终末期肝病模型-XI评分对急性心肌梗死冠状动脉支架植入术后患者预后的预测价值

目的 探讨终末期肝病模型-XI(MELD-XI)评分对急性心肌梗死患者冠状动脉支架植入术后的预后的预测价值。方法 回顾性收集2021年1月至2022年12月于内蒙古医科大学附属医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者226例,根据入院时MELD-XI评分,将患者分为高... 目的 探讨终末期肝病模型-XI(MELD-XI)评分对急性心肌梗死患者冠状动脉支架植入术后的预后的预测价值。方法 回顾性收集2021年1月至2022年12月于内蒙古医科大学附属医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者226例,根据入院时MELD-XI评分,将患者分为高MELD-XI评分组和低MELD-XI评分组,每组各113例。比较两组患者近、远期预后。结果 与低MELD-XI评分组比较,高MELD-XI评分组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)显著降低[(51.67±7.91)%vs.(60.91±5.91)%],(P<0.001);N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)显著增高(822.87±462.38) vs.(701.84±338.21)ng/L,(P=0.026)。与低MELD-XI评分组比较,高MELD-XI评分组患者不良结局事件的发生率显著增高(16.81%vs. 6.19%,P=0.012)。MELD-XI评分对急性心肌梗死冠状动脉支架植入术后不良结局事件具有一定的预测价值,曲线下面积为0.732,95%CI:0.671~0.798,(P<0.001)。结论 MELD-XI对于预测急性心肌梗死患者预后具有一定的参考价值。 展开更多

Amid the increasingly severe global natural eco-environment,it is necessary to build a natural ecological civilization by constructing an ecological civilization discourse.Against this background,this study compiles a corpus of natural ecological discourse in the English translation of Xi Jinping:The Governance of China(short for Xi).By using Wordsmith and AntConc,this study explores the linguistic features of the ecological discourse in English translation of Xi in the following dimensions,including high-frequency words,keywords,word collocations,concordance lines.This study aims to analyze the concepts and attitudes towards natural ecology,so as to provide certain valuable insights for the construction of China’s discourse on natural ecological civilization.The study found that the natural ecology discourse involving in the English translation of Xi turned out to be ecologically beneficial. 展开更多

杜梨LRR-XI-a亚家族的鉴定及调控腐烂病抗性的成员筛选

为探究LRR-XI-a基因家族在杜梨免疫系统中的作用机制,基于GDR数据库的杜梨基因组数据鉴定了杜梨LRR-XI-a家族成员,经进化特征、基因重复事件和表达模式分析筛选了响应腐烂病信号的成员,并结合果实瞬时表达和抗性基因表达分析对部分成员... 为探究LRR-XI-a基因家族在杜梨免疫系统中的作用机制,基于GDR数据库的杜梨基因组数据鉴定了杜梨LRR-XI-a家族成员,经进化特征、基因重复事件和表达模式分析筛选了响应腐烂病信号的成员,并结合果实瞬时表达和抗性基因表达分析对部分成员的功能进行了初步分析。结果表明,杜梨LRR-XI-a基因家族包含91个成员,进化上可分为6个亚组。基因重复分析结果表明,杜梨中GroupⅠ成员数的迅速增加可能由串联复制(TD)和全基因组复制(WGD)共同导致,而GroupⅥ成员的增加仅由WGD所致。顺式作用元件分析结果表明,杜梨LRR-XI-a亚组Ⅱ和Ⅵ可能主要参与杜梨对非生物逆境信号的响应,而其余4个亚组同时参与对生物和非生物逆境信号的响应。表达分析结果表明,LRR-XI-4和LRR-XI-5在腐烂病侵染后呈不同程度的上调表达,其中LRR-XI-5上调表达量可达对照的586倍以上。果实瞬时表达分析结果表明,过表达LRR-XI-4和LRR-XI-5降低了梨果实对腐烂病的抗性,抑制了JA信号通路基因的表达,但激活了超敏反应响应基因的表达。综上,基因重复导致杜梨LRR-XI-a家族成员发生迅速增加;LRR-XI-a家族成员响应不同的生物胁迫和非生物胁迫;LRR-XI-4和LRR-XI-5通过激活超敏反应(HR)相关基因的表达负调控腐烂病抗性,可作为后期腐烂病抗性研究的候选基因。本研究结果为后续开展梨抗病机理研究和分子育种奠定了基础。 展开更多

In order to ease congestion and ground delays in major hub airports, an aircraft taxiing scheduling optimization model is proposed with schedule time as the object function. In the new model, the idea of a classical job shop-schedule problem is adopted and three types of special aircraft-taxi conflicts are considered in the constraints. To solve such nondeterministic polynomial time-complex problems, the immune clonal selection algorithm(ICSA) is introduced. The simulation results in a congested hour of Beijing Capital International Airport show that, compared with the first-come-first-served(FCFS) strategy, the optimization-planning strategy reduces the total scheduling time by 13.6 min and the taxiing time per aircraft by 45.3 s, which improves the capacity of the runway and the efficiency of airport operations. 展开更多

目的 探讨达芬奇Xi系统机器人辅助后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的临床效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2022年1月河北省唐山市人民医院收治并经病理确诊的肾上腺肿瘤患者97例进行回顾性研究,根据治疗方法分为机器人手术组46例(采用达... 目的 探讨达芬奇Xi系统机器人辅助后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的临床效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2022年1月河北省唐山市人民医院收治并经病理确诊的肾上腺肿瘤患者97例进行回顾性研究,根据治疗方法分为机器人手术组46例(采用达芬奇Xi系统机器人辅助后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术治疗)和传统腹腔镜手术组51例(采用传统后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术治疗)。比较两组手术相关指标,统计两组并发症情况、随访情况。结果 两组术中出血量、手术时间比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);与传统腹腔镜手术组相比,机器人手术组肿瘤直径较大,中转开腹率、术后出血率降低,术后止痛剂使用次数更少,术后引流时间、术后住院时间、下床活动时间及术后胃肠功能恢复时间明显缩短,住院费用有所增加,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。与传统腹腔镜手术组相比较,机器人手术组术中并发症发生率明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05),而两组术后并发症发生率、术后血压改善情况、肿瘤复发率、是否需长期口服激素差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 达芬奇Xi系统机器人辅助后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术治疗肾上腺肿瘤,手术创伤小,术中并发症发生率低,患者恢复快,且不增加手术时间。 展开更多

机场跑道裂缝形态多样、方向各异、长短不一且粗细不均,通常不具有统计规律。现有的各类裂缝分割算法难以在此类复杂场景中落地。针对上述问题,提出了联合self-attention与axial-attention的机场跑道裂缝分割网络(CSA-net),通过引入自... 机场跑道裂缝形态多样、方向各异、长短不一且粗细不均,通常不具有统计规律。现有的各类裂缝分割算法难以在此类复杂场景中落地。针对上述问题,提出了联合self-attention与axial-attention的机场跑道裂缝分割网络(CSA-net),通过引入自注意力模块、轴向注意力模块、可变形卷积模块,提取裂缝的局部特征和全局语义特征。通过transformer decoder还原特征图的原始尺寸,融合了不同尺度间的分割结果,保留尽可能多的细节信息,使得CSA-net有更好的分割精度。在机场跑道实拍的数据集上进行的测试表明,针对裂缝的像素级分割指标F1-score达到了78.91%,高于目前各类裂缝分割算法。 展开更多

Foundation settlement is of great significance for high-fill engineering in collapsible loess areas.To predict the construction settlement of Lüliang Airport located in Shanxi Province,China,a plane strain finite element method considering the linear variation in the modulus,was carried out in this paper based on the results of geotechnical tests.The stress and deformation of four typical sections caused by layered fill are simulated,and then the settlement of the high-fill airport is calculated and analyzed by inputting three sets of parameters.The relative soft parameters of loess geomaterials produce more settlement than the relatively hard parameters.The thicker the filling body is,the greater the settlement is.The filling body constrained by mountains on both sides produces less settlement than the filling body constrained by a mountain on only one side even the filling thickness is almost the same.The settlement caused by the original subbase accounts for 56%−77%of the total settlement,while the fill soils themselves accounts for 23%−44%of the total settlement,which is approximately consistent with the field monitoring results.It provides a good reference for predicting the settlement of similar high-fill engineering. 展开更多

背景和目的:2007年,Kang等第1次将机器人手术应用于甲状腺,之后机器人甲状腺手术在全球范围内开展。因安全性、肿瘤治疗的根治性和美容性不断得到验证,腋窝入路比例在国内正在快速增长。本研究通过对比分析使用达芬奇Xi机器人完成的95... 背景和目的:2007年,Kang等第1次将机器人手术应用于甲状腺,之后机器人甲状腺手术在全球范围内开展。因安全性、肿瘤治疗的根治性和美容性不断得到验证,腋窝入路比例在国内正在快速增长。本研究通过对比分析使用达芬奇Xi机器人完成的95例单侧腋窝入路免充气甲状腺手术与91例传统手术治疗cN0期甲状腺微小乳头状癌(papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,PTMC)的临床疗效,探讨达芬奇Xi机器人单侧腋窝入路手术治疗PTMC的优势及临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2020年3月—2021年11月复旦大学附属肿瘤医院头颈外科收治的186例cN0期单侧单灶PTMC患者的临床数据,根据手术方式分为机器人组(95例)和开放组(91例),分析比较两组患者的一般临床资料、手术结果、术后并发症、切口满意度、学习曲线及手术费用等情况。结果:两组患者在性别、年龄、是否合并桥本甲状腺炎、肿瘤直径及病灶位置方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。机器人组手术时间[(126.65±34.76)min]长于开放组[(60.99±21.12)min],在经历36例手术后手术时间可达稳定水平。手术费用[(47940.66±4404.30)元]高于开放组[(15807.73±2295.35)元]。在术中出血量[机器人组:(20.48±18.83)mL;开放组:(16.15±13.95)mL]、清扫淋巴结个数[机器人组:(2.61±2.77)枚;开放组:(2.97±2.20)枚]和检出阳性淋巴结个数[机器人组:(1.01±1.61)枚;开放组:(0.78±1.36)枚]方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。机器人组术后暂时性声嘶(1.10%)低于开放组(2.20%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。机器人组术后切口满意度(非常满意87.4%,比较满意11.6%)高于开放组(非常满意71.4%,比较满意26.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:达芬奇Xi机器人单侧腋窝入路免充气甲状腺手术不仅具有良好的美容效果,较高的患者满意度,而且学习曲线短,术中出血量、淋巴结检测情况及术后并发症发生情况与传统手术相当。 展开更多

Support vehicles are part of the main body of airport ground operations,and their scheduling efficiency directly impacts flight delays.A mathematical model is constructed and the responsiveness of support vehicles for current operational demands is proposed to study optimization algorithms for vehicle scheduling.The model is based on the constraint relationship of the initial operation time,time window,and gate position distribution,which gives an improvement to the ant colony algorithm(ACO).The impacts of the improved ACO as used for support vehicle optimization are compared and analyzed.The results show that the scheduling scheme of refueling trucks based on the improved ACO can reduce flight delays caused by refueling operations by 56.87%,indicating the improved ACO can improve support vehicle scheduling.Besides,the improved ACO can jump out of local optima,which can balance the working time of refueling trucks.This research optimizes the scheduling scheme of support vehicles under the existing conditions of airports,which has practical significance to fully utilize ground service resources,improve the efficiency of airport ground operations,and effectively reduce flight delays caused by ground service support. 展开更多

In ancient China, Daoist philosophers developed the concepts of qi(energy), Wu Xing(five elements), and yin(feminine, dark, negative) and yang(masculine, bright, positive) opposite forces between 200 and 600 BCE. Based on these philosophies, Zhen Jiu(acupuncture), Ben Cao(materia medica), and the practice of Qi Gong(energy optimization movements) evolved as the three interrelated therapeutic regimens of Chinese medicine(Note 1). Since the time of Zhang Qian, who discovered China's western regions in the 1st century BCE, Hai Yao(the exotic elements of materia medica from the maritime Silk Road countries), had been transmitted from the ancient land and maritime routes of the Silk Road to China in the past two millennia(Note 2). Since the late 17th century, the English East India Company, later called the British East India Company, introduced Yang Yao(opium) to the Manchu Qing Empire to balance a growing trade deficit for tea export from China to the British Empire. After the First Opium War ended in 1842, enterprising expatriate chemists and druggists in the treaty ports imported Xi Yao(modern medicines from the Western world) for sale to the merchant navy and the local market. From the second half of the 19th century onwards, both Hai Yao and Xi Yao have become a fully integrated part of modern China's armamentarium for the Chinese medicine and Western hospitals and retail pharmacy sectors. This paper articulates the journey of adoption of exotic elements of materia medica from the ancient land and sea routes of the Silk Road, including the western regions and the rest of the world in the past two millennia. Opium traders, ship surgeons, medical and pharmaceutical missionaries, enterprising traders, and policymakers together transformed Ben Cao into Xi Yao during the late Manchu Qing dynasty and the early Nationalist Era. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to understand the effect of the insect diversity characteristics in Xiannvshan Airport,Wulong,Chongqing on effectively reducing the probability of bird strike events in this area.[Methods]A preliminary investigation and research was mainly conducted on the insects in Xiannvshan Airport,Wulong,Chongqing and its surrounding habitats in 2018 using the net catching method.[Results]The collected insects belonged to 35 families of 6 orders,among which Catantopidae,Gryllidae,Miridae,and Pentatomidae were the dominant groups,and Muscidae,Acridoidae,Chrysomelidae,Cicadellidae,and Tipulidae were common Taxa.[Conclusions]This study provides a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of bird strikes. 展开更多

The existing systems sustained with the investments made require more automation and digital transformation with the continuous advancement of tech-nology.The aviation industry is a sector that is open to more automation and digi-tal transformation,mainly because of the intense competition and the analysis of a large variety of data.The long duration of operations in current airline processes and some processflows cause customer dissatisfaction and cost increase.In this study,the boarding process,which is one of the operational processes of airline transportation and is open to improvement,was discussed.The classical boarding process has been redesigned using Internet of Things technology a model called Boarding 4.0 was created.With Boarding 4.0,it is aimed to design a process where passengers can take their time before boarding more efficiently.In the study,the sub-processes of the Boarding 4.0 model,other processes that the sub-processes interact with,their activities,and data exchange passenger move-ments during the activities are explained in detail.Compared to the classical boarding process and Boarding 4.0 with the fuzzy ahp technique,it has been shown that boarding 4.0 is more advantageous and passenger movement times can be reduced during boarding.As a result of the evaluation made with the fuzzy ahp,it was determined that boarding 4.0 is more advantageous than the classical boarding process.In addition,when the total time of the sub-activities in the board-ing process is calculated,boarding activities for a passenger take 50 min with the classic boarding process and 20 min with Boarding 4.0.Thus,when Boarding 4.0 is used,the passenger gains 30 min.Furthermore,when the calculation is made concerning the airport’s current capacity,two passengers are hosted with the clas-sical boarding process,whilefive passengers are hosted with Boarding 4.0.This acquisition is significant for airports in terms of efficient use of resources. 展开更多

Analysis of Continuous Thunderstorm in One Week at Qingdao Airport Based on Sounding Data

Continuous thunderstorm occurring at Qingdao Airport in China from August 7 to 13,2022 was analyzed based on sounding data.The weather was divided into thunderstorm gale,thunderstorm and heavy precipitation,and some physical quantities and time variables which can effectively identify severe convective weather types were preliminarily obtained.The results show that CAPE was sensitive to different types of weather,but the uncertainty was relatively large.Convective temperature T_(CON),temperature difference between 500 and 850 hPa,and vertical wind shear can distinguish thunderstorm gale,thunderstorm and heavy precipitation weather obviously.Besides,K index,Showalter index,θ_(se) difference between 500 and 850 hPa were also important basis to distinguish thunderstorm and heavy precipitation weather.Thunderstorm gale can be distinguished by the 24-hour variations of K index,and the difference of dew point between 500 and 850 hPa.The 24-hour variations of(T-T_(d))_(500) and vertical wind shear can be used to distinguish between heavy precipitation and thunderstorm weather;the 24-hour variation of stratification stability Δθ_(se) can distinguish the three kinds of weather well.For the wind field,the existence of vertical wind shear was required for strong convective weather,and the 24-hour increment of thunderstorm gale and thunderstorm was larger than that of heavy precipitation. 展开更多
