Standardized and unified logging interpretation results play a decisive role in fine reservoir description and reservoir development. Aiming at the problem of the conflict between the development effect and the initial interpretation result of Yan 9 reservoir in Hujianshan area of Ordos Basin, by combining the current well production performance, logging, oil test, production test and other data, on the basis of making full use of core, coring, logging, thin section analysis and high pressure mercury injection data, the four characteristics of reservoir are analyzed, a more scientific and reasonable calculation model of reservoir logging parameters is established, and the reserves are recalculated after the second interpretation standard of logging is determined. The research improves the accuracy of logging interpretation and provides an effective basis for subsequent production development and potential horizons. 展开更多

In 2006, the indica photoperiod- and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) line Yan 161S was successful y bred by crossing the Guangzhan 63S (♀) and the medium indica breeding material Yan 229 (♂), which was bred by the Institute of Agricultural Sciences in Coastal Region of Jiangsu Province, after years' and generations’ selection in different areas. It passed the identification by Jiangsu Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2013. Crossing the Yan 161S with Yanhui 888, a new high-yielding and high-quality two-line hybrid rice combination Yanliangyou 1618 was developed, and it passed the variety identification in 2014. This paper introduced the breeding processes and characteristics of Yan 161S and Yanliangyou 1618 and the cultivation and seed production techniques of Yanliangyou 1618. 展开更多

In 2013, it was technically identified by Jiangsu Crop Variety Appraisal Committee. “游”的活动维度溯源及其美学意蕴探析

AIM To investigate the adjusting effects of the Yanggan Jieyu (YGJY, nourishing the liver and alleviate mental depression) decoction on the plasma concentration of fibronectin (FN), fibronectin receptor (FNR), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF α) and the activity of interleukin 1 (IL 1) in patients with cirrhosis. METHODS Thirty four cases of cirrhosis (in decompensation) were divided into YGJY decotion treated group and control group treated by routine method. FN, FNR and TNF α were measured with ELESA and expressed as mg/L (FN, FNR) and ng/L (TNF α), and IL 1 was measured by mice thymocyte proliferation using β scintillation counter and expressed as cpm. RESULTS In YGJY decoction treated group, before treatment, FN was 247 9±97 2, FNR 5 6±2 7, TNF α 83 9±7 1 and IL 1 was 2760 8±813 6, and after treatment. FN was 298 3±93 2 ( P <0 01), FNR 4 3±2 3 ( P <0 05, TNF α 93 6±12 0 ( P <0 05) and IL 1 was 1922 3±847 0 ( P <0 05). The FN and TNF α plasma level after treatment increased remarkably, while FNR and IL 1 decreased obviously. In the control group before treatment, FN was 248 8±101 9, FNR 5 5±1 9, TNF α 126 1±48 1 and IL 1 was 2540 6±603 2, and after treatment was 241 6±77 1 ( P >0 05), FNR 5 4±1 2 ( P >0 05), TNF α 100 6±15 5 ( P >0 05) and IL 1 was 2360 6±860 0 ( P >0 05), the plasma levels of FN, TNF α, FNR and IL 1 did not change signifiantly. CONCLUSION YGJY decoction could prevent the process of the hepatic fibrosis by readjusting the plasma levels of FN, FNR, TNF α and IL 1 mediating acivities in cirrhosis, which is of clinical significance. 展开更多

Spatial-temporal differences in in-stream flow requirement based on GIS: A case study of Yan'an region, northern Shaanxi 被引量:2

Although water has the central function of the bloodstream in the biosphere especially in arid or semi-arid regions such as Yah'an region in northwestern China, yet the very limited attention is paid to the role of the water-related processes in ecosystem. In this research, based on continuous nearly 50-year data including runoff volume, sediment discharge as well as sediment accretion from hydrographic stations, and 10-year information of water quality from pollution monitoring stations, the method for measuring in-stream flow requirement has been put forward supported by experiential models and GIS spatial analysis. Additionally, the changes of in-stream flow requirement for environment and economic development have been addressed from spatial-temporal dimensions. The results show that: (1) According to the central streams in Yan'an region, mean annual in-stream flow requirement reaches 1.0619 billion m^3, and the surface water for economic exploitation is 0.2445 billion m3 (2) Mean annual in-stream flow requirement for sediment transfers in flood period occupies over 80% of the integrated volume in a year. (3) From the 1950s to 1970s, in-stream flow requirement for sediment transfers is comparatively higher, while from the 1980s to 1990s, this requirement presents a decreasing tendency. 展开更多

Based on the MICPAS data and 0. 75°× 0. 75° reanalysis data of the European Center,the characteristics of large-scale circulation in the rainstorm process in Yan'an in late July in 2013 were analyzed. The results showed that the activity of the subtropical high had a significant impact on the occurrence of this rainstorm process. During the rainstorm in Yan'an,the subtropical high extended westward obviously,and the southerly airflow on the periphery of the subtropical high intersected with cold air in northern Shaanxi. The good coupling of high-and low-level jet stream provided dynamic conditions for the occurrence of downpour. During the rainstorm,the low-level jet stream at 850 h Pa was radial,and the high-level jet stream at 200 h Pa in this process was in a quasi-horizontal direction. In the rainstorm process,there was an obvious large-value band of water vapor transport,while the water vapor flux arrived at a high latitude,and the intensity was great. 展开更多

It is to introduce seed selection and main points of cultivation technology for new Hemerocallis'jin yan'. We selected some quality resources from 300 types of domestic and foreign seed,carried out the seed resistance experiment. From comparison of parent strain and filial generation in agronomic traits,ornamental traits,and stress resistance,we obtained special traits of Hemerocallis'jin yan'. Flower diameter of'jin yan' is larger than that of parent strain; seed stalk is higher than parent strain; it inherited evergreen feature of parent strain; the flower color is brighter than parent strain; the flowering stage is about 45 days,and it has reflowering phenomenon; in winter,it keeps evergreen; it is high in stress resistance,and suitable for planting in Yangtze River Delta region. The new Hemerocallis'jin yan'has high afforestation and promotional value in Yangtze River Delta region. 展开更多
