In addition, the paper highlighted 5 characters in village greening, namely, cultural, ecological, practical, concise, and lifeconcerned.展开更多
Since the records and descriptions in Tibetan literature on human geography and Buddhism history on the ancient Silk Road in Xiyu is strongly tinted in mythology regarding form,their credibility is affected.Neverthele...Since the records and descriptions in Tibetan literature on human geography and Buddhism history on the ancient Silk Road in Xiyu is strongly tinted in mythology regarding form,their credibility is affected.Nevertheless,from the perspectives of both history and reality,the account of the Buddhism history of Xiyu in Tibetan literature are actually in line with historical facts and has irreplaceable information value in the study of the world Buddhism history.It is the most precious memory of the Buddhist culture along China’s ancient Silk Road.This paper intends to summarize and elaborate the humanities and Buddhism history of the Xiyu found in Tibetan literature,hoping to get the criticism and correction from scholars in this field.展开更多
