本文叙述一种已成功应用的X-射线成像技术,这种技术可简化和改进根据岩心非稳态驱替数据计算相对渗透率函数所需要的一种最基础(并且可能最容易出错误)的实验室测量一即排出流体和饱和过程测量。一般在常见的岩心非稳态测试过程中,岩... 本文叙述一种已成功应用的X-射线成像技术,这种技术可简化和改进根据岩心非稳态驱替数据计算相对渗透率函数所需要的一种最基础(并且可能最容易出错误)的实验室测量一即排出流体和饱和过程测量。一般在常见的岩心非稳态测试过程中,岩心渗出的流体在到达测量排出液体积或推导排出液体积的装置之前要通过导管下段。为了对上段导管和下段的体积、对流体在岩心流出口与在被测量或观测时的时间差,以及对在测量点和岩心条件比较由于其压力与温度不同而发生的任何体积变化进行补偿,作数据校正是必要的。当排出液不能迅速分离时,测量的复杂性和潜在误差会增加。因此,可能的误差来源包括数据校正所用的方法以及测量排出液所用的方法。数据的种种误差会产生不精确的相对渗透率结果。在岩心驱替过程中在不同时间采集整块岩心的X-射线图像,并使用X-射线成像增强器或类似装置,人们能得到描述岩心内饱和流体体积变化的实时数据。处理这种数据可产生输入到常规非稳态相对渗透率计算的体积数据。排出液数据由于它直接反映这段时间岩心塞内流体饱和度的变化,而这段时间直接和压力测量时间相配,故不需要进行时间校正。该技术大大地简化按油藏条件做的测试,即使排出液分离缓慢或以乳状液存在时也如此。提供一些按油藏条件进行测试的实例来证明该技术。 展开更多

Directional solidification of Al-15% (mass fraction) Cu alloy was investigated by in situ and real time radiography which was performed by Shanghai synchrotron radiation facility (SSRF). The imaging results reveal that columnar to equiaxed transition (CET) is provoked by external thermal disturbance. The detaching and floating of fragments of dendrite arms are the prelude of the transition when the solute boundary layer in front of the solid-liquid interface is thin. And the dendrite triangular tip is the fracture sensitive zone. When the conditions are suitable, new dendrites can sprout and grow up. This kind of dendrite has no obvious stem and is named anaxial columnar dendrites. 展开更多

利用仪器化落锤冲击试验机在-40℃下对叠氮聚醚推进剂进行了冲击加载模拟实验,通过X射线微层析成像技术(X-μCT)表征了推进剂的冲击损伤特性,并采用动态力学分析研究了叠氮聚醚推进剂在不同加载频率下的动态力学性能。结果表明,叠氮聚... 利用仪器化落锤冲击试验机在-40℃下对叠氮聚醚推进剂进行了冲击加载模拟实验,通过X射线微层析成像技术(X-μCT)表征了推进剂的冲击损伤特性,并采用动态力学分析研究了叠氮聚醚推进剂在不同加载频率下的动态力学性能。结果表明,叠氮聚醚推进剂动态力学参数表现出显著的加载频率依赖性,当加载频率由1 Hz增大至20 Hz时,其玻璃化转变温度由-38.1℃升高至-23.1℃;相应测试条件下,推进剂试样在冲击加载能量不低于2 J时发生断裂,未冲断推进剂无宏观裂纹产生,但其内高氯酸铵(AP)颗粒已部分破碎;被冲断试样冲击曲线中包含不稳定裂纹扩展过程,表明叠氮聚醚推进剂在低温下具有一定的脆性材料特征,推测其损伤模式为含缺陷的AP颗粒首先发生穿晶断裂,初始微裂纹扩展于基体中并相互贯通扩大,最终导致试样断裂。 展开更多

Thermal shocking effect occurs when the coalbed methane(CBM)reservoirs meet liquid nitrogen(LN2)of extremely low temperature.In this study,3D via X-ray microcomputer tomography(μCT)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)are employed to visualize and quantify morphological evolution characteristics of fractures in coal after LN2 thermal shocking treatments.LN2 thermal shocking leads to a denser fracture network than its original state with coal porosity growth rate increasing up to 183.3%.The surface porosity of theμCT scanned layers inside the coal specimen is influenced by LN2 thermal shocking which rises from 18.76%to 215.11%,illustrating the deformation heterogeneity of coal after LN2 thermal shocking.The cracking effect of LN2 thermal shocking on the surface of low porosity is generally more effective than that of high surface porosity,indicating the applicability of LN2 thermal shocking on low-permeability CBM reservoir stimulation.The characteristics of SEM scanned coal matrix in the coal powder and the coal block after the LN2 thermal shocking presented a large amount of deep and shallow progressive scratch layers,fracture variation diversity(i.e.extension,propagation,connectivity,irregularity)on the surface of the coal block and these were the main reasons leading to the decrease of the uniaxial compressive strength of the coal specimen. 展开更多

To sharpen the imaging of structures, it is vital to develop a convenient and efficient quantitative algorithm of the optical coherence tomography (OCT) sampling. In this paper a new Monte Carlo model is set up and how light propagates in bio-tissue is analyzed in virtue of mathematics and physics equations. The relations,in which light intensity of Class 1 and Class 2 light with different wavelengths changes with their permeation depth,and in which Class 1 light intensity (signal light intensity) changes with the probing depth, and in which angularly resolved diffuse reflectance and diffuse transmittance change with the exiting angle, are studied. The results show that Monte Carlo simulation results are consistent with the theory data. 展开更多

Traditional radiological techniques played a leading role in such studies for a long time. However, advances in non-invasive modalities including ultrasound (US), computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), etc, have in the last decades revolutionised the way in which the gastrointestinal tract is studied. The resolution of imaging data is constantly being improved and 3D acquisition, tools for fi ltering, enhancement, segmentation and tissue classif ication are continually being developed. Additional co-registration techniques allow multimodal data acquisition with improved classif ication of tissue pathology. Furthermore, new functional imaging techniques have become available. Altogether, the future of gastrointestinal imaging looks very promising which will be of great benef it in clinical and research studies of gastrointestinal diseases. The purpose of this review is to highlight the capabilities of the newest techniques to explore the detailed morphology, biomechanical properties, function and pathology of the gastrointestinal tract. 展开更多
