptoms (P < 0. 01 ). The levels of T3, FT3,TSH of all patients were lower than those of the normal control before treatment. After treatment with WLD and dextran, the abovementioned indexes turned to normal. Conclusions: WLD has a significant effect on patients with cerebral infarction on the basis of improved microcirculation induced by dextran. It also has regulatory effect on the hypothalamuspituitary-thyroid axis disorder so as to be helpful in maintaining the homeostasis.展开更多

文摘The Wulong lode deposit contains over 80 tonnes of gold with an average grade of 5.35 g/t.It is one of the largest deposits in Dandong City,Liaoning Province in northeast China.Previous studies on the deposit focused on its geological characteristics,geochemistry,fluid inclusions,and the timing of gold mineralization.However,controversy remains regarding the origin of the ore-forming fluids and metals,and the genesis of the gold deposit.This paper presents zircon U-Pb and pyrite Rb-Sr ages and S,Pb,He,and Ar isotopic results along with quartz H and O isotopic data for all litho-units associated with the deposit.Laser ablation inductively coupled mass spectrometry measurements yielded zircon U-Pb dates for samples of pre-mineralization rocks like granite porphyry dike,the Sanguliu granodiorite,fine-grained diorite,and syn-mineralization diorite,as well as post-mineralization dolerite,and lamprophyre;their emplacement ages are 126±1 Ma,124±1 Ma,123±1 Ma,120±1 Ma,119±2 Ma,and 115±2 Ma,respectively.The pyrite Rb-Sr isochron age is 119±1 Ma,indicating that both magmatism and mineralization occurred during the Early Cretaceous.The δ18OH2 O values of ore-forming hydrothermal fluids from the quartz-polymetallic sulfide vein stage vary from 4.8‰to 6.5‰,and the δDv-SMOW values are between-67.7‰and-75.9‰,indicating that the ore-forming fluids were primarily magmatic.The noble gas isotope compositions of fluid inclusions hosted in pyrite suggest that the ore-forming fluids were dominantly derived from crustal sources with minor mantle input.Sulfur isotopic values of pyrite vary between 0.2‰and 3.5‰,suggesting that S was derived from a homogeneous magmatic source or possibly from fluids derived from the crust.The Pb isotopic compositions of sulfides(207 Pb/204 Pb=15.51-15.71,206 Pb/204 Pb=17.35-18.75,208 Pb/204 Pb=38.27-40.03) indicate that the Pb of the Wulong gold deposit is a mixture of crust and mantle components.Geochronological and geochemical data,together with the regional geological history,indicate that Early Cretaceous magmatism and mineralization of the Wulong gold deposit occurred during the rollback of the subducting Paleo-Pacific Plate,which resulted in lithospheric thinning and the destruction of the North China Craton(NCC),which indicates that the deposit is of magmatic-hydrothermal origin.

文摘On the basis of detailed geological studies of the Wulong gold deposit, three metallogenic stages can be identified. With quartz fluid inclusions as an object of study, the authors investigated phase characteristics, compositional variations, temperature and pressure changes, fluid evolution, Pb isotope tracing and Rb-Sr isotopic dating of fluid inclusions entrapped in the above three metallogenic stages. The results show that Na+ is decreased obviously with metallogenic evolution, while K+ and other cations and gas compositions (H2, CO, CH4 and CO2) are increased slightly, and that the temperature and salinity vary in a pulsating manner along with the metallogenic evolution. Inverse calculation of hydrogen and oxygen isotopes indicate that at the first metallogenic stage the fluids were magmatic water, at the second stage they were dominated by magmatic water with a minor amount of meteoric water involved, and at the third stage, i.e., the final stage of metallogenesis, the fluids were composed completely of meteoric water. Its Pb isotopic composition implicates that the ore lead has some affinities with the lead in the Sanguliu granite, but the linear array of the ore-lead isotopic data reflects a mixing source of two end members. It can be deduced that the ore-forming materials and magma were both derived mainly from the same magma source region at depths. The Rb-Sr isotopic ages of the fluid inclusions are 112.2±3.2 Ma, indicating that the Wulong gold deposit was formed during the Yanshanian period.
文摘One trial was conducted to study nutrition digestibility of Euchsaena mexicana Schrad (EMC) diets for Wulong Goose. Thirty-two geese of 9 months old were selected and divided into four groups randomly, with eight geese in each group. Four groups were fed with the isocaloric and isonitrogenous diets of different EMC contents (12, 19, 25 and 31%), respectively. The results showed that, as dietary EMC increased, dry matter (DM) digestibility was decreased significantly, meanwhile the digestibility of crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) increased significantly (P<0.05). The ratio of apparent essential amino acid (EAA) digestibility (except Leu) among the four groups had significant difference (P<0.01). the content of NH3-N in feces dropped (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in net protein utilization (NPU), N apparent digestibility, N deposition and Ca apparent digestibility in different groups (P> 0.05). The apparent digestibility of P in different groups elevated, while there was significant difference between group D and A (P<0.01), and there was significant difference between group D and B (P<0.05).
文摘The importance of the local economy of the development of tourism resources in China's relatively underdeveloped minority areas is already common knowledge in academic and business circles. However it's necessary to research more on specific patterns of tourism development in these ethnic minority areas. This paper studies Wulong Stockade in Beichuan County in Sichuan Province and examines the distinctive experience of the local Qiang community about developing local tourism resources and the local funding of the development. It notes how the introduction of new re-afforestation laws of 1999 affected the traditional, agriculture-based economy and how a member of the communio: was a key motivator in initiating tourism as a new economic resource. It has also explored changes in the economic conditions of Qiang peasants since tourism began in Wulong Stockade, where local incomes have increased considerably. This paper focuses on a characteristic Qiang area in the mountains of western Sichuan, demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of community tourism development, and uggests that other ethnic minority mountain villages in rural areas draw lessons from Wulong Stockade's experience.

文摘Wulong gold deposit hosted in granite and fine-grained d io rite dikes, is a typical gold deposit of quartz vein type. Granite and fine-gra ined diorite dikes in the ore deposit were altered by metallogenic fluid. Based on the altered zoning, the samples of petrochemistry were collected and major an d trace elements were analyzed systematically. Calculation of rock mass balance shows that the major elements (SiO 2, K 2O, P 2O 5, Fe 2O 3) in the two ty pical altered rocks are clearly added into the altered system, and that trace el ements (V, Y, Zr, Ni, Co, Sr) assume an increasing and decreasing tendencies in the altered granite and altered diorite dike, respectively. The fluid/rock ratio s are 30.17-181.00 and 115.44-692.67 respectively for altered granite and alte red diorite dike, they have profoundly effects on metallogenesis.
文摘Eight-month-old Wulong geese were fed with the diet with different proportions of Leymus chiesensis at the same energy and protein level. The activities of plasma Alkaline Phosphatase (AKP), Acid Phosphatase (ACP), Choline Esterace (CHE), Lactic Dehydrogenase (LDH), Glutamicoxalacetic Transaminase (GOT) and Glutamatepyruvate Transaminase (GPT) were determined and then their correlations with fiber digestibility and the apparent digestibility of Ca, R Met and Cys were analyzed. The results showed that the activity of AKP took on a significant downtrend as the increasing of Leymus chinensis proportion (P〈0.05). There was a negative correlation between the AKP activity and the digestibility of crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) (P〈0.05). However, there was a significant positive correlation between the AKP activity and the apparent digestibility of Ca, Met and Cys (P〈0.05). Moreover, the activities of the other five enzymes had no significant correlation with the digestibility of CF, NDF, ADF, and the apparent digestibility of Ca, Met and Cys (P〉0.05).
文摘Two hundred and eighty-eight Wulong geese of fast-growth lines were selected to be fattened respectively in netting bed, then divided into eight groups with three replications in each group. The diets contained different contents of Ca and P to determine the best level for the early growth of Wulong goose. The result suggested that, during the early period, the proportion of Ca and NPP (non-Phytate Phosnhorus) had significant influence on its growth (P < 0.05), when the dietary level of Ca was 0.65% and NPP was 0.30% (the proportion of Ca and NPP was 2.17:1), the liveweight gain was higher, so were the eviscerated ratio and eviscerated weight with giblet ratio, feed/gain(F/G) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity at four weeks were lower. The Wulong goose grew well at the proportion between 1.88 : 1 and 2.50 : 1, and grew worst at 1.38 : 1.

文摘This experiment was conducted to study the effects of pantothenic acid on the growth performance,slaughter performance, lipid metabolism, and antioxidant function of one-to four-week-old Wulong geese and determine the appropriate supplemental level of pantothenic acid. A total of 360 one-day-old Wulong geese were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 geese(5 males and 5 females) per replicate. The geese in group Ⅰ(control group) were fed a basal diet, and the geese in groups Ⅱ to Ⅵ(experimental groups) were given the basal diet supplemented with 8, 15, 30, 60, and120 mg/kg pantothenic acid, respectively. The experiment lasted for 4 weeks. Based on the results of unrelated comparative analysis, the body weight was the highest when the dietary pantothenic acid level was 27.57 mg/kg. When the dietary pantothenic acid level was 26.17 mg/kg, the average daily gain peaked. When the dietary pantothenic acid level was 15.50 mg/kg, the feed:gain ratio was the lowest.The percentage of abdominal fat in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.05). The content of total cholesterol in serum in groups III to Ⅴ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.05). The triglyceride content in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.01). The high-density lipoprotein—cholesterol content in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.05). The total antioxidant capacity of serum and liver in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.05). The malondialdehyde content in the liver in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.05), Glutathione peroxidase activity in the serum in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.05). Glutathione peroxidase activity in the liver in groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P < 0.01). The addition of pantothenic acid in the diet of one-to four-week-old Wulong geese significantly affected the growth performance,slaughter performance, lipid metabolism, and antioxidant function of the geese. In terms of economic benefits, the optimal supplemental level of pantothenic acid in one-to four-week-old geese was15.50 mg/kg.

文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of Wulong Xiaozheng Wan medicated serum on the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of BGC823 cell induced by transforming growth factor-β,(TGF-β,) and to explore its mechanism.METHODS:EMT model of BGC823 was stimulated by TGF-β1.Wulong Xiaozheng Wan medicated serum and LY-364947 were used as intervention.The proliferation and adhesion of BGC823 were detected by 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide and flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis.The invasion and migration were detected by Transwell.The level of matrix metalloproteins was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The expressions of related proteins and mRNA of EMT marker and TGF-β1/Smad signal pathway were detected by Western blot and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:Compared with the TGF-β1 group,Wulong Xiaozheng Wan medicated serum could inhibit the ability of proliferation,heterogeneous adhesion,invasion,and migration.It also promotes apoptosis and homotypic adhesion in BGC823,with a dose-dependent manner.Meanwhile,Wulong Xiaozheng Wan medicated serum could regulate the expression of related proteins and mRNA of TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway,and inhibit the expressions of EMT transcription factors and EMT markers.CONCLUSION:Wulong Xiaozheng Wan medicated serum inhibited epithelial-mesenchymal transition by down-regulated the expression of TβRI and the activation of TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of Wulong Dan (WLD) on treatment of acute cerebral infarction and change of hormones in hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis. Methods:Thirty five cases of the treated group treated with WLD by taken orally and 31 cases of the control group treated with nimoton taken orally. And dextran was given intravenously to both groups. Blood level of triiodothyronine (T3), free triiodothyronine (FT3), thyroxine (T4), free throxine (FT4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) of all patients were determined before and after treatment by radioimmunoassay. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, there were significant difference between the treated group and the control group in cure rate, markedly effective rate,cure score and disappearance of clinical symptoms (P < 0. 01 ). The levels of T3, FT3,TSH of all patients were lower than those of the normal control before treatment. After treatment with WLD and dextran, the abovementioned indexes turned to normal. Conclusions: WLD has a significant effect on patients with cerebral infarction on the basis of improved microcirculation induced by dextran. It also has regulatory effect on the hypothalamuspituitary-thyroid axis disorder so as to be helpful in maintaining the homeostasis.
