A detailed rock density model of the Hong Kong territories

We used the geological map and published rock density measurements to compile the digital rock density model for the Hong Kong territories.We then estimated the average density for the whole territory.According to our result,the rock density values in Hong Kong vary from 2101 to 2681 kg·m^(-3).These density values are typically smaller than the average density of 2670 kg·m^(-3),often adopted to represent the average density of the upper continental crust in physical geodesy and gravimetric geophysics applications.This finding reflects that the geological configuration in Hong Kong is mainly formed by light volcanic formations and lava flows with overlying sedimentary deposits at many locations,while the percentage of heavier metamorphic rocks is very low(less than 1%).This product will improve the accuracy of a detailed geoid model and orthometric heights.

Using Five Music Instructional Methods to Illustrate the Social Constructive Music Teaching Framework in Hong Kong Primary Level Music Education

Music education under the frame name of arts education has been integrated into the primary and secondary education curriculums in Hong Kong for more than 20 years,starting from 2001,the year of launching the Learning to Learn curriculum for the reconstruction of the education system for the younger generation.Music education,embedded into the arts education,was therefore regarded as one of the key subjects to cultivate and uplift student holistic development,focusing on aesthetic skill training and moral growth development.This research was an exploration study of music teaching practices from two private international and two general public school music teachers at the primary school level.The value of this study rested on borrowing the idea of Shulman’s pedagogical content knowledge(PCK)principle to create a social constructivist music teaching framework from five commonly-used instructional methods,namely,Orff,Kodaly,Dalcrozes,Suzuki,and Gordon’s approaches.Based on the evaluations of these four case studies,hypotheses on the differences in the PCK were tested with the types of schools and found to be no difference.The preliminary results suggested that music teachers in private international schools had similar pedagogical approaches to music instruction to teachers in aided-public schools.Additionally,the modeling,guiding,and training approach was identified as a grounded teaching method for music education at the primary school level regardless of different types of schools.Other implications like the further development of the framework were discussed.

Study of Quality Standards of Xiao’er Qingre Enema Preparation in Hospitals

Objective:To establish the quality standards for the preparation of Xiao’er Qingre enema in hospitals.Method:Thin-layer chromatography(TLC)was used to identify Radix Isatidis and Glycyrrhizae in the prescription.The content of(R,S)-Goitrin was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:In TLC identification,there was no interference between the negative controls of Radix Isatidis and glycyrrhizae,and the spots were well-separated.The HPLC results of(R,S)-Goitrin showed a good linear relationship between the peak area and concentration within the range of 0.476-95.2μg·mL-1(r=0.9999).Conclusion:The TLC and HPLC methods established in this experiment are simple,reproducible,and specific,making them suitable for the quality control Xiao’er Qingre enema preparation in hospitals.

On The Northeast Regional Culture in Xiao Hong’s Novels

As the literary pride from the black land of northeast China,Xiao hong’s works show the unique regional culture of northeast China.With her meticulous brush strokes,she showed us the distinct geographical environment of the four seasons in north China,the strong local flavor and people’s sentiment,as well as the servility and ferocity of the people in the northeast.Xiao hong’s criticism of callous and ignorant servile characters and his praise of the consciousness of resistance and the indomitable life form,prompts us to think about the“national character”of northeast China and makes us feel the tragedy of society,the philosophy of life and the spirit of poets.

Characteristics of Xiao Chai Hu decoction based on randomized controlled trials: A bibliometric analysis

Objective:To explore the characteristics of Xiao Chai Hu(XCH)decoction in randomized controlled trials(RCTs)using a bibliometric method.Methods:Seven databases including PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Scientific Journal Database(VIP)and Wanfang database were retrieved from inception to May 27,2022.In the study,XCH decoction(or modified)used alone or combined with conventional Western medicine as an intervention measure was included.The basic characteristics,funding support,relevant diseases,intervention methods,and adverse events(AEs)were analyzed.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 software.Results:A total of 813 RCTs were included,published from 1989 to 2022.There was only one Englishlanguage literature with the recent impact factor of 5.374.There were 147 studies were from Chineselanguage core journals,with the highest impact factor of 2.414.Only 6.15%of the literatures mentioned funding support.96.31%of the included literature reported the statistical significance of using XCH decoction.The diseases treated mainly included chronic hepatitis B(9.35%),cough variant asthma(5.66%),dizziness(5.54%),bile reflux gastritis(4.43%),and fever(4.18%).However,the overall research design of the included literature was poor,and large sample size,multicenter RCTs are needed.The incidence of AEs of XCH decoction alone was 8.86%,which was significantly lower than that of conventional Western medicine treatment.The combination of XCH decoction and conventional Western medicine treatment could reduce the incidence of AEs,and no serious adverse event was reported.Conclusion:Although the included studies show that XCH decoction is widely used,and has good efficacy and few AEs.Due to the low quality of the included RCTs,there may be some bias,and its rational use based on the specific conditions is recommended in clinical practice.

Predicting Carpark Prices Indices in Hong Kong Using AutoML

The aims of this study were threefold:1)study the research gap in carpark and price index via big data and natural language processing,2)examine the research gap of carpark indices,and 3)construct carpark price indices via repeat sales methods and predict carpark indices via the AutoML.By researching the keyword“carpark”in Google Scholar,the largest electronic academic database that coversWeb of Science and Scopus indexed articles,this study obtained 999 articles and book chapters from 1910 to 2019.It confirmed that most carpark research threw light on multi-storey carparks,management and ventilation systems,and reinforced concrete carparks.The most common research method was case studies.Regarding price index research,many previous studies focused on consumer,stock,press and futures,with many keywords being related to finance and economics.These indicated that there is no research predicting carpark price indices based on an AutoML approach.This study constructed repeat sales indices for 18 districts in Hong Kong by using 34,562 carpark transaction records from December 2009 to June 2019.Wanchai’s carpark price was about four times that of Yuen Long’s carpark price,indicating the considerable carpark price differences inHong Kong.This research evidenced the features that affected the carpark price indices models most:gold price ranked the first in all 19 models;oil price or Link stock price ranked second depending on the district,and carpark affordability ranked third.

Effects of Manganese on the Antioxidant System and Related Gene Expression Levels in the “Hong Yang” Kiwifruit Seedlings

To explore how manganese affects the antioxidant system and the expression levels of related genes of“Hong yang”seedlings,the leaves of its tissue cultured seedlings were taken as test materials,and single factor treatment was performed by changing the manganese chloride(MnCl_(2)·4H_(2)O)solution concentration when spraying the leaves.The expression levels of Mn-SOD,POD64 and POD27 genes in leaves were quantitatively analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR)at different determination times.Meanwhile,the contents of malondial-dehyde(MDA),hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),the activities of antioxidant enzymes,including catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD),and superoxide dismutase(SOD).The results showed that the SOD,CAT,POD,ascorbate peroxidase(APX),and reduced glutathione(GSH)activities in leaves were the highest at 12 h post-treatment with 50μM MnCl_(2)·4H_(2)O.Furthermore,the contents of MDA and H_(2)O_(2) in leaves also peaked when the concentration of H_(2)O_(2) is 50μM,which is the minimum value.Additionally at 50μM Mn^(2+),the Mn-SOD and POD27 expression was up-regulated as compared to the control,which promoted the expression of their respective enzyme activities.However,POD64 expression increased with the increasing Mn^(2+) concentration.Therefore,50μM is the optimal concentration of Mn when exogenously applied on“Hong yang”,which improve the antioxidant enzyme activity and regulate the plant’s physiological and biochemical functions.

Drivability of Large Diameter Steel Cylinders During Hammer-Group Vibratory Installation for the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge

The Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge(HZMB)involved the installation of 120 mega-cylinders with a diameter of 22 m,weights up to 513 t,and penetration depths up to 33 m using an eight-vibratory hammer group.Due to the lack of engineering experience on the drivability of large-diameter cylinders under multiple vibratory hammers,predicting the penetration rate and time of steel cylinders is an open challenge that has a considerable impact on the construction control of the HZMB.In this study,the vibratory penetration of large-diameter steel cylinders in the HZMB is investigated based on geological surveys,field monitoring,and drivability analysis.The vibratory penetration rate,installation accuracy,and dynamic responses of the steel cylinders at both the eastern and western artificial islands are analyzed.The dynamic soil resistance has a great influence on the cylinder drivability.However,the current design methods for estimating the vibratory driving soil resistance are proven inaccurate without considering the scale effects.Therefore,a modified method with a normalized effective area ratio A_(r,eff)is proposed in this study to calculate the vibratory soil resistance for open-ended thin-wall cylinders under unplugged conditions.Considering the scale effects on the vibratory driving soil resistance,the proposed method leads to closer results to the measured data,providing a reference for future engineering practice.

A Comparative Study of Hong Lou Meng and Moment in Peking

Hong Lou Meng and Moment in Peking are both well know noves home and abroad.Based on a comparative analysis,it can be found that these two noves have many similarities in the arrangement of structure,plot,chracterization,and language style.Through a detailed analysis of these two noves,this paper explored the smilarities and also discussed the factors for this phenominon.

Investigation on the Integration of “Gao” in Hong Kong Chinese and Mainland Mandarin

From the diachronic dimension,this paper makes a two-way interactive investigation on the integration of Hong Kong Chinese and Mainland Mandarin.“Gao”is a delexical verb in contemporary Chinese.In different words and expressions related to“gao”character,there are mutual absorptions between Chinese mainland and Hong Kong,which is characterized by starting from nothing to something and from less to more.

粤港澳大湾区内地高校港籍大学生的国家认同现状及其塑造机制

粤港澳大湾区建设在塑造中国香港青年国家认同方面具有重要意义。以就读于大湾区内地高校的港籍大学生为研究对象,通过访谈和问卷调查发现,大湾区建设背景下内地港籍大学生具有政治认同度较好、文化认同度较高及国民身份认同度较强的国家认同现状。这缘于港籍大学生在大湾区内地求学时,多元主体围绕其发展需求,以政策吸纳、教育合作、人文交流和生活化传播等四种机制,推进该群体的政治社会化场景变迁,进而对其塑造一种正向的国家认同。据此,应在推进大湾区高质量发展的同时,加强制度改革与规则协调,优化国民教育的课程体系及考核方式,加大大湾区建设的普惠性宣传,借以发挥大湾区在塑造广大中国香港青年国家认同的政策效能。

基于SSA-BP网络模型的Hong-Ou-Mandel干涉时延测量研究及其在量子陀螺仪中的应用

作为航空航天导航系统的重要器件,高灵敏度的光学陀螺仪一直是国内外科研工作者的研究重点.经典光学陀螺仪因真空零点波动使其灵敏度受到散粒噪声极限的制约,无法满足日益发展的量子导航需求.本文提出了基于频率纠缠源及Hong-Ou-Mandel(HOM)干涉的量子陀螺仪方案,利用SSA-BP神经网络模型模拟不同的泵浦光和非线性晶体参数,以预测HOM干涉图谱的特性参量干涉可见度及干涉宽度.结合量子Fisher信息理论,获得时延差的最大量子Fisher信息可达1.999,计算得出时延差的不确定度与散粒噪声极限的最小比值为0.707,并依据量子陀螺仪时延差与旋转角速度的关系,验证出旋转角速度的测量灵敏度较经典光学陀螺仪提高了2个数量级.证明上述方案可以实现超越散粒噪声极限的测量灵敏度,能为后续量子陀螺仪的实验验证提供理论支持.

芪红散对巨噬细胞分化及炎症水平的影响

目的 研究芪红散对巨噬细胞分化及炎症水平的影响及其机制。方法 将单核细胞在PKC激活剂(PMA)的诱导下转化为巨噬细胞。仅使用PMA诱导的细胞定义为M0组,使用脂多糖(LPS)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)诱导处理的细胞定义为M1组,在使用LPS和IFN-γ诱导处理的基础上加入低剂量以及高剂量芪红散进行干预的两组分别定义为M1+芪红散-L组以及M1+芪红散-H组。分别采用细胞计数试剂-8(CCK-8)法、流式细胞术、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、免疫印迹试验(WB)检测4组细胞的增殖、凋亡、迁移情况和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、p50、p-p65水平。结果 与M0对比,M1组增殖、迁移、CD86^(+)分化比例、TNF-α、IL-6、p50及p-p65水平显著增加(P均<0.05),CD206^(+)分化比例、IL-10水平显著降低(P均<0.05)。与M1组比较,M1+芪红散-L组与M1+芪红散-H组CD86^(+)分化比例、TNF-α、IL-6表达水平均降低(P<0.05),且M1+芪红散-H组TNF-α及IL-6表达水平明显低于M1+芪红散-L组(P<0.05),IL-10表达水平明显高于M1+芪红散-L组(P<0.05)。与M1组比较,M1+芪红散-H组p50及p-p65表达水平均降低(P<0.05),M1+芪红散-L组206^(+)分化显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 芪红散可有效地减少巨噬细胞的CD86^(+)型分化,抑制炎症信号通路核因子-κB(Nuclearfactor kappaB,NF-κB)的激活从而降低炎症因子的表达,减轻炎症反应。

中国香港联合国教科文组织世界地质公园地质遗迹资源及综合利用价值评价

地质遗迹综合利用价值是地质公园开展地质遗迹资源保护、开发利用等工作的重要科学依据,但如何进行客观和定量的评价尚未很好解决。对香港世界地质公园的地质遗迹资源进行详细野外调查,根据《国家地质公园规划编制技术要求》划分地质遗迹资源类型,运用层次分析法对香港世界地质公园综合利用价值进行了定量评价。结果显示,香港世界地质公园典型地质遗迹共分为5个大类、11个类和14个亚类,从自然属性、价值属性、保护管理与开发利用条件等方面选取4个综合评价因子、15个具体评价指标,构建地质遗迹资源价值评价指标体系,并确定评价的指标权重;根据制定的评分标准,邀请专家对地质遗迹综合价值进行打分,运用地质遗迹综合利用价值评价计算模型,计算得出香港世界地质公园地质遗迹综合利用价值评价的得分为90.27,为一级旅游资源。研究成果为深入开展香港世界地质公园地质遗迹管理保护和开发利用等工作提供科学依据,也为其它地质公园的地质遗迹资源综合利用评价提供借鉴案例。

范晓先生语法著述三大看点——为庆贺著名语言学家范晓先生90华诞而作

范晓先生高度重视创新。理论创新、方法创新、体系创新乃其语言研究三大看点。在理论上他大力倡导“语言”—“言语”—“话语”三分,坚持认为“言语、语言、话语三者同时产生”;前者因符合学科发展趋势为越来越多学界同仁所接受,后者在近年王士元先生主持的语言起源研究中得到印证。在方法上他积极主张把句法、语义、语用三者结合起来开展语法研究,不断探索动静结合法在语法研究中的运用途径,较早提出应将句法规律研究建立在静态短语基础上,有关实践起到前导作用。在体系上他继朱德熙、胡裕树、张斌等语法大家之前踵,倾注三十多年心力,全面扛起“三维语法”(即“三个平面的理论”)体系建设之重担。其正确的语言观和先进的方法论,为确保该体系的科学性提供了有力支持。

资本市场开放对企业并购融资的影响研究——基于“陆港通”多期双重差分的经验证据

“陆港通”政策是中国资本市场开放的重要举措。利用这一外生事件,以2010—2019年中国沪深A股并购事件为样本,运用多期双重差分模型检验“陆港通”对企业并购融资的影响,研究结果表明:“陆港通”实施可以降低并购的股权融资成本和债务融资成本,扩大并购的外部融资规模,缓解并购的融资约束程度,并且这种作用在非多元化和非关联企业并购中更加显著。进一步地探究“陆港通”对并购融资的影响机制,可以发现该政策通过改善信息环境和加强治理效应两种途径缓解企业的并购融资问题。因此,并购企业应积极响应“陆港通”政策,从而引入更多成熟的境外投资者,达到提高并购效率、提升并购效果的目的。

城市群人口集聚对共同富裕的影响——基于粤港澳大湾区的分析

共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征和中国特色社会主义的本质要求,如何推进共同富裕目标的实现成为政府和学界亟待解决的难题。以粤港澳大湾区为样本探讨城市群人口集聚对城市群内部以及周边区域共同富裕的影响,在理论分析的基础上采用“全面FGLS”方法以及动态面板空间杜宾模型进行估计得到如下结论:粤港澳大湾区人口集聚无论是对于城市群内部共同富裕还是带动周边区域共同富裕均具有积极的促进作用,在短期内存在正向的空间溢出作用,但长期而言粤港澳大湾区人口不可能无限集聚,当发展到一定程度后拥挤效应将超过集聚效应对共同富裕产生负面影响。上述结论意味着当前粤港澳大湾区内部形成的多中心集聚的态势,空间协调发展程度较高,在推动城市群内部共同富裕的同时,短期内也带动了周边区域的发展,但长期持续的发展仍需人口在粤港澳全域更为均衡地分布,而非无限向粤港澳大湾区集聚。基于上述结论,提出应重视基础设施的互联互通、产业互联、城市互联等,促进粤港澳大湾区与粤东西两翼及山区人口等要素资源更为顺畅地流动,优化资源配置,促进粤港澳全域发展,实现真正意义上的先富带动后富,最终实现共同富裕。

社会学建设的中国经验——费孝通关于“人民社会学”的探索及其启示

我国社会学已有一个世纪的学科建设历程,留下了一些值得总结和继承的中国经验,“人民社会学”就是构建中国特色社会学的一个很好的理论创设与实践路径。费孝通倡导的“人民社会学”与近代以来中国人探求振兴中华、实现中华民族伟大复兴的历程紧密相连,其核心主张是社会学建设与中国实际相结合,坚持以人民为中心的原则,以“志在富民”为学术追求,围绕中国社会发展的时代命题,开展扎实深入的社会调查研究,推动社会学中国化。费孝通倡导并实践的面向中国实际的“人民社会学”对当下构建中国特色社会学具有重要的学术借鉴意义。

中华民族共同体话语的历史溯源和媒介构建——基于抗战时期香港进步报刊的考察

作为重要政治话语资源的中华民族共同体意识近年来引发学界关注。通过“话语的历史”与“历史的话语”双重互动维度,探讨相关话语在抗战时期香港进步报刊的历史溯源和媒介构建。研究发现,1936年的《生活日报》以“大众文化”的推广促进了抗日救亡“民族联合阵线”的形成,1938年创刊的港版《大公报》从“明耻教战至一心抗战”并且“团结各方并声讨汪逆”,1941年的《华商报》更是注意到“五洲四海”的“民族解放与世界运命”,勾勒出相关话语的产生、强化和拓展,以及话语主体与对象的内在逻辑;而中华民族共同体观念的历史资源和现实需求塑造着话语的缘由,抗战时期香港进步报刊上的友敌想象、编读实践与统战宣传则呈现了话语的影响;同时,香港进步报刊的独特性体现在其作为纽带和桥梁的作用显著,拓展着中华民族共同体的多维立体空间。为在港地较为复杂的舆论场中处理好话语表征的问题,和为港民的国家认同与人心回归制定出话语动员的策略,提供来自历史层面的参照。
