Yuexiu District is the region with the most abundant and concentrated red resources in Guangzhou, covering an area of 33.8 km;. There are 31 red historical sites and 23 patriotic education bases in the district, which record the activities of the Communist Party of China, and are of great significance for tracing history and patriotic education. In this paper, the red resources in Yuexiu District are classified and sorted out. Based on the distribution and protection status of the red resources, the path planning of the red resources in Yuexiu District is made to contribute to the development of red tourism.展开更多
Linguistic landscape has become an emerging research topic in sociolinguistics due to the development of urban linguistic landscape.Based on the development of linguistic landscape in TaiKoo Hui,its diverse characteri...Linguistic landscape has become an emerging research topic in sociolinguistics due to the development of urban linguistic landscape.Based on the development of linguistic landscape in TaiKoo Hui,its diverse characteristics are analyzed,and the language signs,usage,and codes are summarized.It is found that there is poor transmission effect of multilingual landscape information and improper use of linguistic landscape in TaiKoo Hui.This paper concludes that the linguistic landscape of Taikoo Hui can be optimized from two aspects to enhance its attractiveness and competitiveness,including improving the informational function of foreign language signs and regulating the use of linguistic landscape.展开更多

Taking Huadu District in Guangzhou City for example, urban green landscape pattern was analyzed from the level of region and district, according to the landscape ecology. The results showed that local green landscapes had many problems such as unreasonable structure, high fragmentation, unbalanced distribution of green space types, poor corridor networks etc.. Housing vacancy can reflect the destocking degree of the real estate market.Based on the data of 57 opened residential quarters(46,622 units)from 2015 to 2018,this paper constructs a calculation formula of the sales v...Housing vacancy can reflect the destocking degree of the real estate market.Based on the data of 57 opened residential quarters(46,622 units)from 2015 to 2018,this paper constructs a calculation formula of the sales vacancy rate and then analyzes the spatial pattern in Guangzhou’s urban district.The results show that there is obvious differentiation in the spatial pattern of housing sales vacancy in Guangzhou’s urban district,showing a higher spatial pattern in the old area and urban district and a lower spatial pattern in the core area.Subdistricts with high vacancy rates are mainly located in the east of the old area,the south and east of the urban district and near Baiyun Mountain in the north.展开更多
