Measurement and Strategy Research on the Green Development Level for the New Energy Vehicle Industry in Chongqing City

This article takes 2016-2022 as the inspection period to construct an evaluation index system for the green development level of the new energy vehicle industry.The entropy method and comprehensive index are used to measure the green development level of the new energy vehicle industry in Chongqing,and compared with neighboring provinces such as Yunnan,Guizhou,and Sichuan.Policy recommendations are proposed to promote the development of the new energy vehicle industry in Chongqing City.

Mercury emission and pollution in Chongqing City, China

Investigation showed that mercury emission in Chongqing City, China is about 2.1 t/a, 70% of which came from coal burning.Mercury in many water bodies have been detected, in vegetables and milk had exceeded the food standard value in some places.

Study on Conceptual Planning of Group Landscapes in Urban Core Areas—A Case Study of Conceptual Landscape Planning of the Core Area in Shuangsong Group,Wanzhou District of Chongqing City,China

The planning site was divided into a spatial structure of"one center,one corridor,two axes,two belts and three communities"and traffic system designed to a 3-grade road system of"artery,secondary artery and by-pass".Meanwhile,a 3-ring structure of the planning site was constructed:diffusion waterfront landscape belt,waterfront pathway and core eco-green island.Finally,the planning concepts for major ecological constructions were given.This study tried to explore the group eco-landscape pattern in urban core areas so as to provide a strategic instruction for the regional sustainable development.

Practicality of power load management system in Chongqing City verified

Began from early 1992, Chongqing Power Supply Bureau had spent 3 and half years to build up a power load management system consisting of I master station, 6 relay stations, 1280 terminals and the distributed monitoring device. Evaluation of the Development of Circular Agriculture in Chongqing City Based on Entropy Method

The circular agriculture is conducive to achieving the purpose of efficient agricultural economy and environment- friendliness.Based on the perspective of circular agriculture theory,this paper builds the evaluation indicator system for circular agriculture,and uses entropy method and Matlab analysis tool to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of the level of agricultural development in Chongqing City during the period 2003- 2012. It analyzes the obstacles to the development of circular agricultural economy in Chongqing City in 2012,and finally puts forward the corresponding recommendations.

Urban spatial expansion and its impact on ecological service values of Chongqing City Proper in the last 30 years

Based on the remote sensing images of urban land use of Chongqing City Proper in the last 30years(from 1978 to 2011),The paper focuses on the impact of urban spatial expansion on urban ecosystem service.The charactereristics of urban spatial expansion pattern are expressed by Landscape Expansion Index and Index of Fractal Dimension.Taking advantage of calculation of these two indices,changes of the ecological service values in the main urban area of Chongqing caused by the variation of urban expansion patterns are evaluated and the interrelationship is analyzed.The main conclusions and results are as follows;in Chongqing City Proper,the ecological service value decreased rapidly from 1978 to 2011,especially in the period of 2002-2011.Urban spatial expansion pattern has exerted significant impact on urban ecosystem service value.Edge-expansion pattern broke into a great deal of urban enclaves and caused the disadvantage effect of the function of urban ecological system.At the same time,negative correlation existed between the indices of fractal dimension and the ecosystem service value.

Research on Model of Guiding Rural Residents' Relatively Centralized Residence——A Case Study of Chongqing City

On the basis of expounding the status quo of rural residents' residence, the thesis notes that influenced by the weak foundation of rural economy, the characteristic of mountain landscape, smallholder consciousness, shortage of capital and other factors, the rural residents in Chongqing City mainly live scattered. In addition to opportunities of the expansion and drive of city, rural market development, rural resources development, rural industrial development, and rural ecological migration, the model of urban development promotion, the model of market development drive, the model of land development drive, the model of rural industry construction and the model of resettlement and reconstruction are advocated in order to guide the rural residents to adopt relative centralized residence. The suggestions concerning guiding rural residents' relative centralized residence are put forward as follows: firstly, act according to circumstances and conduct scientific planning and design; secondly, propagate extensively and activate famers' willingness; thirdly, first experiment and exert the exemplary guide; fourthly, perfect policy and guarantee farmers' benefit; fifthly, strengthen leadership and decrease the risk of centralized residence; sixthly, boost gradually and realize moderate centralized residence.

Status Quo and Development Prospects of Vertical Greening in Urban Districts of Chongqing City

On the basis of investigating vertical greening in urban districts of Chongqing City, major problems were analyzed, dominant greening patterns were summarized, and major plant species suitable for the vertical greening of urban districts in Chongqing City were given. On this basis, key technologies and development prospects of the vertical greening were explored.

The Construction of Orange Drought Warning Model——A Case Study of Beibei Orangery in Chongqing City

On the basis of expounding the status quo of China's orange drought warning model research,according to the real-time monitoring data of Beibei Orangery in Chongqing City from June to August in 2010,by using factor analysis and principal component regression,we construct the drought warning model of Beibei Orangery in Chongqing City,and we conduct test and correction on drought warning model by using MAPE principle of assessment and prediction accuracy and the real-time monitoring data of September.The results show that as for the prediction of orange drought,the model has strong credibility.If we conduct continuous dynamic monitoring on the relevant indices regarding orange drought by virtue of this model,and pay attention to the analysis of variation trend of prediction value,then it will be more practical;the warning effect,to some extent,further indicates that using factor analysis and principal component analysis method to conduct drought warning is rational;as the prediction model is static and linear,so we should perfect model to promote the accuracy and practicality of model.

Study on Road Greening in the Main Urban Area of Chongqing City Based on Plant Diversity

The greening situation of 242 road greenbelts in 7 administrative regions in the main urban city of Chongqing City was investigated by field survey, and the plant composition, application frequency, species richness and diversity of plants used for road greening in the main urban area were analyzed. The results show that there were 105 species of plants used for road greening(not including seasonal flowers displayed temporarily) in the main urban area of Chongqing City, belonging to 80 genera, 47 families. Among them, there were 95 species of woody plants and 10 species of perennial herbs, accounting for 90.47% and 9.53% of the total number respectively. Some suggestions were put forward according to the current situation and problems of road greening in the main urban area of Chongqing City.

Theory and measurement model of administrative region potential from a perspective of administrative division adjustment:Taking Chongqing city as a case study

There is a lack of basic theory and method to examine the effect of administrative division(AD) adjustment on the regional development. Based on the theory and practice of Chinese AD adjustments, the paper defined the concept of administrative region potential(ARP) and developed the quantitative model to measure the ARP. Then, the model was validated taking Chongqing as an empirical case. The results show that:(1) the ARP consists of energy of position(i.e., geographic space factors) and gravitational potential energy(i.e., administrative levels and management system factors). Administrative division adjustment can change the ARP, thereby changing its path and driving force of regional development.(2) The ARP model of Chongqing city can reflect the effects of administrative division adjustment events on the Chongqing city objectively. Specifically, ARP includes variables of land jurisdiction, human capital level, fixed assets investment capacity, administrative hierarchy of fiscal decentralization and administrative decentralization.(3) The ARP promotion has significant positive influence on the performance of local economic development in Chongqing city.(4) Reasonable AD adjustments will help the region integrate production elements and resources, enhance the political power of the city, improve its ARP, and then promote local economic development. The ARP model is proved to be an efficient way to understand and explain the regional effect of AD adjustment. It provides a new analytical perspective for the planning of AD adjustment in various regions, and can also be used as a practical method for assessing the effects of AD adjustment.

Environmental hazard and ecological infrastructure construction of hilly city:a case of metropolitan area of Chongqing Municipality

This paper takes metropolitan area of Chongqing Municipality as an example, Chongqing, located at the tail area of the Three Gorges Reservoir; is a typically in-land hilly city in China. A series of serious eco-environmental hazard affecting hilly city, have appeared： the forest landscape has been fragmented; the stability of ecological system has nat been maintained： soil erosion has been serionus; geological disasters have become more and more frequented; the phenomenon of city ＂heat islands＂ is obvious： and environmental pollution is worsened with Iow physical self-puri- fication. All of the hazards above will affect ecological security of the tail area of the Three Gorges Reservoir and sustainable development of Changqing. In order to guarantee ecological security and health of Chongqing and the Three Gorges Reservoir, the eountermeasures for ecological infrastructure construction are put forward： quickly drawing up ecological infrastructure planning of Chongqing Municipality, strengthening the integration and continuation of hilly-water spatial pattern, maintaining the diversity and stability of local ecosystem, establishing the green space system in-cluding suburban.forest, farmland and green space. recovering wetland ecosystem, optimizing industrial structure and urban spatial distribution, developing recycling economy; establishing ecological infrastructure monitoring network and information forecast system, carrying out ecological management for Chongqing Municipality and so on.

Study on the Countermeasures to Improve the Public Outdoor Leisure and Fitness Function on the Two Rivers and Four Banks in the Main Urban Area of Chongqing

The main urban area of Chongqing is surrounded by two rivers and set against each other.With its unique waterfront landscape,it has the resource conditions to become a leisure tourism destination.Intending to enhance people’s happiness,improve city quality,and promote Chongqing’s main urban area to become a tourist destination,this paper finds out the existing problems in the construction of public outdoor leisure and fitness facilities on the two rivers and four banks of Chongqing’s main urban area through investigation and analysis based on relevant experiences at home and abroad,takes the value chain theory as the guidance,and to find solutions to the problem.On this basis,combined with the law of economic operation,this paper puts forward the guiding ideology,principles,development goals,functional orientation,and development path for the improvement of public outdoor leisure and fitness on two rivers and four banks in the main city of Chongqing,and accordingly puts forward the policy system and guarantee measures for its improvement.

Research on Spatial Influence Mechanism of Chongqing Urban Growth Management

After illustrating the concept of Urban Growth Theory and Urban Growth Management,by taking relevant theoretical research literatures for reference,based on the specific conditions of Chongqing City,the paper had analyzed the spatial growth and evolution of Chongqing City,and the spatial influence mechanism for urban growth management.The spatial influence mechanism of Chongqing urban growth had been divided into four aspects including natural environment,economic development,urban traffic organization and regional policy planning,which were considered as the primary mechanism,driving mechanism,essential condition and driving force of urban spatial growth and development,respectively.From the perspective of analyzing problems,the comprehensive analysis had been conducted on the urban growth management in economy and planning,and corresponding urban growth space management strategies had been formulated.From the perspective of combining theory with practice,it had studied and revealed the spatial influence mechanism for urban growth management,which was of practical guiding significance to the development of Chongqing urban space pattern,and also vital significance to the construction of theoretical system of Chinese urban management and guidance of further development and renovation of specific urban planning.

Coupling relationship between environment and economy ofmetropolis:a case study of Chongqing, China

City is a coupling system of economy, society and environment. The urban environment is a supporting systemto the sustainable development of city. Taking the urban area of Chongqing as an example, this paper establishes theindicator system for assessment of the coordination between urban environment and economy according to the resultfrom principal component analyses by software SPSS11.0. Meanwhile, the weight was assigned for each indicator basedon the load of the first proper principal components. Through computation of the coordinated development model set upaccording to the knowledge of statistics, the paper draws the conclusion that the situation of the coordination betweenenvironment and economy in Chongqing developed well from 1996 to 2004. Finally, countermeasures for the coordina-tion in the coming years are proposed.

Empirical Research on Influencing Factors of Cultivation Land Intensive Use in Chongqing

Taking Chongqing as example, the paper ascertains the influencing factors of cultivation land intensive use from aspects of land conditions, family conditions and land operation conditions and theoretically expects the influencing relations of factors to the intensive uses. Collecting the land conditions, family conditions and land operation conditions through surveys, analyzes each influencing factors in a statistical description way. Constructing the empirical model, calculates the relations of land intensive use to the influencing factors with SPSS. The calculation results show a significant inverse correlation between land intensive use and land area, the space between land and counties, family members, the number of migrant workers, types of cultivation land, land transfer conditions. There is a significant positive correlation between land use and family average income, land investment. Based on these, the paper puts forwards corresponding suggestions and countermeasures of highlighting the land intensive using levels.

Renovation of Road Landscaping in Old Downtown Areas of Mountainous Cities:A Case Study of Pengshui County,Chongqing Municipality

Current situation of road landscaping in old districts of mountainous cities was analyzed,renovation design principles and basis were proposed. Pengshui County in Chongqing was taken for example to explore renovation design methods,overall concepts and relevant contents of the road landscaping in old districts of mountainous cities,so as to provide references for the renovation design of road landscaping in old districts of modern mountainous cities.

Transport Integrated Development(TID) and Practices in Chongqing Municipality

With the development of rail transit, transport integrated development(TID) has become a key issue in land development and utilization. This paper analyzed core theories and design principles of TID, analyzed the successful experience of Kowloon City in Hong Kong, compared success and failure of some TID projects in Chongqing Municipality, i.e. Nanping, Chaotianmen, Lianglukou and Guanyinqiao, and fully demonstrated that TID could promote the internal update and development of the city. TID concepts for Chongqing were proposed as "rail transit stations should ensure mixed high-benefit land uses with multiple functions, public open spaces with a certain ratio, a high-efficiency pedestrian system with comfortable environment, high-efficiency seamless transfer and connection modes.
