This paper explores the role of guiding students to participate in skills competitions on the development of young teachers in vocational colleges.We investigate the impact of skills competitions on the consolidation of professional knowledge,development of innovation capabilities,improvement of hands-on abilities,and enhancement of communication skills with students.The results of this research demonstrate that skills competitions have a positive influence on the professional growth of young teachers.The consolidation of professional knowledge,development of innovation capabilities,improvement of hands-on abilities,and enhancement of communication skills collectively contribute to the effectiveness of young teachers in vocational colleges.It is recommended that vocational colleges prioritize and support the participation of young teachers in skills competitions to foster their professional development.

The quality of the teaching staff is crucial to the development of vocational education.Skilled and knowledgeable teachers can provide students with specialized technical knowledge and practical skills.In addition to teaching,teachers also act as mentors in providing guidance and support in all areas to students.However,the development of young teachers faces many problems,such as unclear career plans and a lack of attention to operational skills.This paper analyzes the research findings of past scholars and uses a questionnaire to analyze the problems faced by young teachers in their career development.Based on this,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions,which can provide guidelines for the career development of young teachers.

A Narrative Study on Young Female English Teacher’s Emotion in Research Career in Independent University

Young female English teachers in independent college have dealt with a range of emotions over their research careers,which have influenced their research cognition and professional growth.This narrative case study purposefully selected two young female English instructors in an independent university as participants.Semi-structured interviews,narrative frames,and log records were used to look into their dynamic emotional experiences in research,ecological and environmental elements affecting their emotions,and the regulating strategies.This study gives the following three primary results:the participants transitioned from positive to negative to mostly positive emotions;there was a complicate combination of positive and negative emotions in their research growth with the positive emotions dominating;two kinds of regulating tactics are presented.

新时期下,高校青年教师师德师风建设已经成为我国社会主义特色精神文明建设的重要组成部分之一。青年教师是我国高校的中坚力量,为建立专业化、素质化的青年教师团队,因此需要加强高校青年教师师德师风建设。为加快我国教育事业的发展进程,我国高校都在重视青年师德师风建设。该文分析当前高校青年教师师德师风建设过程中的主要困境,并进一步对构建高校青年教师师德师风建设长效机制提出一些可行性建议,尤其是对奖惩机制措施进行细化,为深入进行青年教师师德师风建设研究奠定理论基础。

新时代高校党外青年教师协同育人功能及实践路径研究

随着我国高等教育改革的不断深化,党外青年教师的比例也大幅提高。为充分利用高校党外青年教师群体优势,发挥高校党外青年教师协同育人功能,该文从数量、教育水平、身份、资源及政治意识五个方面分析高校党外青年教师的群体优势,采用问卷调查的形式对本专业大学生价值观展开调查。根据调查结果总结并得出发挥协同育人功能的实施路径,提出进一步提升党外青年教师工作水平与责任意识的建议。

护理学青年教师的课程思政教学改革体验——质性研究的视角

为了解护理学青年教师参与课程思政教学改革的动因、困难、体验与收获,采用质性研究设计,选取10名护理学青年教师进行半结构式访谈,并对访谈资料进行分析。共提取9个主题:顺应国家政策导向、坚守高校教师责任与担当的体现、人才培养质量提升的新路径、思政素材库不健全、思政元素渗透不自然、打破封闭壁垒、在教学中不断实践、从迷茫走向明朗、边做边学边改进。护理学青年教师应强化主动建设意识,构筑学习共同体,重视教学反思,提升课程思政教学能力。

目前国家对高校中西医结合型人才的培养、中西医结合教学质量提高非常重视,已经把发展中西医结合事业的重要性提升到了国家战略层面。有关通过有效途径和方法提升中医药院校青年教师中西医结合临床教学能力的需求十分迫切。文章将从中西医结合教育教学基本现状,青年教师临床教学存在的基本问题,帮助青年教师把握好教育方向、加强思政教育,加快中西医结合青年教师队伍建设,提高青年教师中西医结合基本理论和临床技能水平,把握好课堂教学、提升教学质量,善于理论与实践相结合7个方面来探索提升青年教师中西医结合临床教学能力的方法及途径。

地方医学院校青年教师教学学术能力评价指标体系建构研究

构建地方医学院校青年教师教学学术能力评价指标体系。采用专家咨询法,于2022年9至12月通过邮件向29位专家发放两轮专家咨询表,综合专家积极程度、权威程度和协调程度等进行评价。两轮咨询的专家积极程度分别为93.1%、100.0%,专家权威程度分别为0.859、0.864,评价指标重要性和可行性的专家协调系数分别为0.35和0.39(P值均小于0.001)。构建的指标体系包括4项一级指标、10项二级指标26项三级指标。专家的积极程度和权威程度较高,专家意见协调程度较好,构建的地方医学院校青年教师教学学术能力指标体系可信。

作为乡村教师队伍的后备力量与持续动力,乡村青年教师承担着振兴乡村教育发展的重任。切实的获得感是增进乡村教师职业吸引力、坚定乡村青年教师教育信念的关键因素,也是建设高质量乡村教师队伍的根本保障。研究通过修正德尔菲法与层次分析法建构了包含“生存保障获得感”“关系归属获得感”“自我发展获得感”3个一级指标、“物质经济获得感”“政策保障获得感”“社会交往获得感”“公共文化获得感”“社会声望获得感”“专业成长获得感”“职业成就获得感”7个二级指标及28个相应三级指标的乡村青年教师获得感指标体系。在此基础上提出乡村青年教师获得感提升理路:完善物质保障,推进差异化教师激励政策;整合关系归属,锚定人性化社会需要;保持自我发展,合理规划未来预期。

“她”的困与解:高职院校青年女教师职业发展之探——基于X省4所高职院校342名教师样本的分析

青年女教师是教师群体的重要组成部分,是高职院校高质量发展的先锋军。聚焦该群体职业发展中的困与解,通过针对性问卷调研和深度访谈,深度拆解“她”的职业发展现状发现,由于职业生涯初期的投入与产出焦虑,家庭分工与教养子女的外在期待,以及高职教育新发展带来的新要求等,“她”的职业发展陷入不同程度的困境,包括职场初始段嵌套重叠家庭生命周期关键段、教学胜任力与高质量科研产出的双重压力、企业实践要求与个体安定感追求的矛盾、难破“工作赚钱与顾家养娃”的两难选题,以及职业发展缺乏持续有效的社会支持系统等。对此,建议通过搭建多元化职业发展平台、构建系统的社会支持体系,以及唤醒职业发展内驱力、培养行动力等途径助力高职院校青年女教师职业发展。

“入乡”与“离乡”:认同视角下乡村青年教师缘何流动

自我认同、社会结构和组织环境是乡村教师社会认同的重要影响因素。择业青年基于受到同辈群体就业代入影响、在保守选择下进行自我信心塑造、直面就业困境催生求稳心态、对教师职业连带福利的认可,主动选择加入乡村教师队伍。但入职后,乡村青年教师依然对家庭亲密关系具有依赖性,职业地位、工作压力和薪资收入等低回报引发了教师群际之间的消极比较,产生了职业群体内部的信任危机和内群吸引力的退潮,造成乡村青年教师内部心理归属弱化,社会认同发生了降阶式的转变,导致其流动意愿产生并进一步“离乡”。从认同视角下探析乡村青年教师的心路转变,对于进一步探明乡村青年教师的流动原因、保持乡村青年教师队伍稳定性有一定的现实意义。

高校青年教师教学能力提升体系构建探究

青年教师是高等院校教学科研战线的新兴力量,也是高校教师队伍建设和发展的关键因素。同时,高校教师的根本任务是教书育人,立德树人成效也成为新时代检验高等院校办学质量的第一标准。该文基于青年教师基本特征,针对其在教学工作中的困境开展研究,提出和探讨基于“教学培训+教学咨询+教学研究”三位一体的青年教师教学能力提升若干举措,实践结果显示所提出的相关举措已经取得一定成效。
