However, few studies focus on HIV-related heterosexual risk behaviours among the majority Yi population. The objectives of this study were to explore the characteristics of an egocentric sexual network and estimate the prevalence of casual sexual behaviour. Yi villagers (n= 108), aged 15-35 years, who reported having had sex within the previous year were interviewed as to their sexual behaviours and networks. In-depth interviews and focus group discussions provided supplementary information on sexual norms. Logistic regression analysis was used to calculate unadjusted odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Most of the respondents reported having had casual sex at some time in their life, and 66.7% reported multiple sexual partnerships. Only 21.3% reported ever having used a condom. During the study year, a total of 137 partners were involved in 153 sexual partnerships. Among the reported sexual partnerships, 67.3% originated from a casual sexual relationship. For network members in components of size ≥3, 56,9% were involved in concurrent sexual partnerships. Having never been married (OR: 2.11; 95% CI: 1.03-4.33) and younger age (OR: 0.89; 95% CI: 0.83-0.95) were both associated with being in a component of size ≥3. Size (OR: 2.99; 95% Ch 1.17-7.66), pair (OR: 0.54; 95% Ch 0.039-0.74), the number of weak components of the egocentric sexual network (OR- 30.04; 95% Ch 6.47-139.46) and gender (OR. 0. 19; 95% Ch. 0.06-0.67) were all associated with being in concurrent sexual partnerships. HIV-related interventions for the Yi ethnic minority in Sichuan province must therefore address concurrent sexual partnerships and promote condom use.展开更多

It is important to explore the reasons underlying the livelihood strategy choices of farmers from the perspective of social capital under China’s rural revitalization strategy. In this study, the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, a povertystricken mountainous area in southwestern China, was selected as the case study area, and multivariable linear regression models were constructed to analyze the influence of social capital on livelihood strategies. The results are as follows:(1) Individual social capital had a positive effect on non-agricultural livelihood strategies. On average, with a one-unit increase in individual social capital, the ratio of farmers’ nonagricultural income to total productive income(Income_Rto) increased by 0.002% and 0.062%,respectively. Collective social capital, with the Peasant Economic Cooperation Organization(PECO) as the carrier, had a negative effect on the non-agricultural livelihood strategies of farmers;on average, with a oneunit increase in PECO, Income_Rto decreased by approximately 0.053%. However, this effect was only significant in the river valley area.(2) The income differences among the different livelihood strategy types were explained by the livelihood strategy choices of farmers. As non-agricultural work can bring more benefits, the labor force exhibited one-way migration from villages to cities, resulting in a lack of the subject of rural revitalization. It is necessary to implement effective measures to highlight the role of PECO in increasing agricultural income for farmers. Finally, based on the above conclusions, policy recommendations with respect to livelihood transformation of farmers and rural sustainable development are discussed.展开更多

Local nurseries total 6.40 km 2 , accounting for 5.1% of total constructed land area in the prefecture, and only 0.02% of the total land area in the prefecture. Application of local plant species in landscape engineering and green coverage ratio lags far behind the indexes of Chinese livable city and indexes of relieving urban heat island effect. By making proper policies and measures, seedling production can be promoted, rare and endanged wild plant species should be fully used to construct garden city, control PM2.5 and protect the living environment.展开更多

The effect of upgrading on the prepared coke quality was analyzed. The results show that the carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyls in the coal molecular structure are removed after upgrading by low temperature pyrolysis under either N2 or Hz atmospheres. This improves coal caking properties to a certain extent. The upgrading effect under a Hz atmosphere is remarkably better than the effect observed after upgrading under N2. Compared to coke obtained from raw coal, the compressiveand micro-strength of the cokes obtained from upgraded coal are greatly improved. The effect on coke reactivity with CO2 is not significant. The best upgrading temperature for Yi'an gas coal under either a N2 or H2 atmosphere is 250 or 275 ℃ respectively.展开更多

The total average percentage of amplification loci was 93.3%. The genetic diversity of every subpopulation was medium on (the percentage of amplification loci was 49.33%-66.67%). The genetic diversity of high altitude samples of Zhengtiantai was lower than that of low altitude Wutonggang's. There was no obvious differentiation between two subpopulations of Zhengtiantais. The correlation is very low between altitude and the amplification loci and the genetic distance, Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.431 and 0.488 (P 〈 0.01). Through investigation, the primary cause of heredity multiplicity drops was that the habitat had been destroyed by tourism development and other human disturbance.展开更多

Based on the national strategy of targeted poverty alleviation, this paper combined the industrial development of targeted poverty alleviation with land circulation. According to the field survey on the current situation of land circulation and promotion of the industrial poverty alleviation in the typical project area of Zhongping Village in Zhongping Town and Jiaowuying Village in Jiulong Town in Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County in Yunnan Province, located in the high mountain canyon area of Jinsha River in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in the west of China. This paper summarized and analyzed the organization and operation mechanism, basic practices and main results of the land circulation and promotion of industrial poverty alleviation model in the typical project area of the county. It also summarized the innovation and successful experience of the model, and then came up with measures to further promote the implementation of the model,so as to provide necessary reference for the implementation of land circulation and industrial targeted poverty alleviation for the poverty-stricken counties in Yunnan Province and similar provinces( cities, regions).
文摘By studying current seedling production in Honghe Hani and Yi Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, tropical and subtropical urban landscape plant production in southwest China was analyzed. By making proper policies and measures, seedling production can be promoted, rare and endanged wild plant species should be fully used to construct garden city, control PM2.5 and protect the living environment.
文摘The quality of Yi'an gas coal before and after low temperature upgrading under either a N2 or H2 atmosphere was examined by thermogravimetric and infrared analyses. The best upgrading temperature for Yi'an gas coal under either a N2 or H2 atmosphere is 250 or 275 ℃ respectively.

文摘[Objectives] To identify original plant and traits of Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae, and provide experimental data for its identification and application. [Methods] The original plant, traits, and microscopic identification were used. [Results] Essential identification characteristics of Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae: small leaf was 1-2. 5 cm long, while the gynophore was 4-8mm long when bearing fruit; traits mainly included characteristic odor, strong and bitter taste, and spicy flavor; microscopic exclusive identifying characteristics: rich aleurone grain in the root; leaf had lysigenous secretory cavity, and non-glandular hairs and oil droplets were common. [Conclusions] Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae( Ebazema) has distinctive identifying characteristics in original plant, traits, and microscopic tissues. This study is expected to provide certain reference for identification of original plant and medicine and formulation of quality standard for Yi medicine Ebazema, and to provide basis for its further research and development.
文摘A study of the genetic diversity within four subpopulations of Chimonobambusa rivularis Yi and adaptations to altitude, habitat and related factors in Qionglai City of Sichuan province in China, analyzed by random amplified polymorphic DNA technique. 22 random primers were selected in the amplification and 375 repetitive loci with 350 polymorphic loci were produced. Through investigation, the primary cause of heredity multiplicity drops was that the habitat had been destroyed by tourism development and other human disturbance.

文摘Objective To assess the effects of Yi Qi Jie Du Decoction(YQJDD)on nasopharyngeal carcinoma stem cells(NPC-SCs)and investigate the underlying mechanism. Methods NPC-SCs were collected in serum-free culture system and identified by the sphere formation assay. The effect of YQJDD on the proliferation of NPC-SCs was detected using the Cell Counting Kit-8 assay. The change of mitochondrial membrane potential(ΔΨm)in NPC-SCs following treatment with YQJDD was investigated by JC-1 staining. The levels of apoptosisassociated proteins were examined using western blot analysis. Results YQJDD significantly inhibited the proliferation of NPCSCs in dose-and time-dependent manners.JC-1 staining revealed that YQJDD lowered theΔΨm of NPC-SCs in a timedependent manner. After treatment with YQJDD,the expression of cleaved caspase-3,-7 and-9,cleaved poly-ADP ribose polymerase,P21 and P53 were increased, while the expression of Survivin in NPC-SCs was decreased. However, the expression of cleaved caspase-8 remained nearly unchanged. Conclusions YQJDD inhibits the growth and induces apoptosis of NPC-SCs via an intrinsic apoptosis pathway.
