Clinical Observation of the Efficacy of a Customized Prescription from the Jing Ethnic Group in Treating Children with Yang Syndrome of Common Cold

Objective: This paper aims to observe the clinical efficacy of a customized prescription from the Jing ethnic group in treating children with Yang syndrome of common cold. Methods: A total of 160 patients diagnosed with Yang syndrome of common cold at the pediatric outpatient clinic of Fangchenggang City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 80 cases. The control group was orally administered Compound Paracetamol, Chlorphenamine Maleate, and Caffeine Oral Solution, while the treatment group received the customized prescription from the Jing ethnic group in addition to the treatment given to the control group. Both groups were treated for three days. During the treatment period, if the axillary temperature of the children in both groups reached or exceeded 39.0˚C, Dexibuprofen Oral Solution could be additionally administered. The time of antipyretic onset, the interval before axillary temperature rebounded within 24 hours after the first antipyretic effect, and the highest axillary temperatures on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd days were compared between the two groups, as well as their therapeutic effects. Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment group had an earlier onset of antipyretic effect (P Conclusion: The customized prescription from the Jing ethnic group for treating children with Yang syndrome of common cold has a rapid onset, a lasting antipyretic duration, and excellent efficacy without significant adverse reactions, making it worthy of clinical promotion.

The Idea of Treating Numbness of Lower Limbs after Stroke with Zhuang Medical Meridian Therapy by Regulating Shaoyang Meridian Tendons

Based on the understanding of lower limb numbness after stroke in Zhuang medicine, this study makes diagnosis and treatment of lower limb numbness after stroke from the clinical differentiation and treatment ideas of "numbness due to Shaoyang (lesser Yang)" through Zhuang Medicine Meridian Tendon Therapy. The triple therapy of meridian tendon Tuina+acupuncture+cupping originally created by Zhuang medicine and head bloodletting by Zhuang medicine were used to improve the numbness symptoms of patients. This provides a new thinking mode for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lower limb numbness after stroke.

The renowned translator Yang Yi passed away in 2023.Many scholars argue that,influenced by their biological gender,female translators often employ translation methods in adherence to feminist translation or reflect characteristics typical of female translators.This study examines the translation of Wuthering Heights by Yang Yi,focusing on whether there is a definite influence of gender on translator behavior.While existing literature primarily analyzes Yang Yi’s work through a feminist lens,this research takes a broader approach.By considering the translator’s social background and translation practice,this paper challenges the assumption that her work strictly aligns with feminist translation theories.Instead,this study emphasizes the importance of considering diverse factors when interpreting translated works,moving beyond a singular gender-based standpoint.

A study on the treatment of chloasma with moxibustion based on the theory of“Yang transforming Qi,and Yin shaping”

Background:“Yang Transforming Qi and Yin shaping”comes from“Plain Question Yin and Yang should be like the theory”.Chinese medicine believes that the imbalance of yin and yang is the cause of human diseases.One of the strengths of TCM in treating diseases is holistic regulation.The theory of“Yang transforming Qi,and Yin shaping”implies a strong holistic view.Chloasma,one of the common skin diseases,seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients due to its unclear etiology,difficult treatment and easy recurrence.The occurrence and development of chloasma are closely related to internal organs.This paper is based on the theory of internal meridian,“Yang transforming Qi,and Yin shaping”which attaches importance to the concept of“Yang Qi”,from a new understanding of the pathogenesis etiology of chloasma.Methods:The author believes that the incidence of the disease is the deficiency of Yang Qi,which can’t promote the movement of Qi and blood to nourish the face,resulting in tangible material condensation,so proposes that this disease needs to be promoted by Yang transforming Qi and warm to dissipate.Moxibustion belongs to the fire,and its warming effect can dissipate the tangible evil.Results:Combined with clinical practice and the theory of internal meridian,the author elaborated that moxibustion is one of the effective methods for treating chloasma,which provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of chloasma.Conclusion:“Yang Transforming Qi and Yin shaping”can be used to guide the treatment of chloasma.

Observation on the Nursing Effect of Ginger Moxibustion on Gastrointestinal Symptoms in Patients with Heart Failure Due to Yang Qi Deficiency

Objective:To evaluate the nursing measures and effects of ginger moxibustion in the treatment of heart failure(yang qi deficiency type)with gastrointestinal symptoms.Methods:86 patients with heart failure(yang qi deficiency type)accompanied by gastrointestinal symptoms who were admitted to the hospital between January 2023 and January 2024 were selected and divided into 43 cases in each group by random number table grouping;Group I implemented integrated care,while Group II adopted conventional care.The indicators of care were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing care,the digestive symptom scores of Group I were lower than those of Group I,and the psychological scores were lower than those of Group II(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginger moxibustion can improve gastrointestinal symptoms and enhance the psychological health of patients with heart failure(yang qi deficiency type)with gastrointestinal symptoms.

Clinical Nursing Intervention of Moxibustion on Abdominal Distension Symptoms in Heart Failure (Heart and Kidney Yang Deficiency and Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals Syndrome)

Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing intervention effect of moxibustion on abdominal distension symptoms in heart failure(heart and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome).Methods:62 patients with heart failure(heart and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome)admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=31)and the control group(n=31)by using the random numerical table method.The control group adopted conventional nursing interventions,and the observation group received the nursing program of the control group with the addition of moxibustion nursing interventions.The nursing effectiveness,quality of life scores,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing effectiveness of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of moxibustion nursing intervention in patients with heart failure(heart and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome)can effectively relieve the symptoms of abdominal distension,improve patients'quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction,which has promotion and application values.

从津液阐释《伤寒论》六病发病及见证

绝经综合征是妇科常见病、多发病,又称围绝经期综合征、更年期综合征,中医称绝经前后诸证,西医常激素治疗。许昕教授认为肾气衰,天癸竭为初始病因,主要病机是肾阴不足,精血亏少,阴阳失调,天癸衰竭而月经闭止,涉及心肝脾胃肺多脏腑,可兼郁夹瘀,变化多端;治疗要标本兼顾,调整阴阳平衡,调和脏腑,调畅气机,帮助患者解除病痛,平稳度过绝经期阶段。

复肾膏联合真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型肾性水肿的疗效及对肾小管损害标志物、凝血指标的影响

目的 观察复肾膏联合真武汤治疗肾性水肿脾肾阳虚型的疗效及对肾小管损害标志物、凝血指标的影响。方法 选取80例肾性水肿脾肾阳虚型患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,对照组40例予真武汤治疗,治疗组40例复肾膏联合真武汤治疗。2组均10天为1个疗程,连续3个疗程后统计疗效。比较2组治疗前及治疗1、2、3个疗程后肾小管损害标志物[中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)、肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)]、肾功能[24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、血清白蛋白(ALB)]、凝血功能[D-二聚体(D-D)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血小板计数(PLT)]变化,观察记录2组治疗过程中不良反应情况。结果 治疗组总有效率92.50%(37/40),明显高于对照组的70.00%(28/40)(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、3个疗程后,2组NGAL、KIM-1、24 h Upro、BUN、SCr水平均较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),ALB均较本组治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且2组组间同期比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、3个疗程后,2组D-D、APTT均较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组同期(P<0.05);治疗3个疗程后,2组PLT均较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为7.50%(3/40),对照组为12.50%(5/40),2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 复肾膏联合真武汤治疗肾性水肿脾肾阳虚型可有效改善肾功能及凝血功能,降低NGAL、KIM-1水平,效果显著。

奈何日微逐,索米老长安——明清易变杨思圣心态嬗变研究

明清易代之际,众多文人面临着守节与出仕的两难选择。杨思圣是河朔诗派的重要代表人物,亦是明末清初畿辅地区的著名诗人。明末中举的经历令他在出仕清廷后始终怀有身仕二主的内惭心理,但在山林之思以及佛禅的慰藉下,他秉持着儒家的入世情怀将黎元之忧担在肩头。杨思圣关心民瘼的心境与杜甫心忧天下众生的情怀不谋而合,为他接受杜甫诗学提供了重要诱因;他身上的山林情结以及他对佛禅的接受,则是其诗歌清俊深远风格的根柢。此外,杨思圣的经历及其仕清后的心路历程,与明清鼎革之际绝大部分遭夺志遗民的身心际遇有所重合。在相似遭际之影响下,这一失节仕清群体诗风宗尚趋于同质化,成为清初诗坛的重要组成部分。

论杜诗中的“景”字不同于“影”

杜诗中有三十三首诗使用了“景”字,杨伦《杜诗镜铨》在其中九处“景”字旁注为“影同”或“当读影”。根据对唐以前文献的考察,“景”的本义指日光、天光,“景”字只有在取引申义阴影时,才与“影”同。自东晋出现“影”字后,表示阴影的含义时,《文选》所选诗文中“景”“影”皆用,初盛唐诗中已专门使用“影”字。其实,“景”“影”使用的区分,体现了诗人在观察事物时有不同的关注点,比如“翠柏深留景”,关注的是光斑而不是阴影。唐诗中描绘日光的词汇非常丰富,清晰地呈现了唐朝诗人对光的敏感,对太阳照耀下自然景物的仔细观察,及对景物描写的精致推敲。将“景”字理解为本义日光,更符合诗人的诗心,也让诗歌更具有韵味和美感。杜甫诗中的“景”自然也是理解为日光更好,注为“同影”是错误的。

温脾除胀汤治疗脾阳虚型胃肠功能障碍的临床效果

目的探讨温脾除胀汤治疗脾阳虚型胃肠功能障碍的临床效果。方法按随机数字表法将2021年1月至2022年9月在河北省中医院重症监护病房住院的脾阳虚型胃肠功能障碍患者50例分入观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以温脾除胀汤治疗,2组均连续治疗7 d。比较2组治疗前后的临床疗效、急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、中医证候积分、胃肠功能相关指标和炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组[96.0%(24/25)比72.0%(18/25)](P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者APACHEⅡ评分、中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后2组胃肠功能障碍评分、腹内压、腹围、平均胃潴留量均低于/小于治疗前,且观察组上述指标均低于/小于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者白细胞计数、肿瘤坏死因子α、降钙素原水平均低于治疗前,且观察组各炎症因子水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组患者均未出现不良反应,同时患者血常规、尿常规、便常规指标均保持正常。结论温脾除胀汤治疗脾阳虚型胃肠功能障碍患者效果确切,能改善患者胃肠功能,抑制炎症因子。

异构YANG模型驱动的网络领域知识图谱构建

随着网络规模持续扩大,复杂且异构的网络环境给网络的自动化配置管理带来了严峻的挑战,现有的网络智能化运维方案缺少知识层面的统一数据模型,难以有效进行网络大数据处理.YANG作为一种数据建模语言,用于对网络配置管理协议NETCONF传输的配置与状态数据进行建模.提出一种YANG模型驱动的网络领域知识图谱构建方案,该方案基于YANG语言规范,提出网络知识本体构建的基本原则,形成包含51个类、70余种属性的本体结构;随后对来自不同标准化组织和厂商的异构YANG模型,进行数据抽取和实例化生成单源知识图谱,进而利用YANG模型之间存在的异构共指特性,采用实体对齐方法建立模型间的语义映射关系,形成网络领域知识图谱.该知识图谱可为网络运维大数据的生成与维护提供统一的语义框架,无须再进行手工的运维本体构建,从而极大地简化网络的配置管理与运行维护,为网络性能优化和异常检测等运维难题提供新的解决思路.
