The application of "harmonious teaching method" in the sp...The ultimate goal of college personnel training is "comprehensively implementing quality-oriented education and cultivating innovation-oriented personnel". The application of "harmonious teaching method" in the sports dance teaching of general colleges can help theoretically analyze the teaching process of existing sports dance actions and reveal the main reason for the gap with the goal of "comprehensive harmonious development", and also can verify the theoretical analysis results. Therefore, using teaching experiment method, experiment class and control class were selected for implementing two different teaching methods. Difference T test of small samples average was made on the acquired data for revealing the teaching effect difference between two different teaching methods. The result shows that the difference between two teaching methods was significant. The application of "harmonious teaching method" in the sports dance teaching of physical education of general colleges plays a certain positive role in training the comprehensive and harmonious moral, intellectual and physical developments of college students.展开更多

An efficient and accurate prediction of a precise tidal level in estuaries and coastal areas is indispensable for the management and decision-making of human activity in the field wok of marine engineering. The variat...An efficient and accurate prediction of a precise tidal level in estuaries and coastal areas is indispensable for the management and decision-making of human activity in the field wok of marine engineering. The variation of the tidal level is a time-varying process. The time-varying factors including interference from the external environment that cause the change of tides are fairly complicated. Furthermore, tidal variations are affected not only by periodic movement of celestial bodies but also by time-varying interference from the external environment. Consequently, for the efficient and precise tidal level prediction, a neuro-fuzzy hybrid technology based on the combination of harmonic analysis and adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)model is utilized to construct a precise tidal level prediction system, which takes both advantages of the harmonic analysis method and the ANFIS network. The proposed prediction model is composed of two modules: the astronomical tide module caused by celestial bodies’ movement and the non-astronomical tide module caused by various meteorological and other environmental factors. To generate a fuzzy inference system(FIS) structure,three approaches which include grid partition(GP), fuzzy c-means(FCM) and sub-clustering(SC) are used in the ANFIS network constructing process. Furthermore, to obtain the optimal ANFIS based prediction model, large numbers of simulation experiments are implemented for each FIS generating approach. In this tidal prediction study, the optimal ANFIS model is used to predict the non-astronomical tide module, while the conventional harmonic analysis model is used to predict the astronomical tide module. The final prediction result is performed by combining the estimation outputs of the harmonious analysis model and the optimal ANFIS model. To demonstrate the applicability and capability of the proposed novel prediction model, measured tidal level samples of Fort Pulaski tidal station are selected as the testing database. Simulation and experimental results confirm that the proposed prediction approach can achieve precise predictions for the tidal level with high accuracy, satisfactory convergence and stability.展开更多

The MCV scheme defines 16 degrees of freedom (DOFs) within each element to build a 2D cubic reconstruction polynomial. The time evolution equations for DOFs are derived from constraint conditions on moments of line-integrated averages (LIA), point values (PV), and values of first-order derivatives (DV). The Yin-Yang grid eliminates polar singularities and results in a quasi-uniform mesh. A limiting projection is designed to remove nonphysical oscillations around discontinuities. Our model was tested against widely used benchmarks; the competitive results reveal that the model is accurate and promising for developing general circulation models.展开更多

Based on this concept, the harmoniousness of total amount control of water use was analyzed in terms of the supply and demand of water resources, water resources management, water use benefits, and water-saving level. An evaluation index system of the degree of harmony of total amount control of water use was established, and a method for calculation of the degree of harmony of total amount control of water use was developed based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive analysis (FCA) methods. The new evaluation index system was applied to a certain area in Jiangsu Province, China. The degree of harmony of total amount control of water use over this area was calculated for different years. Results indicate that the evaluation index system and calculation method proposed in this study are feasible, and such a harmoniousness analysis can provide scientific references for the strict water resources management system that will be implemented in China in the near future.展开更多

In this paper, we adopt the method of characteristics to compute the solutions for gravity waves on a sphere directly using a semi-Lagrangian advection scheme instead of the semi-implicit method in a shallow water model, to avoid expensive matrix inversions. Adoption of the semi-Lagrangian scheme renders the numerical model always stable for any Courant number, and which saves CPU time. To illustrate the effciency of the characteristic constrained interpolation profile (CIP) method, some numerical results are shown for idealized test cases on a sphere in the Yin-Yang grid system.展开更多
The Three Harmonies helps to regulate whole-body motion in harmony by balancing and aligning the movements of the body segments.Taijiquan uses the fangsong-relaxation modality to resolve the switching back and forth o...The Three Harmonies helps to regulate whole-body motion in harmony by balancing and aligning the movements of the body segments.Taijiquan uses the fangsong-relaxation modality to resolve the switching back and forth of the active muscle forces and the passive tensional forces of tendons,ligaments and fascial tissues.Fangsong induces the modulation of the muscles to resettle in a better state of balance,thus is necessarily a manipulation of the fascial tissues enveloping the muscles,organs and structures.In so doing,fangsong-relaxation cultivates the cognition and sensation of the fascial tensional network,which traditional Taiji theory refers to as Qi.Taijiquan harnesses Qi in the discipline of body motion to balance and align the momenta of the body segments in force transmission.This gives rise to maximal force potential in balance-the force of neijin(internal strength)-in response of application.Crucially,the settling into balance by fangsong functions as a neutral countermovement in the stretch-shorten cycle that primes the muscle-tendon unit in an ever-ready state of action,which endows neijin with the liveliness of response.Secondly,the fangsong manipulation of the fascial tissues serves as a fascial massage and release that provides relief to chronic pain syndrome caused by tenseness of muscles and fascia,a therapy that accrues with the many health benefits of Taijiquan.Lastly,but not least,the attentiveness required in the fangsong process develops into the meditation component of the practice which brings tranquility and the insight of mindfulness.Taijiquan thus bestows the triple gems of neijin,health well-being,and equanimity.展开更多
