Dajianzhong decoction:a review of its phytochemistry and therapeutic potential for gastrointestinal disease

Dajianzhong decoction(DJZD)is one of the traditional herbal prescriptions originated from Synopsis of Golden Chamber,which clinically used for the treatment of various gastrointestinal(GI)disease.This paper was aimed to provide a systematic review on the phytochemistry of DJZD and its therapeutic potential for GI disease and the mechanism.Finally,the possible development and perspectives for future research on this prescription were also discussed.To date,over 60 compounds have been identified form DJZD,including unsaturated fatty acid,saponins,and polyphenols,with hydroxy-sanshool and ginsenoside compounds as the predominant ones.DJZD possessed widely pharmacological activities on the GI disease from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the present,such as intestinal obstruction,colitis,and irritable bowel syndrome.Especially for the intestinal obstruction,it had demonstrated the efficacy of DJZD treatment for relief of postoperative ileus in patients undergoing surgery for GI cancer.The detailed mechanism was mainly related with NF-ᴋB signaling pathway.However,further research elucidating the protective effects of DJZD on GI disease,exploring new clinical effects,as well as establishing criteria for quality control for DJZD should be studied.

论宣王中兴与王官诗学的裂变

《大小雅》中存有大量周宣王朝诗,这与宣王中兴有关。“雅中之颂”“‘变雅’作矣”两组感情色彩迥异的诗同时存在于诗文本中,是宣王时期政治社会生态的折射。宣王朝诗文本的编辑活动,以服务礼乐仪式为目的,但客观上导致了诗歌讽谏功能的长足发展,进而引发了王官诗学的裂变。从此,诗教由乐教附庸而趋向独立,并朝着注重德教的伦理化方向发展。

以清代新疆地方社会为中心,关注移民较早、屯垦兴盛的天山北路东部地区的社会风气的演变,可以为认识清代新疆多元文化的形成提供新的视角。清王朝统一新疆后设置伊犁将军管理体制,迁徙大量移民进入疆驻屯兴边,新疆地方社会风气因移民而有所改变,表现出昭忠与节烈之风盛行的面貌和特点,在“昭忠”与“节烈”风气的影响下,社会氛围持续变化,社会环境也而随之改变,在当地产生了巨大的社会效应。

Can PC-9 Zhong chong replace K-1 Yong quan for the acupunctural resuscitation of a bilateral double-amputee? Stating the “random criterion problem” in its statistical analysis

AIM: To present an inclusion criterion for patients who have suffered bilateral amputation in order to be treated with the supplementary resuscitation treatment which is hereby proposed by the author.METHODS: This work is based on a Retrospective Cohort model so that a certainly lethal risk to the control group is avoided.RESULTS: This paper presents a hypothesis on acupunctural PC-9 Zhong chong point, further supported by previous statistical work recorded for the K-1 Yong quan resuscitation point.CONCLUSION: Thanks to the application of the resuscitation maneuver herein proposed on the previously mentioned point, patients with bilateral amputation would have another alternative treatment available in case basic and advanced CPR should fail.

Study on the Mechanism of Fu Zi Li Zhong Decoction in Treating Gastric Ulcer and its Effect on Gastrointestinal Microecology

Objective To explore the pharmacodynamic mechanism of Fu Zi Li Zhong Decoction(FZLZD)in treating gastric ulcer and its effect on gastrointestinal microecology.Methods Rat gastric ulcer model was established by continuous vinegar gavage.The experiment included normal group,model group,ranitidine group and FZLZD group.The animals were handled after intragastricing administration of corresponding clinical isodose drugs for 7 d.The rats’gastrointestinal histopathology was observed by HE staining.The expression of ZO-1 and Occludin mRNA in rat gastric tissue was detected by RT-PCR.The diversity of intestinal flora was analyzed by 16SrDNA sequencing.Results FZLZD can effectively improve gastric mucosal destruction,epithelial exfoliation,inflammatory cell infiltration,inflammatory substance exudation and edema in rats with gastric ulcer.FZLZD can effectively up-regulate the expression levels of ZO-1 and Occludin mRNA in gastric tissue of rats with gastric ulcer.The results of intestinal flora diversity showed that the diversity of intestinal flora in FZLZD group was significantly higher than that of model group.Conclusions FZLZD can regulate gastric ulcer by promoting the expression of ZO-1 and Occludin and improving the diversity of intestinal flora.

基于Mallat-Zhong离散小波变换小波的超声图像各向异性扩散抑噪方法

针对传统各向异性扩散方法在超声图像散斑噪声抑制中存在的噪声抑制不充分与边缘特征保持不足的问题,提出一种基于Mallat-Zhong离散小波变换(MZ-DWT)小波的散斑噪声抑制方法。该方法将MZ-DWT小波分析与期望值最大化(EM)算法作为图像中均匀区域与边缘区域的鉴别因子,使扩散系数能够更准确地控制扩散强度与扩散速度,从而达到充分抑制噪声和保护边缘的目的。实验结果表明,所提方法在有效抑制散斑噪声的同时,更好地保持了图像细节信息,其性能优于传统各向异性扩散方法。

Regulation of Quan Du Zhong capsule on VEGF/bFGF and expression of Bcl‑2/Bax and Caspase‑3 protein in the repairing process of canine femoral head necrosis

Objective:To explore the repair and treatment effect of Quan Du Zhong capsule on necrosis of femoral head in dogs.Methods:Totally 12 beagles were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Quan Du Zhong capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group,with three in each group.In addition to the normal group,the other groups established the femoral head necrosis model by liquid nitrogen alternative freezing.The normal group and the model group did not have any intervention during the modeling period,and the Quan Du Zhong group began to receive the Quan Du Zhong by gavage on the day of modeling;Xianlinggubao capsule group was given Xianlinggubao capsule by gavage once a day for 12 consecutive weeks on the day of modeling.The levels of VEGF and bFGF in the blood vessels of each group at the 12th week were compared,and the ratios of BMD,BS/BV,BV/TV,Tb.Th,Tb.N were measured by Micro CT,and the expressions of Bcl-2,Bax,Caspase-3 proteins were detected by immune reaction.Results:1.Compared with the normal group,the level of serum VEGF and bFGF in the model group decreased after 12 weeks of modeling(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the levels of serum VEGF and bFGF water in the Xianlinggubao capsule group and the Quan Du Zhong capsule group increased on average at the 12th week of modeling,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The level of the Quan Du Zhong capsule group was the highest,followed by the Xianlinggubao capsule group.2.Compared with the normal group,BMD,BS/BV,BV/TV,Tb.Th and Tb.N in the model group were lower,and Tb.SP were higher,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the BMD,BV/TV,Tb.Th and Tb.N of Xianlinggubao capsule group and the total eucommia capsule group increased,while the BS/BV and Tb.SP decreased(P<0.05).3.The Quan Du Zhong capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group could significantly increase the expression of bcl-2 protein in the femoral head of dogs,which was significantly different from the model group(P<0.05).The expression of bax protein in the femoral head of dogs in the Quan Du Zhong capsule group and the Xianlinggubao capsule group was significantly reduced compared with the model group(P<0.05).The expression of caspase-3 protein in the femoral head of dogs was significantly reduced in the Quan Du Zhong capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group,which was significantly different from the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quan Du Zhong capsule can increase the expression of VEGF and bFGF in serum,increase the expression of bcl-2,inhibit the expression of bax,and reduce the expression of caspase-3,which plays a synergistic role in the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head,and has potential targets.

Effect of Inter Stock ‘Zhong ai 1hao'on the Structure of Spindle-shaped 'Huangguan' Pear Trees

In order to investigate the effect of dwarfing inter stock on the structure of pear trees,investigations were made to the tree and group structure of the 4-year-old spindle-shaped‘Huangguan'pear grafted with vigorous stock( Pyrus betulaefolia stock) and that grafted with the dwarfing inter stock‘Zhong ai 1 hao'( P. betulaefolia rootstock). The results showed that the 4-year-old‘Huangguan'pear trees grafted with the dwarfing inter stock‘ Zhong ai 1 hao'were 2. 87 m high on average,with 70. 70% of short braches,converted into 21 016. 0 branches per 667 m^2,840. 64 m^2 of leaf area per 667 m^2 with the leaf area coefficient of 1. 75.On the other hand,for the‘Huangguan'trees grafted with vigorous stocks,the average tree height was 3. 17 m,and the short branch proportion was 63. 20%,converted into 15 806. 4 branches per 667 m^2,719. 28 m^2 of leaf area per 667 m^2 with the leaf area coefficient of 1. 55. Therefore,the use of dwarfing inter stock‘Zhong ai 1 hao'had significant dwarfing effect on‘Huangguan'pear trees,which also showed significant yield increasing effect.
